4Whole-body PET tracking of a D-dodecapeptide and its radiotheranostic potential for PD-L1 overexpressing tumors显示文摘Peptides that are composed of dextrorotary(D)-amino acids have gained increasing attention as a potential therapeutic class.However,our understanding of the in vivo fate of D-peptides is limited.This highlights the need for whole-body,quantitative tracking of D-peptides to better understand how they interact with the living body.Here,we used mouse models to track the movement of a programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)-targeting D-dodecapeptide antagonist(DPA)using positron emission tomography(PET).More specifically,we profiled the metabolic routes of[^(64)Cu]DPA and investigated the tumor engagement of[^(64)Cu/^(68)Ga]DPA in mouse models.Our results revealed that intact[^(64)Cu/^(68)Ga]DPA was primarily eliminated by the kidneys and had a notable accumulation in tumors.Moreover,a single dose of[^(64)Cu]DPA effectively delayed tumor growth and improved the survival of mice.Collectively,these results not only deepen our knowledge of the in vivo fate of D-peptides,but also underscore the utility of D-peptides as radiopharmaceuticals.Kuan Hu Wenyu Wu Lin Xie Hao Geng Yiding Zhang Masayuki Hanyu Lulu Zhang Yinghuan Liu Kotaro Nagatsu Hisashi Suzuki Jialin Guo Yundong Wu Zigang Li Feng Wang Mingrong Zhang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,3:1

6Universal insertion of molecules in ionic compounds under pressure显示文摘Using first-principles calculations and crystal structure search methods, we found that many covalently bonded molecules such as H_(2), N_(2), CO_(2), NH_(3), H_(2)O and CH_(4) may react with NaC l, a prototype ionic solid,and form stable compounds under pressure while retaining their molecular structure. These molecules,despite whether they are homonuclear or heteronuclear, polar or non-polar, small or large, do not show strong chemical interactions with surrounding Na and Cl ions. In contrast, the most stable molecule among all examples, N_(2), is found to transform into cyclo-N_(5)~- anions while reacting with NaC l under high pressures. It provides a new route to synthesize pentazolates, which are promising green energy materials with high energy density. Our work demonstrates a unique and universal hybridization propensity of covalently bonded molecules and solid compounds under pressure. 7Optimal adoptions of freemium version and patching strategy:Network and security externalities显示文摘The freemium pricing model has become mainstream in the software industry.A large user base can induce positive network effects while expanding security risks associated with unpatched users.This study explores a two-stage decision problem faced by software vendors that involves a freemium versioning strategy and a subsequent security-patching strategy when taking both the positive network externality and negative security externality into consideration.It is noteworthy that a joint effect of the two externalities on the vendor’s management decisions exists.First,we analytically derive three patching strategies for the vendor:PS_(1)(rebates all users),PS_(2)(rebates only freeware users),and PS_(3)(rebates no users).Our results indicate that,if the strength of the positive network externality is relatively low,the optimal security-patching strategy will be significantly affected by the negative security externality.Specifically,when the intensity of the negative security externality is low,the vendor’s optimal patching strategy will be PS_(1).However,with the increase in the negative security externality,the optimal patching strategy changes to PS_(2) and then to PS_(3),whereas the strategy spaces of PS_(1) and PS_(2) decrease in the positive network externality to zero.Nevertheless,if the strength of the positive network externality is relatively high,the vendor is better off selecting PS_(1) when the negative security externality is low.However,when the negative security externality is high,PS_(3) is optimal.Furthermore,based on optimal patching strategies,we reveal the optimal conditions required for the vendor to adopt the freemium model compared with commercial only.Of interest,we find that the vendor adopting the freemium version is also influenced by the interaction of the two externalities.Finally,through numerical experiments,we find that the vendor and social planner’s interests can be aligned under certain conditions.However,this is not always the case.Nan Feng Hanyue Zhang Changqing Dong Jie Zhang Minqiang Li Jing Xie 2022Journal of Management Science and Engineering2022,7,1:0

9High energy storage properties in Ca_(0.7)La_(0.2)TiO_(3)-modified NaNbO_(3)-based lead-free antiferroelectric ceramics显示文摘In this work,(1−x)(0.92NaNbO_(3)-0.08BaTiO_(3))-xCa_(0.7)La_(0.2)TiO_(3)(NNBT-xCLT)ceramics were successfully designed and pre­pared by the solid-state reaction method.Investigations on the structure,dielectric,and energy storage properties were performed.The NNBT-0.25CLT ceramic with orthorhombic phase at room temperature was found to exhibit extremely small grain size and compacted microstructure.A large Wrec of 3.1 J/cm^(3) and a highηof 91.5%under the electric field of 360 kV/cm were achieved simultaneously in the sample.In addition,the energy storage performance of the sample exhibits thermal stability over the tem­perature range of 25-140°C and the frequency range of 5-500 Hz.The charge and discharge tests reveal that the ceramic shows a large current density CD of 965 A/cm2 and power density PD of 154 MW/cm^(3).This work demonstrates that the NNBT-0.25CLT ceramic is a prospective energy storage material for potential application in the field of pulsed power devices.Cen Liang Changyuan Wang Wenjun Cao Hanyu Zhao Feng Li Chunchang Wang 2023Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2023,13,1:0
10Preclinical and early clinical studies of a novel compound SYHA1813 that efficiently crosses the blood-brain barrier and exhibits potent activity against glioblastoma显示文摘Glioblastoma(GBM)is the most common and aggressive malignant brain tumor in adults and is poorly controlled.Previous studies have shown that both macrophages and angiogenesis play significant roles in GBM progression,and co-targeting of CSF1R and VEGFR is likely to be an effective strategy for GBM treatment.Therefore,this study developed a novel and selective inhibitor of CSFIR and VEGFR,SYHA1813,possessing potent antitumor activity against GBM.SYHA1813 inhibited VEGFR and CSFIR kinase activities with high potency and selectivity and thus blocked the cell viability of HUVECs and macrophages and exhibited anti-angiogenetic effects both in vitro and in vivo.SYHA1813 also displayed potent in vivo antitumor activity against GBM in immune-competent and immune-deficient mouse models,including temozolomide(TMZ)insensitive tumors.Notably,SYHA1813 could penetrate the blood-brain barrier(BBB)and prolong the survival time of mice bearing intracranial GBM xenografts.Moreover,SYHA1813 treatment resulted in a synergistic antitumor efficacy in combination with the PD-1 antibody.As a clinical proof of concept,SYHA1813 achieved confirmed responses in patients with recurrent GBM in an ongoing first-in-human phase I trial.The data of this study support the rationale for an ongoing phase I clinical study(ChiCTR2100045380).Yingqiang Liu Zhengsheng Zhan Zhuang Kang Mengyuan Li Yongcong Lv Shenglan Li Linjiang Tong Fang Feng Yan Li Mengge Zhang Yaping Xue Yi Chen Tao Zhang Peiran Song Yi Su Yanyan Shen Yiming Sun Xinying Yang Yi Chen Shanyan Yao Hanyu Yang Caixia Wang Meiyu Geng Wenbin Li Wenhu Duan Hua Xie Jian Ding 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,12:0
11Comparative evaluation of data mining methods in predicting the water vapor permeability of cement-based materials显示文摘Water vapor permeability of building materials is a crucial parameter for analysing and optimizing the hygrothermal performance of building envelopes and built environments.Its measurement is accurate but time-consuming,while data mining methods have the potential to predict water vapor permeability efficiently.In this study,six data mining methods—support vector regression(SVR),decision tree regression(DT),random forest regression(RF),K-nearest neighbor(KNN),multi-layer perceptron(MLP),and adaptive boosting regression(AdaBoost)—were compared to predict the water vapor permeability of cement-based materials.A total of 143 datasets of material properties were collected to build prediction models,and five materials were experimentally determined for model validation.The results show that RF has excellent generalization,stability,and precision.AdaBoost has great generalization and precision,only slightly inferior to the former,and its stability is excellent.DT has good precision and acceptable generalization,but its stability is poor.SVR and KNN have superior stability,but their generalization and precision are inadequate.MLP lacks generalization,and its stability and precision are unacceptable.In short,RF has the best comprehensive performance,demonstrated by a limited prediction deviation of 26.3%from the experimental results,better than AdaBoost(38.0%)and DT(38.3%)and far better than other remaining methods.It is also found that data mining methods provide better predictions when cement-based materials’water vapor permeability is high.Xianqi Huang Ruijin Ma Hanyu Yang Chi Feng Kun Li 2023Building Simulation2023,16,6:0
12Mobileman,Construction Agile Goods Delivery Robot显示文摘The traditional automated guided vehicle(AGV) on goods delivery faces the challenges when task space expands beyond 2 D plans. 3 D environments such as uneven terrain, ramps, and staircase are typical in construction site. Thus, the key to introducing this technology into construction industry is to improve AGV’s stability and autonomous navigation ability in more complex three-dimensional environments. In this paper, mobileman, a novel tracked autonomous guide vehicle, is introduced. Compared with other construction robots, mobileman maximizes its load capacity on the basis of assuring accessibility. Furthermore, its modular designs and self-balancing platform enable it to cope with more complex challenging scenarios, such as staircase with 35-degree sloped staircase, while another modular design featured automated loading and unloading functionality. 13Bi-level Energy Trading Model Incorporating Large-scale Biogas Plant and Demand Response Aggregator显示文摘Increasing intermittent renewable energy sources(RESs)intensifies the imbalance between demand and generation,entailing the diversification of the deployment of electrical energy storage systems(ESSs).A large-scale biogas plant(LBP)installed with heating devices and biogas energy storage(BES)usually exhibits a storage-like characteristic of accommodating an increasing penetration level of RES in rural areas,which is addressed in this paper.By utilizing the temperature-sensitive characteristic of anaerobic digestion that enables the LBP to exhibit a storage-like characteristic,this paper proposes a bi-level energy trading model incorporating LBP and demand response aggregator(DRA)simultaneously.In this model,social welfare is maximized at the upper level while the profit of DRA is maximized at the lower level.Compared with cases only with DRA,the results show that the proposed model with the LBP improves the on-site accommodation capacity of photovoltaic(PV)generation up to 6.3%,18.1%,and 18.9%at 30%,40%,and 50%PV penetration levels,respectively,with a better economic performance.This nonlinear bi-level problem is finally recast by a single-level mathematical program with equilibrium constraints(MPEC)using Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)conditions and solved by the Cplex solver.The effectiveness of the proposed model is validated using a 33-bus test system and a sensitivity analysis is provided for analyzing what parameter influences the accommodation capacity most.Hanyu Yang Canbing Li Ruanming Huang Feng Wang Lili Hao Qiuwei Wu Long Zhou 2023Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2023,11,2:0
14Co_(13)O_(8)—metalloxocubes:a new class of perovskite-like neutral clusters with cubic aromaticity显示文摘Exploring stable clusters to understand structural evolution from atoms to macroscopic matter and to construct new materials is interesting yet challenging in chemistry.Utilizing our newly developed deep-ultraviolet laser ionization mass spectrometry technique,here we observe the reactions of neutral cobalt clusters with oxygen and find a very stable cluster species of Co13O8 that dominates the mass distribution in the presence of a large flow rate of oxygen gas.The results of global-minimum structural search reveal a unique cubic structure and distinctive stability of the neutral Co13O8 cluster that forms a new class of metal oxides that we named as‘metalloxocubes’.Thermodynamics and kinetics calculations illustrate the structural evolution from icosahedral Co13 to the metalloxocube Co13O8 with decreased energy,enhanced stability and aromaticity.This class of neutral oxygen-passivated metal clusters may be an ideal candidate for genetic materials because of the cubic nature of the building blocks and the stability due to cubic aromaticity.Lijun Geng Mouyi Weng Cong-Qiao Xu Hanyu Zhang Chaonan Cui Haiming Wu Xin Chen Mingyu Hu Hai Lin Zhen-Dong Sun Xi Wang Han-Shi Hu Jun Li Jiaxin Zheng Zhixun Luo Feng Pan Jiannian Yao 2021National Science Review2021,8,1:0
15A combined experimental and theoretical investigation of donor and acceptor interface in efficient aqueous-processed polymer/nanocrystal hybrid solar cells显示文摘As a route to improving the energy conversion of organic-inorganic hybrid-solar cells, we have tested the performance of poly(phenylene vinylene)(PPV), poly(2,5-thienylene vinylene)(PWTV) polymers and CdTe nanocrystal devices produced via aqueous-processing. It is found that small differences in the conformation of the sensitizer lead to dramatic effects on the solar cell efficiency. Using a combination of UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and first-principles non-adiabatic molecular dynamics(NAMD) based on time-dependent density-functional theory(TDDFT), PPV is found to have a longer electron injection and recombination time despite seeming to have a better energy alignment with the substrate, which leads to a higher devices performance than PWTV.
