| 3 | Mussel-inspired agarose hydrogel scaffolds for skin tissue engineering显示文摘Polysaccharide hydrogels are widely used in tissue engineering because of their superior biocompatibility and low immunogenicity.However,many of these hydrogels are unrealistic for practical applications as the cost of raw materials is high,and the fabrication steps are tedious.This study focuses on the facile fabrication and optimization of agarose-polydopamine hydrogel(APG)scaffolds for skin wound healing.The first study objective was to evaluate the effects of polydopamine(PDA)on the mechanical properties,water holding capacity and cell adhesiveness of APG.We observed that APG showed decreased rigidity and increased water content with the addition of PDA.Most importantly,decreased rigidity translated into significant increase in cell adhesiveness.Next,the slow biodegradability and high biocompatibility of APG with the highest PDA content(APG3)was confirmed.In addition,APG3 promoted full-thickness skin defect healing by accelerating collagen deposition and promoting angiogenesis.Altogether,we have developed a straightforward and efficient strategy to construct functional APG scaffold for skin tissue engineering,which has translation potentials in clinical practice. | Ting Su Mengying Zhang Qiankun Zeng Wenhao Pan Yijing Huang Yuna Qian Wei Dong Xiaoliang Qi Jianliang Shen | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,3: | 6 |

| 6 | Mechanism of the Effect of Bacillus coagulans on Production Performance of Laying Hens in Late Laying Period显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to investigate the mechanism of Bacillus coagulans preparation in improving production performance of laying hens in late period of laying.[Method]A total of 648 individuals of'Jingfen 1'laying hens(66 weeks of age)in late period of laying were randomly divided into four groups,six replicates each group,and each group had 27 individuals of laying hens.The laying hens in control group were fed with basal diet,and those in experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with the basal diets added with 3.33×10^6,1×10^7,3.33×10^7 CFU/g B.coagulans,respectively.The pretrial lasted one week,and the formal test lasted eight weeks.[Result]Compared with the control group,the laying rate in group Ⅰ increased significantly,and the feed-gain ratio in experimental group Ⅱ decreased noticeably while the spleen index increased remarkably;the alkaline phosphatase activities and blood calcium content in experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ increased significantly(P<0.05),while the triglyceride content decreased remarkably(P<0.05);the urea content in experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ decreased obviously(P<0.05).Adding B.coagulans significantly increased the specific activity of amylase,lipase and protease in various intestinal mucosa of small intestine(P<0.05);adding B.coagulans significantly increased the content of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2),and significantly increased the mRNA expression of follicle stimulating hormone receptor gene(FSHR).[Conclusion]B.coagulans preparation could significantly improve the production performance of laying hens in late period of laying;appropriately enhance the immune capacity of laying hens;improve the serum biochemical indicators;increase the activity of digestive enzymes in the small intestine;and promote the release of gonadal hormone and the mRNA expression of FSHR gene in the ovary. | Xing Guanrun Lang Xinrui Wu Ji’an Lou Hongxing Liu Wenqiang Zhang Hengshuo Dong Xinyang Pan Xiaoliang Wang Youming | 2019 | Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2019,11,5: | 2 |

Results showed that 15-day EUK1001 treatment via intraperitoneal injection promoted neural cell proliferation in the dentate gyrus, although cell differentiation did not change. The majority of bromodeoxyuridine-positive cells co-expressed the immature neuronal marker doublecortin. In addition, the level of neurogenesis in the subventricular zone was not altered. Brain-derived neurotrophic factor mRNA expression was up-regulated following EUK1001 treatment, but no change was observed in expression of camp-responsive element binding protein 1, paired box gene 6, vascular endothelial growth factor alpha, neurogenic differentiation factor 1, and wingless-related mouse mammary tumor virus integration site 3A mRNA. In the scheme, each user has an individual modified Poincare Bloch sphere and encodes his information with his own corresponding sector OAM states. A prepared entangled photon pairs are separated at transmitter and receiver. At the transmitter, each user encodes his information with the sector OAM states on the photons and the superposition of the different sector OAM states is carried by the photons. Then the photons are transmitted through quantum noiseless channel to the receiver. At the receiver, each user could retrieve his information by coincidently measuring the transmitted photons with the receiver side photons which are modulated by a special prepared measurement basis. The theoretical analysis and the numerical simulations show that each user could get his information from the superposition state without error.
