1Cerebral small vessel disease or intracranial large vessel atherosclerosis may carry different risk for future strokes显示文摘Background The effect of cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)and intracranial arterial stenosis(ICAS)on stroke outcomes remains unclear.Methods Data of 1045 patients with minor stroke or transient ischaemic attack(TIA)were obtained from 45 sites of the Clopidogrel in High-Risk Patients with Acute Non-disabling Cerebrovascular Events(CHANCE)trial.We assessed the associations of burdens of CSVD and ICAS with new strokes and bleeding events using multivariate Cox regression models and those with modified Rankin Scale(mRS)scores using ordinal logistic regression models.Results Among the 1045 patients,CSVD was present in 830 cases(79.4%)and ICAS in 460(44.0%).Patients with>1 ICAS segment showed the highest risk of new strokes(HR 2.03,95%CI 1.15 to 3.56,p=0.01).No association between CSVD and the occurrence of new strokes was found.The presence of severe CSVD(common OR(cOR)2.01,95%CI 1.40 to 2.89,p<0.001)and>1 ICAS segment(cOR 2.15,95%CI 1.57 to 2.93,p<0.001)was associated with higher mRS scores.Severe CSVD(HR 10.70,95%CI 1.16 to 99.04,p=0.04),but not ICAS,was associated with a higher risk of bleeding events.Six-point modified CSVD score improved the predictive power for bleeding events and disability.Interpretation CSVD is associated with more disability and bleeding events,and ICAS is associated with an increased risk of stroke and disability in patients with minor stroke and TIA at 3 months.CSVD and ICAS may represent different vascular pathologies and play distinct roles in stroke outcomes.Huimin Chen Yuesong Pan Lixia Zong Jing Jing Xia Meng Yuyuan Xu Hongyi Yan Xingquan Zhao Liping Liu Hao Li S Claiborne Johnston Yongjun Wang Yilong Wang 2020Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,2:13
2Concurrent intracranial and extracranial artery stenosis and the prognosis of transient ischaemic symptoms or imaging-negative ischaemic stroke显示文摘Background and purpose Transient ischaemic attack(TIA),transient symptoms with infarction(TSI)and diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)-negative acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)share similar aetiologies but are considered to have a rather benign prognosis.We intended to investigate the association between intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis(ICAS),extracranial atherosclerotic stenosis(ECAS)and the prognosis of patients with TIA,TSI and DWI-negative AIS.Methods Clinical and imaging data of eligible participants were derived from the Chinese Intracranial Atherosclerosis study,according to symptom duration,acute infarction on DWI and discharge diagnosis.Based on the severity and location of arterial atherosclerosis,we categorised the study population into four groups:no or<50% ICAS and no ECAS;≥50% ICAS but no ECAS;no or<50%ICAS with ECAS;and concurrent≥50% ICAS and ECAS.Using multivariable Cox regression models,we analysed the relationship between the severity and distribution of large artery atherosclerosis and the prognosis of TIA,TSI and DWI-negative AIS.Results A total of 806 patients were included,67.3% of whom were male.The median age of the study participants was 63 years.Patients in the concurrent≥50% ICAS and ECAS subgroup had both a significantly higher 1-year recurrence rate(adjusted HR 3.4(95%CI 1.15 to 10.04),p=0.027)and a higher risk of composite vascular events(adjusted HR 3.82(95%CI 1.50 to 9.72),p=0.005).Conclusions Concurrent ICAS and ECAS is associated with a higher possibility of 1-year recurrent stroke or composite vascular events.Large artery evaluation is necessary to assess patients with transient ischaemic symptoms or DWI-negative AIS.Progress in shortening the time interval between symptom onset and large vessel evaluation is needed.Yue Suo Jing Jing Yuesong Pan Weiqi Chen Hongyu Zhou Hao Li Yuehua Pu Liping Liu Xingquan Zhao Yilong Wang Xia Meng Yongjun Wang 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,1:10
3Mn-Ce-Nb-O_x/P84 catalytic filters prepared by a novel method for simultaneous removal of particulates and NO显示文摘The Mn-Ce-Nb-O_x/P84 catalytic filter for removal of particulates and NO simultaneous was prepared by a novel method(foam coating method). The process parameters including the concentrations of PTFE emulsion, particle size of catalyst and calcination temperature for preparation of catalytic filters were analyzed. In addition, the physical properties and performance for removal of NO(NH_3-SCR) and particulates of Mn-Ce-Nb-O_x/P84 catalytic filter prepared under the optimized parameters, were also systematic studied. Results show that the process parameters had significant influences on stability and performance of catalytic filter, The Mn-Ce-Nb-O_x/P84 catalytic filter prepared by foam coating method under the optimized parameters, has satisfactory physical properties and catalytic performance for removal of NO and particulates at 140-220 ℃. The NO removal efficiency of catalytic filter can reach95.3% at 200 ℃ as the catalyst loading amount is 450 g/m^2, Moreover,the dust removal efficiency of MnGe-Nb-O_x/P84 catalytic filter reaches as high as 99.98%, and the PM2.5 removal efficiency also reaches99.98%. The anti-sulfur performance of Mn-Ce-Nb-O_x catalytic filter is also attractive, after injecting150 ppm SO_2, the NO removal efficiency still retains up to 85%. 4Safety and efficacy of tenecteplase versus alteplase in patients with acute ischaemic stroke (TRACE): a multicentre, randomised, open label, blinded-endpoint (PROBE) controlled phase II study显示文摘Background Tenecteplase(TNK)possesses several pharmacological characteristics superior to conventional alteplase(rt-PA),with well-established safety and efficacy profile in Caucasians.There exists controversy over the optimal dose of intravenous rt-PA for East Asians with acute ischaemic stroke(AIS).Current study aimed to determine the safety dose range of recombinant human TNK tissue-type plasminogen activator(rhTNK-tPA)for patients with AIS in China.Methods This multicentre,prospective,randomised,open-label,blinded end-point,phase II study compared three tiers of 0.1,0.25,0.32 mg/kg rhTNK-tPA(to a maximum of 40 mg)with standard 0.9 mg/kg rt-PA(to a maximum of 90 mg)in patients who were eligible for intravenous thrombolysis.The safety outcome were symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage(sICH)within 36 hours.Results Between May 2018 and February 2020,240 patients were randomly assigned to four group,4 of whom did not receive study treatment.The intention-to-treat analysis included 236 patients.There was no difference in the improvement on National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale at day 14 in the 3 tiers and control group(63.3%,77.2%,66.7%vs 62.7%).The number of sICH was 3 of 60(5.0%)in the 0.1 mg/kg group,none in the 0.25 mg/kg group,2 of 60(3.3%)in the 0.32 mg/kg group and 1(1.7%)of 59 in the rt-PA group.There were no significant between-group differences in severe adverse events.Conclusions Similar to the Caucasians,rhTNK-tPA was well tolerated in Chinese patients with AIS at all doses administered within 3 hours of symptom onset.The dose-efficacy profile of rhTNK-tPA needs to be established with future investigations.Shuya Li Yuesong Pan Ziran Wang Zhigang Liang Huisheng Chen Dong Wang Yi Sui Xingquan Zhao Yilong Wang WanLiang Du Huaguang Zheng Yongjun Wang 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,1:9

6Trajectory optimization of multiple quad-rotor UAVs in collaborative assembling task显示文摘A hierarchic optimization strategy based on the offline path planning process and online trajectory planning process is presented to solve the trajectory optimization problem of multiple quad-rotor unmanned aerial vehicles in the collaborative assembling task. Firstly, the path planning process is solved by a novel parallel intelligent optimization algorithm, the central force optimization-genetic algorithm(CFO-GA), which combines the central force optimization(CFO)algorithm with the genetic algorithm(GA). Because of the immaturity of the CFO, the convergence analysis of the CFO is completed by the stability theory of the linear time-variant discrete-time systems. The results show that the parallel CFO-GA algorithm converges faster than the parallel CFO and the central force optimization-sequential quadratic programming(CFO-SQP) algorithm. Then,the trajectory planning problem is established based on the path planning results. In order to limit the range of the attitude angle and guarantee the flight stability, the optimized object is changed from the ordinary six-degree-of-freedom rigid-body dynamic model to the dynamic model with an inner-loop attitude controller. The results show that the trajectory planning process can be solved by the mature SQP algorithm easily. 7Synergetic catalytic removal of chlorobenzene and NOχfrom waste incineration exhaust over MnNb0.4Ce0.2Oχcatalysts:Performance and mechanism study显示文摘Nb doped MnCe0.2Ox complex oxides catalysts prepared via a homogeneous precipitation method were investigated for synergistic catalytic removal of NOx and chlorobenzene(CB)at low temperatures.The MnNb0.4Ce0.2Ox catalyst with a molar ratio of Nb/Mn=0.4 exhibits excellent activity and the NOx and CB removal efficiency reaches 94.5%and 96%at 220℃,respectively.Furthermore,the NOx and CB removal efficiency of MnNb0.4Ce0.2Ox still remains above 80%after injecting 300 ppm SO2 and 7 vol%H2 O for 36 h.In addition,the presence of CB and NOx+NH3 can improve the NOx and CB removal efficiency of MnNb0.4Ce0.2Ox,respectively.The analysis results from N2-BET,Py-IR,H2-TPR and NH3-TPD reveal that the introduction of Nb increases the average pore size,pore volume and surface area,promoted the growth of Lewis acid amount obviously,and enhances redox ability of MnCe0.2Ox at 100-250℃.Moreover,the molecular migration process of NOx,NH3,CB and SO2 in NH3-SCR and CB oxidation reaction over MnNb0.4Ce0.2Ox catalysts were systematically studied.In situ DRIFTS,FT-IR and XPS also confirm that the adsorption of sulfate species and SO2 on the surface of MnNb0.4Ce0.2Ox is inhibited effectively by the introduction of Nb in the presence of SO2 and H2 O.Moreover,Nb additives also enhance the structural stability of MnNb0.4Ce0.2Ox,due to the interactions among Mn,Nb and Ce.The NH3-TPD,H2-TPR and in situ DRIFTS results also confirm that the MnNb0.4Ce0.2Ox still retains abundant acid sites and high redox ability in the presence of SO2 and H2O.In summary,MnNb0.4Ce0.2Ox catalysts represent a promising and effective candidate for controlling NOx and CB at low temperatures.Bo Yang Qijie Jin Qiong Huang Mindong Chen Leilei Xu Yuesong Shen Haitao Xu Shemin Zhu Xiujun Li 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,11:6

9Effects of Climate Variability on Habitat Range and Distribution of Chub Mackerel in the East China Sea显示文摘Spatio-temporal distribution of chub mackerel Scomber japonicus is strongly susceptible to climate variability.In this study,a weighting-based habitat suitability index(HSI)model was established to assess the impacts of Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO)on habitat range and distribution of S.japonicus in the East China Sea(ECS)using vertical water temperature at depths of 2.5 m,25 m and 50 m.Results showed that the optimal HSI model selected from ten weighting scenarios can yield reliable predictions.Correlation analysis revealed a significant negative relationship between the PDO index and water temperature anomaly at different depths.The water temperatures at three different layers on the fishing ground of S.japonicus tended to be low in the warm PDO phase and high in the cold PDO phase,respectively.The range of suitable habitats and its spatial distribution exhibited large differences between the warm and cold PDO regimes.During a warm PDO phase,vertical water temperature became cool,and the monthly preferred water temperature at each depth for S.japonicus shifted southeastward.Consequently,habitat quality dramatically decreased,and suitable habitat ranges also reduced and moved southeastward.Conversely,in a cool PDO phase,with the warmer vertical water temperature and northwestward shift of the preferred water temperature,the suitable habitats enlarged and migrated in the same direction.Our findings indicate that the PDO produced significant impacts on habitat range and distribution of S.japonicus in the East China Sea.YU Wei WEN Jian CHEN Xinjun LI Gang LI Yuesong ZHANG Zhong 2021Journal of Ocean University of China2021,20,6:2
10Effect of sex differences on prognosis of intravenous thrombolysis: data from the Thrombolysis Implementation and Monitor of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China (TIMS- China)显示文摘Background and purpose Previous studies have reported conflicting results as to whether women have poorer functional outcome than men after thrombolytic therapy.This study aims to investigate the relationship between sex differences and the prognosis of intravenous thrombolysis in Chinese patients with acute ischaemic stroke.Methods The patients enrolled in this study were from the Chinese Acute Ischemic Stroke Thrombolysis Monitoring and Registration study.The primary outcome was poor functional outcome,defined as a 3-month modified Rankin score of 3-6.The safe outcome was symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage(SICH)and mortality within 7 days and 90 days.Multiple Cox regression model was used to correct the potential covariates to evaluate the association between sex disparities and prognosis.Furthermore,the interaction of preonset Rankin scores,baseline National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores and Trial of Org 10172 in Acute Stroke Treatment(TOAST)types was statistically analysed.results A total of 1440 patients were recruited,including 541 women and 899 men.The baseline information indicated that women were older at the time of onset(66.2±11.2 years vs 61.0±11.3 years,p<0.001),and more likely to have a history of atrial fibrillation(25.3%vs 11.2%,p<0.001),and had a higher NIHSS score on admission(12.3±6.8 vs 11.6±6.7,p=0.04).According to the prognosis analysis of unsatisfactory functional recovery,there was no significant difference between women and men(45.9%vs 37.1%;adjusted OR 1.01,95%CI 0.75 to 1.37).As for the safe outcome,the proportion of SICH and mortality in women is relatively high but did not reach statistical significance.There was no significant interaction with sex,age,preonset Rankin score,NIHSS score,TOAST classification and the prognosis of intravenous thrombolysis.Conclusions For Chinese patients with ischaemic stroke,although women are older and more severe at the time of onset,the prognosis after intravenous thrombolysis is not significantly different from men.Hongyu Zhou Weiqi Chen Yuesong Pan Yue Suo Xia Meng Hao Li Yongjun Wang 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,1:1

13Overview of the Latest Scientific Results of China’s Lunar Exploration Program显示文摘China’s Chang’E-4 probe successfully landed on 3 January 2019 in Von Kármán crater within the South Pole-Aitken(SPA)basin on the lunar far side.Based on the data acquired by the scientific payloads onboard the lander and the rover,the researchers obtained the related information such as the geologic and tectonic setting of the landing area,compositional characteristics of the landing surface materials,dielectric permittivity and density of the lunar soil.The experiments confirmed the existence of materials dominated by olivine and low-calcium pyroxene in the SPA basin on the lunar far side,which preliminary revealed the geological evolution history of the SPA basin and even that of the early time lunar crust,as well as the tectonic setting and formation mechanism of the materials in the lunar interior.The researchers also investigated the particle radiation,Linear Energy Transaction(LET)spectrum,and so forth on the lunar surface.The low-frequency radio observations were carried out on the lunar far side for the first time as well.This article summarizes the latest scientific results in the past years,focusing on the Chang’E-4 mission.CHEN Yuesong HAN Juanjuan FAN Yu ZOU Yongliao WANG Chi 2020空间科学学报2020,40,5:1

16Rationale and design of a randomised double-blind 2×2 factorial trial comparing the effect of a 3-month intensive statin and antiplatelet therapy for patients with acute mild ischaemic stroke or high-risk TIA with intracranial or extracranial atherosclerosis(INSPIRES)显示文摘Background It remains unclear if intensive antiplatelet and statin treatments begun within 24-72 hours of cerebral ischaemic events from intracranial or extracranial atherosclerosis is effective or safe.Methods The Intensive Statin and Antiplatelet Therapy for High-risk Intracranial or Extracranial Atherosclerosis(INSPIRES)trial is a randomised,double-blind,placebo-controlled,multicentre and 2×2 factorial trial.6100 individuals between the ages of 35 and 80 who have experienced a mild ischaemic stroke or high-risk transient ischaemic attack(TIA)within the previous 72 hours that is attributed to≥50%atherosclerotic stenosis of a major intracranial or extracranial artery or multiple infarctions of atherosclerotic origin will be enrolled in the trial.Eligible subjects will be randomised 1:1:1:1 to one of four groups:(1)intensive antiplatelet therapy(combined clopidogrel and aspirin for days 1-21,then aspirin placebo and clopidogrel for days 22-90)plus immediate intensive statin therapy(atorvastatin at a dose of 80 mg daily for the first 21 days,then 40 mg daily for days 22-90);(2)intensive antiplatelet therapy plus delayed intensive statin therapy(atorvastatin placebo for days 1-3,followed by 40 mg per day of atorvastatin for days 4-90);(3)standard antiplatelet therapy(combination of clopidogrel placebo with aspirin for 90 days)plus immediate intensive statin therapy and(4)standard antiplatelet therapy plus delayed intensive statin therapy.The primary efficacy endpoint is any new stroke(ischaemic or haemorrhagic)within 90 days after randomisation.The primary safety endpoint is moderate to severe bleeding at 90 days.Conclusion The INSPIRES trial will assess the efficacy and safety of intensive antiplatelet therapy and immediate intensive statin therapy begun within 72 hours of onset in decreasing the recurrent stroke at 90 days in patients with acute mild ischaemic stroke or high-risk TIA of intracranial or extracranial atherosclerosis origin.Ying Gao Yuesong Pan Shangrong Han Weiqi Chen Jing Jing Chunjuan Wang Yingying Yang Tingting Wang Xia Meng Xingquan Zhao Liping Liu Hao Li S Claiborne Johnston Pierre Amarenco Philip M Bath Yongjun Wang Yilong Wang 2023Stroke & Vascular Neurology2023,8,3:0

18Overview of the Latest Scientific Achievements of Chang'E-4 Mission of China's Lunar Exploration Project显示文摘On 3 January 2019,the Chang’E-4 probe successfully landed in the Von Kármán crater in the South Pole-Aitken Basin on the far side of the Moon.On 4 January,the Yutu-2 rover was successfully separated from the lander and the scientific payloads were powered on to conduct scientific exploration.It was the first time that manmade probe achieved soft landing and roving on the far side of the Moon.Based on the data obtained by scientific payloads on the Chang’E-4,the research team obtained geological information such as landing area topography,structure and composition;demonstrated the existence of deep materials—mainly olivine and low-calcium pyroxene in the South Pole-Aitken Basin;achieved high-precision imaging of the layered structure of lunar subsurface in the roving area;discovered carbonaceous spheroidal meteorite residues and impact glass;preliminarily revealed the geological evolutionary history of the South Pole-Aitken Basin;for the first time,obtained information of the radiation dose of energetic particles at the lunar surface and the structure of the lunar neutral atomic energy spectrum;discovered the lunar mini-magnetosphere and contributed new knowledge of the radiation hazards at the lunar surface.This article summarizes the latest scientific achievement from the Chang’E-4 mission over the past three years.CHEN Yuesong TANG Yuhua FAN Yu YAN Jun WANG Chi ZOU Yongliao 2022空间科学学报2022,42,4:0
