Application of improved active disturbance rejection control algorithm in tilt quad rotor显示文摘The Tilt Quad Rotor(TQR) has complex dynamics characteristics, especially in conversion mode. It is difficult to build the dynamic model of the TQR and the environmental factors have a great influence on it. To solve the problem of control in conversion mode of TQR, this paper carries out the design of the controller based on improved Active Disturbance Rejection Control(ADRC). According to the characteristics of flight in conversion mode, Tracking Differentiator(TD) with explicit model is used to solve the problem of multiple integrals when the system is high-order system. Extended State Observer(ESO) with Radial Basis Function(RBF) neural network is used to estimate and compensate for internal and external uncertainties, and the adaptive sliding mode control in Nonlinear State Error Feedback(NLSEF) is used to improve the response speed of the controller and reduce the parameters which should be tuned. Through the flight control simulation of the TQR, the validity and rationality of the control system are verified. | Zhigang WANG Hong ZHAO Dengyan DUAN Yuanyang JIAO Jianbo LI | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,6: | 10
Recent research advances of self-discharge in supercapacitors:Mechanisms and suppressing strategies显示文摘Supercapacitors are one of the most promising energy storage devices in the fields of vehicle transportation, flexible electronic devices, aerospace, etc. However, the existed self-discharge that is the spontaneous voltage decay after supercapacitors are fully charged, brings about the wide gap between experimental studies and practical utilization of supercapacitors.Although eliminating the selfdischarge completely is not reachable, suppressing the self-discharge rate to the lowest point is possible and feasible. So far,the significant endeavors have been devoted to achieve this goal.Herein,we summary and discuss the possible mechanisms for the self-discharge and the underlying influence factors. Moreover, the strategies to suppress the self-discharge are systemically summed up by three independent but unified aspects:modifying the electrode, modulating the electrolyte and tuning the separator. Finally, the major challenges to suppress the self-discharge of supercapacitors are concluded and the promising strategies are also pointed out and discussed. This review is presented with the view of serving as a guideline to suppress the self-discharge of supercapacitors and to across-the-board facilitate their widespread application. | Kunlun Liu Chang Yu Wei Guo Lin Ni Jinhe Yu Yuanyang Xie Zhao Wang Yongwen Ren Jieshan Qiu | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,7: | 6

A long/short-range interconnected carbon with well-defined mesopore for high-energy-density supercapacitors显示文摘Amorphous carbon derived from biomass unusually combines the merits of large specific surface area and abundant micropores, offering massive anchoring points for ion adsorption in electrolyte.Nevertheless, the short-range ordered structure in amorphous carbon hinders the fast electron transfer.Conversely, graphitic carbon with long-range ordered structure is beneficial for electron transfer. Thus,a low-cost strategy is required to marry hierarchical porous structure with long-range ordered structure, resulting in a long/short-range interconnected porous carbon and then leading to fast ion and electron transfer.Herein,we modified the solid-phase conversion process of biomass by employing the features of liquid-phase carbonization for petroleum asphalt. With the assistance of asphalt, the large specific surface area(>2,000 m^(2)·g^(-1)),high ratio of mesopores(ca.60%)together with long-range ordered structure are in-situ created in as-made porous carbon. Thanks to the well configured structure in small scale, the as-made co-converted carbon can be operated in high-viscosity EMIMBF4 electrolyte with a superior capacitance(315 F·g^(-1)@1 A·g^(-1)).Besides,the as-assembled symmetric supercapacitor can deliver a super-high specific energy of 174 Wh·kg^(-1)@2.0 kW·kg^(-1).This work provides a new version for designing highly porous biomass-derived carbon with long/short-range alternating structure at molecular level. | Yuanyang Xie Chang Yu Wei Guo Lin Ni Zhao Wang Jinhe Yu Le Yang Rong Fu Kunlun Liu Jieshan Qiu | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,2: | 1

Opposite effects of Drosophila C3PO on gene silencing mediated by esi-2.1 and miRNA-bantam显示文摘Translin/TRAX complex, also named as C3PO,is evolutionarily conserved and participates in diverse cellular processes in different organisms from yeast to human.C3PO plays a critical role in the activation of RNA-induced silencing complexes by promoting the unwinding and degradation of passenger strand of exogenous siRNAs(exo-siRNAs)in Drosophila and human. Moreover, human C3PO(hC3PO)has been found to broadly repress miRNAs by degrading miRNA precursors. However, the effect of Drosophila melanogaster C3PO(dmC3PO)on endogenous siRNA(endo-siRNA)and miRNA pathways remains unknown. Here,we found that the loss of dmC3PO promoted the accumulation of the passenger strand of esi-2.1(hp-CG4068B),and resulted in the de-repression of the DNA-damage-response gene mutagensensitive 308(mus308),which is an endogenous slicer target of esi-2.1 in Drosophila. Moreover,we also found that depletion of dmC3PO increased the accumulation of miR-bantam.Taken together, our findings indicated that dmC3PO not only involves in siRNA pathway triggered by dsRNA,but also regulates the abundance of certain endogenous small RNAs in Drosophila. | Yujie Liu Yuan Fang Yongxiang Liu Zhaowei Wang Bao Lyu Yuanyang Hu Xi Zhou | 2019 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2019,51,2: | 1

Newly discovered insect RNA viruses in China显示文摘Insects are a group of arthropods and the largest group of animals on Earth, with over one million species described to date.Like other life forms, insects suffer from viruses that cause disease and death.Viruses that are pathogenic to beneficial insects cause dramatic economic losses on agriculture. In contrast, viruses that are pathogenic to insect pests can be exploited as attractive biological control agents. All of these factors have led to an explosion in the amount of research into insect viruses in recent years, generating impressive quantities of information on the molecular and cellular biology of these viruses.Due to the wide variety of insect viruses,a better understanding of these viruses will expand our overall knowledge of their virology. Here,we review studies of several newly discovered RNA insect viruses in China. | QIU Yang WANG ZhaoWei LIU YongXiang QI Nan SI Jie XIANG Xue XIA XiaoLing HU YuanYang ZHOU Xi | 2013 | Science China(Life Sciences)2013,56,8: | 1
Dynamics of an impurity ion transport in oil-paper insulation under various electric fields显示文摘The ionic transport process is an important counterpart to charge transport in oil-paper insulation, and it significantly impacts oil flow electrification at the oil-paper interface.Despite this, the dynamics of this phenomenon and the underlying mechanisms remain unclear, particularly at the molecular level. To understand this fundamental aspect,we conduct Molecular Dynamics study on the transport behaviour of an impurity ion in different oil-paper insulation models under various external electric fields.Different influence factors, such as external electric fields, temperatures, and local structural characteristics, are investigated in relation to the corresponding ionic mobility in different polymer models.According to the simulations, ionic mobility and its response to electric fields are higher in weaker electrostatic models. As a result, mineral oil exhibits the highest ionic mobility and the most substantial enhancement of ionic mobility by external electric fields, followed by vegetable oil,oil-paper blends, and insulating paper. This significant deviation in ionic mobility between oil and paper leads to the formation of an electric double layer near the oil-paper interface. The underlying physical mechanisms of different ionic mobility and its response to the electric field in different polymer models could be explained by the different polymer structural influences in terms of interaction energy and coordination numbers in a static manner,as well as by the interactions between the impurity ion and its surrounding atoms in terms of lifetime correlation functions and velocity autocorrelation functions in a dynamic manner. In addition, the influence of temperature on ionic mobility in mineral and vegetable oil is examined, and their activation energies are calculated.Advancing in the fundamental understanding of the dynamics of the ion transport process in oil-paper insulation is vital to improving their insulating properties for oil-impregnated power transformers. | Yuanyang Ren Yang Wang Qiankai Zhang Jiayu Xiong Wen Cao Zepeng Lv Kai Wu | 2024 | High Voltage2024,9,1: | 0
Crustal Contamination of the Mantle-Derived Liuyuan Basalts:Implications for the Permian Evolution of the Southern Central Asian Orogenic Belt显示文摘The Permian basalts in the Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB)are crucial for constraining the closure of the Paleo-Asian Ocean. However, the origin of these basalts is still under discussion. Here,we present comprehensive bulk-rock geochemical,Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf isotopic, and zircon U-Pb-Lu-Hf isotopic data of the Liuyuan basalts and coexisting gabbros, which are located in the Beishan Orogen in the southern CAOB,to constrain their emplacement setting and tectonic implications. Our new gabbro ages of ca.288–294 Ma are interpreted to represent the formation time of the Liuyuan basaltic belt. The Liuyuan basalts show MORB-like rare earth element(REE)patterns and bulk-rockε_(Hf)(t)andε_(Nd)(t)values of 11.0–15.4 and 4.6–9.2,respectively,suggesting an origination mainly from a depleted mantle source. However, positive Pb anomalies,Nb-Ta depletions, and high Th/Yb ratios as well as evolved Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf isotopic compositions of some samples indicate variable continental crustal contribution.According to the covariation of Pb anomalies(Pb^(*)=2×Pb_(N)/(Ce_(N)+Pr_(N)))with Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf isotopic compositions,we speculate that parent magma of the Liuyuan basalt was contaminated by continental crustal materials during the eruption rather than having been generated from an enriched mantle source. As revealed by mixing modelling, the Liuyuan basaltic magmas would require a minor(<10%)upper continental crustal assimilation to explain the enriched trace elemental and radiogenic Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf isotopic signatures.Consequently, the Liuyuan basaltic belt is believed to have been generated in a continental extensional environment instead of an oceanic setting and does not constitute a Permian ophiolitic suture zone as previously suggested, since the Paleo-Asian Ocean was already closed in the southern Beishan Orogen in the Early Permian. | Yuanyang Yu Keqing Zong Yu Yuan Reiner Klemd Xin-Shui Wang Jingliang Guo Rong Xu Zhaochu Hu Yongsheng Liu | 2022 | Journal of Earth Science2022,33,5: | 0
Characteristics and outcomes of patients with autoimmune pancreatitis after pancreatectomy:a retrospective study显示文摘Objective:Autoimmune pancreatitis(AIP)is a rare and special type of pancreatitis, which is often difficult to distinguish from pancreatic cancer. We aimed to discuss the clinical characteristics, operation characteristics, and therapeutic effects of AIP pa-tients who received surgical treatment based on retrospective analysis. Methods:The medical records of patients who underwent surgery at Peking Union Medical College Hospital from January 2012 to July 2021 and whose postoperative pathology was AIP were collected.Clinical symptoms, laboratory examinations, imaging features, surgical information, and prognostic data were analyzed. Results:Nineteen patients with AIP(median age 60 years old,14 males)underwent surgery, whose main indication for surgery was suspected of a malignant lesion(n=18,94.7%).Ten patients underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy,8 underwent distal pancreatectomy, and 1 underwent total pancreatectomy, the pathological result of whom were all AIP.The main postoperative complication was pancreatic fistula(n=11,57.9%),and one patient(5.3%)underwent a second operation due to gastrointestinal anastomotic bleeding. One patient(5.6%)had a recurrence of AIP,3 patients(16.7%)were treated with glucocorticoid after sur-gery,and one patient(5.6%)was treated with immunosuppressors. Conclusions:Differential diagnosis of AIP from pancreatic cancer is complex.Operation difficulty and complication incidence for patients with AIP were similar to pancreatic cancer patients.Although glucocorticoid is the first-line treatment for AIP,surgery may still be necessary for patients who are strongly suspected of a malignant lesion. | Bangbo Zhao Cheng Qin Tianyu Li Zeru Li Yuanyang Wang Weibin Wang | 2023 | Journal of Pancreatology2023,6,2: | 0
The protective effects of Xuebijing injection on intestinal injuries of mice exposed to irradiation显示文摘Background:Gastrointestinal(GI)injury is one of the most common side effects of radiotherapy. However, there is no ideal therapy method except for symptomatic treatment in the clinic.Xuebijing(XBJ)is a traditional Chinese medicine, used to treat sepsis by injection. In this study, the protective effects of XBJ on radiation-i nduced intestinal injury(RⅢ)and its mechanism were explored. Methods:The effect of XBJ on survival of irradiated C57BL/6 mice was monitored.Histological changes including the number of crypts and the length of villi were evaluated by H&E.The expression of Lgr5^(+)intestinal stem cells(ISCs),Ki67^(+)cells,villin and lysozymes were examined by immunohistochemistry. The expression of cytokines in the intestinal crypt was detected by RT-PCR.DNA damage and apoptosis rates in the small intestine were also evaluated by immunofluorescence. Results:In the present study,XBJ improved the survival rate of the mice after 8.0and 9.0 Gy total body irradiation(TBI).XBJ attenuated structural damage of the small intestine, maintained regenerative ability and promoted proliferation and differentiation of crypt cells, decreased apoptosis rate and reduced DNA damage in the intestine.Elevation of IL-6 and TNF-α was limited, but IL-1,TNF-β and IL-10 levels were increased in XBJ-treated group after irradiation. The expression of Bax and p53 were decreased after XBJ treatment. Conclusions:Taken together,XBJ provides a protective effect on RⅢby inhibiting inflammation and blocking p53-related apoptosis pathway. | Yinping Dong YuanYang Zhang Xinyue Wang Wenxuan Li Junling Zhang Lu Lu Hui Dong Saijun Fan Aimin Meng Deguan Li | 2022 | Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2022,5,6: | 0
P311 promotes typeⅡtransforming growth factor-βreceptor mediated fibroblast activation and granulation tissue formation in wound healing显示文摘Background:P311,a highly conserved 8 kDa intracellular protein, has recently been reported to play an important role in aggravating hypertrophic scaring by promoting the differentiation and secretion of fibroblasts.Nevertheless, how P311 regulates the differentiation and function of fibroblasts to affect granulation tissue formation remains unclear. In this work,we studied the underlying mechanisms via which P311 affects fibroblasts and promotes acute skin wound repair. Methods:To explore the role of P311,both in vitro and in vivo wound-healing models were used.Full-thickness skin excisional wounds were made in wild-type and P311−/−C57 adult mice.Wound healing rate,re-epithelialization,granulation tissue formation and collagen deposition were measured at days 3,6 and 9 after skin injury. The biological phenotypes of fibroblasts, the expression of target proteins and relevant signaling pathways were examined both in vitro and in vivo.Results:P311 could promote the proliferation and differentiation of fibroblasts, enhance the ability of myofibroblasts to secrete extracellular matrix and promote cell contraction, and then facilitate the formation of granulation tissue and eventually accelerate skin wound closure.Importantly,we discovered that P311 acts via up-regulating the expression of type II transforming growth factor-βreceptor(TGF-βRII)in fibroblasts and promoting the activation of the TGF-βRII-Smad signaling pathway.Mechanistically, the mammalian target of rapamycin signaling pathway is closely implicated in the regulation of the TGF-βRII-Smad pathway in fibroblasts mediated by P311.Conclusions:P311 plays a critical role in activation of the TGF-βRII-Smad pathway to promote fibroblast proliferation and differentiation as well as granulation tissue formation in the process of skin wound repair. | Jue Wang Ruoyu Shang Jiacai Yang Zhihui Liu Yunxia Chen Cheng Chen Wenxia Zheng Yuanyang Tang Xiaorong Zhang Xiaohong Hu Yong Huang Han-Ming Shen Gaoxing Luo Weifeng He | 2022 | Burns & Trauma2022,10,1: | 0
One-step and wash-free multiplexed immunoassay platform based on bioinspired photonic barcodes显示文摘Multiplex, rapid and accurate virus quantification plays a great value in biomedical detection. Here,a novel one step,wash-free immunoassay platform based bioinspired PhC barcodes for multiplexed virus quantification was explored.PhC barcodes were decorated with PDA by self-polymerization of DA,thus this nanocomposite hybridized PhC barcodes facilitated the adsorption of FITC labelled antibodies and quenched itself photolumines-cent,allowing a fast responsive composite platform. In the presence of target analyte, the FITC-labelled detection antibody was released from the surface of PDA decorated microcarrier to specifically bind to the target ana-lyte,thus recovered the photoluminescence. In addition, the PhC microcarrier was enabled to carry out various color barcode for different targets detection though tuning internal periodic structures.Based on these excellent performances of the nanocomposite barcode, this method can not only capture H1N1,H5N1,SARS-CoV-2 si-multaneously with rapid, accuracy but also accomplish multiplex quantification detection with high-sensitivity.Furthermore,our developed platform was also achieved with high-sensitivity and high-specificity through the verification of clinical samples, thus laying out a new avenue for multiplex virus detection in clinical diagnosis. | Dagan Zhang Yuze Wang Junqi Zhao Xueqin Li Yuanyang Zhou Sen Wang | 2023 | Engineered Regeneration2023,4,3: | 0
LncRNA KCNQ1OT1:Molecular mechanisms and pathogenic roles in human diseases显示文摘Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)exhibit a length more than 200 nucleotides and they are characterized by non-coding RNAs(ncRNA)not encoded into proteins.Over the past few years, the role and development of lncRNAs have aroused the rising attention of researchers. To be specific,KCNQ1OT1,the KCNQ1 opposite strand/antisense transcript 1,is clearly classified as a regulatory ncRNA.KCNQ1OT1 is capable of interacting with miRNAs,RNAs and proteins, thereby affecting gene expression and various cell functions(e.g.,cell proliferation, migration, epithelialemesenchymal transition(EMT),apoptosis, viability, autophagy and inflammation).KCNQ1OT1 is dysregulated in a wide range of human diseases(e.g.,cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and cataract),and it is speculated to act as a therapeutic target for treating various human diseases. On the whole, this review aims to explore the biological functions, underlying mechanisms and pathogenic roles of KCNQ1OT1 in human diseases. | Fangqi Xia Yaqi Wang Mengzhen Xue Leiqi Zhu Dengke Jia Yue Shi Yan Gao Luoying Li Yuanyang Li Silong Chen Guangfu Xu Ding Yuan Chengfu Yuan | 2022 | Genes & Diseases2022,9,6: | 0
Exosome-mediated cell-cell communication within pancreatic cancer tumor microenvironment: a narrative review显示文摘The significance of exosomes has emerged in a variety of physiological processes and diseases.Pancreatic cancer remains one of the most lethal diseases at present.Recently, increasing evidence has suggested that exosomes are vital for mediating the elaborate interaction of highly heterogeneous cell clusters within the pancreatic tumor microenvironment, contributing to activating pancreatic stellate cells and cancer-associated fibroblasts, compromising immune cells, and enhancing angiogenesis.Besides their natural and intrinsic roles, exosomes may provide a novel potential way for pancreatic cancer management and therapy as well. Thus, exosomes not only mediate cellular communication during pancreatic cancer progression but also serve as a promising player in precise pancreatic cancer management and treatment. To comprehensively summarize the role of exosomes in pancreatic cancer,we searched the PubMed database and reviewed all relevant original studies. | Cheng Qin Bangbo Zhao Yuanyang Wang Tianhao Li Zeru Li Tianyu Li Yutong Zhao Weibin Wang | 2022 | Journal of Pancreatology2022,5,3: | 0
