| 1 | High Frame Rate Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound Helps Differentiate Malignant and Benign Focal Liver Lesions显示文摘Background and Aims:This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic performance of high frame rate contrast-en-hanced ultrasound(H-CEUS)of focal liver lesions(FLLs).Methods:From July 2017 to June 2019,conventional con-trast-enhanced ultrasound(C-CEUS)and H-CEUS were per-formed in 78 patients with 78 nodules.The characteristics of C-CEUS and H-CEUS in malignant and benign groups and the differences between different lesion sizes(1-3 cm,3-5 cm,or>5 cm)of C-CEUS and H-CEUS were examined.The diagnostic performance of C-CEUS and H-CEUS was ana-lyzed.The chi-square test or Fisher’s exact test was used to assess inter-group differences.The receiver operating characteristic curve was plotted to determine the diagnostic performance of C-CEUS and H-CEUS.Results:There were significant differences in the enhancement area,fill-in direc-tion and vascular architecture between C-CEUS and H-CEUS for both benign and malignant lesions(all p=0.000-0.008),but there were no significant differences in washout results(p=0.566 and p=0.684,respectively).For lesions 1-3 cm in size,the enhancement area,fill-in direction,and vascular architecture on C-CEUS and H-CEUS were significantly dif-ferent(all p=0.000),unlike for lesions 3-5 cm or>5 cm in size.For differentiation of malignant from benign FLLs in the 1-3 cm group,H-CEUS showed sensitivity,specific-ity,accuracy,and positive and negative predictive values of 92.86%,95.0%,96.3%,90.48%and 93.75%,respectively,which were higher than those for C-CEUS(75.0%,70.0%,77.78%,66.67%and 72.91%,respectively).Conclusions:H-CEUS provided more vascular information which could help differentiate malignant from benign FLLs,especially for lesions 1-3 cm in size. | Xiang Fei Peng Han Bo Jiang Lianhua Zhu Wenshuo Tian Maodong Sang Xirui Zhang Yaqiong Zhu Yukun Luo | 2022 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,1: | 8 |

| 5 | On the technologies of Hα imaging spectrograph for the CHASE mission显示文摘The Hα imaging spectrograph(HIS) is the scientific payload of the first solar space mission, the Chinese Hα solar explorer(CHASE), supported by the China National Space Administration(CNSA). The CHASE/HIS achieves, for the first time in space, Hα spectroscopic observations with high spectral and temporal resolutions. Separate channels for the raster scanning mode(RSM) and continuum imaging mode(CIM) are integrated into one, and a highly integrated design is achieved through multiple folding of the optical path and ultra-light miniaturized components. The design of HIS implements a number of key technologies such as high-precision scanning of the optical field of view(FOV), high-precision integrated manufacturing inspection, a large-tolerance pre-filter window, and full-link solar radiation calibration. | 6 | Essential role of Msx1 in regulating anterior-posterior patterning of the secondary palate in mice显示文摘Development of the secondary palate displays molecular heterogeneity along the anterior-posterior axis;however, the underlying molecular mechanism remains largely unknown. MSX1 is an anteriorly expressed transcription repressor required for palate development. Here, we investigate the role of Msx1 in regional patterning of the secondary palate. The Wnt1-Cre-mediated expression of Msx1(Rosa Msx1^(Wnt1-Cre))throughout the palatal mesenchyme leads to cleft palate in mice, associated with aberrant cell proliferation and cell death. Osteogenic patterning of the hard palate in Rosa Msx1^(Wnt1-Cre)mice is severely impaired, as revealed by a marked reduction in palatine bone formation and decreased expression of the osteogenic regulator Sp7. Overexpression and knockout of Msx1 in mice show that the transcription repressor promotes the expression of the anterior palate-specific Alx1 but represses the expression of the medialposterior palate genes Barx1, Meox2, and Tbx22. Furthermore, Tbx22 constitutes a direct Msx1 target gene in the secondary palate, suggesting that Msx1 can directly repress the expression of medial-posterior specific genes. Finally, we determine that Sp7 is downstream of Tbx22 in palatal mesenchymal cells,suggesting that a Msx1/Tbx22/Sp7 axis participates in the regulation of palate development. | 7 | Record power and efficient mid-infrared supercontinuum generation in germania fiber with high stability显示文摘We report the demonstration of a mid-infrared(MIR)supercontinuum(SC)laser delivering a record-breaking average output power of more than 40 W with a long-wavelength edge up to 3.5μm.The all-fiberized configuration was composed of a thulium-doped fiber amplifier system emitting a broadband spectrum covering 1.9–2.6μm with pulse repetition rate of 3 MHz,and a short piece of germania fiber.A 41.9 W MIR SC with a whole spectrum of 1.9–3.5μm was generated in a piece of 0.2-m-long germania fiber,with a power conversion efficiency of 71.4%.For an even shorter germania fiber(0.1 m),an SC with even higher output power of 44.9 W(corresponding to a conversion efficiency of 76.5%)was obtained,but the energy conversion toward the long-wavelength region was slightly limited.A continuous operation for 1 hour with output power of 32.6 W showed outstanding power stability(root mean square 0.17%)of the obtained SC laser.To the best of the authors’knowledge,for the first time,this work demonstrates the feasibility of germania fiber on generating a 40-W level MIR SC with high efficiency and excellent power stability,paving the way to real applications requiring high power and high reliability of MIR SC lasers. | Linyong Yang Yukun Yang Bin Zhang Xiran Zhu Desheng Zhao Shuailin Liu Jing Hou | 2022 | High Power Laser Science and Engineering2022,10,6: | 1 |

Through the numerical computation for the real process of the radiative heat transfer using the Second-order IPM,the previous IPM (the first-order), the Analytic Method and the Zone Method, it was shown that the calculation accuracy of the Secondr-order IPM is much higher than that of the first-order IPM, and its demand to computer capacity and time consuming is much lower than that of the Zone Method or the Analytic Method. | 12 | Numerical Study of the Effect of Imaginary Circle Diameter and Initial Flow Field on the Aerodynamic Field in a Tangentially Fired Furnace显示文摘In this paper, the effect of the imaginary circle diameter opi and the initial flow field on the aerodynamic field in a tangentially fired furnace was studied by numerical simulation and experiments in the cold model. Results show that merely reducing the imaginary circle diameter rki can not significantly reduce the rotatiollal diameter op in the range considered. The flow still rotates coullter-clockwise stably and does not change rotation direction when the direction of all jet axes are defiected suddenly to the opposite rotation direction by up to 5.4' in a countereclockwise llow field. It is the first time that the numerical sAnulation results were obtained which agreed quite well with this experimental phenomena qualitatively. The experimental data, i.e., the rotational diameter & and the maximum velocity on the syrnmetric central line of fUrnace Vm, are only a bit larger than the simulation results. It is shown that the initial flow field has an important influence on the aerodynamic field in the furnace. Other measures have to be taken as wel1 in order to reduce & to resist slagging and high temperature corrosion of furnace tubes. | 17 | Quantitative Characterization and Genesis Analysis of Complex Modals of Pore Structure in Alluvial-Fan Sandy Conglomerate Reservoirs显示文摘新疆油田冲积扇砂砾岩储层岩石类型多样,颗粒大小混杂,分选极差,储层孔隙结构具有典型的多种模态特征,即单模态、双模态与复模态等。利用铸体薄片、压汞、恒速压汞资料定量表征了七东1区砂砾岩储层复杂模态孔隙特征以及连通特征,利用多元回归分析法建立复杂模态孔隙结构储层的识别模型。以此为基础,分析了冲积扇砂砾岩储层孔隙结构复杂模态成因机制。研究表明:单模态储层主要以Ⅰ类储层为主,双模态储层以Ⅱ、Ⅲ类储层为主,复模态储层以Ⅲ类储层为主。从单模态类型到复模态孔喉组合类型,孔隙发育由好变差,由连通较好的网状到连通较差的星点状,面孔率降低,平均孔径减小,孔喉配位数减小。利用已有147块样品统计发现,七东1区下克拉玛依组储层中单模态储层占19%、双模态储层占48%、复模态储层占33%。由此提出不同模态判断标准,建立了储层孔隙结构预测模型,揭示了储层构型、成岩后作用及注水(聚)开发中后期的系列变化等多因素是导致形成复杂模态的原因。 | Senlin Yin Juan Chen Yukun Chen Xiaoguang Wang Xuzhuang Zhu | 2017 | 石油天然气学报2017,39,3: | 0 |
