1Late Mesoarchean crust growth event: evidence from the ca. 2.8 Ga granodioritic gneisses of the Xiaoqinling area, southern North China Craton显示文摘Recently, more attention has been paid to Precambrian magma events and crustal growth of the North China Craton(NCC), accompanying with controversy in activity stages and dynamic mechanism. In this study, we report the Archean(2802 ± 13 Ma) granodioritic gneisses in the Taihua Complex from the Xiaoqinling area, located in the southern margin of the NCC. The zircon Lu–Hf isotope analysis of the rocks showed ^(176)Hf/^(177)Hf ratios of0.280977–0.281228, corresponding to ε_(Hf)(t) values ranging from-3.5 to +6.6, and two–stage Hf model ages varying from 2836 to 3409 Ma. It was confirmed that late Mesoarchean(2.9–2.8 Ga) juvenile crust made contribution to the source material of these ca. 2.8 Ga granodioritic gneisses in the Xiaoqinling area. The whole rock geochemical data indicate that the granodioritic gneisses are high-K calc-alkaline series, probably generated at relatively high pressure and temperature, and formed under the continental arc setting. 2Optically pumped terahertz sources显示文摘High-power terahertz(THz) generation in the frequency range of 0.1-10 THz has been a fast-developing research area ever since the beginning of the THz boom two decades ago, enabling new technological breakthroughs in spectroscopy, communication, imaging,etc. By using optical(laser) pumping methods with near-or mid-infrared(IR) lasers, flexible and practical THz sources covering the whole THz range can be realized to overcome the shortage of electronic THz sources and now they are playing important roles in THz science and technology. This paper overviews various optically pumped THz sources, including femtosecond laser based ultrafast broadband THz generation, monochromatic widely tunable THz generation, single-mode on-chip THz source from photomixing, and the traditional powerful THz gas lasers. Full descriptions from basic principles to the latest progress are presented and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed as well. 3A Review on Binderless Tungsten Carbide: Development and Application显示文摘WC-Co alloys have enjoyed great practical significance owing to their excellent properties during the past decades.Despite the advantages,however,recently there have been concerns about the challenges associated with the use of Co,i.e.price instability,toxicity and properties degeneration,which necessitates the fabrication of binderless tungsten carbide(BTC).On the other hand,BTC or BTC composites,none of them,to date has been commercialized and produced on an industrial scale,but only used to a limited extent for specialized applications,such as mechanical seals undergoing high burthen as well as high temperature electrical contacts.There are two challenges in developing BTC:fully densifying the sintered body together with achieving a high toughness.Thus,this review applies towards comprehensively summarize the current knowledge of sintering behavior,microstructure,and mechanical properties of BTC,highlighting the densification improving strategies as well as toughening methods,so as to provide reference for those who would like to enhance the performance of BTC with better reliability advancing them to further wide applications and prepare the material in a way that is environment friendly,harmless to human health and low in production cost.This paper shows that the fabrication of highly dense and high-performance BTC is economically and technically feasible.The properties of BTC can be tailored by judiciously selecting the chemical composition coupled with taking into careful account the effects of processing techniques and parameters.Jialin Sun Jun Zhao Zhifu Huang Ke Yan Xuehui Shen Jiandong Xing Yimin Gao Yongxin Jian Hejie Yang Bo Li 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,1:8
4Impending HRT wave precursors to the Wenchuan M_s8.0 earthquake and methods of earthquake impending prediction by using HRT wave显示文摘We deployed four geo-electric monitoring stations in Sichuan and Yunnan provinces from 2004, using the new generation of equipment (PS-100) and technologies to capture the HRT wave earthquake precursor. Before the Wenchuan Ms8.0 earthquake, we recorded the HRT wave precursor at the only operating station in Hongge (HG, Δ=465 km) and found that significant impending signal had been recorded at the station in the early morning ( 0―5 am) of 12th of May, 2008. The precursor for this earthquake is consistent with precursors recorded for other strong earthquakes. The measured physical properties (geo-resistivity and telluric-current) show tidal wave period oscillations from several days to several months before the earthquakes and the amplitude of such HT oscillation increases significantly towards the occurrence of an earthquake. These HT and RT waves from the epicenter have a causal relationship with the earthquakes that happened several days later. The arrival time of two RT waves is proportional to the distance from the station to the epicenter. The estimated natural decay of the amplitude is correlated with the natural period (T0) of the earthquake fault, which is proportional to the fault length. From this relationship, we can predict the earthquake magnitude. For magnitude 6―9 earthquakes, the natural period is about 1―6 hours. Such oscillation comes from the epicenter area and they can propagate several thousand kilometers in the Earth's crust. Before a strong earthquake in the shallow crust, the conductive pore fluid will experience major changes before the fault rapture. Such fluid change will emit an oscillation in the pore fluid pressure. This is the mechanism for the HRT wave generation. Since the China Earthquake Administration funded the HRT wave short-term earth-quake prediction project in 2003, the first record of HRT precursor wave has been recorded from the 2004-12-26 Sumatra Mw9.0 earthquake with the largest epicentre distance Δ=2900 km. Thereafter, we have captured HRT waves from more than twenty strong earthquakes, which are well-matched and show repeatability, consistency and regularity. All our observation with the HRT waves demonstrate that HRT wave precursors to earthquakes indeed exist. Strong earthquakes can be predicted and short-term and impending earthquake prediction is achievable in the very near future. 5The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. 8Advanced Noncarbon Materials as Catalyst Supports and Non‑noble Electrocatalysts for Fuel Cells and Metal–Air Batteries显示文摘Electrochemical energy systems such as fuel cells and metal–air batteries can be used as clean power sources in the field of electric transportation and possess great potential in the reduction of various energy and environmental issues.In these systems,the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)at the cathode is the rate-determining factor for overall system performance,and up to now,platinum group metals supported on carbon materials,especially Pt,remain the highest performing and the most practical ORR electrocatalysts.However,corresponding carbonaceous catalyst supports are extremely susceptible to corrosion under electrochemical operation,and therefore,the extensive exploration of alternative stable materials for ORR electrocatalysts with both high electrochemical stability and catalytic performance is essential.Here,noncarbon materials with high corrosion resistance have been explored to substitute traditional carbon supports or even act directly as low-cost non-noble metal electrocatalysts,and based on this,this review will present a comprehensive overview and deep analysis of the recent progress in noncarbon materials,including metals,oxides,nitrides,carbides,sulfides,and so on.Overall,general attributes associated with noncarbon materials include high corrosion resistance,strong metal–support interaction,and impressive porous structure retention.However,major drawbacks include low electrical conductivity,insufficient chemical stability in acidic or alkaline media,and poor electrochemical stability at ORR electrode potentials.To overcome these challenges,this review will also summarize efficient strategies such as combining with highly conductive materials,introducing dopants and forming vacancies to result in promising electrocatalytic ORR performances.Finally,this review will propose possible research directions to facilitate future research and development toward the practical application of noncarbon-based ORR electrocatalysts.Shiming Zhang Menghui Chen Xiao Zhao Jialin Cai Wei Yan Joey Chung Yen Shengli Chen Yan Yu Jiujun Zhang 2021Electrochemical Energy Reviews2021,4,2:2

10Erianin suppresses constitutive activation of MAPK signaling pathway by inhibition of CRAF and MEK1/2显示文摘Constitutive activation of RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK signaling pathway(MAPK pathway)frequently occurs in many cancers harboring RAS or RAF oncogenic mutations.Because of the paradoxical activation induced by a single use of BRAF or MEK inhibitors,dual-target RAF and MEK treatment is thought to be a promising strategy.In this work,we evaluated erianin is a novel inhibitor of CRAF and MEK1/2 kinases,thus suppressing constitutive activation of the MAPK signaling pathway induced by BRAF V600E or RAS mutations.KinaseProfiler enzyme profiling,surface plasmon resonance(SPR),isothermal titration calorimetry(ITC),cellular thermal shift assay,computational docking,and molecular dynamics simulations were utilized to screen and identify erianin binding to CRAF and MEK1/2.Kinase assay,luminescent ADP detection assay,and enzyme kinetics assay were investigated to identify the efficiency of erianin in CRAF and MEK1/2 kinase activity.Notably,erianin suppressed BRAF V600E or RAS mutant melanoma and colorectal cancer cell by inhibiting MEK1/2 and CRAF but not BRAF kinase activity.Moreover,erianin attenuated melanoma and colorectal cancer in vivo.Overall,we provide a promising leading compound for BRAF V600E or RAS mutant melanoma and colorectal cancer through dual targeting of CRAF and MEK1/2.Penglei Wang Xuechao Jia Bingbing Lu Han Huang Jialin Liu Xuejiao Liu Qiong Wu Yamei Hu Pan Li Huifang Wei Tingting Liu Dengyun Zhao Lingwei Zhang Xueli Tian Yanan Jiang Yan Qiao Wenna Nie Xinli Ma Ruihua Bai Cong Peng Zigang Dong Kangdong Liu 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,4:1
11Study on Free Amino Acid and Short Peptide Fertilizer Production by Solid State Fermented Castor Bean Meal显示文摘Using microbial fermentation to increase the content of free amino acids and short peptides in the organic fertilizer for castor bean meal can effectively promote plant growth and improve fruit quality.Using free amino acid and short peptide content as an indicator,through single factor and response surface optimization experiments,the process parameters(moisture content,fermentation time and inoculum quantity)of castor meal solid-state fermentation were optimized.The best process parameters for the solid-state fermentation were:the moisture content 62%,the fermentation time 20 d,and the inoculum quantity 0.23%.The moisture content had the greatest impact on the conversion rate of free amino acids and short peptides,and the protein conversion rate reached 65.6%.The scale-up experiment under the optimal conditions showed that the solid-state fermentation using the inoculum had a significant beneficial effect compared with other fermentation methods.The fermentation of castor cake fertilizer provides a theoretical and practical basis for production feasibility,and has important guiding significance for the effective utilization of castor bean meal.Yan LI Xin JIANG Chengyue HOU Jialin JIANG Zhihui LI 2020Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,6:1
12An Influence Maximization Algorithm Based on the Mixed Importance of Nodes显示文摘The influence maximization is the problem of finding k seed nodes that maximize the scope of influence in a social network.Therefore,the comprehensive influence of node needs to be considered,when we choose the most influential node set consisted of k seed nodes.On account of the traditional methods used to measure the influence of nodes,such as degree centrality,betweenness centrality and closeness centrality,consider only a single aspect of the influence of node,so the influence measured by traditional methods mentioned above of node is not accurate.In this paper,we obtain the following result through experimental analysis:the influence of a node is relevant not only to its degree and coreness,but also to the degree and coreness of the n-order neighbor nodes.Hence,we propose a algorithm based on the mixed importance of nodes to measure the comprehensive influence of node,and the algorithm we proposed is simple and efficient.In addition,the performance of the algorithm we proposed is better than that of traditional influence maximization algorithms.Yong Hua Bolun Chen Yan Yuan Guochang Zhu Jialin Ma 2019Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,5:1

14Magnetocaloric effect of (Gd_(1-x)Nd_x)Co_2 alloys in low magnetic field显示文摘The phases and magnetocaloric effect in the alloys (Gd1-xNdx)Co2 with x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, and 0.4 were investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis and magnetization measurement. The samples are single phase with a cubic MgCu2-type structure. The Tc decreases obviously with increasing Nd content from 404 K of the alloy with x = 0 to 272 K of the alloy with x = 0.4; for x = 0.3, the Tc is 296 K, which is near room temperature. In the samples (Gd1-xNdx)Co2 with x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, and 0.4, the maximum magnetic entropy change is 1.471, 1.228, 1.280, 1.381 and 1.610 J·kg-1·K-1, respectively, in the applied field range of 0-2.0 T. 15Intermetallics and phase transformations of the Zr-1.0Sn-0.3Nb-0.3Fe-0.1Cr alloy显示文摘Intermetallics and phase transformations of the zirconium-based alloy, Zr-1.0Sn-0.3Nb-0.3Fe-0.1Cr, were investigated by conventional X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and dilation measurement. Three types of precipitates, namely, (ZrNb)2Fe, Zr(CrFe)2, and Zr3Fe, were detected by XRD. The cubic Ti2Ni-type (ZrNb)2Fe was found to be the main precipitate in the alloy, and it was proposed to dissolve at 861°C, whereas Zr3Fe dissolved at 780°C and Zr(CrFe)2 at 814°C. No precipitates were observed at a temperature higher than 900°C. The transformation-start temperature of α-Zr →β-Zr was reconfirmed to be 780°C, and the end temperature of α-Zr →β-Zr was determined to be 955°C. 16Polydopamine/polyethyleneimine co-crosslinked graphene oxide for the enhanced tribological performance of epoxy resin coatings显示文摘To enhance the wear resistance of graphene oxide(GO)nano-filled epoxy resin(EP)coatings with ex-cellent dispersion,GO were modified using a co-crosslinking strategy between polydopamine(PDA)and polyethyleneimine(PEI)through an environmentally friendly,simple and low-cost process.High-density amino-branched PEI and highly adhesive PDA formed covalent bond cross-links with GO(PDA/PEI-GO)through the Michael addition and Schiffbase reactions.With the introduction of amino active sites,the PDA self-polymerization reaction time was significantly shorted from 24 to 6 h.The covalently cross-linked network increased the lamellar spacing of GO and enhanced the interfacial bonds between the PDA/PEI-GO lamellae and EP matrix.Due to the improved dispersion and surface activity of GO,the PDA/PEI-GO nano-filled EP coating exhibited excellent wear resistance.Reciprocating friction with GCr15 stainless steel ball,the average friction coefficient and wear rate of the coating were reduced by 31.9%and 62.7%,respectively,compared to the pure EP coating.In addition,the wear mechanism of the PDA/PEI-GO/EP coating changed from adhesive and fatigue wear to abrasive wear,and it maintained good wear resistance by forming a GO lubrication transfer film on the counterpart surface.Therefore,this study may provide a new strategy for improving the dispersion of graphene in wear-resistant polymer materials for practical applications.Shaofeng Zhou Jin Yan Jialin Chen Huimin Yan Yin Zhang Jin Huang Guizhe Zhao Qiaoxin Zhang Yaqing Liu 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,5:1

18Continuous variable quantum conference network with a Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger entangled state显示文摘Quantum conference(QC)is a cryptographic task in secure communications that involves more than two users wishing to establish identical secret keys among N users.The Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger(GHZ)entangled state is the basic resource for quantum cryptographic communication due to the existence of multipartite quantum correlations.An unconditional and efficient quantum network can be established with a continuous variable(CV)GHZ entangled state because of its deterministic entanglement.Here,we report an implementation of QC scheme using a CV multipartite GHZ entangled state.The submodes of a quadripartite GHZ entangled state are distributed to four spatially separated users.The proposed QC scheme is proved to be secure even when the entanglement is distributed through lossy quantum channels and the collective Gaussian attacks are in the all lossy channels.The presented QC scheme has the capability to be directly extended to a larger scale quantum network by using entangled states with more submodes.YUE QIN JINGXU MA DI ZHAO JIALIN CHENG ZHIHUI YAN XIAOJUN JIA 2023Photonics Research2023,11,4:0
19Electrode particulate materials for advanced rechargeable batteries:A review显示文摘The demand for large-scale energy storage is increasing due to the decreasing non-renewable resources and deteriorating environmental pollution.Developing rechargeable batteries with high energy density and long cycle performance is an ideal choice to meet the demand of energy storage system.The development of excellent electrode particles is of great significance in the commercialization of nextgeneration batteries.The ideal electrode particles should balance raw material reserves,electrochemical performance,price and environmental protection.Among them,the development of electrode particulate materials with excellent electrochemical properties is the top priority at present.In this review,the typical researches of electrode materials are summarized in terms of crystal structure,morphology,pore structure,surface and interface regulation.Firstly,the structural characteristics and improvement methods of transition metal oxides,polyanionic compounds,Prussian blue and their analogues are introduced.Then,the different effects of particulate morphology,pore,surface and interface structure on the performance of electrode materials are discussed.For designing high-performance electrode materials,preparation route should be set according to the particle properties of the materials and the synergistic effect of various optimization methods should be adopted.At the same time,in addition to the electrode materials,other components of the rechargeable batteries,such as current collector,separator and electrolytes,should be optimized to improve the overall performance of the batteries.This review would provide important guiding principle for designing high-performance electrode particulate materials.Mingyang Ma Miao Du Yan Liu Hongyan Lü Jialin Yang Zelin Hao Jinzhi Guo Xinglong Wu 2024Particuology2024,86,3:0
