1Selection and development of representative simple sequence repeat primers and multiplex SSR sets for high throughput automated genotyping in maize显示文摘In the current study, 1900 maize simple sequence repeat (SSR) primers published in MaizeGDB were screened utilizing reference literature, 15 representative Chinese maize inbred lines and 15 Chinese maize hybrids from national regional testing. In total, 500 highly polymorphic primers were identified and used to construct a genetic map. 100 evenly distributed primers, 10 primers per chromosome, were further selected as a set of universal SSR core primers, recommended as preferred primers for general studies. These core primers were then redesigned and used to construct a high throughput multiplex PCR system based on a five-color fluorescence capillary detection system. 5NEAT1/miR-140-3p/MAPK1 mediates the viability and survival of coronary endothelial cells and affects coronary atherosclerotic heart disease显示文摘Studies have shown that long non-coding RNAs(lncRNA)play critical roles in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAD).However,the function of lncRNA nuclear enriched abundant transcript 1(NEAT1)in CAD is unclear.In this study,we aimed to investigate the functions of lncRNA NEAT1 in CAD.RTPCR and western blot analysis were carried out to examine the expressions of related RNAs.Colony formation assay,cell proliferation assay,apoptosis assay,and dual-luc讦erase reporter assay were con ducted to investigate the abilities of colony migration,cell proliferatio n,apoptosis,and targeting.The results showed that NEAT1 was up-regulated in CAD blood samples and in human coronary endothelial cells(HCAECs).Transfection of pcNEATI sign讦icantly inhibited the survival rate of HCAECs and induced apoptosis of HCAECs.MiR-140-3p was down-regulated in HCAECs.NEAT1 directly targeted miR-140-3p,and the expression of miR-140-3p was inversely correlated with the expression of NEAT1 in CAD patients.In addition,co-transfection of NEAT1 with miR-140-3p mimic reversed the effect of pcNEATI on cell viability and apoptosis,mitogenactivated protein kinase 1(MAPK1)was proved to be a target gene of miR-140-3p,and the miR-140-3p mimic was shown to reduce the expression of MAPK1 in HCAECs.pcNEATI sigrdficantly increased the expression level of MAPK1,while shNEATI significantly reduced the expression level of MAPK1.Our results revealed that lncRNA NEAT1 increased cell viability and inhibited CAD cell apoptosis possibly by activating the miR-140-3p/MAPK1 pathway,and lncRNA NEAT1 might serve as a potential therapeutic target for CAD.Hui Zhang Ningning Ji Xinyan Gong Shimao Ni Yu Wang 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,9:9
6Mechanism of acupuncture regulating visceral sensation and mobility显示文摘Chinese ancient medical scientists have long focused on the internal and external contacts between acupoints on the surface of the body and the viscera.The Miraculous Pivot(it is one of the earliest medical classics in China)stated,“Twelve regular channels belong to the zang-fu organs internally,and connect to the extremities and joints externally.”Traditional Chinese medicine considers acupoints as defined areas where the Qi of viscera and meridians are transfused.These include the reaction points of visceral diseases on the body surface as well as the acupuncture trigger points that promote the flow of Qi and blood,and regulate visceral function.Chinese ancient medical scientists classified the specificity of the main acupoints in the body based on the meridian doctrine,which has been instructing clinical application for about 2000 years.Laws on the domino effect of acupoints have mainly focused on conclusions to clinical experiences.Indications of some acupoints exceed the practical paradigm since the excessive extension occurred during theory derivation.The current research direction on acupuncture focuses on three aspects:the effectiveness of acupuncture and moxibustion;the relevances and associations between meridians and viscera;and the physical and chemical properties and relevant physical basis of acupoints.The relevance between meridians and viscera is the central theory in the meridian doctrine,and acupoints are regarded as an important link in the relationship between meridians and viscera.Specific relationships between acupoints and target organs exist.Stimulating different acupoints on the body surface can help deal with different diseases,especially visceral diseases.In addition,acupoints have a dual function of reflecting and treating visceral diseases.There is no systemic research available on acupoint specificity,despite current knowledge and clinical experiences,which results in a weak foundation for acupuncture theory.This study focuses on the relevance and associations between meridians and viscera.A summary of the mechanisms of acupuncture regulating visceral sensation and mobility and the specific relationships between acupoints and their target organs are presented in this review.Peijing Rong Bing Zhu Yuqing Li Xinyan Gao Hui Ben Yanhua Li Liang Li Wei He Rupeng Liu Lingling Yu 2011Frontiers of Medicine2011,5,2:8

9Microstructure and mechanical properties of B_4C-TiB_2-Al composites fabricated by vacuum infiltration显示文摘B4C-TiB2-Al composites were fabricated by infiltrating aluminum into porous B4C-TiB2 preforms in vacuum. The microstucture and mechanical properties of the B4C-TiB2-Al composites were investigated. The hardness decreased, the flexural strength increased, and the fracture toughness first increased and then decreased slightly with an increase in TiB2 content. The B4C-TiB2-Al composite with 40wt.% TiB2 showed the optimized properties. The infiltrated aluminum addition was the leading reason for the fracture toughness improvement of the composites. The tear ridges and dimples on the fracture surface of the composites increased gradually with the increase of infiltrated aluminum content showing inter/transgranular fracture mode. 11Adverse associations of sedentary behavior with cancer incidence and all-cause mortality:A prospective cohort study显示文摘Background:Inconsistent results have been reported in developed countries for relationships between sedentary behavior and cancer incidence and mortality,and evidence from the Chinese population is scarce.This study aimed to investigate such relationships in large Chinese population-based prospective cohorts and to explore the joint effect and interaction of sedentary behavior and moderate-to-vigorous physical activity(MVPA)on these relationships.Methods:We included 95,319 Chinese adults without cancer from 3 large cohorts and assessed their sedentary behavior and physical activity with a unified questionnaire.Cancer incidence and mortality were confirmed by interviewing participants or their proxies and checking hospital records and death certificates.Hazard ratios(HRs)and 95%confidence intervals(95%CIs)for cancer and mortality were estimated using Cox proportional hazards regression models.Results:During 559,002 person-years of follow-up,2388 cancer events,1571 cancer deaths,and 4562 all-cause deaths were recorded.Sedentary behavior was associated with increased risk of developing cancer and deaths in a doseresponse manner.The multivariable-adjusted HRs(95%CIs)were the following:HR=1.16,95%CI:1.01-1.33;HR=1.24,95%CI:1.04-1.48;and HR=1.15,95%CI:1.04-1.28 for cancer incidence,cancer mortality,and all-cause mortality,respectively,for those having≥10 h/day of sedentary time compared with those having<6 h/day of sedentary time.Sedentary populations(≥10 h/day)developed cancer or died 4.09 years and 2.79 years earlier,respectively,at the index age of 50 years.Failure to achieve the recommended level of MVPA may further aggravate the adverse associations,with the highest cancer and mortality risks being observed among participants with both≥10 h/day of sedentary time and<150 min/week of MVPA.Limitations of this study include the fact that physical activity information was obtained via questionnaire instead of objective measurement and that there were insufficient incident cases for the analysis of associations between sedentary behavior and site-specific cancers.Conclusion:Sedentary behavior was associated with an increased risk of cancer and all-cause mortality among Chinese adults,especially for those with≥10 h/day of sedentary time.It is necessary to reduce sedentary time,in addition to increasing MVPA levels,for the prevention of cancer and premature death.Yuan Lin Qiong Liu Fangchao Liu Keyong Huang Jianxin Li Xueli Yang Xinyan Wang Jichun Chen Xiaoqing Liu Jie Cao Chong Shen Ling Yu Fanghong Lu Xianping Wu Liancheng Zhao Ying Li Dongsheng Hu Xiangfeng Lu Jianfeng Huang Dongfeng Gu 2021Journal of Sport and Health Science2021,10,5:2
12Boosting the kinetics of PF_(6)^(-) into graphitic layers for the optimal cathode of dual-ion batteries:The rehearsal of pre-intercalating Li^(+)显示文摘Large anions exhibit slow diffusion kinetics in graphite cathode of dual-ion batteries(DIBs);particularly at high current density,it suffers severely from the largely-reduced interlayer utilization of graphite cathode,which as a bottleneck limits the fast charge application of DIBs.To maximize interlayer utilization and achieve faster anion diffusion kinetics,a fast and uncrowded anion transport channel must be established.Herein,Li^(+)was pre-intercalated into the graphite paper(GP)cathode to increase the interlayer spacing,and then hosted for the PF_(6)^(-)anion storage.Combined with theoretical calculation,it shows that the local interlayer spacing enlargement and the residual Li^(+)reduce the anion intercalation energy and diffusion barrier,leading to better rate stability.The obtained GP with Li^(+)pre-intercalation(GP-Li)electrode exhibits a discharge capacity of 23.1 m Ah g^(-1) at a high current of 1300 m A g^(-1).This work provides a facile method to efficiently improve the interlayer utilization of graphite cathode at large currents.He Yang Tingting Qin Xinyan Zhou Yu Feng Zizhun Wang Xin Ge Nailin Yue Dabing Li Wei Zhang Weitao Zheng 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,8:2
13Molecular genetic analysis of phosphomannomutase genes in Triticum monococcum显示文摘In higher plants, phosphomannomutase(PMM) is essential for synthesizing the antioxidant ascorbic acid through the Smirnoff–Wheeler pathway. Previously, we characterized six PMM genes(Ta PMM-A1, A2, B1, B2, D1 and D2) in common wheat(Triticum aestivum, AABBDD).Here, we report a molecular genetic analysis of PMM genes in Triticum monococcum(AmAm), a diploid wheat species whose Amgenome is closely related to the A genome of common wheat. Two distinct PMM genes, Tm PMM-1 and Tm PMM-2, were found in T. monococcum. The coding region of Tm PMM-1 was intact and highly conserved. In contrast, two main Tm PMM-2 alleles were identified, with Tm PMM-2a possessing an intact coding sequence and Tm PMM-2b being a pseudogene. The transcript level of Tm PMM-2a was much higher than that of Tm PMM-2b, and a bacterially expressed Tm PMM-2a recombinant protein displayed relatively high PMM activity. In general, the total transcript level of PMM was substantially higher in accessions carrying Tm PMM-1 and Tm PMM-2a than those harboring Tm PMM-1 and Tm PMM-2b. However, total PMM protein and activity levels did not differ drastically between the two genotypes. 16The Value of c-TCD in the Diagnosis of Migraine and Cryptogenic Stroke Caused by PFO显示文摘Objective:To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced transcranial doppler(c-TCD)in the diagnosis of patent foramen ovale(PFO)of patients with migraine and cryptogenic stroke.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 160 patients undergoing c-TCD monitoring in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2019 was performed.Among them,there were 80 cases of patients with migraine(38 cases with aura and 42 cases without aura)in group A,and 80 cases of patients with cryptogenic stroke in group B.The positive detectable rate of PFO in the two groups were calculated and analyzed.Results:The detectable rate was 50.00%in group A,and 40.00%in group B.There was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Among them,the detectable rate of PFO in migraine with aura in group A(62.50%)was higher than that in group B(37.50%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the two groups of PFO-positive patients,the difference didn’t have statistical significance,comparing the proportion of the inherent type to that of potential type(P>0.05);There was no statistical significance of the difference between the RLS incidence of grade I and that of grade II among two groups of PFO-positive patients(P>0.05);the incidence of RLS in grade III in group B(50.00%)was higher than that in group A(25.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:c-TCD can accurately screen migraine and cryptogenic stroke caused by PFO,and grade and classify it as a clinical diagnosis of migraine and cryptogenic caused by PFO.It can also act as a objective reference of estimating the effect of treatment in different diseases and preventing cryptogenic stroke.Xinyan Yu Jianyun Yang Dan Wu 2020Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2020,4,2:1

18A survey on heavy metal concentrations in residential neighborhoods: The influence of secondary water supply systems显示文摘Water quality deterioration often occurs in secondary water supply systems(SWSSs), and increased heavy metal concentrations can be a serious problem. In this survey, twelve residential neighborhoods were selected to investigate the influence of SWSSs on the seasonal changes in heavy metal concentrations from input water to tank and tap water. The concentrations of nine evaluated heavy metals in all groups of water samples were found to be far below the specified standard levels in China. The concentrations of Fe, Mn, and Zn increased significantly from the input water samples to the tank and tap water samples in spring and summer( p < 0.05), especially for the water samples that had been stagnant for a long time. Negative correlations were found between most of the heavy metals and residual chlorine(Fe, Cu, Zn, and As, r =-0.186 to-0.519, p < 0.05). In particular, a high negative correlation was observed between Fe and residual chlorine( r =-0.489 to-0.519, p < 0.01) in spring and summer. Fe and Mn displayed positive correlations with turbidity( r = 0.672 and 0.328, respectively;p < 0.05). In addition, Cr and As were found to be positively associated with some nutrients(NO, TN, and SO;r = 0.420-0.786, p < 0.01). The material of the storage tanks had little influence on the difference in heavy metal concentrations. 20The Value of the Wearable Single-lead Remote Monitoring Device with the Scatterplot in Chronic Disease Management显示文摘Objective:To study the value of the wearable single-lead remote monitoring device with the scatterplot in chronic disease management.Methods:dmitted into 435 residents accord with the inclusion criteria of 20 primary medical institutions of Yinchuan city,and grouped voluntarily by the implementation schemes were grouped voluntarily according to the implementation schemes.According to one of the three implementation schemes selected,the general practitioner guided the subjects to take on the wearable single-lead remote monitoring device,collecting and uploading the EEG data,then diagnosed and analyzed by the synchronously generated ECG scatterplot,finally,summarized the incidence and the categories,analyzed the differences among these three groups.Results:Among 435 subjects,there were 61 normal patients and 374 arrhythmias with the detection rate of 85.98%;and among the 1672 data collected,there were 606 normal data and 1066 arrhythmia with the detection rate of 63.76%;880 data in total 333 cases with atrial premature beat;442 data in total 215 cases with occasional ventricular premature beat;37 data of 22 cases with frequent atrial beat;65 data of 28 cases with frequent ventricular premature beat;13 data of 6 cases with atrial fibrillation;25 data of 15 cases with excitation conduction disorder;2 data of 2 cases with atrial flutter;31 data of 19 cases with ventricular tachycardia;30 data of 16 cases with conduction block;and 14 data of 8 cases with Para systolic rhythm.comparing the detection rate of arrhythmia in three groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The wearable singlelead remote monitoring device with the scatterplot has high application value in cardiovascular chronic disease management.Its effectively screening,validly diagnosing and detailed classifying are helpful to the early intervention,and the protection of the patients’lives.Xinyan Yu Qinghong Zhang Dong Wang Yan Feng Fangjie Li 2020Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2020,4,3:1
