| 1 | Tailoring the mechanical anisotropy of sintered NdFeB magnets by Pr-Cu grain boundary reconstruction显示文摘Pr_(83)Cu_(17)(wt%) grain boundary reconstruction was applied to prepare sintered NdFeB magnets. The effects of addition amount and annealing on the bending strength were investigated. The results show that Pr_(83)Cu_(17) can not only effectively enhance the bending strength, but also change the mechanical anisotropy in two directions parallel and perpendicular to c-axis. The bending strength perpendicular to c-axis reaches 404 MPa in 10 wt% addition magnet, higher than 348 MPa along parallel direction. This change is attributed to the preferred distribution of boundary phases, i.e., ductile(Nd,Pr)-Fe-Cu phase along perpendicular direction to c-axis and(Nd,Pr)-Fe phase along parallel direction. [Methods] The original plant,traits,and microscopic identification were used. [Results] Essential identification characteristics of Yi medicine Herba Boenninghauseniae Albiflorae: small leaf was 1-2. 5 cm long,while the gynophore was 4-8mm long when bearing fruit; traits mainly included characteristic odor,strong and bitter taste,and spicy flavor; microscopic exclusive identifying characteristics: rich aleurone grain in the root; leaf had lysigenous secretory cavity,and non-glandular hairs and oil droplets were common. [Conclusions] Yi medicine Herba Boenninghauseniae Albiflorae( Ebazema) has distinctive identifying characteristics in original plant,traits,and microscopic tissues. | 5 | Microstructure evolution and coercivity mechanism of hydrogenation-disproportionation-desorption-recombination(HDDR) treated Nd-Fe-B strip cast alloys显示文摘In this paper,we systematically investigated the microstructure evolution and coercivity mechanism of hydrogenation-disproportionation-desorption-recombination(HDDR)treated Nd-Fe-B strip cast alloys by transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and three-dimensional atom probe(3 DAP)analyses.The rodlike NdH_(2+x) phases with diameters of 10-20 nm are embedded intoα-Fe matrix,which hereditarily leads to textured grains in HDDR alloy.The migration of NdH_(2+x) from Nd-rich region toα-Fe matrix during hydrogen absorption process contributes to the uniform redistribution of Nd-rich phases after HDDR treatment The HDDR alloy with single domain grain sizes of 200-300 nm exhibits relatively low coercivity of 1.01 T that arises from pinning magnetic domain motion.The weak c-axis orientation of HDDR alloy results in a lower reverse magnetic field(coercivity)to reduce remanence to 0.Moreover,the direct contact of Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B grains and the high concentration of ferromagnetic elements(Fe content≈66.06 at%,Co content≈0.91 at%)in Nd-rich grain boundary layer lead to strong magnetostatic coupling effect among Nd_(2) Fe_(14)B grains.The nano-sized a-Fe inside Nd_(2) Fe_(14)B matrix makes the magnetization reversal easily and decreases the coercivity of HDDR alloy. | Bin Ma Xiaoqian Bao Aizhi Sun Jiheng Li Xuexu Gao | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,5: | 2 |

Herein, mesocellular graphene foam (MGF) constructed by ultrathin nanosheets were prepared using lamellar MCM-22 zeolite as template and then ultra-small Pd NPs were facile grew on it via the stabilizer-free synthesis. Detailed characterizations showed that the obtained Pd/MGF had large surface area, hierarchical porous architecture, semi-graphitic framework and dispersed Pd NPs an chori ng. Electrochemical measurements dem on strated that Pd/MGF possessed the higher catalytic activity (1.7-2.9 fold higher) and stability for the different alcohols electrooxidation, especially for the ethylene glycol and glycerol electrooxidation in the alkaline solution, than the commercial Pd/C (10 wt.%) catalyst. Reaction kinetics analysis revealed the expanded diffusion-controlled process of Pd/MGF as compared to Pd/C. | 13 | A review of the pangenome:how it affects our understanding of genomic variation,selection and breeding in domestic animals?显示文摘As large-scale genomic studies have progressed,it has been revealed that a single reference genome pattern cannot represent genetic diversity at the species level.While domestic animals tend to have complex routes of origin and migration,suggesting a possible omission of some population-specific sequences in the current reference genome.Conversely,the pangenome is a collection of all DNA sequences of a species that contains sequences shared by all individuals(core genome)and is also able to display sequence information unique to each individual(variable genome).The progress of pangenome research in humans,plants and domestic animals has proved that the missing genetic components and the identification of large structural variants(SVs)can be explored through pangenomic studies.Many individual specific sequences have been shown to be related to biological adaptability,phenotype and important economic traits.The maturity of technologies and methods such as third-generation sequencing,Tel-omere-to-telomere genomes,graphic genomes,and reference-free assembly will further promote the development of pangenome.In the future,pangenome combined with long-read data and multi-omics will help to resolve large SVs and their relationship with the main economic traits of interest in domesticated animals,providing better insights into animal domestication,evolution and breeding.In this review,we mainly discuss how pangenome analysis reveals genetic variations in domestic animals(sheep,cattle,pigs,chickens)and their impacts on phenotypes and how this can contribute to the understanding of species diversity.Additionally,we also go through potential issues and the future perspectives of pangenome research in livestock and poultry. | Ying Gong Yefang Li Xuexue Liu Yuehui Ma Lin Jiang | 2023 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,5: | 1 |

[Results] Under the experimental conditions, elements were not related to each other, and many kinds of elements could be measured at the same time; toxic and heavy metals in samples of P. daliensis H.Li et V.G.Souku and P. dulongensis H.Li et S.Kuritap did not exceed the limit; Hg was not detected in all samples. [Conclusions] This method is simple, easy to operate and reproducible. [Methods] The infrared fingerprints of powder of B. albiflora(Hook.) Reichb.ex Meissn. and B. sessilicarpa Levl. were measured, and the common peak rate and variation peak rate of six samples were calculated to establish the sequence analysis method of common peak rate. [Results] There was a very high common peak rate(≥81.3%) and a very low variation peak rate(≤15.4%) between S1 and S4 as well as S2 and S6. There was a low common peak rate between S1 and S3 as well as S3 and S4, and the common peak rate was 42.9% and 47.6% respectively. There was a low common peak rate(≤47.6%) and a high variation peak rate(≥100.0%) between S1 and S3 as well as S3 and S4. [Conclusions] The method is simple and convenient to operate, can quickly identify different parts used as medicine of B. albiflora(Hook.)
