| 3 | Synthesis of two lanthanide clusters Ln^(Ⅲ)_(4)(Gd_(4) and Dy_(4)) with [2×2] square grid shape:Magnetocaloric effect and slow magnetic relaxation behaviors显示文摘Two isostructural tetranuclear lanthanide clusters named [Ln_(4)(L)_(4)(CH_(3) O)_(4)]·CH_(3) OH(Ln=Gd(Ⅲ) for 1,Dy(Ⅲ) for 2,H_(2) L=N’-(2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzylidene)-6-(hydroxymethyl) picolinohydrazide) were successfully isolated by using a polydentate Schiff based ligand and Ln(Ⅲ) nitrate salts.The structures of 1 and 2 were characterized by X-ray structural analyses,they are held by four double deprotonated ligands L2-.In them all the lanthanide ions are eight-coordinated and distributed over four vertices of a parallelogram,presenting a Ln4 cluster with a strict [2 × 2] square grid pattern.The details of magnetic analysis show that 1 displays weak anti-ferromagnetic exchange between neighboring Gd(Ⅲ) ions through carboxylate oxygen and methanol oxygen ligand atoms.Furthermore,1 exhibits significant magnetocaloric effect with the maximum entropy change-ΔSm value of 28.5 J/(kg K) for ΔH=7.0 T at 2.0 K.For compound 2,remarkable slow magnetic relaxation behaviors are observed in the presence of zero magnetic field with τ0=1.02 × 10^(-6) s and energy barrier ΔE/kB=43.24 K. | Chunying Xu Zhilei Wu Chenjuan Fan Lili Yan Wenmin Wang Baoming Ji | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,9: | 2 |

| 9 | Planet-satellite cage hybrids:covalent organic cages encircling metal organic cage显示文摘As a rising type of precisely molecular nanoobjects,porous molecular cages,including covalent organic cages(COCs) and metal organic cages(MOCs),have attracted much more attention.It is fascinating to construct well-defined cage hybrids combining COCs and MOCs to further rich their types,properties,and applications.However,it is a big challenge due to the isotropy of the porous molecular cages.In this article,an anisotropic COC ligand based on aryl ether bonds and bearing one isophthalate moiety has been designed and synthesized.Then planet-satellite cage hybrids(PSCHs),MOC@COCs,have been constructed through the coordination of the anisotropic COC ligand and copper ions with or without the help of extra dicarboxylic ligands in an almost quantitative manner for the first time.Three PSCHs with one different topological MOC(heteroleptic bipolar,distorted cuboctahedral or homoleptic cuboctahedral) as the planet and different numbers of COCs(6,12 or 24) as satellites are obtained.The structural and thermal properties of these PSCHs have also been studied.The obtained PSCHs exhibit discrete,uniform and stable structures,good solubility and strong film-forming property. | Chenjuan Yu Pan Yang Xinyuan Zhu Youfu Wang | 2022 | Science China Chemistry2022,65,5: | 0 |
| 10 | The Effect of cdk-5 Overexpression and Overactivation on Tau Hyperphosphorylation in Cultured N2a Cells显示文摘Neurofibrillary tangles (NFTs) are one of the neuropathological hallmarks of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and abnormally hyperphosphorylated tau is the major protein of NFTs. It was reported that cyclin\|dependent kinase5 (Cdk\|5) could phosphorylate tau at most AD\|related epitopes in vivo. In this study, we investigated the effect of cdk\|5 overexpression on tau hyperphosphorylation in neuroblastoma N2a cells. We demonstrated that overexpression of cdk\|5 which resulted in a 3.5\|fold Cdk\|5 activation in the transfected cells induced a dramatic increase in phosphorylation of tau at several phosphorylation sites. Overexpression of cdk\|5 led to a reduced staining with antibody Tau\|1 and an enhanced staining with antibody PHF\|1, suggesting hyperphosphorylation of tau at Ser199/202 and Ser396/404 sites. | 12 | Overinhibition of Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase Inducing Tau Hyperphosphorylation显示文摘To reveal the relationship between mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) and tau phosphorylation, we used different concentration of PD98059, an inhibitor of MEK (MAPK kinase), to treat mice neuroblastma (N2a) cell line for 6 h. It showed that the activity of MAPK decreased in a dose-dependent manner. But Western blot and immunofluorescence revealed that just when the cells were treated with 16 μmol/L PD98059, tau was hyperphosphorylated at Ser396/404 and Ser199/202 sites. | 15 | A mechanical model for the role of the neck linker during kinesin stepping and gating显示文摘In this paper, considering the different elastic properties in the attached head and the free head, we propose a physical model, in which the free head undergoes a diffusive search in an entropic spring potential formed by undocking the neck linker, and there are asymmetric conformational changes in the attached head formed by docking the neck linker to support the load force and bias the diffusive search to the forward direction. By performing the thermodynamic analysis, we obtain the free energy difference between forward and backward binding sites. And using the Fokker-Planck equation with two absorbing boundaries, we obtain the dependence of the ratio of forward to backward steps on the backward force. Also, within the Michaelis-Menten model, we investigate the dependence of the velocity-load relationship on the effective length of the junction between the two heads. In this work, a visible photocatalyst of S-doped graphene quantum dots(S-GQDs)was prepared by a facile hydrothermal synthesis using 1,3,6-trinitropyrene and Na_2 S as precursors. The well crystallization and monodispersity as well as the chemical environment of S-GQDs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, atom force microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectrum. A superior photocatalytic performance of S-GQDs was demonstrated for degradation of basic fuchsin under visible light irradiation.
