| 1 | S-wave velocity and Poisson's ratio structure of crust in Yunnan and its implication显示文摘Receiver function of body wave under the 23 stations in Yunnan was extracted from 3-component broadband digital recording of teleseismic event. Thus, the S-wave velocity structure and distribution characteristics of Poisson's ratio in crust of Yunnan are obtained by inversion.The results show that the crustal thickness is gradually thinned from north to south. The crustal thickness in Zhongdian of northwest reaches as many as 62.0 km and the one in Jinghong of further south end is only 30.2 km. What should be especially noted is that there exists a Moho upheaval running in NS in the Chuxiong region and a Moho concave is generally parallel to it in Dongchuan. In addition, there exists an obvious transversal inhomogeneity for the S-wave veIocity structure in upper mantle and crust in the Yunnan region. The low velocity layer exists not only in 10.0-15.0 km in upper crust in some regions, but also in 30.0-40.0 km in lower crust.Generally, the Poisson's ratio is on the high side, however it has a better corresponding relation to the crustal velocity structure. An obvious block distribution feature is still shown on such a high background of Poisson's ratio. It is discovered by synthetically analyzing the velocity structure and Poisson's ratio distribution that there are high Poisson's ratio and complicated crust-mantle velocity structure feature in the Sichuan-Yunnan Diamond Block with Xiaojiang fault to be the east boundary and Yulong Snow Mountain fault to be the west boundary besides the frequent seismicity. | 2 | Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb age, geochemical, Sr-Nd isotopic, and in-situ Hf isotopic data of the Late Carboniferous-Early Permian plutons in the northern margin of the North China Craton显示文摘The main rock types of the Boluonuo and Daguangding plutons are diorite, quartz diorite, tonalite, granodiorite, and subordinate plagioclase-bearing hornblendite and hornblende gabbro. Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating for a quartz diorite of the Boluonuo pluton suggests that the pluton was emplaced at about 296±4 Ma. Plagioclase-bearing hornblendites show typical cumulative textures, which, in combination with their convex-upward REE patterns and the large variation of compatible elements such as Co, V and Sc, suggests that these hornblendites formed through accumulation of hornblende during magma evolution. Microgranular mafic enclaves (MMEs) are common in the Boluonuo and Daguangding intermediate to felsic plutons. Many plagioclase grains show compositional and textural disequilibrium, with calcium-rich cores (An 46-50 ) mantled abruptly by sodium-rich plagioclase (An 26-33 ). Whole-rock samples of the plutons are characterized by quite negative ε Nd (t) values (-16.5 to -11.8) and ε Hf (t) values (-22.5 to-16.8), and the ε Nd (t) values are negatively correlated with silica contents. All these features suggest that the intermediate to felsic plutons formed through magma mixing of enriched mantle-derived, evolved basaltic magma with granitic, crustal melts, followed by fractional crystallization of mainly hornblende and small amounts of pyroxene, apatite and zircon. The hornblende-dominated fractionation contributed significantly to the adakite-like features of the intermediate to felsic plutons, like the high Sr and Sr/Y ratios and low Yb abundance. In addition, the Boluonuo and Daguang- ding plutons are highly enriched in LILEs (e.g., Ba and Sr), but depleted in HFSEs (e.g., Nb, Zr and Ti), which is typical of arc magmas. | 11 | Intensifying Electron Utilization by Surface-Anchored Rh Complex for Enhanced Nicotinamide Cofactor Regeneration and Photoenzymatic CO_(2)Reduction显示文摘Solar-driven photocatalytic regeneration of cofactors,including reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH),reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate(NADPH),and reduced flavin adenine dinucleotide(FADH_(2)),could ensure the sustainable energy supply of enzymatic reactions catalyzed by oxidoreductases for the efficient synthesis of chemicals.However,the elevation of cofactor regeneration efficiency is severely hindered by the inefficient utilization of electrons transferred on the surface of photocatalysts.Inspired by the phenomenon of ferredoxin-NADP+reductase(FNR)anchoring on thylakoid membrane,herein,a homogeneous catalyst of rhodium(Rh)complex,[Cp_(∗)Rh(bpy)H_(2)O]^(2+),was anchored on polymeric carbon nitride(PCN)mediated by a tannic acid/polyethyleneimine(TA/PEI)adhesive layer,acquiring PCN@TA/PEI-Rh core@shell photocatalyst.Illuminated by visible light,electrons were excited from the PCN core,then transferred through the TA/PEI shell,and finally captured by the surface-anchored Rh for instant utilization during the regeneration of NADH.The TA/PEI-Rh shell could facilitate the electron transfer from the PCN core and,more importantly,achieved~1.3-fold elevation of electron utilization efficiency compared with PCN.Accordingly,the PCN@TA/PEI-Rh afforded the NADH regeneration efficiency of 37.8%after 20 min reaction under LED light(405 nm)illumination,over 1.5 times higher than PCN with free Rh.Coupling of the NADH regeneration system with formate dehydrogenase achieved continuous production of formate from carbon dioxide(CO_(2)).Our study may provide a generic and effective strategy to elevate the catalytic efficiency of a photocatalyst through intensifying the electron utilization. | Yuqing Cheng Jiafu Shi Yizhou Wu Xueying Wang Yiying Sun Ziyi Cai Yu Chen Zhongyi Jiang | 2021 | Research2021,,1: | 5 |

| 14 | Optical dating of the Jingshuiwan Paleolithic site of Three Gorges, China显示文摘The Jingshuiwan Paleolithic site occu- pies the second terrace on the right bank of the Yangtze River. The lithic assemblage is characterized by choppers and scrapers made on pebbles and large flakes——the typical lithic industry of South China. Deposits of the site are mainly composed of fluvial sediments. Quartz grains extracted from these fluvial sediments from which the artifacts were un- covered were dated using the optically stimulated luminescence/single-aliquot regenerative-dose tech- nique. The dating results show that ancient human activities at this site took place in the early Upper Pleistocene (ca. 70 ka). The successful age analysis of the Jingshuiwan site is considered as a major break- through in chronological analysis of Paleolithic open site in the Three Gorges region and even in South China. | 18 | S-wave Q structure of the crust and upper mantle beneath Yunnan from surface waves显示文摘A phase-matched filtering technique is applied to extract fundamental mode signals from Rayleigh waves recorded at 62 digital seismic stations in the Yunnan and Sichuan regions.We use the fundamental mode of vibrations at two stations that are located on the same great circle as the focus to calculate an inter-station attenuation coefficient of the Rayleigh wave with periods between 0.40 and 80.64 s,and invert for the inter-station S-wave Q-factor (Qβ) at depths of 0-200 km.The results indicate that Qβ in Yunnan is 20-140,presenting a low Qβ background with apparent lateral variation.Taking the Honghe Fault as the boundary,Qβ of the crust is only 20 on the west side,extending to a depth of 120 km.The distribution of Qβ is consistent with large-scale Cenozoic volcanic and intrusive rocks in western Yunnan,implying that the crust and mantle are in the thermally active state.In the eastern Yunnan Block,east of the Xiaojiang Fault,Qβ in the upper 120 km is 140 in the south but only 20 in the north.Additionally,around the Dukou-Chuxiong in the mid-Yunnan Block,Qβ in the lithosphere is relatively high at 60-100,corresponding to a stiff crust.This is because the suture between the Indian and Eurasian plates reversed the tension in the rifting stage into the compression of orogenesis,leading to the closure of a gap in the crust.After some time,interstitial fluids gradually disappeared,resulting in a high velocity layer in the crust and low heat flow on the surface.The Yunnan region consists of an obvious block of elevated Qβ,distributed within the low background,consistent with the distribution of heat-flow values on the surface.The Honghe and Xiaojiang faults are tectonic boundaries in addition to being boundaries between regions of high and low crustal Qβ.The low Qβ is probably the result of crustal rupture and disturbance caused by strong earthquakes and the upwelling of hot substances along the deep fault zones. | CHEN Jia HU JiaFu YANG HaiYan ZHANG XiaoMan WEN LiMin PENG HengChu | 2012 | Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,5: | 3 |

| 20 | Overexpression of the CmJAZ1-like gene delays flowering in Chrysanthemum morifolium显示文摘Chrysanthemum(Chrysanthemum morifolium)is one of the four major cut-flower plants worldwide and possesses both high ornamental value and cultural connotation.As most chrysanthemum varieties flower in autumn,it is costly to achieve annual production.JAZ genes in the TIFY family are core components of the jasmonic acid(JA)signaling pathway;in addition to playing a pivotal role in plant responses to defense,they are also widely implicated in regulating plant development processes.Here,we characterized the TIFY family gene CmJAZ1-like from the chrysanthemum cultivar‘Jinba’.CmJAZ1-like localizes in the nucleus and has no transcriptional activity in yeast.Tissue expression pattern analysis indicated that CmJAZ1-like was most active in the root and shoot apex.Overexpressing CmJAZ1-like with Jas domain deletion in chrysanthemum resulted in late flowering.RNA-Seq analysis of the overexpression lines revealed some differentially expressed genes(DEGs)involved in flowering,such as the homologs of the flowering integrators FT and SOC1,an FUL homolog involved in flower meristem identity,AP2 domain-containing transcription factors,MADS box genes,and autonomous pathway-related genes.Based on KEGG pathway enrichment analysis,the differentially transcribed genes were enriched in carbohydrate metabolic and fatty acid-related pathways,which are notable for their role in flowering in plants.This study preliminarily verified the function of CmJAZ1-like in chrysanthemum flowering,and the results can be used in molecular breeding programs aimed at flowering time regulation of chrysanthemum. | Yunxiao Guan Lian Ding Jiafu Jiang Yuanyue Shentu Wenqian Zhao Kunkun Zhao Xue Zhang Aiping Song Sumei Chen Fadi Chen | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 3 |
