1Comparative genomic and transcriptomic analyses uncover the molecular basis of high nitrogen-use efficiency in the wheat cultivar Kenong 9204显示文摘Studying the regulatory mechanisms that drive nitrogen-use efficiency(NUE)in crops is important for sustainable agriculture and environmental protection.In this study,we generated a high-quality genome assembly for the high-NUE wheat cultivar Kenong 9204 and systematically analyzed genes related to nitrogen uptake and metabolism.By comparative analyses,we found that the high-affinity nitrate transporter gene family had expanded in Triticeae.Further studies showed that subsequent functional differentiation endowed the expanded family members with saline inducibility,providing a genetic basis for improving the adaptability of wheat to nitrogen deficiency in various habitats.To explore the genetic and molecular mechanisms of high NUE,we compared genomic and transcriptomic data from the high-NUE cultivar Kenong 9204(KN9204)and the low-NUE cultivar Jing 411 and quantified their nitrogen accumulation under high-and low-nitrogen conditions.Compared with Jing 411,KN9204 absorbed significantly more nitrogen at the reproductive stage after shooting and accumulated it in the shoots and seeds.Transcriptome data analysis revealed that nitrogen deficiency clearly suppressed the expression of genes related to cell division in the young spike of Jing 411,whereas this suppression of gene expression was much lower in KN9204.In addition,KN9204 maintained relatively high expression of NPF genes for a longer time than Jing 411 during seed maturity.Physiological and transcriptome data revealed that KN9204 was more tolerant of nitrogen deficiency than Jing 411,especially at the reproductive stage.The high NUE of KN9204 is an integrated effect controlled at different levels.Taken together,our data provide new insights into the molecular mechanisms of NUE and important gene resources for improving wheat cultivars with a higher NUE trait.Xiaoli Shi Fa Cui Xinyin Han Yilin He Long Zhao Na Zhang Hao Zhang Haidong Zhu Zhexin Liu Bin Ma Shusong Zheng Wei Zhang Jiajia Liu Xiaoli Fan Yaoqi Si Shuiquan Tian Jianqing Niu Huilan Wu Xuemei Liu Zhuo Chen Deyuan Meng Xiaoyan Wang Liqiang Song Lijing Sun Jie Han Hui Zhao Jun Ji Zhiguo Wang Xiaoyu He Ruilin Li Xuebin Chi Chengzhi Liang Beifang Niu Jun Xiao Junming Li Hong-Qing Ling 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,9:6
2FeSe2 clusters with excellent cyclability and rate capabilityfor sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) have great promise for sustainable and economicalenergy-storage applications. Nevertheless, it is a major challenge to developanode materials with high capacity, high rate capability, and excellent cyclingstability for them. In this study, FeSe2 clusters consisting of nanorods weresynthesized by a facile hydrothermal method, and their sodium-storage propertieswere investigated with different electrolytes. The FeSe2 clusters delivered highelectrochemical performance with an ether-based electrolyte in a voltage rangeof 0.5-2.9 V. A high discharge capacity of 515 mAh.g-1 was obtained after 400 cyclesat 1 A.g-1, with a high initial columbic efficiency of 97.4%. Even at an ultrahighrate of 35 A-g-1 a specific capacity of 128 mAh.g-1 was achieved. Using calculations,we revealed that the pseudocapacitance significantly contributed to the sodium-ionstorage, especially at high current rates, leading to a high rate capability. 6High intratumoral expression of elF4A1 promotes epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition and predicts unfavorable prognosis in gastric cancer显示文摘Gastric cancer is an important health problem,being the fifth most common cancer and the third leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide.Aberrant protein translation contributes to the oncogenesis and development of cancers,and upregulation of translation initiation factor elF4A1 has been observed in several kinds of malignancies.However,the role of elF4A1 in gastric cancer progression remains unclear.In this study,we found that the expression of elF4A1,a component of translation initiation complex,was increased in gastric cancer.High expression of elF4A1 was positively associated with poor tumor differentiation,late T stage,lymph node metastasis,advanced TNM stage,and poor prognosis in patients with gastric cancer.Overexpression of elF4A1 promoted the migration and invasion of gastric cancer cells in vitro and enhanced tumor metastasis in nude mice model.Mechanism studies revealed that elF4A1 induced epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EMT)of gastric cancer cells through driving the translation of SNAI1 mRNA.Together,these findings indicate that elF4A1 promotes EMT and metastasis of gastric cancer and suggest that elF4A1 is a potential target for the adjuvant therapy for gastric cancer patients.Chanchan Gao Xinyin Guo Anwei Xue Yuanyuan Ruan Hongshan Wang Xiaodong Gao 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,3:1

9Asymptotic solutions of the flow of a Johnson-Segalman fluid through a slowly varying pipe using double perturbation strategy显示文摘A double perturbation strategy is presented to solve the asymptotic solutions of a Johnson-Segalman(J-S) fluid through a slowly varying pipe. First, a small parameter of the slowly varying angle is taken as the small perturbation parameter, and then the second-order asymptotic solution of the flow of a Newtonian fluid through a slowly varying pipe is obtained in the first perturbation strategy. Second, the viscoelastic parameter is selected as the small perturbation parameter in the second perturbation strategy to solve the asymptotic solution of the flow of a J-S fluid through a slowly varying pipe. Finally,the parameter effects, including the axial distance, the slowly varying angle, and the Reynolds number, on the velocity distributions are analyzed. The results show that the increases in both the axial distance and the slowly varying angle make the axial velocity slow down. However, the radial velocity increases with the slowly varying angle, and decreases with the axial distance. There are two special positions in the distribution curves of the axial velocity and the radial velocity with different Reynolds numbers, and there are different trends on both sides of the special positions. 12Key Evolving Attribute-Based Signature Under Short Integer Solution Problem显示文摘Key exposure is a severe threat in digital signature, the scheme will be compromised provided that the private key of the signature is revealed. To remove the destruction of key exposure, the private key must be kept updated in the process of the signature. As a new cryptographic primitive, Attribute-based signature(ABS)scheme has the limitation in practical applications because the private key may be leaked. So far, very little works have focused on the key leakage of ABS, especially in the setting of lattices. To deal with the problem, we present the construction of Key evolving attribute-based signature(ke-ABS) under Short integer solution(SIS) problem. As a new research field in the point, our scheme has considered a threshold access structure, which allows users with attributes satisfying the defined policy that can generate a valid signature without revealing more information. 14Optical Properties of Neodymium Substituted Bismuth Titanate Thin Film Grown by Metal-organic Solution Deposition显示文摘Well-crystallized Bi2Nd2Ti3O12 (BNT) thin film with good surface morphology was prepared by metal-organic solution deposition (MOD).The waveguide property was investigated by using a Metricon 2010 prism coupler.The nonlinear optical properties of the film were measured by Z-scan technique at a wavelength of 532 nm with pulse durations of 35 ps.A large positive nonlinear refractive index,nonlinear refractive coefficient and two-photon absorption coefficient were determined to be 2.7×10-7 esu,5.29×10-7 esu and 2.41×10-7 m/W,respectively.The origin of optical nonlinearity of BNT thin film was discussed.The results suggested that the the BNT thin film may be a kind of new multifunctional materials.Yuehua Wang Xinyin Zhao Na Zhao Min Zhang 2010Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,11:0

17Optical Properties of Ca_(0.25)Ba_(0.75)Nb_2O_6 Thin Films Prepared by Spinning Coating显示文摘Ca0.25Ba0.75Nb2O6 (CBN25) thin film was prepared on quartz substrate by spinning coating and the optical properties were investigated by a Hitachi U-3410 spectrophotometer and a Metricon 2010 prism coupler. The optical band gap, thickness and refractive index at 632.8 nm of the CBN25 thin film were determined to be 3.65 eV, 529 nm and 2.2258, respectively. 18Pancake-Like MOF Solid-State Electrolytes with Fast Ion Migration for High-Performance Sodium Battery显示文摘Solid-state electrolyte(SSE)of the sodium-ion battery have attracted tremendous attention in the next generation energy storage materials on account of their wide electrochemical window and thermal stability.However,the high interfacial impedance,low ion transference number and complex preparation process restrict the application of SSE.Herein,inspired by the excellent sieving function and high specific surface area of red blood cells,we obtained a solid-like electrolyte(SLE)based on the combination of the pancake-like metal-organic framework(MOF)with liquid electrolyte,possessing a high ionic conductivity of 6.60×10^(-4) S cm^(−1),and excellent sodium metal compatibility.In addition,we investigated the ion restriction effect of MOF’s apertures size and special functional groups,and the ion transference number increased from 0.16 to 0.33.Finally,the assembled Na_(0.44)MnO_(2)//SLE//Na full batteries showed no obvious capacity decrease after 160 cycles.This material design of SLE in our work is an important key to obtain fast ion migration SLE for high-performance sodium-ion batteries.Gang Zhang Jun Shu Lin Xu Xinyin Cai Wenyuan Zou Lulu Du Song Hu Liqiang Mai 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,7:0
