1Transplantation of UC-MSCs on collagen scaffold activates follicles in dormant ovaries of POF patients with long history of infertility显示文摘Premature ovarian failure(POF) is a refractory disease for clinical treatment with the goal of restoring fertility. In this study,umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells on a collagen scaffold(collagen/UC-MSCs) can activate primordial follicles in vitro via phosphorylation of FOXO3 a and FOXO1. Transplantation of collagen/UC-MSCs to the ovaries of POF patients rescued overall ovarian function, evidenced by elevated estradiol concentrations, improved follicular development, and increased number of antral follicles. Successful clinical pregnancy was achieved in women with POF after transplantation of collagen/UC-MSCs or UC-MSCs. 2Effect of preparation methods on the structure and catalytic performance of Fe–Zn/K catalysts for CO2 hydrogenation to light olefins显示文摘Potassium promoted iron–zinc catalysts prepared by co-precipitation method(C–Fe–Zn/K),solvothermal method(S–Fe–Zn/K)and hydrothermal method(H–Fe–Zn/K)could selectively convert CO_2to light olefins,respectively.The physicochemical properties of the obtained catalysts were determined by SEM,N_2physisorption,XRD,H_2-TPR,CO_2-TPD and XPS measurements.The results demonstrated that preparation methods had great influences on the morphology,phase structures,reduction and adsorption behavior,and hence the catalytic performance of the catalysts.The samples prepared by hydrothermal and co-precipitation method generated small uniform particles and led to lower specific surface area.In contrast,microspheres with larger specific surface area were formed by self-assembly of nanosheets using solvothermal method.ZnFe_2O_4was the only detectable phase in the fresh C–2Fe–1Zn/K,S–3Fe–1Zn/K and S–2Fe–1Zn/K samples.ZnFe_2O_4and ZnO co-existed with increasing Zncontent in S–1Fe–1Zn/K sample,while ZnO and Fe_2O_3could be observed over H–2Fe–1Zn/K sample.All the used samples contained Fe_3O_4,ZnO and Fe_5C_2.The peak intensity of ZnO was strong in the AR-H–2Fe–1Zn/K sample while it was the lowest in the AR-C–2Fe–1Zn/K sample after reaction.The formation of ZnFe_2O_4increased the interaction between iron and zinc for C–2Fe–1Zn/K and S–Fe–Zn/K samples,causing easier reduction of Fe_2O_3to Fe_3O_4.The surface basicity of the sample prepared by co-precipitation method was much more than that of the other two methods.During CO_2hydrogenation,all the catalysts showed good activity and olefin selectivity.The CO selectivity was increased with increasing Zncontent over S–Fe–Zn/K samples.H–2Fe–1Zn/K catalyst preferred to the production of C_5^+hydrocarbons.CO_2conversion of 54.76%and C_2~=–C_4~=contents of 57.38%were obtained on C–2Fe–1Zn/K sample,respectively.Xu Wang Jianli Zhang Jingyu Chen Qingxiang Ma Subing Fan Tiansheng Zhao 2018Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,4:6

4Zircon U–Pb dating and whole-rock elemental geochemistry of the Shazi anatase deposit in Qinglong,Western Guizhou,SW China显示文摘The Shazi deposit is a large-scale anatase deposit in Qinglong, Guizhou Province. Zircon grains from this deposit yielded a zircon U–Pb age of *259 Ma, representing the formation age of the deposit's parent rocks.This age is identical to the eruption age of the Emeishan large igneous province, indicating a synchronous magmatic event. The rare-earth-element patterns of laterite samples were similar to those of the weathered basalt sample, and sub-parallel to those of the Emeishan high-Ti basalts,implying a genetic relationship between the laterite and the basalt. The Chemical Index of Alteration values of laterite ranged from 96 to 98, suggesting a high degree of weathering. SiO_2, MgO, and alkaline metal elements decreased with increasing degree of weathering, while Al_2O_3, Fe_2O_3,and TiO_2 increased. We found the highest TiO_2 in laterite and the lowest in pillow basalts, indicating that Ti migrated from basalt to laterite.Our U–Pb dating and whole-rock elemental geochemistry analyses suggest that the Emeishan basalt is the parent rock of the Shazi anatase ore deposit.Based on our analysis, we propose a metallogenic model to explain the ore-forming process, in which the karst terrain formed by the Emeishan mantle plume and the subsequent basaltic magma eruption were the key factors in the formation the Shazi anatase ore deposit.Jun Sun Zhao Jingyu Aiguo Nie 2017Acta Geochimica2017,36,2:4
5Enhanced production of seed oil with improved fatty acid composition by overexpressing NAD^(+)-dependent glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase in soybean显示文摘There is growing interest in expanding the production of soybean oils(mainly triacylglycerol, or TAG) to meet rising feed demand and address global energy concerns. We report that a plastidlocalized glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GPDH), encoded by GmGPDHp1 gene, catalyzes the formation of glycerol-3-phosphate(G3 P), an obligate substrate required for TAG biosynthesis.Overexpression of GmGPDHp1 increases soybean seed oil content with high levels of unsaturated fatty acids(FAs), especially oleic acid(C18:1), without detectably affecting growth or seed protein content or seed weight. Based on the lipidomic analyses, we found that the increase in G3 P content led to an elevated diacylglycerol(DAG) pool, in which the Kennedy pathwayderived DAG was mostly increased, followed by PC-derived DAG, thereby promoting the synthesis of TAG containing relatively high proportion of C18:1. The increased G3 P levels induced several transcriptional alterations of genes involved in the glycerolipid pathways. In particular, genes encoding the enzymes responsible for de novo glycerolipid synthesis were largely upregulated in the transgenic lines, in-line with the identified biochemical phenotype. 6PIP5k1β controls bone homeostasis through modulating both osteoclast and osteoblast differentiation显示文摘PIP5k1βis crucial to the generation of phosphotidylinosotol(4,5)P2.PIP5k1βparticipates in numerous cellular activities,such as B cell and platelet activation,cell phagocytosis and endocytosis,cell apoptosis,and cytoskeletal organization.In the present work,we aimed to examine the function of PIP5k1βin osteoclastogenesis and osteogenesis to provide promising strategies for osteoporosis prevention and treatment.We discovered that PIP5k1β deletion in mice resulted in obvious bone loss and that PIP5k1β was highly expressed during both osteoclast and osteoblast differentiation.Deletion of the gene was found to enhance the proliferation and migration of bone marrow-derived macrophage-like cells to promote osteoclast differentiation.PIP5k1β-/-osteoclasts exhibited normal cytoskeleton architecture but stronger resorption activity.PIP5kip deficiency also promoted activation of mitogen-activated kinase and Akt signaling,enhanced TRAF6 and c-Fos expression,facilitated the expression and nuclear translocation of NFATC1,and upregulated Grb2 expression,thereby accelerating osteoclast differentiation and function.Finally,PIP5k1β enhanced osteoblast differentiation by upregulating master gene expression through triggering smad1/5/8 signaling.Therefore,PIP5k1βmodulates bone homeostasis and remodeling.Xiaoying Zhao Penglei Cui Guoli Hu Chuandong Wang Lei Jiang Jingyu Zhao Jiake Xu Xiaoling Zhang 2020Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2020,12,1:4
7Expressing PHB synthetic genes through chloroplast genetic engineering显示文摘Chloroplast integration and expression vector containing expression cassettes for phbB, phbA, phbC and aadA genes was constructed and bombarded into the tobacco chloroplast genome. Transplastomic plants were analyzed with PCR and Southern blot. Their homoplastomy was also judged. Northern dot and RT-PCR analysis were employed to investigate transgene expression at transcriptional level. 9Gap-free genome assembly and comparative analysis reveal the evolution and anthocyanin accumulation mechanism of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa显示文摘Rhodomyrtus tomentosa is an important f leshy-fruited tree and a well-known medicinal plant of the Myrtaceae family that is widely cultivated in tropical and subtropical areas of the world.However,studies on the evolution and genomic breeding of R.tomentosa were hindered by the lack of a reference genome.Here,we presented a chromosome-level gap-free T2T genome assembly of R.tomentosa using PacBio and ONT long read sequencing.We assembled the genome with size of 470.35 Mb and contig N50 of∼43.80 Mb with 11 pseudochromosomes.A total of 33382 genes and 239.31 Mb of repetitive sequences were annotated in this genome.Phylogenetic analysis elucidated the independent evolution of R.tomentosa starting from 14.37MYA and shared a recent WGD event with other Myrtaceae species.We identified four major compounds of anthocyanins and their synthetic pathways in R.tomentosa.Comparative genomic and gene expression analysis suggested the coloring and high anthocyanin accumulation in R.tomentosa tends to be determined by the activation of anthocyanin synthesis pathway.The positive selection and up-regulation of MYB transcription factors were the implicit factors in this process.The copy number increase of downstream anthocyanin transport-related OMT and GST gene were also detected in R.tomentosa.Expression analysis and pathway identification enriched the importance of starch degradation,response to stimuli,effect of hormones,and cell wall metabolism during the f leshy fruit development in Myrtaceae.Our genome assembly provided a foundation for investigating the origins and differentiation of Myrtaceae species and accelerated the genetic improvement of R.tomentosa.angping Li Shiqiang Xu Zitong Xiao Jingming Wang Yu Mei Haifei Hu Jingyu Li Jieying Liu Zhuangwei Hou Junliang Zhao Shaohai Yang Jihua Wang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,3:3
10Ore-forming elements diffusion and distribution in the altered host rock surrounding the Koktokay No.3 pegmatite in the Chinese Altay显示文摘Petrography and geochemistry of the altered and unaltered host rocks surrounding the Koktokay No.3 pegmatite revealed that the unaltered amphibolite is mainly composed of hornblende, plagioclase, and ilmenite.Beyond these primary components, the altered host rocks contain a few newly formed minerals, including biotite,tourmaline, chlorine, and muscovite. The alteration zone surrounding the Koktokay No.3 pegmatite is limited to 2.0 m, characterized by biotitization, tourmalization, and chloritization. In the altered host rocks, the contents of SiO_2, MgO, MnO, Na_2O, and TiO_2 did not vary greatly.However, Al_2O_3 showed a weak decreasing trend with the increasing distance from the pegmatite contact zone, while Fe_2O_3 and CaO showed an increasing trend. The contents of Li, Rb, and Cs in the altered host rocks were much higher than those in the unaltered host rocks, decreasing with distance from the contact. The chondrite-normalized rare earth element(REE) pattern of the altered and unaltered host rock was right-inclined from La to Lu, but enriched in light REEs over heavy REEs after hydrothermal alteration. An isocon plot shows that some oxides migrated in with an order of P_2O_5>K_2O >TiO_2>Al_2O_3>SiO_2>MnO≥MgO, while others migrated out with an order of Na_2O >CaO >Fe_2O_3. For REEs, the migration ratios are positive values withCs >Rb >Li >Nb >Ta >Be, signifying that all REEs migrated from the exsolved magmatic fluid into the altered host rocks. It was concluded that diffusion was the only mechanism for migration of ore-forming elements in the alteration zone. The effective diffusion coefficients(Deff)of LiF, RbF, and CsF were estimated under a fluid temperature of 500–550 °C. 11Porous silicon carbide coated with tantalum as potential material for bone implants显示文摘Porous silicon carbide(SiC)has a specific biomorphous microstructure similar to the trabecular microstructure of human bone.Compared with that of bioactive ceramics,such as calcium phosphate,SiC does not induce spontaneous interface bonding to living bone.In this study,bioactive tantalum(Ta)metal deposited on porous SiC scaffolds by chemical vapour deposition was investigated to accelerate osseointegration and improve the bonding to bones.Scanning electron microscopy indicated that the Ta coating evenly covered the entire scaffold structure.Energy-dispersive spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the coating consisted of Ta phases.The bonding strength between the Ta coating and the SiC substrate is 88.4MPa.The yield strength of porous SiC with a Ta coating(pTa)was 45.862.9MPa,the compressive strength was 61.463.2MPa and the elasticmodulus was4.8GPa.When MG-63 human osteoblasts were co-cultured with pTa,osteoblasts showed good adhesion and spreading on the surface of the pTa and its porous structure,which showed that it has excellent bioactivity and cyto-compatibility.To further study the osseointegration properties of pTa.PTa and porous titanium(pTi)were implanted into the femoral neck of goats for 12weeks,respectively.The Van-Gieson staining of histological sections results that the pTa group had better osseointegration than the pTi group.These results indicate that coating bioactive Ta metal on porous SiC scaffolds could be a potential material for bone substitutes.Zhijie Ma Jingyu Li Fang Cao Jiahui Yang Rong Liu Dewei Zhao 2020Regenerative Biomaterials2020,7,5:3
12Semi-enclosed experimental system for coal spontaneous combustion for determining regional distribution of high-temperature zone of coal fire显示文摘Temperature variation and gas generation at diferent depths and positions in the coal combustion process were studied to determine the propagation and evolution of high temperature regions in the process of coal spontaneous combustion.This study selected coal samples from Mengcun,Shaanxi Province,People’s Republic of China,and developed a semi-enclosed experimental system(furnace)for simulating coal combustion.The thermal mass loss of coal samples under various heating rates(5,10,and 15℃/min)was analyzed through thermogravimetric analysis,and the dynamic characteristics of the coal samples were analyzed;the reliability of the semi-enclosed experimental system was verifed through the equal proportional method of fuzzy response.The results reveal that the high-temperature zone is distributed nonlinearly from the middle to the front end of the furnace,and the temperatures of points in this zone decreased gradually as the layer depth increased.The apparent activation energy of the coal samples during combustion frst increased and then decreased as the conversion degree increased.Furthermore,the proportion of mass loss and the mass loss rate in the coal samples observed in the thermogravimetric experiment is consistent with that observed in the frst and second stages of the experiment conducted using the semi-enclosed system.The research fndings can provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of hightemperature zones in coal combustion.Jingyu Zhao Hanqi Ming Tao Guo Yuxuan Zhang Jun Deng Jiajia Song Qiang Zeng Chi‑Min Shu 2022International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2022,9,5:3
13Broad temperature adaptability of vanadium redox flow battery-part4:Unraveling wide temperature promotion mechanism of bismuth for V^(2+)/V^(3+) couple显示文摘Vanadium flow battery(VFB)is a fast going and promising system for large-scale stationary energy storage.However,drawbacks such as low power density and narrow temperature window caused by poor catalytic activity of graphite felt(GF)electrodes limit its worldwide application.In this paper,bismuth,as a low-cost,no-toxic and high-activity electrocatalyst,is used to modify the thermal activated GF(TGF)via a facile hydrothermal method.Bismuth can effectively inhibit the side reaction of hydrogen evolution in wide temperature range,while promoting the V^(2+)/V^(3+)redox reaction.As a result,the VFB assembled with Bi/TGF as negative electrode demonstrates outstanding rate performance under the current density up to 400 mA cm^(-2),as well as a long-term stability over 600 charging/discharging cycles at a high current density of 150 mA cm^(-2).Moreover,it also shows excellent temperature adaptability from-10°C to50°C and high durability for life test at the temperature of 50°C.Yuchen Liu Feng Liang Yang Zhao Lihong Yu Le Liu Jingyu Xi 2018Journal of Energy Chemistry2018,27,5:2
14Facile Construction of Carbon Dots Layer and Oxygen Vacancies Simultaneously onto Ti0_(2) to Enhance Photoreduction Activity显示文摘We reported a facile and green hydrothermal strategy to tailor the carbon dots layer(CDL)and oxygen vacancies(Vo)modified on Ti0_(2),by using ascorbic acid as CDL precursor and Vo regulator.The amorphous CDL was uniformly coated on the surface of the as prepared CDL@TiO_(2-x) composites by Ti-O-C bond.With the increase of carbon content,the amorphous CDL gradually became thicker,while the Vo concentration first increased and then decreased.1.5 CDL@TiO_(2-x) possessed the highest Vo concentration.With the decoration of CDL and Vo,the photoreduction properties of CDL@TiO_(2-x) composites were significantly improved.Under simulated solar light and visible light,the reaction rates of 1.5 CDL@TiO_(2-x) were 9.6 times and 216 times higher than that of pure Ti0_(2)/respectively.Interestingly,the results discovered that CDL and Vo influenced the properties of CDL@TiO_(2-x) composites in different ways.The primary function of CDL was to improve the utilization of solar light,and the enhancement of the charge transfer ability was decided by Vo and CDL together.Our work provides a new strategy for the modification of Ti0_(2) and sheds new light on the respective role of CDL and Vo when they coexist in the catalyst.Jingyu Zhao Yarn Li Ping Na 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,5:2

16Acute kidney injury following adult lung transplantation显示文摘Background:Acute kidney injury(AKI)is a common and serious complication following lung transplantation(LTx),and it is associated with high mortality and morbidity.This study assessed the incidence of AKI after LTx and analyzed the associated perioperative factors and clinical outcomes.Methods:This retrospective study included all adult LTx recipients at the China-Japan Friendship Hospital in Beijing between March 2017 and December 2019.The outcomes were AKI incidence,risk factors,mortality,and kidney recovery.Multivariate analysis was performed to identify independent risk factors.Survival analysis was presented using the Kaplan-Meier curves.Results:AKI occurred in 137 of the 191 patients(71.7%),with transient AKI in 43(22.5%)and persistent AKI in 94(49.2%).AKI stage 1 occurred in 27/191(14.1%),stage 2 in 46/191(24.1%),and stage 3 in 64/191(33.5%)of the AKI patients.Renal replacement therapy(RRT)was administered to 35/191(18.3%)of the patients.Male sex,older age,mechanical ventilation(MV),severe hypotension,septic shock,multiple organ dysfunction(MODS),prolonged extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO),reintubation,and nephrotoxic agents were associated with AKI(P<0.050).Persistent AKI was independently associated with pre-operative pulmonary hypertension,severe hypotension,post-operative MODS,and nephrotoxic agents.Severe hypotension,septic shock,MODS,reintubation,prolonged MV,and ECMO during or after LTx were related to severe AKI(stage 3)(P<0.050).Patients with persistent and severe AKI had a significantly longer duration of MV,longer duration in the intensive care unit(ICU),worse downstream kidney function,and reduced survival(P<0.050).Conclusions:AKI is common after LTx,but the pathogenic mechanism of AKI is complicated,and prerenal causes are important.Persistent and severe AKI were associated with poor short-and long-term kidney function and reduced survival in LTx patients.Lei Jing Wenhui Chen Li Zhao Lijuan Guo Chaoyang Liang Jingyu Chen Chen Wang 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,2:2

Many parallel lines of different direction from different images were extracted, and then were used to optimize the distortion parameters by nonlinear least square. The thought of step by step was added when the optimization method working. 3D world coordination is not need to know, and the method is easy to implement.
