| 3 | Scientific literature addressing brain glioma in the Web of Science A 10-year bibliometric analysis显示文摘Brain glioma is a hot topic in recent years; however, brain glioma remains poorly understood. A bibliometric analysis based on the Science Citation Index (SCI) published by the Institute of Scientific Information (ISI) was performed to identify the global research and to improve the understanding of research trends in the brain glioma field from 2001 to 2010. During 2001 to 2010, there were 8 413 papers addressing brain glioma added to the SCI, and this trend is increasing annually. Of these reports, 6 945 papers are written in English. Journals published in the United States had the most papers, including ten core source titles. The Journal of Neuro-Oncology published the most articles followed by Cancer Research. Furthermore, the University of California, San Francisco, is the most productive institution for publishing articles in the brain glioma field. | 10 | Study of micro-trichome (mict) reveals novel connections between transcriptional regulation of multicellular trichome development and specific metabolism in cucumber显示文摘Trichomes that cover the epidermis of aerial plant organs play multiple roles in plant protection.Compared with a unicellular trichome in model plants,the development mechanism of the multicellular trichome is largely unclear.Notably,variations in trichome development are often accompanied by defects in the biosynthesis of cuticle and secondary metabolites;however,major questions about the interactions between developmental differences in trichomes and defects in metabolic pathways remain unanswered.Here,we characterized the glabrous mutant mict/csgl1/cstbh via combined metabolomic and transcriptomic analyses to extend our limited knowledge regarding multicellular trichome development and metabolism in cucumber.Mict was found to be explicitly expressed within trichome cells.Transcriptomic analysis indicated that genes involved in flavonoid and cuticle metabolism are significantly downregulated in mict mutants.Further metabolomic analysis confirmed that flavonoids,lipids,and cuticle compositions are dramatically altered in mict mutants.Additional studies revealed that Mict regulates flavonoid,lipid,and cuticle biosynthesis by likely directly binding to downstream functional genes,such as CsTT4,CsFLS1,CsCER26,and CsMYB36.These findings suggest that specific metabolic pathways(e.g.,flavonoids and cuticle components)are co-regulated by Mict and provide insights into transcriptional regulation mechanisms of multicellular trichome development and its specific metabolism in cucumber. | Jian Pan Leyu Zhang Guanqun Chen Haifan Wen Yue Chen Hui Du Junlong Zhao Huanle He Hongli Lian Huiming Chen Jianxin Shi Run Cai Gang Wang Junsong Pan | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 1 |
| 11 | Energy-Efficient Multi-Trip Routing for Municipal Solid Waste Collection by Contribution-Based Adaptive Particle Swarm Optimization显示文摘Waste collection is an important part of waste management system.Transportation costs and carbon emissions can be greatly reduced by proper vehicle routing.Meanwhile,each vehicle can work again after achieving its capacity limit and unloading the waste.For this,an energy-efficient multi-trip vehicle routing model is established for municipal solid waste collection,which incorporates practical factors like the limited capacity,maximum working hours,and multiple trips of each vehicle.Considering both economy and environment,fixed costs,fuel costs,and carbon emission costs are minimized together.To solve the formulated model effectively,contribution-based adaptive particle swarm optimization is proposed.Four strategies named greedy learning,multi-operator learning,exploring learning,and exploiting learning are specifically designed with their own searching priorities.By assessing the contribution of each learning strategy during the process of evolution,an appropriate one is selected and assigned to each individual adaptively to improve the searching efficiency of the algorithm.Moreover,an improved local search operator is performed on the trips with the largest number of waste sites so that both the exploiting ability and the convergence accuracy of the algorithm are improved.Performance of the proposed algorithm is tested on ten waste collection instances,which include one real-world case derived from the Green Ring Company of Jiangbei New District,Nanjing,China,and nine synthetic instances with increasing scales generated from the commonly-used capacitated vehicle routing problem benchmark datasets.Comparisons with five state-of-the-art algorithms show that the proposed algorithm can obtain a solution with a higher accuracy for the constructed model. | Xiaoning Shen Hongli Pan Zhongpei Ge Wenyan Chen Liyan Song Shuo Wang | 2023 | Complex System Modeling and Simulation2023,3,3: | 0 |
| 12 | YBX1 inhibits mitochondrial-mediated apoptosis in ischemic heart through the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway显示文摘Background:Myocardial infarction(MI)is associated with higher morbidity and mortality in the world,especially in cold weather.YBX1 is an RNA-binding protein that is required for pathological growth of cardiomyocyte by regulating cell growth and protein synthesis.But YBX1,as an individual RNA-binding protein,regulates cardiomyocytes through signaling cascades during myocardial infarction remain largely unexplored.Methods:In vivo,the mouse MI model was induced by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD),and randomly divided into sham operation group,MI group,MI+YBX1 knockdown/overexpression group and MI+negative control(NC)group.The protective effect of YBX1 was verified by echocardiography and triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining.In vitro,mitochondrial-dependent apoptosis was investigated by using CCK8,TUNEL staining,reactive oxygen species(ROS)staining and JC-1 staining in hypoxic neonatal mouse cardiomyocytes(NMCMs).Results:YBX1 expression of cardiomyocytes was downregulated in a mouse model and a cellular model on the ischemic condition.Compared to mice induced by MI,YBX1 overexpression mediated by adeno-associated virus serotype 9(AAV9)vector reduced the infarcted size and improved cardiac function.Knockdown of endogenous YBX1 by shRNA partially aggravated ischemia-induced cardiac dysfunction.In hypoxic cardiomyocytes,YBX1 overexpression decreased lactic dehydrogenase(LDH)release,increased cell viability,and inhibited apoptosis by affecting the expression of apoptosis related proteins,while knockdown of endogenous YBX1 by siRNA had the opposite effect.Overexpression of YBX1 restored mitochondrial dysfunction in hypoxic NMCMs by increasing mitochondrial membrane potential and ATP content and decreasing ROS.In hypoxic NMCMs,YBX1 overexpression increased the expression of phosphorylated phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase(PI3K)/AKT,and the anti-apoptosis effect of YBX1 was eliminated t by LY294002,PI3K/AKT inhibitor.Conclusion:YBX1 protected the heart from ischemic damage by inhibiting the mitochondrial-dependent apoptosis through PI3K/AKT pathway.It is anticipated that YBX1 may serve as a novel therapeutic target for MI. | Fangfang Bi Miao Cao Yuquan Wang Qingming Pan Zehong Jing Danyang Bing Lifang Lyu Tong Yu Tianyu Li Xuelian Li Haihai Liang Hongli Shan Yuhong Zhou | 2024 | Frigid Zone Medicine2024,4,1: | 0 |
| 13 | Enhanced magnetic anisotropy and high hole mobility in magnetic semiconductor Ga_(1-x-y)Fe_(x)Ni_(y)Sb显示文摘(Ga,Fe)Sb is a promising magnetic semiconductor(MS)for spintronic applications because its Curie temperature(T_(C))is above 300 K when the Fe concentration is higher than 20%.However,the anisotropy constant Ku of(Ga,Fe)Sb is below 7.6×10^(3)erg/cm^(3)when Fe concentration is lower than 30%,which is one order of magnitude lower than that of(Ga,Mn)As.To address this issue,we grew Ga_(1-x-y)Fe_(x)Ni_(y)Sb films with almost the same x(≈24%)and different y to characterize their magnetic and electrical transport properties.We found that the magnetic anisotropy of Ga_(0.76-y)Fe_(0.24)Ni_(y)Sb can be enhanced by increasing y,in which Ku is negligible at y=1.7%but increases to 3.8×10^(5)erg/cm^(3)at y=6.1%(T_(C)=354 K).In addition,the hole mobility(μ)of Ga_(1-x-y)Fe_(x)Ni_(y)Sb reaches 31.3 cm^(2)/(V∙s)at x=23.7%,y=1.7%(T_(C)=319 K),which is much higher than the mobility of Ga_(1-x)Fe_(x)Sb at x=25.2%(μ=6.2 cm^(2)/(V∙s)).Our results provide useful information for enhancing the magnetic anisotropy and hole mobility of(Ga,Fe)Sb by using Ni co-doping. | Zhi Deng Hailong Wang Qiqi Wei Lei Liu Hongli Sun Dong Pan Dahai Wei Jianhua Zhao | 2024 | Journal of Semiconductors2024,45,1: | 0 |

| 16 | Pyrophosphate-Mediated On-Off-On Oxidase-Like Activity Switching of Nanosized MnFe_(2)O_(4) for Alkaline Phosphatase Sensing显示文摘Developing reliable and facile approaches for alkaline phosphatase(ALP)sensing is important due to its role as a clinical biomarker for many diseases.In this study,we proposed a new and convenient colorimetric assay based on the pyrophosphate(PPi)-mediated oxidase-mimicking activity switching of nanosized MnFe_(2)O_(4) for the detection of ALP.The synthesized MnFe_(2)O_(4) exhibited high oxidase-like activity to catalyze the oxidation of colorless 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)to its blue product TMBox in the presence of dissolved O2,leading to a color reaction rapidly and remarkably;PPi could significantly inhibit the activity of the MnFe_(2)O_(4) nanozyme via the strong interaction between PPi and the Fe(III)species in MnFe_(2)O_(4),resulting in the suppression of the TMB color reaction;when ALP was added,it hydrolyzed the PPi substrate to phosphate(Pi)that had no obvious effect on the MnFe_(2)O_(4) activity,and such that the TMB color reaction catalyzed by the nanozyme could be observed again.With the above principle,linear colorimetric determination of ALP in the scope of 0.6-55 U L−1 was achieved,giving the limit of detection down to 0.27 U L−1.Besides,the developed assay could provide selective response toward ALP against other co-existing biological species.Furthermore,reliable detection of ALP in human serum samples was verified by our assay,revealing its great promise as an effective and facile tool for ALP monitoring in clinical practice. | Xiangheng Niu Kun Ye Zhibo Li Hongli Zhao Linjie Wang Jianming Pan Hongwei Song Minbo Lan | 2019 | Journal of Analysis and Testing2019,3,3: | 0 |
