1Plant diversity reduces the effect of multiple heavy metal pollution on soil enzyme activities and microbial community structure显示文摘It is unclear whether certain plant species and plant diversity could reduce the impacts of multiple heavy metal pollution on soil microbial structure and soil enzyme activities. Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) was used to analyze the genetic diversity and microbial similarity in planted and unplanted soil under combined cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) pollution. A metal hyper- accumulator, Brassica juncea, and a common plant, Festuca arundinacea Schreb, were used in this research. The results showed that microorganism quantity in planted soil significantly increased, compared with that in unplanted soil with Cd and Pb pollution. The order of microbial community sensitivity in response to Cd and Pb stress was as follows: actinomycetes 〉 bacteria 〉 fungi. Respiration, phosphatase, urease and dehydrogenase activity were significantly inhibited due to Cd and Pb stress. Compared with unplanted soil, planted soils have frequently been reported to have higher rates of microbial activity due to the presence of additional surfaces for microbial colonization and organic compounds released by the plant roots. Two coexisting plants could increase microbe population and the activity of phosphatases, dehydrogenases and, in particular, ureases. Soil enzyme activity was higher in B. juncea phytoremediated soil than in F. arundinacea planted soil in this study. Heavy metal pollution decreased the richness of the soil microbial community, but plant diversity increased DNA sequence diversity and maintained DNA sequence diversity at highlevels. 3Influence of Shot Peening Treatment on the Fatigue and Corrosion Resisting Properties of 2Cr13 Stainless Steel显示文摘In the present paper,shot peening treatments were used to strengthen the steel surface,and the influence on the fatigue and corrosion resisting properties of 2Cr13 stainless steel was examined.The residual stress and the surface roughness were investigated by XRD and AFM.The characteristics of fatigue and corrosion resistance have also been analyzed by bending fatigue and salt spray tests.The result reveals that the fatigue limit of the samples is improved dramatically with the increasing of the peening strength by 7.5%.Meanwhile,the peenging angle has no evident influence on the fatigue properties.Compared with the untreated samples,the acid corrosion weight loss of the samples after the shot peening treatment is decreased almost by 90%.From the above experimental results proper shot peening would improve not only the fatigue property but also the corrosion resistance of 2Cr13-typed stainless steel.Liu Mingxia Zhang Haicun Liu Daoxin Han Zengfu Zhi Jinhua Guo Wenyong Zhou Yafeng 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:2
4Therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese exercises and massage treatment on lumbar instability:a randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To determine the effect of traditional Chinese exercises combined with traditional Chinese massage on lumbar instability.METHODS:Seventy patients with lumbar instability were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese exercises combined with traditional Chinese massage,while the control group was only treated with traditional Chinese exercises.The Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and dynamic imaging indexes were used to assess treatment outcomes.RESULTS:After 8 weeks of treatment,the JOA scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),while ODI was significantly lower(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the control group,the JOA score of the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ODI was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Besides,the dynamic imaging indexes of patients with lumbar instability significantly changed after treatment.The lumbar vertebral laxity was significantly decreased(P<0.05)than those before treatment.CONCLUSION:The traditional Chinese exercises and massage may improve the symptoms of lumbar instability,and traditional Chinese exercises combined with massage treatment may be better than exercises alone.Chen Wenjin Wang Jianwei Zhou Zhiyi Ren Yide Hua Zhen Yan Zheng Zhang Yafeng 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,6:2
5Privacy preservation in permissionless blockchain:A survey显示文摘Permissionless blockchain,as a kind of distributed ledger,has gained considerable attention because of its openness,transparency,decentralization,and immutability.Currently,permissionless blockchain has shown a good application prospect in many fields,from the initial cryptocurrency to the Internet of Things(IoT)and Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networking(VANET),which is considered as the beginning of rewriting our digital infrastructure.However,blockchain confronts some privacy risks that hinder its practical applications.Though numerous surveys reviewed the privacy preservation in blockchain,they failed to reveal the latest advances,nor have they been able to conduct a unified standard comprehensive classification of the privacy protection of permissionless blockchain.Therefore,in this paper,we analyze the specific characteristics of permissionless blockchain,summarize the potential privacy threats,and investigate the unique privacy requirements of blockchain.Existing privacy preservation technologies are carefully surveyed and evaluated based on our proposed evaluation criteria.We finally figure out open research issues as well as future research directions from the perspective of privacy issues.Li Peng Wei Feng Zheng Yan Yafeng Li Xiaokang Zhou Shohei Shimizu 2021Digital Communications and Networks2021,7,3:2

8Effect of cooling rate on evolution of superconducting phases during decomposition and recrystallization of (Bi,Pb)-2223 core in Ag-sheathed tape显示文摘The reformation of (Bi,Pb)-2223 from the liquid or melt is very important for a melting process of (Bi,Pb)-2223 tape. By combination of quenching experiment with X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, the effect of cooling rate on the evolution of three superconducting phases in the (Bi,Pb)-2223 core of Ag-sheathed tape was investigated. The results show that (Bi,Pb)-2223 reformation from the melt seems to experience different routes during slowly cooling at different rates. One is that (Bi,Pb)-2223 phase reformed directly from the melt, and no Bi-2212 participate in this process. The other is that (Bi,Pb)-2223 is converted from the intermediate product, Bi-2212, which formed from the melt during the first cooling stage. 13Mechanical behaviours of sandstone containing intersecting fissures under uniaxial compression显示文摘Predicting rock cracking is important for assessing the stability of underground engineering.The effects of the intersecting angle a and the distribution orientation angleβof intersecting fissures on the uniaxial compressive strength and the failure characteristics of sandstone containing intersecting fissures are investigated through laboratory experiments and two-dimensional particle flow code(PFC2D).The relationship between the mechanical properties of sandstone and the intersecting angle a and the distribution orientation angleβis analysed.Crack initiation forms and the final failure modes are then categorised and determined via empirical methods.In addition,the cracking processes of intersecting fissures with different a andβvalues are discussed.The results show that variations in the peak stress,peak strain,average modulus,and crack initiation stress of sandstone containing intersecting fissures show a“moth”shape in the space of the a-β-mechanical parameters.Two crack initiation forms are identified:inner tip cracking(usually accompanied by one outer tip cracking)and only outer tips cracking.Two failure modes are observed:(1)the main fracture planes are created at the inner tip and one outer tip,and(2)the main fracture planes are formed at the two outer tips.Two main crack evolution processes of sandstone containing intersecting fissures under uniaxial compression are found.Approaches for quickly determining the crack initiation form and the failure mode are proposed.The combination of the determination equations for the crack initiation form and the failure mode can be used to predict the crack evolution.The approach for determining the crack evolution processes is hence proposed with acceptable precision.Fei Xiong Xinrong Liu Xiaohan Zhou Guangyi Lin Dongshuang Liu Yafeng Han Bin Xu Chunmei He Zijuan Wang 2022Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2022,14,2:1

The pressures proximal and distal to stenosis were 185/110 and 95/70 mmHg, and the pressure gradient across the stenosis was 90/40 mmHg. 17Spatiotemporal regulation of ubiquitin-mediated protein degradation via upconversion optogenetic nanosystem显示文摘Protein degradation technology,which is one of the most direct and effective ways to regulate the life activities of cells,is expected to be applied to the treatment of various diseases.However,current protein degradation technologies such as some small-molecule degraders which are unable to achieve spatiotemporal regulation,making them difficult to transform into clinical applications.In this article,an upconversion optogenetic nanosystem was designed to attain accurate regulation of protein degradation.This system worked via two interconnected parts:1)the host cell expressed light-sensitive protein that could trigger the ubiquitinproteasome pathway upon blue-light exposure;2)the light regulated light-sensitive protein by changing light conditions to achieve regulation of protein degradation.Experimental results based on model protein(Green Fluorescent Protein,GFP)validated that this system could fulfill protein degradation both in vitro(both Hela and 293T cells)and in vivo(by upconversion optogenetic nanosystem),and further demonstrated that we could reach spatiotemporal regulation by changing the illumination time(0–25 h)and the illumination frequency(the illuminating frequency of 0–30 s every 1 min).We further took another functional protein(The Nonstructural Protein 9,NSP9)into experiment.Results confirmed that the proliferation of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)was inhibited by degrading the NSP9 in this light-induced system,and PRRSV proliferation was affected by different light conditions(illumination time varies from 0–24 h).We expected this system could provide new perspectives into spatiotemporal regulation of protein degradation and help realize the clinical application transformation for treating diseases of protein degradation technology.Yafeng Hao Taofeng Du Gaoju Pang Jiahua Li Huizhuo Pan Yingying Zhang Lizhen Wang Jin Chang En-min Zhou Hanjie Wang 2020Nano Research2020,13,12:0

19Application of the Same-Stuff and Equal-Strength Laser Cladding Technology on the Repaired Semishrouded Impeller显示文摘0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb powder was used to investigate the same-stuff laser repair(LR)technology on the semishrounded impeller.To improve the repaired effect,heat treatment was used after LR forming process.By means of optical microscopy,scan electron microscopy(SEM),micro-hardness tester and tensile tests,the microstructure of the coating was investigated and mechanical properties were measured.The experimental results show that cladding layer is well bonded to the substrate,the microstructure of the laser repaired zone(LRZ)is coarse martensite which will be refined after heat-treatment.The mechanical property experiments indicate that the micro-hardness and toughness would be increased after heat-treatment,the strength of LRZ after heat-treatment is 1050~1200 MPa,while the strength of normal laser repaired sample is 1000~1050 MPa.The refinement effect due to the heat treatment plays an important role in the improvement of the mechanical properties of samples.Overspeed examination and the real operation of the impeller after repairing also confirmed the reliability of this same-stuff and equal-strength laser cladding technology.Zhang Haicun Liu Mingxia Liu Daoxin Guo Wenyong Zhi Jinhua Zhou Yafeng 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:0
20Exosomes derived from circBCRC-3-knockdown mesenchymal stemcells promoted macrophage polarization显示文摘Macrophages play an essential role in the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI),and the macrophage shifting from M1 to M2 phenotypes might be a potential strategy for the treatment of MIRI.It has been reported that miR-182 plays an important role in MSC-Exo-associated macrophage polarization.As circBCRC-3 is a newly discovered circle RNA that worked as a sponge of miR-182,this research aimed to find if circBCRC-3 plays a role in MSC-Exo-associated macrophage polarization.Firstly,circBCRC-3 was identified by divergent primers in mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs).Secondly,the exosome of MSCs was isolated and identified by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),nanoparticle-tracking analysis,and western blotting analysis.The expression level of circBCRC-3 in MSCexos was detected by RT-PCR.Finally,the polarization of the RAW264.7 cell phenotype was analyzed by flow cytometry.Moreover,we first identified circBCRC-3 in MSCs.The results further confirmed that MSCexo could effectively shift the macrophage polarization state from M1 towards the M2 phenotype,which indicated its role in MIRI cure.QI SONG JUN ZHANG QIANG ZHANG JING LIU KE LV JIALU YAO YAFENG ZHOU 2020BIOCELL2020,44,4:0
