1Quasi-equilibrium glide adaptive guidance for hypersonic vehicles显示文摘The entry-glide guidance strategy for hypersonic vehicles that can satisfy both terminal and path constraints is investigated in this paper.We propose a quasi-equilibrium glide adaptive guidance methodology based on the quasi-equilibrium glide condition(QEGC),which innovatively utilizes the quasi-equilibrium glide phenomenon in lifting entry.With the aid of QEGC,both range and terminal velocity can be predicted analytically with high precision.The path constraints are converted into angle of attack constraints,which has been difficult to realize by using traditional predictive guidance methods.The algorithm is independent of the standard trajectory.All the guidance commands,including the bank angle and the angle of attack,are calculated analytically in real time,which endows the algorithm with sufficient adapbility.The results of a CAV-H vehicle guidance test show that the algorithm leads the vehicle along a quasi-equilibrium glide trajectory satisfying both the terminal and path constraints and has sufficient flexibility for occasional mission changes.Furthermore,the robustness of the guidance algorithm under disturbances is validated through a Monte Carlo simulation.XU MingLiang CHEN KeJun LIU LuHua TANG GuoJian 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,3:30

3Vision,application scenarios,and key technology trends for 6G mobile communications显示文摘With the global commercialization of the fifth-generation(5G)network,many countries,including China,USA,European countries,Japan,and Korea,have started exploring 6G mobile communication network,following the tradition of“planning the next while commercializing one generation”.Currently,studies on 6G networks are at the infancy stage.Research on the vision and requirements for 6G is still ongoing,and the industry is yet to clarify the key enabling technologies for 6G.However,6G will certainly build on the success of 5G.Therefore,developing high-quality 5G networks and seamlessly integrating 5G with verticals are the priorities before 2030,when 6G is projected to be commercialized.Also,global 5G standards will keep evolving to better support vertical applications.As a milestone,the Third-Generation Partnership Project(3GPP)published Release 16 in July 2020,which continuously enhanced the capabilities of mobile broadband service based on Release 15 and realized the support for low-delay and high-reliability applications,such as Internet of Vehicles and industrial Internet.Currently,3GPP is working on Releases 17 and 18,focusing on meeting the demands of medium-and high-data-rate machine communication with low-cost and high-precision positioning,which will be published in June 2022.Thus,6G networks will further expand the application fields and scope of the Internet of Things to accommodate those services and applications that are beyond the capabilities of 5G networks.Herein,we present our vision,application scenarios,and key technological trends for 6G networks.Furthermore,we propose several future research opportunities in 6G networks with regard to industrialization and standardization.Zhiqin WANG Ying DU Kejun WEI Kaifeng HAN Xiaoyan XU Guiming WEI Wen TONG Peiying ZHU Jianglei MA Jun WANG Guangjian WANG Xueqiang YAN Jiying XIANG He HUANG Ruyue LI Xinhui WANG Yingmin WANG Shaohui SUN Shiqiang SUO Qiubin GAO Xin SU 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,5:17

5First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. 6First results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from CDEX-1 experiment显示文摘We report the first results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from stage one of the China dark-matter experiment(CDEX).A p-type point-contact high-purity germanium detector with a mass of 994 g has been installed to detect neutrinoless double beta decay events, as well as to directly detect dark matter particles. An exposure of 304 kg d has been analyzed over a wide spectral band from 500 keV to 3 MeV. The average event rate obtained was about 0.012 counts per keV per kg per day over the 2.039 MeV energy range. The half-life of ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay derived based on this result is T^(0ν)1/2>6.4×10^(22) yr(90% C.L.). 7Metal sulfides based composites as promising efficient microwave absorption materials:A review显示文摘The increasingly severe electromagnetic microwave pollution raises higher requirements for the development of efficient microwave absorption(MA)materials.Metal sulfides are regarded as potential robust MA materials because of their unique optical,thermal,electrical,and magnetic properties,as well as the controllable microstructures.However,due to the limited MA performances of unary metal sulfides,morphology regulations and foreign materials hybridizations are adopted as effective strategies to improve their MA performances.Recent years witnessed the fast research progresses on the metal sulfides based MA materials and thus,a systematic literature survey on the materials design,fabrication,characterizations,MA behaviors,and the mechanisms behind is,highly desirable to summarize the rapid progress of this hot research area so as to provide guidance for the future development trend.This review firstly reviewed the research background,research progress,and basic principles of MA materials.Subsequently,the present synthetic methods and performance improvement strategies of metal sulfides based MA materials are systematically introduced.Then,by comparing the MA properties of one-dimensional,two-dimensional,and three-dimensional metal sulfides based composites,the influence of dimensionality and morphology on the MA properties are analyzed.By summarizing the research process of metal sulfides/dielectrics composites,metal sulfides/magnets composites,and metal sulfides/dielectrics/magnets composites MA materials,the influence of foreign materials hybridizations on the loss mechanisms and impedance matching conditions of metal sulfides based composites are revealed.Finally,the challenges and development prospects of metal sulfides based MA materials are presented.This review would provide a comprehensive understanding and insightful guidance for the exploration and development of efficient MA materials with thin thickness,light weight,wide absorption bandwidth,and strong absorption intensity.Bin Li Fenglong Wang Kejun Wang Jing Qiao Dongmei Xu Yunfei Yang Xue Zhang Longfei Lyu Wei Liu Jiurong Liu 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,9:3

11Potential Assessment of Spatial Correlation to Improve Maximum Distributed PV Hosting Capacity of Distribution Networks显示文摘Successful distributed photovoltaic (PV) planning now requires a hosting capacity assessment process that accounts for an appropriate model of PV output and its uncertainty. This paper explores how the PV hosting capacity of distribution networks can be increased by means of spatial correlation among distributed PV outputs. To achieve this, a novel PV hosting capacity assessment method is proposed to account for arbitrary geographically dispersed distributed PVs. In this method, the empirical relation between the spatial correlation coefficient and distance is fitted by historical data in one place and then applied to model the joint probability distribution of PV outputs at a neighboring location. To derive the PV hosting capacity at candidate locations, a stochastic PV hosting capacity assessment model that aims to maximize the PV hosting capacity under thermal and voltage constraints is proposed. Benders decomposition algorithm is also employed to reduce the computational cost associated with the numerous sampling scenarios. 16A flexible neural implant with ultrathin substrate for low-invasive brain–computer interface applications显示文摘Implantable brain–computer interface(BCI)devices are an effective tool to decipher fundamental brain mechanisms and treat neural diseases.However,traditional neural implants with rigid or bulky cross-sections cause trauma and decrease the quality of the neuronal signal.Here,we propose a MEMS-fabricated flexible interface device for BCI applications.The microdevice with a thin film substrate can be readily reduced to submicron scale for low-invasive implantation.An elaborate silicon shuttle with an improved structure is designed to reliably implant the flexible device into brain tissue.The flexible substrate is temporarily bonded to the silicon shuttle by polyethylene glycol.On the flexible substrate,eight electrodes with different diameters are distributed evenly for local field potential and neural spike recording,both of which are modified by Pt-black to enhance the charge storage capacity and reduce the impedance.The mechanical and electrochemical characteristics of this interface were investigated in vitro.In vivo,the small cross-section of the device promises reduced trauma,and the neuronal signals can still be recorded one month after implantation,demonstrating the promise of this kind of flexible BCI device as a low-invasive tool for brain–computer communication.Zhejun Guo Fang Wang Longchun Wang Kejun Tu Chunpeng Jiang Ye Xi Wen Hong Qingda Xu Xiaolin Wang Bin Yang Bomin Sun Zude Lin Jingquan Liu 2022Microsystems & Nanoengineering2022,8,6:1
17Synergistic Effect and Electrochromic Mechanism of Nanoflake Li-doped NiO in LiOH Electrolyte显示文摘Inorganic metal oxide electrochromic materials have good application prospects for energy-saving windows in buildings and smart display applications.Therefore,the development of electrochromic films with good cycling stabilities,fast color-change response times,and high coloring efficiencies has attracted considerable attention.In this study,nanoflake Li-doped NiO electrochromic films were prepared using a hydrothermal method,and the films exhibited superior electrochromic performances in the LiOH electrolyte.Li^(+)ions doping increased the ion transmission rates of the NiO films,and effectively promoted the transportation of ions from the electrolyte into NiO films.Meanwhile,the nanoflake microstructure caused the NiO films to have larger specific surface areas,providing more active sites for electrochemical reactions.It was determined that the NiO-Li20%film exhibited an ultra-fast response in the LiOH electrolyte(coloring and bleaching times reached 3 and 1.5 s,respectively).Additionally,the coloration efficiency was 62.1 cm^(2)C^(−1),and good cycling stability was maintained beyond 1500 cycles.Finally,the simulation calculation results showed that Li doping weakened the adsorption strengths of the NiO films to OH^(−),which reduced the generation and decomposition of NiOOH and helped to improve the cycling stabilities of the films.Therefore,the research presented in this article provides a strategy for designing electrochromic materials in the future.Kejun Xu Liuying Wang Gu Liu Chaoqun Ge Long Wang Weichao Wang Mengzhou Chen 2023Energy & Environmental Materials2023,6,3:1
