| 1 | A novel subsidence monitoring technique based on space-surface bistatic differential interferometry using GNSS as transmitters显示文摘Synthetic Aperture Radar Differential Interferometry(DIn SAR) technique is an effective tool with large coverage and high spatial accuracy for subsidence monitoring. Nevertheless, the temporal resolution is usually poor so that rapid deformation cannot be measured due to the long revisit time of radar satellites.Bistatic SAR Differential Interferometry technique using Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS) as illuminator has a shorter revisit time, whereas the measurement accuracy is constrained by low signal power, narrow bandwidth and atmospheric delay error. To cope with these problems, in this paper, we propose a novel subsidence monitoring technique based on Space-Surface bistatic Differential Interferometry(SS-DI) with GNSS transmitters, where two stations consist of a reference one and a measurement one that are deployed on the ground. First, we applied a space differential processing between two stations to cancel identical errors such as tropospheric and ionospheric errors etc. Then we used a long time coherent integration to improve the signal noise ratio. Subsequently, we also utilized a time differential processing to construct double differential equations with respect to unknown deformation variables. Finally, we solved the equations to obtain a highly accurate estimation of three dimension deformation. Furthermore, an SS-DI experiment using Beidou-2 as transmitters was carried out to validate the proposed method, where a high accuracy(0.01 mm) device was utilized to simulate subsidence deformation. | 2 | High-precision deformation monitoring algorithm for GBSAR system: rail determination phase error compensation显示文摘In recent years, the repeat-pass GBSAR(ground based synthetic aperture radar) system has demonstrated its capacity to acquire deformation. Nevertheless, in a variety of applications, it needs to measure the deformation with the precision up to 0.1 mm, which could not be reached by utilizing the traditional PS(permanent scatterer) algorithm in most cases. Generally, one of the main reasons could be summarized into the phase error caused by the rail determination error, because the precision of rail determination might degrade during long working hours. However, the traditional PS algorithm could not compensate for the phase error caused by the rail determination error. In order to solve the problems, we modify the conventional PS algorithm.Firstly, we deduced the transformation relationship between the rail determination error and its corresponding interferometric phase error. Then, the phase errors caused by the atmosphere and the rail determination error were jointly compensated. The experimental data, which were obtained in Fangshan District in Beijing(China), were used to test and verify the performance of the new algorithm. | 3 | Comparative Analysis of Leaf Trichomes, Epidermal Wax And Defense Enzymes Activities in Response to Puccinia horiana in Chrysanthemum and Ajania Species显示文摘White rust caused by Puccinia horiana is a destructive disease of chrysanthemum plants.To better understand the resistance mechanisms of composite species to this disease,the leaf cuticular traits,antioxidant and defensive enzymes activities of immune(Chrysanthemum makinoi var.wakasaense)and highly susceptible(Ajania shiwogiku var.kinokuniense)species were compared.Trichome density of two species was markedly different,negatively associated with plant resistance to P.horiana.Total wax load in C.makinoi var.wakasaense was two times more than that in A.shiwogiku var.kinokuniense.The wax composition in immune one was abundant in esters and primary alcohols.Superoxide dismutase(SOD,EC 1.15.1.1),peroxidase(POD,EC 1.11.1.7),polyphenoloxidase(PPO,EC 1.14.18.1 or EC 1.10.3.2)and phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL,EC 4.3.1.5)activitieswere investigated.In C.makinoi var.wakasaense,the activity of SOD and POD increased rapidly after inoculation,whichmight be non-host induced reactive oxygen species(ROS)activated antioxidant enzymes,however SOD and POD remained a low and steady level in the highly susceptible one after inoculation.Quick increase in PPO activities after inoculation was observed in both species,however it remained higher in C.makinoi var.wakasaense at the late period of inoculation.PAL in C.makinoi var.wakasaense was induced after pathogen inoculation,but not in A.shiwogiku var.kinokuniense,suggesting that these two enzymes might contribute to the resistance to P.horiana. | Yinjie Wang Jun Zeng Xiaolong Xia Yang Xu Jing Sun Jing Gu Hainan Sun Haini Lei Fadi Chen Jiafu Jiang Weiming Fang Sumei Chen | 2020 | Horticultural Plant Journal2020,6,3: | 8 |
| 4 | Assessment of the immune responses to Treponema pallidum Gpd DNA vaccine adjuvanted with IL-2 and chitosan nanoparticles before and after Treponema pallidum challenge in rabbits显示文摘Syphilis is a multistage,sexually transmitted disease caused by the spirochete,Treponema pallidum(Tp).A significantly high incidence of syphilis has been reported in several countries,including China,and there is an urgent need for the development of efficacious vaccines against syphilis.DNA vaccines are a major breakthrough in the field of vaccination with several advantages over traditional vaccines.Animal model studies of Tp DNA vaccines have not been reported elsewhere but our previous reports describe the development of a single-gene Tp DNA vaccine and preclinical immunization study.In this study,chitosan(CS) nanoparticles were used as a vector and an interleukin-2 expression plasmid(pIL-2) as an adjuvant to enhance a TpGpd DNA vaccine candidate(pTpGpd) in a rabbit Tp skin challenge model.At week 8 after the first immunization,three rabbits from each group were used to determine cytokine measurements and spleen lymphocyte proliferation assay.pTpGpd in combination with pIL-2 wrapped with CS led to the greatest enhancement of anti-TpGpd antibodies and T-cell proliferation.During infection,levels of anti-TpGpd antibodies and T-cell proliferation were measured.Both the serum special IgG and IL-2,interferon-γ were significantly increased by the co-injection of the IL-2 plasmid compared with the injection of TpGpd DNA alone(P<0.05).Furthermore,IL-2 plasmid coinjection efficiently enhanced the antigen-specific lymphocyte proliferation response.Additionally,the ratios of positive skin lesions and ulcer lesions in groups immunized with pTpGpd were significantly lower than those of the pIL-2,CS or pIL-2 mixed with CS control groups(P<0.001).CS vectored and pIL-2 adjuvanted pTpGpd immunized animals exhibited the lowest rates of positive skin tests(8.33%) and ulcer lesions(4.17%) and the fastest recovery(42 d).These experiments indicate that co-injection of a pIL-2 plasmid with pTpGpd DNA vaccine wrapped with CS can significantly strengthen the long-term stability of immune response during infection,efficiently improve the protective effect against T.pallidum spirochetes infection and attenuate syphilitic lesion development. | ZHAO FeiJun ZHANG XiaoHong LIU ShuangQuan ZENG TieBing YU Jian GU WeiMing ZHANG YueJun CHEN Xi WU YiMou | 2013 | Science China(Life Sciences)2013,56,2: | 8 |
| 5 | Grating lobes suppression method for stepped frequency GB-SAR system显示文摘A grating lobes suppression method for chirp-subpulse stepped frequency(CSSF) signals is proposed, which is applied to deformation monitoring using the ground based synthetic aperture radar(GB-SAR) system. This method is based on accurate estimation and correction of the phase and amplitude error along two dimensions(range and azimuth), i.e., the error estimation inside the subpulse(in-subpulse error) and across the stepped frequency subpulses(cross-subpulse error) of transmitted CSSF signals. | 15 | DEM generation using bistatic interferometry:high-coherence pixel selection and residual reference phase compensation显示文摘The bistatic spaceborne/stationary In SAR configuration could be applied to generate digital elevation model(DEM). However, two factors limit the DEM precision improvement. On one hand, due to the effects of the illuminator's sidelobe and the high objects' shadow, the pixels in the corresponding area might be polluted by the noise. On the other hand, owing to the presence of deviation(between the real value and the nominal value of the master/slave antenna positions), after utilizing the nominal value to compensate for the reference phase, the residual reference phase would remain. In order to solve the problems, we proposed a new bistatic DEM generation algorithm. Firstly, we applied the coherence-phase joint analysis method to select high-coherence points. Secondly, we deduced the transforming relationship from the deviation to the residual reference phase, and then compensated for the residual reference phase. In the experiment, the Yao Gan-3(an L-band spaceborne SAR) was selected as the transmitter and the two stationary receivers were mounted on the top of a tall building. The algorithm recommended in this paper was applied to process the measured bistatic data. | 20 | Dual-doping for enhancing chemical stability of functional anionic units in sulfide for high-performance all-solid-state lithium batteries显示文摘The sulfide-based solid-state electrolytes(SEs)reactivity toward moisture and Li-metal are huge barriers that impede their large-scale manufactu ring and applications in all-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs).Herein,we proposed an Al and O dual-doped strategy for Li_(3)PS_(4)SE to regulate the chemical/electrochemical stability of anionic PS_(4)^(3-)tetrahedra to mitigate structural hydrolysis and parasitic reactions at the SE/Li interface.The optimized Li_(3.08)A_(10.04)P_(0.96)S_(3.92)O_(0.08)SE presents the highestσLi+of 3.27 mS cm^(-1),which is~6.8 times higher than the pristine Li_(3)PS_(4)and excellently inhibits the structural hydrolysis for~25 min@25%humidity at RT.DFT calculations confirmed that the enhanced chemical stability was revealed to the intrinsically stable entities,e.g.,POS33-units.Moreover,Li_(3.08)Al_(0.04)P_(0.96)S_(3.92)O_(0.08)SE cycled stably in Li//Li symmetric cell over 1000 h@0.1 mA cm^(-2)/0.1 mA h cm^(-2),could be revealed to Li-Al alloy and Li_(2)Oat SE/Li interface impeding the growth of Li-dendrites during cycling.Resultantly,LNO@LCO/Li_(3.08)Al_(0.04)P_(0.96)S_(3.92)O_(0.08)/Li-In cell delivered initial discharge capacities of 129.8 mA h g^(-1)and 83.74%capacity retention over 300 cycles@0.2 C at RT.Moreover,the Li_(3.08)Al_(0.04)P_(0.96)S_(3.92)O_(0.08)SE presented>90%capacity retention over 200 and 300 cycles when the cell was tested with LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.05)O_(2)(NCA)cathode material vs.5 and 10 mg cm^(-2)@RT. | Peiwen Yu Niaz Ahmad Jie Yang Chaoyuan Zeng Xiaoxiao Liang Weiming Huang Mei Ni Pengcheng Mao Wen Yang | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,11: | 0 |
