Subdivision and age of the Yanchang Formation and the Middle/Upper Triassic boundary in Ordos Basin, North China显示文摘The Yanchang Formation is extensively developed in the Ordos Basin and its surrounding regions. As one of the best terrestrial Triassic sequences in China and the major oil-gas bearing formations in the Ordos Basin, its age determination and stratigraphic assignment are important in geological survey and oil-gas exploration. It had been attributed to the Late Triassic and regarded as the typical representative of the Upper Triassic in northern China for a long time, although some scholars had already proposed that the lower part of this formation should be of the Middle Triassic age in the mid-late 20 th century. In this paper, we suggest that the lower and middle parts of the Yanchang Formation should be of the Ladinian and the bottom possibly belongs to the late Anisian of the Middle Triassic, mainly based on new fossils found in it and high resolution radiometric dating results. The main source rocks, namely the oil shales and mudstones of the Chang-7, are of the Ladinian Age. The upper part of the Yanchang Formation, namely the Chang-6 and the above parts, belongs to the Late Triassic. The uppermost of the Triassic is missed in most parts of the Ordos Basin. The Middle-Upper Triassic Series boundary lies in the Yanchang Formation, equivalent to the boundary between Chang-7 and Chang-6. The Ladinian is an important palaeoenvironmental turning point in the Ordos Basin. Palaeoenvironmental changes in the basin are coincidence with that of the Sichuan Basin and the main tectonic movement of the Qinling Mountains. It indicates that tectonic activities of the Qinling Mountains are related to the big palaeoenvironmental changes in both the Ordos and Sichuan Basins, which are caused by the same structural dynamic system during the Ladinian. | Shenghui DENG Yuanzheng LU Zhong LUO Ru FAN Xin LI Yi ZHAO Xueying MA Rukai ZHU Jingwei CUI | 2018 | Science China Earth Sciences2018,61,10: | 2

In situ confined vertical growth of Co_(2.5)Ni_(0.5)Si_(2)O_(5)(OH)_(4)nanoarrays on rGO for an efficient oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘Rational design of oxygen evolution reaction(OER)catalysts at low cost would greatly benefit the economy.Taking advantage of earth-abundant elements Si,Co and Ni,we produce a unique-structure where cobalt-nickel silicate hydroxide[Co_(2.5)Ni_(0.5)Si_(2)O_(5)(OH)_(4)]is vertically grown on a reduced graphene oxide(rGO)support(CNS@rGO).This is developed as a low-cost and prospective OER catalyst.Compared to cobalt or nickel silicate hydroxide@rGO(CS@rGO and NS@rGO,respectively)nanoarrays,the bimetal CNS@rGO nanoarray exhibits impressive OER performance with an overpotential of 307 mV@10 mA cm^(-2).This value is higher than that of CS@rGO and NS@rGO.The CNS@rGO nanoarray has an overpotential of 446 mV@100 mA cm^(-2),about 1.4 times that of the commercial RuO_(2)electrocatalyst.The achieved OER activity is superior to the state-of-the-art metal oxides/hydroxides and their derivatives. The vertically grown nanostructure and optimized metal-support electronic interactions play an indispensable role for OER performance improvement, including a fast electron transfer pathway, short proton/electron diffusion distance, more active metal centers,as well as optimized dualatomic electron density.Taking advantage of interlay chemical regulation and the in-situ growth method, the advanced-structural CNS@rGO nanoarrays provide a new horizon to the rational and flexible design of efficient and promising OER electrocatalysts. | Yang Mu Xiaoyu Pei Yunfeng Zhao Xueying Dong Zongkui Kou Miao Cui Changgong Meng Yifu Zhang | 2023 | Nano Materials Science2023,5,4: | 0
Flexible quasi-solid-state zinc-ion hybrid supercapacitor based on carbon cloths displays ultrahigh areal capacitance显示文摘Over the past few years, the flexible quasi-solid-state zinc-ion hybrid supercapacitors(FQSS ZHSCs)have been found to be ideal for wearable electronics applications due to their high areal capacitance and energy density. The assembly of desirable ZHSCs devices that have promising practical applications is of high importance, whereas it is still challenging to assemble ZHSCs devices. In this study,a ZHSC that exhibited ultrahigh areal capacitance and high stability was developed by using an active carbon cloth(ACC)cathode, which could improve ionic adsorption. The as-obtained ACC cathode had an energy storage mechanism due to the electrical double-layer capacitive behavior of Zn^(2+),which was accompanied by the dissolution/deposition of Zn_(4)SO_(4)(OH)6·5H2O.The ACC//Zn@ACC ZHSC device exhibited an areal capacitance of 2437 mF cm^(−2)(81 F cm^(−3),203 F g^(-1) under the mass of ACC with∼12 mg cm^(−2))at 1 mA cm^(−2),an areal energy density of 1.354 mWh cm^(−2) at 1 mW cm^(−2),as well as high stability(with an insignificant capacitance decline after 20000 cycles),which was demonstrated to outperform the existing ZHSCs.Furthermore, the assembled flexible device still had competitive capacitance, energy density and service life when integrated into a FQSS ZHSC.When applied in practice, the device could achieve high mechanical flexibility, wearable stability and output. This study can inspire the development of the FQSS ZHSC device to satisfy the demands for wearable energy storage devices with high performance. | Yifu Zhang Peng Wang Xueying Dong Hanmei Jiang Miao Cui | 2023 | Fundamental Research2023,3,2: | 0

Effects of Different Forest Fire Intensities on Microbial Community Functional Diversity in Forest Soil in Daxing’anling显示文摘Microbial community functional diversity is a sensitive indicator of soil.Forest fires can change microbial community functional diversity. In this research, the fired soil samples were collected from Huzhong of Daxing’anling in Heilongjiang Province. The functional diversity of soil microbial community was detected by BIOLOG system. The average well color development(AWCD) in BIOLOG plates indicated the ability of carbon substrate utilization of microbial community. The indices of Shannon, Simpson and Mcintosh were calculated to show the richness, dominance and evenness of the functional diversity, and the principal component analysis of substrate reactions reflected the main carbon sources utilized by microbial community. The results showed that all the samples exhibited the reduction of AWCD during the first 144 hours of incubation, but there were obvious differences in the reduction degree among the samples. All kinds of fire intensities could influence microbial community functional diversity. The low fire intensity increased the richness (Shannon),dominance(Simpson) and evenness (Mcintosh) of microbial community. However, the intermediate and high fire intensity reduced these parameters, suggesting that the burned soil emitted gaseous nitrogen,a number of organic carbon and available phosphorus, which caused the reduction of the microorganism in quantity and type, and change in soil ingredients. The organic material reduced in the burned soil,in the same time, the pH values rose, which changed environment in which microorganism lives. The changed environment might not be conducive to activities of the microorganism. The principal component analysis showed that the main carbon sources for soil microbes were carbohydrates and amino acids and the carbon substrate utilization patterns in different samples were significant different. The results indicated that functional diversity of soil microbes were altered by forest fires, and the ability of microbes to utilize carbon source and the type of carbon sources were affected by different forest fire intensities. | Zheng Qiong Cui Xiaoyang Di Xueying Jin Sen | 2012 | Chinese Forestry Science and Technology2012,11,3: | 0
Synthesis of pH-responsive triazine skeleton nano-polymer composite containing AIE group for drug delivery显示文摘We exploited a unique porous structure of the nano-covalent triazinepolymer(NCTP)containing aggregation-induced emission(AlE)group to achievecontrolled release and drug tracking in tumor acidic microenvironment.NCTP wassynthesized by the Friedel-Crafts alkylation and the McMurry coupling reaction. It notonly had strong doxorubicin(DOX)-loading capacity due to its high specific surface areaand large pore volume, but also showed the significant cumulative drug release as aresult of the pH response of triazine polymers.NCTP was induced luminescence aftermass accumulation near tumor cells.Besides,it had excellent biocompatibility andobvious antineoplastic toxicity. The results demonstrate that NCTP as a utility-type drugcarrier provides a new route for designing the multi-functional drug delivery platform. | Yifan ZHANG Xueying PENG Xinbo JING Lin CUI Shengchao YANG Jianning WU Guihua MENG Zhiyong LIU Xuhong GUO | 2021 | Frontiers of Materials Science2021,15,1: | 0
Palladium single atoms from melting nanoparticles on WO_(3-x)for boosted hydrogen evolution reaction显示文摘Surface-supported isolated atoms in single-atom catalysts(SACs)grant maximum utilization of metals in heterogeneous catalysis.Herein,we report a feasible pyrolysis strategy to synthesize Pd single atoms by thermally melting Pd nanoparticles on an oxygen-vacancy-rich tungsten-oxide matrix at reduction atmosphere.Near ambient pressure X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was used to monitor the formation of zero-valence Pd single atoms and the increased metallic feature of WO_(3-x)substrate.Accordingly,the as-obtained zero-valence Pd single-atom catalyst exhibits a markedly boosted HER activity with a low overpotential(η_(10)=70 mV)at the current density of 10 mA/cm2and a small Tafel slope(b=68 mV/dec),nearly 150 mV and a 3,0-fold enhancement than those of Pd nanoparticles(η_(10)=220 mV,b=133 mV/dec)under the same conditions. In addition, quasi in situ XPS results suggest the hydrogen spillover effect is more likely to occur on Pd single atoms during the electrochemical process. Our work may pave an interesting route for the rational design of highly-efficient single-atom catalysts, and the elucidation of corresponding enhanced reaction mechanisms by the utilization of advanced characterization techniques. | Zhongmiao Gong Zhigang Chen Hao Li Guang Yang Min Yuan Zhiyun Li Xueying Wan Yi Cui | 2024 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,91,4: | 0
