| 1 | Removal of cobalt(II) ion from aqueous solution by chitosan–montmorillonite显示文摘Montmorillonite(MMT)modified with chitosan(CTS,molecular weight=5×104)was applied to remove heavy metal cations by using Co2+as a model ion.An increase in MMT interlayer distance observed from X-ray diffraction indicates the intercalation of CTS into MMT.Together with the results of scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,it was concluded that the composite material of CTS and MMT(CTS–MMT)was prepared successfully.The mass ratio of CTS to MMT had a strong influence on the adsorption performance of CTS–MMT.The highest adsorption value of 150 mg/g was obtained over the composite material with CTS to MMT mass ratio of 0.25,which is much higher than those reported in other studies.The adsorption isotherms and kinetic results indicated that Co2+was adsorbed over CTS–MMT in a multilayer model,and the chemical sorption of Co2+was determined to be the rate-limiting step. | Hailin Wang Haoqing Tang Zhaotie Liu Xin Zhang Zhengping Hao Zhongwen Liu | 2014 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2014,26,9: | 8 |
| 2 | Impact factors of fractal analysis of porous structure显示文摘Characterization of pore structure is one of the key problems for fabrication and application research on porous materials. But, complexity of pore structure makes it difficult to characterize pore structure by Euclidean geometry and traditional experimental methods. Fractal theory has been proved effective to characterize the complex pore structure. The box dimension method based on fractal theory was applied to characterizing the pore structure of fiber porous materials by analyzing the electronic scanning microscope (SEM) images of the porous materials in this paper. The influences of image resolution, threshold value, and image magnification on fractal analysis were investigated. The results indicate that such factors greatly affect fractal analysis process and results. | 4 | Integration of rolling circle amplification and cationic conjugated polymer for the homogeneous detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms显示文摘A novel, homogeneous and sensitive assay for the detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) by integration of rolling circle amplification (RCA) and cationic conjugated polymer (CCP) has been developed and tested. Mutant DNA serves as the template for specifically circularizing a padlock probe (PLP) with a sequence that is complementary to the mutant DNA. Afterwards, the mutant DNA directly acts as the primer to initiate the RCA reaction in the presence of phi29 DNA polymerase that generates a long, tandem single-strand DNA product. During the RCA reaction, fluorescein-labeled dUTPs are incorporated into the RCA products. When the CCP is introduced, efficient FRET from CCP to fluorescein occurs as a result of the strong electrostatic interactions between the CCP and the DNA produced by RCA. The wild-type DNA contains a single base mismatch with PLP with the result that the PLP is not circularized, RCA is not triggered and inefficient FRET results. By measuring the change of the emission intensities of CCP and fluorescein, it was possible to detect the SNP in a homogeneous manner. | 10 | Analysis of the clinical characteristics and neonatal outcomes of seven cases of pregnancy luteoma discovered incidentally at cesarean section显示文摘Objective:In this study,we summarize the clinical characteristics and neonatal outcomes of patients with pregnancy luteomas that were identified incidentally at cesarean section in our hospital.We also provide a review of the existing literature relating to this condition.Methods:A total of seven cases of pregnancy luteoma were enrolled from our hospital into this retrospective study between March 2013 and February 2018.We then evaluated the clinical characteristics and neonatal outcomes of these patients.Results:All seven patients with pregnancy luteomas found incidentally during Cesarean sections at term as a result of obstetric indications.These masses were unilateral and ranged from 2 to 10 cm in size.All patients underwent partial ovariectomies or oophorocystectomy due to presumptive benign ovarian tumors.Two patients had gestational diabetes and one patient had gestational hypertension.One patient developed hirsutism and a deepened voice.Of the seven newborns,three were girls and four were boys.Physical examinations of the newborns were normal and no virilization was detected among the infant girls.Conclusion:Pregnancy luteoma may be more common than expected.Better strategies are now needed to educate obstetricians about the clinical features of pregnancy luteoma so that they can avoid unnecessary surgery. | Junhua Shen Lanlan Tang Genping Huang Xiaoxia Bai Baohua Li Zhengping Wang | 2021 | Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinical Medicine2021,1,2: | 0 |

| 12 | The preclinical pharmacological study of dopamine transporter imaging agent ^(18)F-FP-β-CIT显示文摘The paper is to study pharmacologic characteristics of 18F-FP-β-CIT (18F-N-(3-fluoropropyl)-2β-carbomethoxy-3β- (4-iodophenyl)nortropane) as an imaging agent for dopamine transporter. The radiochemical purity of 18F-FP-β-CIT in aqueous solution was over 95% after standing at room temperature for 4h. Biodistribution displayed rapid uptake in rat brain (1.375 %ID/organ at 5min and 0.100 %ID/organ at 180 min) and the striatal uptake was 1.444, 0.731, 0.397, 0.230 and 0.146 %ID/g at 5, 30, 60, 120 and 180 min, respectively. The values of striatum/cerebellum, striatum /frontal cortex and striatum / hippocampus in rat's brain at 30 min were 3.38, 2.17 and 2.40 respectively. The uptake in striatum can be blocked by β-CFT, suggesting that 18F-FP-β-CIT binds to DAT peculiarly. The compound was rapidly cleared from monkey's blood. The striatal uptake was bilaterally decreased in the left-sided lesioned PD rats, compared with normal control. Brain PET imaging studies in normal monkey showed that 18F-FP-β-CIT was concentrated in striatum. The test of undue toxicity showed that the dose received by mice was 1250 times as by human, which indicates that 18F-FP-β-CIT is very safe. | 15 | Animal biodistribution, safety and validation study of dopamine transporter PET imaging agent ^(18)F-FECNT显示文摘This work was to investigate the pharmacologic characteristics of 18F-FECNT (2β-carbomethoxy-3β- (4-chlorophenyl)-8-(2-[18F]fluoroethyl)nortropane) as a dopamine transporter (DAT) PET imaging agent. Its partition coefficients were determined in n-octanol and phosphate buffer (PB) (pH 7.0 and pH 7.4). 6-Hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) left-sided lesioned Parkinsonian rats were established and validated by rotational behavior tests. Biodistribution in vivo in mice, autoradiography in normal and hemi-Parkinsonian rat brains, and toxicity test were performed. The results showed that partition coefficients were 34.14 (pH 7.0) and 56.41 (pH 7.4), respectively. Biodistribution exhibited rapid uptake and favorable retention in the mice brains. The major radioactivity was metabolized by the hepatic system. The autoradiography showed that 18F-FECNT was highly concentrated in striatum, and that the left and the right striatal uptake were symmetrical in normal SD rat brains. In left-sided lesioned PD rat brains, the striatal uptake of 18F-FECNT bilaterally decreased in comparison with normal rats. No significant uptake was visible in the 6-OHDA lesioned-sided striatal areas. The results demonstrated that 18F-FECNT binds to DAT was specific. Toxicity trial displayed that the acceptable dose per kilogram to mice was 625 times greater than that to human.
