Controlled fabrication, lasing behavior and excitonic recombination dynamics in single crystal CH3NH3PbBr3 perovskite cuboids显示文摘As a direct bandgap semiconductor, organic-inorganic lead halide perovskite (MAPbX3, MA = CH3NH3, X =Cl, Br, I) have been considered as promising materials for laser due to their excellent optoelectronic properties. The perovskite materials with ID and 2D shapes were widely prepared and studied for Fabry-Perot mode and whispering-gallery-mode (WGM) microcavities, but cuboid-shape is rarely reported. In this work, we successfully fabricated single crystal cuboid-shaped MAPbBr3 perovskite w让h different morphologies, named microcuboid-MAPbBr3 (M-MAPbBr3) and multi-step-MAPbBr3 (MSMAPbBr3), via solvothermal method. Furthermore, the as-prepared *crystals excitonic recombination lifetime under different pumping energy density was studied by time-resolved photoiuminescence (TRPL). Based on controllable morphology and remarkable lasing properties, these cuboid shaped single crystal perovskite could be a promising candidate for small laser, and other optoelectronic devices. | Fangtao Li Junfeng Lu Qinglin Zhang Dengfeng Peng Zheng Yang Qian Xu Caofeng Pan Anlian Pan Tianfeng Li Rongming Wang | 2019 | Science Bulletin2019,64,10: | 2

Detection of chlorpyrifos in apples using gold nanoparticles based on surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy显示文摘In this study, gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)were synthesized for rapid and sensitive characterization and quantification of chlorpyrifos in apples.Min-max signal adaptive zooming and second derivative transformation method were adopted to pre-process Raman spectral signal. The min-max signal adaptive zooming method showed a higher correlation coefficient than derivative transformation when developing linear calibration curve between chlorpyrifos pesticide and Raman spectral peak intensity. The present method had a high reproducibility with the relative standard deviation less than 15%.Regression models showed a good linear relationship(R=0.962)between intensity of characteristic spectral peaks(at 677 cm-1)and chlorpyrifos concentration on whole apples ranging from 0.13 mg/kg to 7.59 mg/kg.The application of surface enhancement Raman spectroscopy(SERS)detected chlorpyrifos pesticide to the detection limit of 0.13 mg/kg,which can be applied further for lower concentration in the future. The method presented in this study can provide a way-out for detection of pesticide residue in whole apple to trace amount. | Zhai Chen Li Yongyu Peng Yankun Xu Tianfeng | 2015 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,5: | 1
Vibration-induced acceleration of infiltration in loess显示文摘Coupled effects of railway vibration, rainfall, and drying-wetting cycles contribute to new types of loess disasters such as the collapse and vibration-induced settlement of the railway subgrade, loess mass disintegration, and slope sliding, during the large-scale construction and operation of high-speed or heavy-haul railways in China. This has significant consequences for railways that require millimetre-level deformation control, seriously threatening railway operation and people's lives. Therefore, for the first time, 'five vibration-induced effects' on loess subjected to vibration, water immersion, and drywetting cycles are discussed including the vibration-induced acceleration of cracking, infiltration, disintegration, sliding, and subsidence. In this paper, the vibration-induced acceleration of infiltration is discussed mainly. The response of loess to locomotive vibration along railways was determined using field sampling and data processing. The dominant frequency of locomotive vibration are 18-22 Hz and the maximum amplitude is 0.4 mm. Tests regarding the vibration-induced acceleration of the permeability were conducted on intact loess using a newly developed vibration permeability apparatus. The results reveal that the vibration accelerates the water permeability and increases the water saturation of loess. The permeability coefficient of saturated loess under vibration is ~1.5-20 times of that without vibration, reaching a maximum at a vibration frequency of 20 Hz.Vibration-induced infiltration tests were carried out on a loess column and the vibration-induced acceleration of water infiltration, wetting front evolution, and air outflow were analysed. The vibration-induced acceleration of infiltration strongly depends on the dry density, vibration frequency, and vibration amplitude. This pioneering work explores the mechnism of loess disasters triggered by locomotive vibration, rainfall, and drying-wetting cycles. | Jiading WANG Yuanjun XU Dengfei ZHANG Tianfeng GU | 2021 | Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,4: | 1
Dual-functional Se/Fe complex facilitates TRAIL treatment against resistant tumor cells via modulating cellular endoplasmic reticulum stress显示文摘Tumor cell resistance is one of the big hurdles limiting the therapeutic efficacy of tumor necrosis factorrelated apoptosis-inducing ligand(TRAIL)-based cancer treatment. Therefore, the development of a sa fe and effective sensitizer agent is greatly desired for optimizing TRAIL therapy.Herein,we successfully developed a Se/Fe complex with low toxicity to highly effectively inhibit tumor cells proliferation and migration capabilities through down-regulating ER stress related selenoproteins.Furthermore,it could more efficiently damage tumor spheroids with good penetration capability.More importantly,it could synergize with TRAIL treatment to induce the robust generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS),downregulating ER stress related selenoproteins for triggering tumor cells apoptosis in extrinsic and intrinsic signaling pathways.Taken together, this study provides a potential chemo-drug and sensitizer agent to improve the therapeutic efficacy of TRAIL-based cancer treatment. | Yahui Yang Yifan Wang Ligeng Xu Tianfeng Chen | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,7: | 1
Quantum information transfer between a two-level and a four-level quantum systems显示文摘Quantum mechanics provides a disembodied way to transfer quantum information from one quantum object to another. In theory, this quantum information transfer can occur between quantum objects of any dimension, yet the reported experiments of quantum information transfer to date have mainly focused on the cases where the quantum objects have the same dimension. Here,we theoretically propose and experimentally demonstrate a scheme for quantum information transfer between quantum objects of different dimensions.By using an optical qubit-ququart entangling gate,we observe the transfer of quantum information between two photons with different dimensions, including the flow of quantum information from a four-dimensional photon to a twodimensional photon and vice versa. The fidelities of the quantum information transfer range from 0.700 to 0.917,all above the classical limit of 2/3.Our work sheds light on a new direction for quantum information transfer and demonstrates our ability to implement entangling operations beyond two-level quantum systems. | TIANFENG FENG QIAO XU LINXIANG ZHOU MAOLIN LUO WUHONG ZHANG XIAOQI ZHOU | 2022 | Photonics Research2022,10,12: | 0
In-service shear check of heated cased insulated flowlines显示文摘Starting friction would be induced and preserved somewhere along the seabed route of cased insulated flowlines(CIF) when the pipe carries service loads. The axial pipe-soil interaction can be divided into three pipe sections:the sliding section, the fixed section and the starting friction section.Although limited to a relatively small length of the pipe, the pipe coats of the starting friction section would suffer much higher shear force caused by thermal expansion than those of the sliding section or the fixed section.Based on the axial equilibrium equation of this kind of insulated pipeline,we developed a method for checking the shear force on CIF coats and their interfaces. The typical example shows that starting friction effect should be taken into account when checking the lap shear strength of heatshrinkable sleeves on CIF field joints. | Zhao Tianfeng Duan Menglan Jia Xu Jiao Bintian | 2012 | Petroleum Science2012,9,4: | 0

RNA2Immune:A Database of Experimentally Supported Data Linking Non-coding RNA Regulation to The Immune System显示文摘Non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs),such as microRNAs(miRNAs),long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs),and circular RNAs(circRNAs),have emerged as important regulators of the immune system and are involved in the control of immune cell biology, disease pathogenesis,as well as vaccine responses.A repository of ncRNA-immune associations will facilitate our understanding of ncRNA-dependent mechanisms in the immune system and advance the development of therapeutics and prevention for immune disorders. Here,we describe a comprehensive database,RNA2Immune,which aims to provide a high-quality resource of experimentally supported database linking ncRNA regulatory mechanisms to immune cell function, immune disease, cancer immunology, and vaccines. The current version of RNA2Immune documents 50,433 immune-ncRNA associations in 42 host species,including(1)6690 ncRNA associations with immune functions involving 31 immune cell types;(2)38,672 ncRNA associations with 348 immune diseases;(3)4833 ncRNA associations with cancer immunology;and(4)238 ncRNA associations with vaccine responses involving 26 vaccine types targeting 22 diseases.RNA2Immune provides a user-friendly interface for browsing, searching, and downloading ncRNA-immune system associations.Collectively,RNA2Immune provides important information about how ncRNAs influence immune cell function, how dysregulation of these ncRNAs leads to pathological consequences(immune diseases and cancers),and how ncRNAs affect immune responses to vaccines. | Jianjian Wang Shuang Li Tianfeng Wang Si Xu Xu Wang Xiaotong Kong Xiaoyu Lu Huixue Zhang Lifang Li Meng Feng Shangwei Ning Lihua Wang | 2023 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2023,21,2: | 0
Research of Electric Cable Path Planning Based on Heuristic Optimization Algorithm in Mixed-Land Scenario显示文摘In order to improve the reliability of power supply, the sophisticated design of the structure of electric cable network has become an important issue for modern urban distribution networks. In this paper,an electric cable path planning model based on heuristic optimization algorithm considering mixed-land scenario is proposed.Firstly, based on different land samples, the kernel density estimation(KDE)and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)are used to estimate the construction cost of each unit grid,in order to construct the objective function of comprehensive investment for electric cable loop network. Then, the ant colony optimization(ACO)was improved in pheromone concentration, factor increment and search direction to accelerate the solving speed, and the cable path planning result with minimum construction cost is obtained. Finally, the feeder’s tie line of the cable loop network is planned by the genetic algorithm(GA)to achieve the minimum operating cost.In the case analysis, compared with the traditional method, not only the subjective factors in the process of investment estimation can be avoided, but also the speed of model solving and the quality of the optimal solution are improved. | Tianfeng Xu Tao Wang Chengming Ye Jing Zhang Peng Xi Yunhui Chen Gengwu Zhang | 2023 | Energy Engineering2023,120,11: | 0
Goldilocks focal zone in femtosecond laser ignition of lean fuels显示文摘Laser ignition of lean fuels offers a promising route for green combustion with high combustion efficiency and low exhaust emissions. The fundamental limitations which apply to femtosecond laser ignition(fs-LI) of lean fuels are the inferior energy deposition and low thermodynamic temperature. However, it was discovered recently that the fs laser filamentation can induce 100% success rate of fs-LI with ultralow sub-m J minimum ignition energy, exhibiting distinct contrast to the general understanding that it is hard to achieve fs-LI. The present contribution examines the extent to which the minimum ignition energies depend on filamentation formation, and explores the key factors for the success of fs-LI. We perform fs-LI of a lean-fuel CH;/air mixture using a femtosecond near-infrared(~40 fs, 800 nm) pulse at different external focal conditions, and find a Goldilocks focal zone to facilitate fs-LI. In this special zone, a crucial balance between the length of igniting “line” kernel and the plasma density of the fs laser filament is achieved, which determines not only the total amount of resultant OH radicals, but also their distribution along the plasma filament. Our finding provides a viable strategy with clear guidelines for fs-LI, and also opens up an avenue of exploring unprecedented ultrafast ignition dynamics after fs-laser-fuel interactions towards gaining deeper insights into reaction intermediates and combustion processes. | ZANG HongWei LI HeLong LIANG TianFeng CHEN ShanMing ZHANG Wei FU Yao XU HuaiLiang LI RuXin | 2022 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,7: | 0
Association of SIPA1545 C>T polymorphism with survival in Chinese women with metastatic breast cancer显示文摘It has been demonstrated that single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)of SIPA1(signal-induced proliferation associated gene 1)are associated with metastatic efficiency in both human and rodents. The purpose of this study was to determine whether SIPA1545 C>T polymorphism was associated with overall survival in patients with metastatic breast cancer. In this study,SIPA1545 C>T polymorphism was detected in 185 metastatic breast cancer patients using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism assay(PCR-RFLP).Survival curves for patients with SIPA1545 C>T polymorphism was compared using the Kaplan-Meier method with log-rank tests. We found that SIPA1545 C>T polymorphism was significantly associated with survival in 185 patients with metastatic breast cancer.Patients with SIPA1545 T/T genotype had a significantly worse overall survival(OS)than did patients with C/T or C/C genotype(50.0%vs.62.9%,P=0.042).Moreover,in multivariate analysis,as compared with the C/C or C/T genotype, the T/T genotype remained an independent unfavorable prognostic marker of OS in this cohort(hazard ratio[HR]=2.16;95%CI=1.12–4.15;P=0.022).Our findings indicate that metastatic breast cancer patients with SIPA1545 T/T genotype have a poorer survival compared to patients with C/C or C/T genotype. | Renling Pei Ye Xu Yan Wei Tao Ouyang Jinfeng Li Tianfeng Wang Zhaoqing Fan Tie Fan Benyao Lin Yuntao Xie | 2013 | Frontiers of Medicine2013,7,1: | 0
