| 1 | Dynamic Field Division of Hydrocarbon Migration,Accumulation and Hydrocarbon Enrichment Rules in Sedimentary Basins显示文摘Hydrocarbon distribution rules in the deep and shallow parts of sedimentary basins are considerably different, particularly in the following four aspects. First, the critical porosity for hydrocarbon migration is much lower in the deep parts of basins: at a depth of 7000 m, hydrocarbons can accumulate only in rocks with porosity less than 5%. However, in the shallow parts of basins (i.e., depths of around 1000 m), hydrocarbon can accumulate in rocks only when porosity is over 20%. Second, hydrocarbon reservoirs tend to exhibit negative pressures after hydrocarbon accumulation at depth, with a pressure coefficient less than 0.7. However, hydrocarbon reservoirs at shallow depths tend to exhibit high pressure after hydrocarbon accumulation. Third, deep reservoirs tend to exhibit characteristics of oil (-gas)-water inversion, indicating that the oil (gas) accumulated under the water. However, the oil (gas) tends to accumulate over water in shallow reservoirs. Fourth, continuous unconventional tight hydrocarbon reservoirs are distributed widely in deep reservoirs, where the buoyancy force is not the primary dynamic force and the caprock is not involved during the process of hydrocarbon accumulation. Conversely, the majority of hydrocarbons in shallow regions accumulate in traps with complex structures. The results of this study indicate that two dynamic boundary conditions are primarily responsible for the above phenomena: a lower limit to the buoyancy force and the lower limit of hydrocarbon accumulation overall, corresponding to about 10%-12% porosity and irreducible water saturation of 100%, respectively. These two dynamic boundary conditions were used to divide sedimentary basins into three different dynamic fields of hydrocarbon accumulation: the free fluid dynamic field, limit fluid dynamic field, and restrain fluid dynamic field. The free fluid dynamic field is located between the surface and the lower limit of the buoyancy force, such that hydrocarbons in this field migrate and accumulate under the influence of, for example, the buoyancy force, pressure, hydrodynamic force, and capillary force. The hydrocarbon reservoirs formed are characterized as 'four high,' indicating that they accumulate in high structures, are sealed in high locations, migrate into areas of high porosity, and are stored in reservoirs at high pressure. The basic features of distribution and accumulation in this case include hydrocarbon migration as a result of the buoyancy force and formation of a reservoir by a caprock. The limit fluid dynamic field is located between the lower limit of the buoyancy force and the lower limit of hydrocarbon accumulation overall; the hydrocarbon migrates and accumulates as a result of, for example, the molecular expansion force and the capillary force. The hydrocarbon reservoirs formed are characterized as 'four low,' indicating that hydrocarbons accumulate in low structures, migrate into areas of low porosity, and accumulate in reservoirs with low pressure, and that oil(-gas)-water inversion occurs at low locations. Continuous hydrocarbon accumulation over a large area is a basic feature of this field. The restrain fluid dynamic field is located under the bottom of hydrocarbon accumulation, such that the entire pore space is filled with water. Hydrocarbons migrate as a result of the molecular diffusion force only. This field lacks many of the basic conditions required for formation of hydrocarbon reservoirs: there is no effective porosity, movable fluid, or hydrocarbon accumulation, and potential for hydrocarbon exploration is low. Many conventional hydrocarbon resources have been discovered and exploited in the free fluid dynamic field of shallow reservoirs, where exploration potential was previously considered to be low. | 6 | Collaborative City Digital Twin for the COVID-19 Pandemic:A Federated Learning Solution显示文摘The novel coronavirus,COVID-19,has caused a crisis that affects all segments of the population.As the knowledge and understanding of COVID-19 evolve,an appropriate response plan for this pandemic is considered one of the most effective methods for controlling the spread of the virus.Recent studies indicate that a city Digital Twin(DT)is beneficial for tackling this health crisis,because it can construct a virtual replica to simulate factors,such as climate conditions,response policies,and people's trajectories,to help plan efficient and inclusive decisions.However,a city DTsystem relies on long-term and high-quality data collection to make appropriate decisions,limiting its advantages when facing urgent crises,such as the COVID-19 pandemic.Federated Learning(FL),in which all clients can learn a shared model while retaining all training data locally,emerges as a promising solution for accumulating the insights from multiple data sources efficiently.Furthermore,the enhanced privacy protection settings removing the privacy barriers lie in this collaboration.In this work,we propose a framework that fused city DT with FL to achieve a novel collaborative paradigm that allows multiple city DTs to share the local strategy and status quickly.In particular,an FL central server manages the local updates of multiple collaborators(city DTs),providing a global model that is trained in multiple iterations at different city DT systems until the model gains the correlations between various response plans and infection trends.This approach means a collaborative city DT paradigm fused with FL techniques can obtain knowledge and patterns from multiple DTs and eventually establish a'global view'of city crisis management.Meanwhile,it also helps improve each city's DT by consolidating other DT's data without violating privacy rules.In this paper,we use the COVID-19 pandemic as the use case of the proposed framework.The experimental results on a real dataset with various response plans validate our proposed solution and demonstrate its superior performance. | Junjie Pang Yan Huang Zhenzhen Xie Jianbo Li Zhipeng Cai | 2021 | Tsinghua Science and Technology2021,26,5: | 1 |

| 9 | Overlying water fluoride concentrations influence dissolved organic matter composition and migration from pore water in sediment via bacterial mechanisms显示文摘Fluoride(F^(-))is widespread in aquatic environments;however,it is not clear whether the fluctuation of F^(-)concentrations in overlying lake water affects the composition and migration of dissolved organic matter(DOM)from sediment.A case study was presented in Sand Lake,China,and an experiment was conducted to analyze the influence of different F^(-)concentrations in overlying water on DOM characteristics.Diffusion resulted in similarities in DOM components between overlying and pore waters,and bacterial activities and enzyme variation resulted in differences between them.Higher F^(-)concentrations in overlying water resulted in a higher pH of pore water,which favored the enrichment of protein-like substances.Higher F^(-)concentrations caused lower DOM concentrations and lower maximum fluorescence intensities(Fmax)of protein-like components in pore water.The F^(-)concentrations had significantly negative correlations with Shannon indexes(P<0.05).Thiobacillus influenced the migration of tyrosinelike substances by decreasing the pH of pore water.Trichococcus and Fusibacter altered the Fmax of protein-like,humic-like,and fulvic-like substances.The F^(-)concentrations affected the DOM composition and migration due to the response of functional bacterial communities,which were positively correlated with the relative abundance of Thiobacillus and negatively correlated with the relative abundances of Trichococcus and Fusibacter.The high F^(-)concentrations influenced the biosynthesis and degradation of protein-like substances by shifting the abundances of the relevant enzymes.The results of this study may provide ideas for investigating DOM cycling under the influence of F^(-),especially in lakes with fluctuations in F^(-)concentrations. | Xiang Zhu Zibo Wang Yidan Luo Yushen Ma Zhipeng Xu Longmian Wang Fuquan Peng Qingqing Pang Yiping Li Fei He Bin Xu | 2022 | Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2022,,2: | 0 |
| 10 | Study on Diffusion Behavior of 72LX Blooms in the Decarburization Process显示文摘To elucidate the diffusion behavior of carbon atoms within the austenite region,the decarbonization of 72LX steel bloom was investigated.Experimental studies were performed to obtain the depth profiles of the decarburized layers within the temperature range of 950-1250℃.The findings show that,within a temperature range of 950-1200℃,both the depth of the decarburization layer of the grain interior(h_(in))and the depth of the decarbonization effect zone of the grain boundary(h_(b))increase concurrently with increasing holding temperatures and times and an inflection point is observed at 1200℃.By measuring the change in the sample diameter before and after the experiment,the change in the radius reduction of h_(Fe) causes by oxidation is obtained.Minimal changes are observed in h_(Fe) when the temperature is below 1050℃.As the temperature increases to 1100℃,a sudden change in h_(Fe) is observed,which corresponds to a rapid increase in oxidation.At temperatures above 1100℃,a more gradual change is observed.From the experimental results,a two-dimensional decarburization mathematical model is established and the carbon diffusion coefficients at different temperatures are obtained by simulation and regression fitting.The simulation values obtain from the carbon diffusion model matched well with the experimental values,thereby confirming the accuracy of the simulation process. | 徐东 ZHENG Bing PANG Hongxuan WANG Xuexi ZOU Zhipeng | 2022 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2022,37,4: | 0 |
| 11 | Degree of ontogenetic diet shift and trophic niche partitioning of Euphausia superba and Thysanoessa macrura are influenced by food availability显示文摘Euphausia superba and Thysanoessa macrura are dominant krill species in the Southern Ocean and their habitats are often overlapped reportedly.Studies of the feeding strategies of these two krill species will help us better understand the coexistence mechanisms and estimate the roles that krill played in the food web of the Southern Ocean.The trophodynamics of E.superba and T.macrura at different ontogenetic stages(furcilia,juvenile,adult)were studied using fatty acid and stable isotope biomarkers in the samples collected in Amundsen Sea during austral summer of 2017/2018 and 2018/2019.Diatoms like Fragilariopsis spp.was the most abundant phytoplankton species in the summer of 2017/2018,while the abundance of phytoplankton in the summer of 2018/2019 was dominated by Phaeocystis sp.The gradual increase of the carnivorous index 18꞉1n-9/18꞉1n-7 with ontogeny of both species in 2018/2019 indicated more carnivorous feeding of adults compared with juveniles and larvae.Meanwhile,greaterδ15N values of T.macrura than that of E.superba were more significant in the juvenile and adult stages during the summer of 2018/2019.Our results indicate that the trophic niche differentiation between the two krill species appeared in postlarval stage and can be influenced by food availability.Compared with E.superba,T.macrura was more prone to feed omnivorously or carnivorously responding to food availability. | Zhipeng PANG Xupeng CHI Zhihui SONG Haibo LI Yunyan CHEN Guang YANG | 2023 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2023,41,3: | 0 |
