1Composition, source, mass closure of PM_(2.5) aerosols for four forests in eastern China显示文摘PM2.5 aerosols were collected in forests along north latitude in boreal-temperate, temperate, subtropical and tropical climatic zones in eastern China, i.e., Changbai Mountain Nature Reserve (CB), Dongping National Forest Park in Chongming Island (CM), Dinghu Mountain Nature Reserve (DH), Jianfengling Nature Reserve in Hainan Island (HN). The mass concentrations of PM2.5, organic carbon (OC), elemental carbon (EC), water soluble organic carbon (WSOC) as well as concentrations of ten inorganic ions (F-, Cl-, NO3-, SO42-, C2O42-, NH4+, Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+) were determined. Aerosol chemical mass closures were achieved. The 24-hr average concentrations of PM2.5 were 38.8, 89.2, 30.4, 18 μg/m3 at CB, CM, DH and HN, respectively. Organic matter and EC accounted for 21%-33% and 1.3%-2.3% of PM2.5 mass, respectively. The sum of three dominant secondary ions (SO42-, NO3-, NH4+) accounted for 44%, 50%, 45% and 16% of local PM2.5 mass at CB, CM, DH and HN, respectively. WSOC comprised 35%-65% of OC. 3Influence of Range Gate Width on Detection Probability and Ranging Accuracy of Single Photon Laser Altimetry Satellite显示文摘The influence of the single photon laser altimeter range-gate width on the detection probability and ranging accuracy is discussed and analyzed,according to the LiDAR equation,single photon detection equation and the Monte Carlo method to simulate the experiment.The simulated results show that the probability of detection is not affected by the range gate,while the probability of false alarm is relative to the gate width.When the gate width is 100 ns,the ranging accuracy can accord with the requirements of satellite laser altimeter.But when the range gate width exceeds 400 ns,ranging accuracy will decline sharply.The noise ratio will be more as long as the range gate to get larger,so the refined filtering algorithm during the data processing is important to extract the useful photons effectively.In order to ensure repeated observation of the same point for 25 times,we deduce the quantitative relation between the footprint size,footprint,and frequency repetition according to the parameters of ICESat-2.The related conclusions can provide some references for the design and the development of the domestic single photon laser altimetry satellite.Guoyuan LI Fanghong YE Xinming TANG Dongping XIE Jiapeng HUANG Genhua HUANG 2020Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2020,3,2:4
4Using irrigation intervals to optimize water-use efficiency and maize yield in Xinjiang,northwest China显示文摘Worldwide, scarce water resources and substantial food demands require efficient water use and high yield.This study investigated whether irrigation frequency can be used to adjust soil moisture to increase grain yield and water use efficiency(WUE) of high-yield maize under conditions of mulching and drip irrigation.A field experiment was conducted using three irrigation intervals in 2016: 6, 9, and 12 days(labeled D6, D9, and D12) and five irrigation intervals in 2017: 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15 days(D3, D6, D9, D12, and D15).In Xinjiang, an optimal irrigation quota is 540 mm for high-yield maize.The D3, D6, D9, D12, and D15 irrigation intervals gave grain yields of 19.7, 19.1–21.0, 18.8–20.0, 18.2–19.2, and 17.2 Mg ha^-1 and a WUE of 2.48, 2.53–2.80, 2.47–2.63, 2.34–2.45, and 2.08 kg m-3, respectively.Treatment D6 led to the highest soil water storage, but evapotranspiration and soil-water evaporation were lower than other treatments.These results show that irrigation interval D6 can help maintain a favorable soil-moisture environment in the upper-60-cm soil layer, reduce soilwater evaporation and evapotranspiration, and produce the highest yield and WUE.In this arid region and in other regions with similar soil and climate conditions, a similar irrigation interval would thus be beneficial for adjusting soil moisture to increase maize yield and WUE under conditions of mulching and drip irrigation.Guoqiang Zhang Dongping Shen Bo Ming Ruizhi Xie Xiuliang Jin Chaowei Liu Peng Hou Jun Xue Jianglu Chen Wanxu Zhang Wanmao Liu Keru Wang Shaokun Li 2019The Crop Journal2019,7,3:4
5Complementation of Wild-Type and Drug-Resistant Hepatitis B Virus Genomes to Maintain Viral Replication and Rescue Virion Production under Nucleos(t)ide Analogs显示文摘As the open reading frames of hepatitis B virus(HBV)genomes are overlapping,resistance mutations(MTs)in HBV polymerase may result in stop codon MTs in hepatitis B surface proteins,which are usually detected as a mixed population with wild-type(WT)HBV.The question was raised how the coexistence of nucleos(t)ide analogs(NAs)resistance MTs and WT sequences affects HBV replication.In the present study,HBV genomes with frequently detected reverse transcriptase(RT)/surface truncation MTs,rtA181T/sW172^*,rtV191I/sW182^*and rtM204I/sW196^*,were phenotypically characterized alone or together with their WT counterparts in different ratios by transient transfection in the absence or presence of Nas.In the absence of Nas,RT/surface truncation MTs impaired the expression and secretion of HBV surface proteins,and had a dose-dependent negative effect on WT HBV virion secretion.However,in the presence of Nas,coexistence of MTs with WT maintained viral replication,and the presence of WT was able to rescue the production of MT HBV virions.Our findings reveal that complementation of WT and MT HBV genomes is highly effective under drug treatment.Chunchen Wu Baolin Li Xiaoyong Zhang Kaitao Zhao Yingshan Chen Yifei Yuan Yan Liu Rongjuan Chen Dongping Xu Xinwen Chen Mengji Lu 2019Virologica Sinica2019,34,4:4
6A revised species population estimate for the Bar-headed Goose(Anser indicus)显示文摘Background: The Bar-headed Goose(Anser indicus) is a species that relies heavily on the plateau wetlands of Asia and whose population was thought to be declining. Over the past decade, south-central Tibet, one of the most important wintering grounds, supported large numbers of Bar-headed Geese, but the population had not been regularly monitored in this area.Methods: We surveyed wintering Bar-headed Geese along the Yarlung Zangbo, Lhasa and Nyang Qu rivers, the three major river valleys and their tributaries in south-central Tibet in January 2014 and recorded their location, flock size and habitat utilization. Based on these data and the latest wintering counts elsewhere, we revised the population estimate for this species.Results: We recorded more than 67,000 Bar-headed Geese in south-central Tibet during January 2014. By geographic area, the geese were most abundant in the Lhasa River valley(38.5%) and the Nyang Qu River valley(31.0%), and by administrative division in Lhunzhub(27.2%) and Shigatse(26.7%). Bar-headed Geese were most often observed feeding in winter wheat fields and ploughed fields, resting on pastureland and marshes. The approximate number of 67,000 geese recorded in Tibet is more than four times the estimate of 1993 for the same region and exceeds the most recent world population estimate of 52,000–60,000. Based on our work in Tibet and the latest wintering counts available from other areas, we revised the estimated population size of this species to 97,000–118,000.Conclusions: Our result reveals a remarkable increase in the number of Bar-headed Geese wintering in south-central Tibet. This population increase most likely stems from a proliferation of cropland and especially winter wheat fields in south-central Tibet. 7Impacts of building information modeling(BIM) implementation on design and construction performance: a resource dependence theory perspective显示文摘Drawing on resource dependence theory, this paper develops and empirically tests a model for understanding how the implementation of building information modeling(BIM) in construction projects impacts the performance of different project participating organizations through improving their interorganizational collaboration capabilities. Based on two sets of survey data collected from designers and general contractors in BIMbased construction projects in China, the results from partial least squares analysis and bootstrapping mediation test provide clear evidence that BIM-enabled capabilities of information sharing and collaborative decision-making as a whole play a significant role in determining BIMenabled efficiency and effectiveness benefits for both designers and general contractors. The results further reveal that designers and general contractors benefit from project BIM implementation activities significantly nonequivalently, and that this non-equivalence closely relates to the different roles played by designers and general contractors in BIM-enabled interorganizational resource exchange processes. 8Coupling mechanism between mining-induced deformation and permeability of coal显示文摘The coupling mechanism between mining-induced mechanical behavior and gas permeability of coal is effectively obtained in laboratory.This study means significant understanding of the prevention of coal-gas outburst.The testing samples of coal were drilled from the 14120 mining face at the depth of690 m.Based on the redistribution of stress during the excavation,the coupling test between mechanical state and seepage has been designed using the triaxial servo-controlled seepage equipment for thermofluid-solid coupling of coal containing methane.It is the result that there are two main factors influencing the mining-induced mechanical behavior of coal,such as the change ofσ_1-σ_3 andΔσ_1-Δσ_3.The failure mode mainly depends on the value ofσ_1-σ_3,and the peak strength value mainly depends on the value ofΔσ_1-Δσ_3.The difference of mechanical response between geostress and mining-induced stress has been obtained,which can be a theoretical support for safe mining such as reasonable gas drainage,prevention of coal-gas outburst and gas over-limit.Xue Dongjie Zhou Hongwei Wang Chaosheng Li Dongping 2013International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,6:3
9Attributes,challenges and future directions of community resilience显示文摘With the continuous development of human society, the damage to the natural environment is becoming increasingly large, causing crisis events to occur frequently. In recent years, the study of community resilience is becoming popular among scholars because of its perspective on disaster prevention and mitigation. In this study, we apply database retrieval to untangle community resilience-related papers from multiple directions. We analyze the connotation, attribute, and composition of community, resilience, and community resilience comprehensively by summarizing important issues and research progress in community resilience. Challenges and shortcomings faced by community resilience development are also determined. Moreover, we put forward the research directions that future research can focus on. Through literature review, current research on community resilience focuses on the following aspects: 'infrastructure construction,' 'crowd in the community,' 'economic resilience,''social capital,' and 'measurement of community resilience.' Such research is not yet systematic and relatively decentralized. The attention to collective resilience in the community is relatively weak, which makes achieving the goal of 'people-oriented and systematic control' difficult.Therefore, this study states that the development of future community resilience should stand from the perspective of'system of system' and build on knowledge and tools of various relevant domains. Therefore, public needs and participation are highlighted as breakthrough points. 12Single‑Atom Cobalt‑Based Electrochemical Biomimetic Uric Acid Sensor with Wide Linear Range and Ultralow Detection Limit显示文摘Uric acid(UA)detection is essential in diagnosis of arthritis,preeclampsia,renal disorder,and cardiovascular diseases,but it is very challenging to realize the required wide detection range and low detection limit.We present here a single-atom catalyst consisting of Co(Ⅱ)atoms coordinated by an average of 3.4 N atoms on an N-doped graphene matrix(A-Co-NG)to build an electrochemical biomimetic sensor for UA detection.The A-Co-NG sensor achieves a wide detection range over 0.4-41,950μM and an extremely low detection limit of 33.3±0.024 nM,which are much better than previously reported sensors based on various nanostructured materials.Besides,the A-Co-NG sensor also demonstrates its accurate serum diagnosis for UA for its practical application.Combination of experimental and theoretical calculation discovers that the catalytic process of the A-Co-NG toward UA starts from the oxidation of Co species to form a Co^3+-OH-UA*,followed by the generation of Co^3+-OH+^*UA_H,eventually leading to N-H bond dissociation for the formation of oxidized UA molecule and reduction of oxidized Co^3+to Co^2+for the regenerated A-Co-NG.This work provides a promising material to realize UA detection with wide detection range and low detection limit to meet the practical diagnosis requirements,and the proposed sensing mechanism sheds light on fundamental insights for guiding exploration of other biosensing processes.Fang Xin Hu Tao Hu Shihong Chen Dongping Wang Qianghai Rao Yuhang Liu Fangyin Dai Chunxian Guo Hong Bin Yang Chang Ming Li 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,1:2

19Gene mapping of a new coat mutation in mouse显示文摘Gene mapping of a mouse coat mutation has been investigated. First, 100 10-bp random primers were used to amplify DNA, but the mutation could not be located by this method because there were no correlation between the amplified products and coat phenotypes. Second, by using ldh1 , Car2, Mup1 , Pgb1 , Hbb, Es1O, Es1, Mod1, Gdc1 , Ce2, Es3 as genetic markers, linkage test crosses (two-point test) consisting of intercrossing uncovered BALB/c mice (homozygotes) to CBA/N and C57BL/6 mice with normal hair and backcrossing the heterozygotes of the F1 to the uncovered BALB/c mice were made. It was soon evident that the mutation was linked to Es3 on chromosome 11. Furthermore, three-point test was made by using Es3 and D11 Mit8 (a microsatellite DNA) as genetic markers. The result showed that the mutation was linked to Es3 with the percentage recombination of (7.89 ± 2.19) %, and linked to D11Mit8 with the percentage recombination of (26.30 ± 3.57)%.
