| 1 | Precise orbit determination of Beidou Satellites with precise positioning显示文摘Chinese Beidou satellite navigation system constellation currently consists of eight Beidou satellites and can provide preliminary service of navigation and positioning in the Asia-Pacific Region.Based on the self-developed software Position And Navigation Data Analysis(PANDA) and Beidou Experimental Tracking Stations (BETS),which are built by Wuhan University,the study of Beidou precise orbit determination,static precise point positioning (PPP),and high precision relative positioning,and differential positioning are carried out comprehensively.Results show that the radial precision of the Beidou satellite orbit determination is better than 10 centimeters.The RMS of static PPP can reach several centimeters to even millimeters for baseline relative positioning.The precision of kinematic pseudo-range differential positioning and RTK mode positioning are 2-4 m and 5-10 cm respectively,which are close to the level of GPS precise positioning.Research in this paper verifies that,with support of ground reference station network,Beidou satellite navigation system can provide precise positioning from several decimeters to meters in the wide area and several centimeters in the regional area.These promising results would be helpful for the implementation and applications of Beidou satellite navigation system. | SHI Chuang ZHAO QiLe LI Min TANG WeiMing HU ZhiGang LOU YiDong ZHANG HongPing NIU XiaoJi LIU JingNan | 2012 | Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,7: | 61 |
| 2 | The effects of simulated nitrogen deposition on extracellular enzyme activities of litter and soil among different-aged stands of larch显示文摘Aims Nitrogen(N)addition could affect the rate of forest litter and soil organic matter decomposition by regulating extracellular enzyme activity(EEa).The impact of N addition on EEa may differ across different age stands with different organic matter quality.We were interested in whether the impact of N addition on EEa in litter and mineral soil during the growing season was dependent on stand age of a larch plantation in North China.Methods We added three levels of N(0,20 and 50 kg N ha^(−1) year^(−1))in three age stands(11,20 and 45 years old)of Larix principis-rupprech-tii plantation in North China.We measured potential activities of β-1,4-glucosidase(b),cellobiohydrolase(Cb),β-1,4-N-acetyl-glucosaminidase(Nag)and phenol oxidase(Po)in litter(organic horizon)and mineral soil(0-10 cm)during the second growing sea-son after N amendment.We also measured C and N concentrations,microbial biomass C and N,and KCl-extractable ammonium and nitrate in both litter and mineral soil.Important Findings We observed unimodal patterns of EEa during the growing season in all three stands,consistent with the seasonal variations of soil temperature.stand age had a strong effect on EEa in both litter and mineral soil,and this effect differed between litter and mineral soil as well as between different enzymes.N addition did not significantly affect the activities of b or Cb but significantly suppressed the activity of Nag in litter.We also found stand age-specific responses of Po activity to N addition in both litter and mineral soil.N addition suppressed Po activity of the high C:N ratio litters in 20-and 45-year-old stands but had no significant effect on Po activity of the low C:N ratio litter in 11-year-old stand.moreover,N addition inhibited Po activity of the high C:N ratio soil in 20-year-old stand but had no significant impact on Po activity of the low C:N ratio soils in 11-and 45-year-old stands.overall,stand age had a greater effect on EEa in litter and mineral soil compared to 2 years of N addition.moreover,the effect of N addition on Po activity is stand age dependent,which may affect the long-term soil carbon storage in this forest. | Yuecun Ma Biao Zhu Zhenzhong Sun Chuang Zhao Yan Yang Shilong Piao | 2014 | Journal of Plant Ecology2014,7,3: | 14 |
| 3 | Dopamine D4 Receptor Gene Associated with the Frontal-Striatal-Cerebellar Loop in Children with ADHD: A Resting-State fMRI Study显示文摘Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is a common childhood neuropsychiatric disorder that has been linked to the dopaminergic system. This study aimed to investigate the effects of regulation of the dopamine D4 receptor(DRD4) on functional brain activity during the resting state in ADHD children using the methods of regional homogeneity(Re Ho) and functional connectivity(FC). Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging data were analyzed in 49 children with ADHD. All participants were classified as either carriers of the DRD44-repeat/4-repeat(4 R/4 R) allele(n = 30) or the DRD42-repeat(2 R) allele(n = 19). The results showed that participants with the DRD4 2 R allele had decreased Re Ho bilaterally in the posterior lobes of the cerebellum, while Re Ho was increased in the left angular gyrus. Compared with participants carrying the DRD4 4 R/4 R allele, those with the DRD4 2 R allele showed decreased FC to the left angular gyrus in the left striatum, right inferior frontal gyrus, and bilateral lobes of the cerebellum. The increased FC regions included the left superior frontal gyrus, medial frontal gyrus, and rectus gyrus. These data suggest that the DRD4 polymorphisms are associated with localized brain activity and specific functional connections, including abnormality in the frontal-striatal-cerebellar loop. | 5 | Separation and purification of deoxynivalenol(DON) mycotoxin from wheat culture using a simple two-step silica gel column chromatography显示文摘Deoxynivalenol(DON) is a type B trichothecenes mycotoxin produced by several Fusarium species, often found in foodstuffs for humans and animals. DON is in great demand for the toxicological researches both in vivo and in vitro. In this work, wheat culture was inoculated with a Fusarium graminearum PH-1 strain for DON production. The solvent system for crude extraction was acetonitrile-water(84:16, v/v). A simple two-step silica gel column chromatography was employed to separate the DON mycotoxin from wheat culture, combined with preparative high performance liquid chromatography(preparative HPLC) to purify the compound. The solvent system for the second silica gel column chromatography was methylene chloride-methanol(17:1, v/v), which provided a good elution effect selected on thin layer chromatography(TLC). The target compound was identified by HPLC, and the chemical structure was confirmed by mass spectrometry(MS) and ~1H and ^(13)C nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectroscopy. A total of 433 mg of purified DON was obtained from 1 kg of wheat culture, with a purity of 99.01%. | 6 | Separation and characterization of petroleum asphaltene fractions by ESI FT-ICR MS and UV-vis spectrometer显示文摘Using heptane, toluene, and tetrahydrofuran (THF) as eluant, asphaltenes were fractionated into five fractions based on their polarity and solubility. The molecular composition of polar heteroatom species in both asphaltene and its fractions were analyzed by negative-ion electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (ESI FT-ICR MS). The application of UV-vis spectrometer in characterizing asphaltene composition and measuring asphaltene concentration was discussed. About 11.9 wt% asphaltene components adsorbed permanently on silica gel in the extrography column after excessive elution with various solvents. In negative FT-ICR MS, the mass spectra show that acidic and neutral nitrogen-containing compounds such as N1 and N1S1 mainly existe in the first three less polar fractions, while oxygen-containing compounds such as O2 , O2S, O2S2 , O3 , and O4 show high relative abundance in more polar fractions. These results suggest oxygen-containing compounds have stronger adsorption ability with silica gel. It was observed that the double bond equivalence (DBE) distribution of N1 class species in the fractions shifted to higher values while the carbon number shifted to smaller numbers as polarity of fractions increased. This indicates that acidic and neutral N1 compounds with longer carbon chain and less aromaticity have less polarity compared with those with shorter carbon chain and stronger aromaticity. | 8 | Effect of long-term weightlessness on retina and optic nerve in tail-suspension rats显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the effect of long-term weightlessness on retina and optic nerve in tail-suspension(TS) rats.METHODS: A stimulated weightlessness model was established by suspending rats' tail. After 12 wk, the ultrastructure and the number of optic nerve axons were observed by transmission electron microscope. The number of survival retinal ganglion cells(RGCs) was calculated by fluorescent gold retrograde labeling. Retina cells apoptosis was detected by TUNEL staining. The function of optic nerve and retina was evaluated by the visual evoked potential(VEP) and oscillatory potentials(Ops).RESULTS: The optic nerve axons were swollen and sparsely aligned, and the lamellar separation and myelin disintegration occurred after 12 wk in TS rats. | 12 | Reaction-diffusion modeling of malware propagation in mobile wireless sensor networks显示文摘Mobile Wireless Sensor Networks (MWSNs) are employed in many fields, such as intelligent transportation, community health monitoring, and animal behavior monitoring. However, MWSNs may be vulnerable to malicious interference because of the large-scale characteristics. One of the threats is to inject malware into some nodes, especially mobile nodes. When a contaminated node communicates with its neighbors, multiple copies of the malware are transmitted to its neighbors, which may destroy nodes, block regular communications, or even damage the integrity of regular data packets. This work develops a modeling framework which mathematically characterizes the process of malware propagation in MWSNs based on the theory of reaction-diffusion equation. Our proposed model can efficiently predict the temporal dynamic behavior and spatial distribution of malware propagation over time, so that targeted immunization measures can be taken on infected nodes, whereas most of the existing models for malware propagation can only predict the temporal dynamic behavior rather than the spatial distribution of malware propagation over time. We conduct extensive simulations on large-scale MWSNs to evaluate the proposed model. In this study, asimple and cost-effective method for the carbon quantum dot (CQD)-inducedassembly of two-dimensional ultrathin Ni(OH)2 nanosheets into a three-dimensional (3D) porous hierarchical structure was developed. The electrostaticforces between the CQDs and cations drove the self-assembly of the 3DCQDs/Ni(OH)2 hierarchical structures. As a new type of structure-directingagent, the CQDs played dual roles in tuning the morphology of the productsand improving the supercapacitor performance. The multilevel CQDs/Ni(OH)2micro-nanostructures had a large specific surface area and rich porosity. | 16 | A progressive approach to predict shot peening process parameters for forming integral panel of Al7050-T7451显示文摘In this paper,a progressive approach to predict the multiple shot peening process parameters for complex integral panel is proposed.Firstly,the invariable parameters in the forming process including shot size,mass flow,peening distance and peening angle are determined according to the empirical and machine type.Then,the optimal value of air pressure for the whole shot peening is selected by the experimental data.Finally,the feeding speed for every shot peening path is predicted by regression equation.The integral panel part with thickness from 2 mm to 5 mm and curvature radius from 3200 mm to 16000 mm is taken as a research object,and four experiments are conducted.In order to design specimens for acquiring the forming data,one experiment is conducted to compare the curvature radius of the plate and stringer-structural specimens,which were peened along the middle of the two stringers.The most striking finding of this experiment is that the outer shape error range is below 3.9%,so the plate specimens can be used in predicting feeding speed of the integral panel.The second experiment is performed and results show that when the coverage reaches the limit of 80%,the minimum feeding speed is 50 mm/s.By this feeding speed,the forming curvature radius of the specimens with different thickness from the third experiment is measured and compared with the research object,and the optimal air pressure is 0.15 MPa.Then,the plate specimens with thickness from 2 mm to 5 mm are peened in the fourth experiment,and the measured curvature radius data are used to calculate the feeding speed of different shot peening path by regressive analysis method.The algorithm is validated by forming a test part and the average deviation is 0.496 mm.It is shown that the approach can realize the forming of the integral panel precisely. | Chuang LIU Zhiyong ZHAO Xianjie ZHANG Junbiao WANG | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,5: | 3 |

| 19 | Porous graphene paper for supercapacitor applications显示文摘Graphene paper shows a great promise for the electrical energy storage. However, the high stability, purity and specific surface area have become stringent requirements for supercapacitor applications. Finding methods to tackle these problems is rather challenging. Here, we develop a facile method to prepare porous graphene papers with a thickness 0.5 mm by a thermal shock to the layer-structure graphene paper self-assembled on Cu foil under nitrogen flowing. The as-prepared porous graphene paper exhibits a large specific capacitance of 100 F g^(-1)at the scan rate of 100 m V s^(-1)with high stability and purity without any residual chemical reagents, showing a promising potential for supercapacitor applications. The high electrochemical properties are mainly attributed to the high-specific area and the improved conductivity of the porous graphene paper performed by the multieffect of reducing, cleaving and expanding to the layer-structure graphene paper by high-energy thermal heating during the thermal shock process.
