1Precise nanomedicine for intelligent therapy of cancer显示文摘Precise nanomedicine has been extensively explored for efficient cancer imaging and targeted cancer therapy, as evidenced by a few breakthroughs in their preclinical and clinical explorations. Here, we demonstrate the recent advances of intelligent cancer nanomedicine, and discuss the comprehensive understanding of their structure-function relationship for smart and efficient cancer nanomedicine including various imaging and therapeutic applications, as well as nanotoxicity. In particular, a few emerging strategies that have advanced cancer nanomedicine are also highlighted as the emerging focus such as tumor imprisonment, supramolecular chemotherapy, and DNA nanorobot. The challenge and outlook of some scientific and engineering issues are also discussed in future development. 3Establishment and Application of a SYBR Green I Real-time Quantitative PCR Assay for the Detection of LAT Gene of Pseudorabies Virus in Bama Miniature Pigs显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to establish a rapid,sensitive and specific SYBR Green I real-time quantitative PCR assay for the detection of latent pseudorabies virus( PRV) infection. [Method]SYBR Green I real-time quantitative PCR conditions and system for early detection of latent pseudorabies virus infection were optimized and compared with conventional PCR to investigate the sensitivity and specificity. Subsequently,the established assay was applied to detect different clinical samples. [Result]The sensitivity of SYBR Green I real-time quantitative PCR assay( 52 copies / μl) was 1 000 times higher than that of conventional PCR( 5. 2 × 104 copies / μl) and the detection time was shortened by 1 /2. The established assay could be used to detect PRV but could not be used to detect PCV2,PPV,CSFV or PRRSV. Various tissues were collected from Bama miniature pigs with latent PRV infection under sterile conditions for real-time PCR detection. Results showed that viral copy number in the brain,nasal swab,inguinal lymph node,liver,lung and spleen was above 20,while PRV was not detected in the kidney and heart tissues. 5Expression of Pseudorabies Virus gE Core Epitopes in Escherichia coli Strain BL21 and Utilization of Indirect PRV gE-ELISA显示文摘Pseudorabies virus glycoprotein E( PRV gE) has been recognized as a suitable diagnostic antigen for pseudorabies. In order to produce gE antigen in large quantities and at low cost,a gene fragment encoding PRV gE core epitopes was expressed in E. coli BL21 expression system. SDS-PAGE and Western Blotting revealed that the expression product in culture supernatant of E. coli BL21 was a recombinant protein,approximately 51. 8 Kd. At 5 h post-induction,protein concentration assay showed that the expression product amounted to 1. 65 mg /ml,accounting for 24. 17% of total proteins in the culture supernatant. An indirect PRV gE-ELISA was established by using the recombinant expression product as a coating antigen. Cross-reactivity assay showed that this antigen was PRV specific. In addition,the assay was consistently reproducible. 916S rRNA Cloning and Identification of a Strain Isolated from Intestinal Tract of Rex Rabbit显示文摘This study was conducted to identify bacterial strain He Nan-001 isolated from intestinal tract of healthy rex rabbit.The strain was identified by gram staining,and OD_(600) values at different culture time were measured to develop a bacterial growth curve.The metabolic pathways of the bacterium using sugar in fermentation was identified with biochemical tubes.Total RNA of the strain was extracted,and total cDNA was obtained by Oligo(dT) method.Primers were designed using Primer 5.0 bio-software according to the 16S rRNA sequence published in Gen Bank,through cloning,ligation to vector PMD18T,construction of PMD18T/16S rRNA vector and transformation into DH5α,plasmid was extracted and sequenced,and the sequencing result was compared with sequences in NCBI followed by drawing of phylogenetic tree.The strain was verified to be double-stranded gram-positive cocci,which could ferment glucose,mannose,maltose and sorbitol,producing acids production,but failed to ferment sucrose,serum inulin and β-galactosidase.The phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the isolated bacterium shared the highest homology with an India isolate,and belongs to diplostreptococcus.This study provides significance experimental data and theoretical guidance for further development and utilization of the bacterial strain.Guangjun GUO Yumao WANG Sufang LYU Jing HAN Xinming WU Hanjie ZHANG Qiqi ZOU Qiang FU Zhiqiang SHEN 2016Agricultural Biotechnology2016,5,5:1

14Research Progress in Prevention and Treatment of Bacterial Diseases by Traditional Chinese Medicine显示文摘Recently,antibiotics have been widely used to resist various bacterial diseases in livestock breeding,which generated more superbacteria with resistance. Food safety problems,such as animal drug residues are urgent to be solved. Traditional Chinese medicines are traditional treasures of China,which attract more and more attention in the prevention and treatment of bacterial diseases because of their abundant advantages including improving immunologic function of organisms,antibacterial,antivirus,antitumor,anti-inflammatory and improving animal performance. 18Effects of Microbial Fertilizers in Improving Acidic Tobacco-planting Soil and Tobacco Leaf Quality显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to improve acidic soil and enhance the quality of tobacco leaves.[Methods]The effects of different microbial fertilizers on improving acidic tobacco-planting soil and tobacco leaf quality were investigated through plot experiments.[Results]The application of microbial fertilizers could improve the pH value of acidic soil,and composite microbial agent A showed the best application effect.The application of bio-organic fertilizer was beneficial to improving the contents of available phosphorus and available boron in acidic soil.The application of composite microbial agent A was beneficial to improving the contents of available phosphorus and available potassium in acidic soil,and could promote the growth of tobacco plants and improve the economic traits of flue-cured tobacco and the coordination of chemical components in tobacco leaves.The application of composite microbial agent B led to a downward trend in the content of available boron in acidic soil.The application of composite microbial agent B could promote the absorption of nutrients by tobacco plants,and improve their disease resistance and the quality of tobacco leaves.Due to the differences in functional microorganisms contained,the application effects of different microbial fertilizers in improving acidic tobacco-planting soil and improving tobacco leaf quality varied.Overall,the application of microbial fertilizers could increase soil pH,activate soil nutrients,promote tobacco growth,enhance disease resistance,increase tobacco output value,and improve tobacco quality.Microbial fertilizers have good application prospects in improving acidic soil and improving tobacco quality.[Conclusions]The application of microbial fertilizers to improve acidic tobacco-planting soil can ensure the normal growth and development of tobacco plants and the improvement of tobacco leaf quality,achieving high-quality and sustainable development of Zhaotong tobacco.Xia NI Shungang SHEN Xianyi ZENG Dewen LI Yeming FU Min CHEN Chaokai YU Libing QI Ying-guo RUAN Changchong ZI Haohan GONG Guangjun HU Mengsheng ZHANG Xu ZHANG Shu PENG Hongbing LI 2023Agricultural Biotechnology2023,12,2:0
19Total Factor Productivity in China's Manufacturing Sector in the Aftermath of the Global Financial Crisis显示文摘This paper improves the estimation of firm-level total factor productivity(TFP)by considering energy use and including small-and medium-sized enterprises using data from the Chinese National Tax Survey Database(2008-2011).It analyzes the production efficiency of Chinese manufacturing firms using the improved TFP data and finds that(i)the TFP data frequently used in previous studies overestimated firms'real production efficiency;(i)the TFP of manufacturing firms decreased from 2008 to 2011 due to declines in both technical efficiency and allocation efficiency,(ii)the lower capacity utilization of production factors led to lower technical efficiency;and(iv)allocation efficiency decreased more in provinces and industries with higher shares of state-owned enterprises.The findings have policy implications for enhancing growth potential in the long run.Guangjun Shen Jingxian Zou 2023China & World Economy2023,31,2:0
20Inhibitory Effects of 12 Chemical Agents against Alternaria alternata显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to screen highly efficient fungicides for the prevention and control of tobacco brown spot(Alternaria alternata).[Method]The inhibitory effects of 12 chemical agents against A.alternata were determined indoors by mycelium growth rate method.[Result]Toxicity test showed that 30%kresoxim-methyl·boscalid SC had the best inhibitory effect,with an EC_(50)of 1.05μg/mL,followed by 9%pyraclostrobin CS,with an EC_(50)of 2.09μg/mL.As a broad spectrum protective fungicide,77%copper calcium sulfate WP showed a low sensitivity against A.alternata in the petri dish test since it had a mechanism of action different from that of other chemical agents.[Conclusion]The study lays the foundation for subsequent screening of fungicides for the prevention and control of A.alternata in the field.Shen Hong Zhang Jiatao Cui Zhiyan Sun Guangjun Li Bin Zhang Yongfeng Xu Chuantao Ai Yongfeng Song Guanglong Ji Xiuting Wang Xiaoqiang 2020Plant Diseases and Pests2020,11,4:0
