| 1 | 1.12MW高速永磁电机多物理场综合设计显示文摘高速电机设计时即要满足电磁性能要求,又要满足机械特性的要求,还需满足冷却与温升的要求,因此高速电机的设计是一个多物理场迭代综合设计过程。针对高速电机的多物理场一体化设计过程,本文基于电磁场-转子强度-转子动力学-流体场与温度场等对一台1.12MW,18 000r/min的高速永磁电机进行了综合设计,在多物理场仿真分析的基础上,得到了满足电磁性能、转子强度、临界转速和电机温升的综合设计结果,并加工了一台样机,进行了电机性能实验、转子机械特性实验以及温升实验,实验结果与计算结果相吻合,验证了本文仿真分析与设计方法的可行性,对大功率高速永磁电机的设计与发展具有一定的借鉴意义。 | 张凤阁 杜光辉 王天煜 王凤翔 Wenping CAO 王大朋 | 2015 | 电工技术学报2015,30,12: | 35 |

| 4 | Humoral immune response to circulating SARS-CoV-2 variants elicited by inactivated and RBD-subunit vaccines显示文摘SARS-CoV-2 variants could induce immune escape by mutations on the receptor-binding domain(RBD)and N-terminal domain(NTD).Here we report the humoral immune response to circulating SARS-CoV-2 variants,such as 501Y.V2(B.1.351),of the plasma and neutralizing antibodies(NAbs)elicited by CoronaVac(inactivated vaccine),ZF2001(RBD-subunit vaccine)and natural infection.Among 86 potent NAbs identified by high-throughput single-cell VDJ sequencing of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from vaccinees and convalescents,near half anti-RBD NAbs showed major neutralization reductions against the K417N/E484K/N501Y mutation combination,with E484K being the dominant cause.VH3-53/VH3-66 recurrent antibodies respond differently to RBD variants,and K417N compromises the majority of neutralizing activity through reduced polar contacts with complementarity determining regions.In contrast,the 242–244 deletion(242–244Δ)would abolish most neutralization activity of anti-NTD NAbs by interrupting the conformation of NTD antigenic supersite,indicating a much less diversity of anti-NTD NAbs than anti-RBD NAbs.Plasma of convalescents and CoronaVac vaccinees displayed comparable neutralization reductions against pseudo-and authentic 501Y.V2 variants,mainly caused by E484K/N501Y and 242–244Δ,with the effects being additive.Importantly,RBD-subunit vaccinees exhibit markedly higher tolerance to 501Y.V2 than convalescents,since the elicited anti-RBD NAbs display a high diversity and are unaffected by NTD mutations.Moreover,an extended gap between the third and second doses of ZF2001 leads to better neutralizing activity and tolerance to 501Y.V2 than the standard three-dose administration.Together,these results suggest that the deployment of RBD-vaccines,through a third-dose boost,may be ideal for combating SARS-CoV-2 variants when necessary,especially for those carrying mutations that disrupt the NTD supersite. | Yunlong Cao Ayijiang Yisimayi Yali Bai Weijin Huang Xiaofeng Li Zhiying Zhang Tianjiao Yuan Ran An Jing Wang Tianhe Xiao Shuo Du Wenping Ma Liyang Song Yongzheng Li Xiang Li Weiliang Song Jiajing Wu Shuo Liu Xuemei Li Yonghong Zhang Bin Su Xianghua Guo Yangyang Wei Chuanping Gao Nana Zhang Yifei Zhang Yang Dou Xiaoyu Xu Rui Shi Bai Lu Ronghua Jin Yingmin Ma Chengfeng Qin Youchun Wang Yingmei Feng Junyu Xiao Xiaoliang Sunney Xie | 2021 | Cell Research2021,31,7: | 12 |

| 6 | Recent progress for hydrogen production by photocatalytic natural or simulated seawater splitting显示文摘Solar energy is an inexhaustible renewable energy source.Among the various methods for solar energy conversion,photocatalytic hydrogen(H2)production is considered as one of the most promising ways.Since Fujishima pioneered this field in 1972,photocatalytic water splitting to produce H2 has received widespread attention.Up to now,abundant semiconductor materials have been explored as photocatalysts for pure water splitting to produce H2.However,photocatalytic seawater splitting is more in line with the concept of sustainable development,which can greatly alleviate the problem of limited freshwater resource.At present,only few studies have focused on the process of H2 production by photocatalytic seawater splitting due to the complex composition of seawater and lack of suitable photocatalysts.In this review,we outline the most recent advances in photocatalytic seawater splitting.In particular,we introduce the H2 production photocatalysts,underlying mechanism of ions in seawater on photocatalytic seawater splitting,current challenges and future potential advances for this exciting field. | Jining Zhang Wenping Hu Shuang Cao Lingyu Piao | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,9: | 10 |
| 7 | The Characteristics Analysis and Cogging Torque Optimization of a Surface-Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor显示文摘This paper proposes optimal stator skewed slot analytical method for cogging torque reduction in surface-interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(SIPMSM)and analyzes the characteristics of SIPMSM.The series-parallel equivalent magnetic circuit models(EMCMs)of SIPMSM is built based on the characteristics of magnetic circuits,which is used to design the basic electromagnetic parameters of SIPMSM.Analytical expressions of cogging torque are derived from applying analytical techniques.Stator skewed slot for cogging torque minimum is adopted,and the stator skewed slot pitch is confirmed based on the analytical expressions of the resultant cogging torque.The cogging torque,torque ripple,back electromotive force(back-EMF),power-angle characteristics,efficiency and power factor of SIPMSM are analyzed by establishing 3-dimensional finite element model(3-D-FED)of SIPMSM with stator skewed slot and straight slot.It is shown that the comprehensive performance of optimized SIPMSM is improved as confirmed by finite element analysis and analytical calculation results. | Jikai Si Suzhen Zhao Lufeng Zhang Ruiwu Cao Wenping Cao | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2018,4,4: | 3 |
| 8 | Application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in minimally invasive ablation of benign thyroid nodules显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to investigate the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)before and after minimally invasive ablation procedures for benign thyroid nodule(s)(BTN).Methods:This prospective study included patients with BTNs scheduled to undergo ultrasound-guided minimally invasive ablation treatment.CEUS was performed before and after ablation(at 1 day,and 1,6,and 12 months after ablation).Changes in microvascular perfusion and the volume of BTNs were noted and assessed.Results:Sixty-two patients(62 BTNs),who underwent ablation procedures between June 2016 and August 2020,were included.All lesions were confirmed by biopsy,and histopathological results were obtained before ablation treatment.On preoperative CEUS,the lesions exhibited hyperenhancement(53.23%)or iso-enhancement(46.77%)during the arterial phase,and all lesions exhibited iso-enhancement in the venous and late phases.One day after ablation,none of the BTNs exhibited obvious enhancement on CEUS.One(1.61%)lesion was retreated due to a nodule-like enhancement area detected by CEUS at the 6-month follow-up.The mean nodular volume reduction rate(VRR)at 1,6,and 12 months follow-up demonstrated no significant difference between the two ablation groups(microwave ablation versus radiofrequency ablation).Twelve months after ablation,the mean(±SD)VRR of all BTNs was 60.3±10.3%.Conclusion:CEUS helped guide treatment decisions for BTNs before ablation treatment.Moreover,it could also be used to accurately and noninvasively evaluate treatment efficacy. | Jiaying Cao Peili Fan Feihang Wang Shuainan Shi Lingxiao Liu Zhiping Yan Yi Dong Wenping Wang | 2022 | Journal of Interventional Medicine2022,5,1: | 3 |
