| 1 | A GmNINa-miR172c-NNC1 Regulatory Network Coordinates the Nodulation and Autoregulation of Nodulation Pathways in Soybean显示文摘Symbiotic root nodules are root lateral organs of plants in which nitrogen-fixing bacteria(rhizobia)convert atmospheric nitrogen to ammonia.The formation and number of nodules in legumes are precisely controlled by a rhizobia-induced signal cascade and host-controlled autoregulation of nodulation(AON).However,how these pathways are integrated and their underlying mechanisms are unclear.Here,we report that microRNA172c(miR172c)activates soybean(Glycine max)R hizobia-induced CLE1(GmRICI)and GmRIC2 by removing the transcriptional repression of these genes by Nodule Number Control 1(NNC1),leading to the activation of the AON pathway.NNC1 interacts with GmNINa,the soybean ortholog of Lotus NODULE INCEPTION(NIN),and hampers its transcriptional activation o i G m RICI and GmRIC2.Importantly,GmNINa acts as a transcriptional activator of miR172c.Intriguingly,NNC1 can transcriptionally repress miR172c expression,adding a negative feedback loop into the NNC1 regulatory network.Moreover,GmNINa interacts with NNC1 and can relieve the NNC1-mediated repression of miR172c transcription.Thus,the GmNINa-miR172c-NNC1 network is a master switch that coordinately regulates and optimizes NF and AON signaling,supporting the balance between nodulation and AON in soybean. | Lixiang Wang Zhengxi Sun Chao Su Yongliang Wang Qiqi Yan Jiahuan Chen Thomas Ott Xia Li | 2019 | Molecular Plant2019,12,9: | 7 |

| 3 | PDMS microchannel fabrication technique based on microwire-molding显示文摘Micro-flow channel is basic functional component of microfluidic chip,and every step-forward of its construction technique has been receiving concern all over the world.This article presents a not-complicated but flexible method for fabrication of micro-flow channels.This method mainly utilizes the conventional molding capability of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) and widespread commercial microwires as templates.We have fabricated out some conventional types of microchannels with different topological shapes,as examples for the demonstration of this flexible fabrication route which was not dependent on the stringent demands of photolithographical or microelectromechanical system(MEMS) techniques.The smooth surface,high-intensity,and high flexibility of the wires made it possible to create many types of topological structures of the two-dimensional or three-dimensional microchannel or channel array.The geometric shape of the cross-section of thus forming microchannel in PDMS was the negative of that of embedded-in microwire,in high-fidelity if suitable measures were taken.More-over,such a microchannel fabrication process can easily integrate the conductivity and low resistivity of the metal wire to create micro-flow devices that are suitable for the electromagnetic control of liquid or the temperature regulation in the microchannel.Furthermore some preliminary optical analysis was provided for the observation of thus forming rounded microchannel.Based on this molding strategy,we even made some prototypes for functional microflow application,such as microsolenoids chip and temperature control gadgets.And an experiment of forming a droplet in the cross channel further confirmed the feasibility and applicability of this flexible microchannel forming technique. | JIA YueFei JIANG JiaHuan MA XiaoDong LI Yuan HUANG HeMing CAI KunBao CAI ShaoXi WU YunPeng | 2008 | Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,24: | 5 |

| 7 | Lactobacillus plantarum KLDS1.0386 with antioxidant capacity ameliorates the lipopolysaccharide-induced acute liver injury in mice by NF-κB and Nrf2 pathway显示文摘The Lactobacillus is of great interest as a natural antioxidant to ameliorate liver injury for its antioxidant capacity.In a previous experiment,Lactobacillus plantarum KLDS 1.0386 was excellent in adhesion and anti-inflammation.This research assessed the antioxidant capacity of L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 and how it ameliorates the LPS-induced acute liver injury.In vitro results showed that L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 had potential antioxidant capacity with 27 genes,and it had better capacities in hydroxyl radicals scavenging and lipid antioxidant than the reference strain L.plantarum WCFS1 (P < 0.05).In vivo results,L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 significantly reduced hepatic tissue injury,pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α,IL-6),myeloperoxidase (MPO) activities and biochemical indicators of hepatotoxicity (ALT,AST,ALP) (P < 0.05),compared with the LPS-treated mice.Moreover,L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 increased the relative abundance of the genera,including Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group,Muribaculaceae and Alistipes,which significantly increased the level of acetic acid and butyric acid (P < 0.05).The results also showed L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 significantly adjusted the expression of HO-1,NQO1,CAT,NF-κB,TLR4 and IκB-α in the liver (P < 0.05).Overall,these results indicated that L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 had great functionality in reducing LPS-induced acute liver injury. | Jiahuan Dong Lijun Ping Qinggang Xie Deyu Liu Li Zhao Smith Etareri Evivie Zhongjiang Wang Bailiang Li Guicheng Huo | 2022 | Food Bioscience2022,47,3: | 2 |

| 9 | Ferroptosis is involved in deoxynivalenol-induced intestinal damage in pigs显示文摘Background Deoxynivalenol(DON)is a widespread issue for feed and food safety,leading to animal and human health risks.The objective of this study was to determine whether ferroptosis is involved in DON-induced intestinal injury in piglets.Three groups of 21-day-old male weanling piglets(n 4,serum and small intestines were=7/group)were fed a control diet,or diet adding 1.0 or 3.0 mg DON/kg.At week collected to assay for biochemistry,histology,redox status and ferroptosis-related genes expression.In addition,the involvement of ferroptosis and the role of FTL gene in DON-induced cell death were further verified in the IPEC-J2 cells.Results Compared to the control,dietary supplementation of DON at 1.0 and 3.0 mg/kg induced different degrees of damage in the duodenum,jejunum and ileum,and increased(P<0.05)serum lipopolysaccharide concentration by 46.2%-51.4%.Dietary DON supplementation at 1.0 and(or)3.0 mg/kg increased(P<0.05)concentrations of malondialdehyde(17.4%-86.5%)and protein carbonyl by 33.1%-92.3%in the duodenum,jejunum and ileum.In addition,dietary supplemented with DON upregulated(P<0.05)ferroptotic gene(DMT1)and anti-ferroptotic genes(FTL and FTH1),while downregulated(P<0.05)anti-ferroptotic genes(FPN,FSP1 and CISD1)in the duodenum of the porcine.Furthermore,the in vitro study has demonstrated that deferiprone,a potent ferroptotic inhibitor,mitigated(P<0.05)DON-induced cytotoxicity in porcine small intestinal IPEC-J2 cells.Additionally,deferiprone prevented or alleviated(P<0.05)the dysregulation of ferroptosis-related genes(ACSL4 and FTL)by DON in IPEC-J2 cells.Moreover,specific siRNA knockdown FTL gene expression compromised the DON-induced cell death in IPEC-J2 cells.Conclusions In conclusion,this study revealed that ferroptosis is involved in DON-induced intestinal damage in porcine,and sheds a new light on the toxicity of DON to piglets. | Meng Liu Lei Zhang Yixin Mo Jiahuan Li Jiacheng Yang Juan Wang Niel Alexander Karrow Hao Wu Lvhui Sun | 2023 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,4: | 1 |

| 11 | Hydrogen inhibition effect of chitosan and sodium phosphate on ZK60 waste dust in a wet dust removal system:A feasible way to control hydrogen explosion显示文摘Wet dust removal systems used to control dust in the polishing or grinding process of Mg alloy products are frequently associated with potential hydrogen explosion caused by magnesium-water reaction.For purpose of avoiding hydrogen explosion risks,we try to use a combination of chitosan(CS)and sodium phosphate(SP)to inhibit the hydrogen evolution reaction between magnesium alloy waste dust and water.The hydrogen evolution curves and chemical kinetics modeling for ten different mixing ratios demonstrate that 0.4wt%CS+0.1wt%SP yields the best inhibition efficiency with hydrogen generation rate of almost zero.SEM and EDS analyses indicate that this composite inhibitor can create a uniform,smooth,tight protective film over the surface of the alloy dust particles.FTIR and XRD analysis of the chemical composition of the surface film show that this protective film contains CS and SP chemically adsorbed on the surface of ZK60 but no detectable Mg(OH)_(2),suggesting that magnesium-water reaction was totally blocked.Our new method offers a thorough solution to hydrogen explosion by inhibiting the hydrogen generation of magnesium alloy waste dust in a wet dust removal system. | Yuyuan Zhang Kaili Xu Jiahuan Li Bo Liu Ben Wang | 2023 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2023,11,8: | 0 |
| 12 | Gravity-Dependent Animacyy Perception in Zebrafish显示文摘Biological motion(BM),depicted by a handful of point lights attached to the major joints,conveys rich animacy information,which is significantly disrupted if BM is shown upside down.This well-known inversion effect in BM perception is conserved in terrestrial vertebrates and is presumably a manifestation of an evolutionarily endowed perceptual filter(i.e.,life motion detector)tuned to gravity-compatible BM.However,it remains unknown whether aquatic animals,living in a completely different environment from terrestrial animals,perceive BM in a gravity-dependent manner.Here,taking advantage of their typical shoaling behaviors,we used zebrafish as a model animal to examine the ability of teleosts to discriminate between upright(gravity-compatible)and inverted(gravity-incompatible)BM signals.We recorded their swimming trajectories and quantified their preference based on dwelling time and head orientation.The results obtained from three experiments consistently showed that zebrafish spent significantly more time swimming in proximity to and orienting towards the upright BM relative to the inverted BM or other gravity-incompatible point-light stimuli(i.e.,the non-BM).More intriguingly,when the recorded point-light video clips of fish were directly compared with those of human walkers and pigeons,we could identify a unique and consistent pattern of accelerating movements in the vertical(gravity)direction.These findings,to our knowledge,demonstrate for the first time the inversion effect in BM perception in simple aquatic vertebrates and suggest that the evolutionary origin of gravity-dependent BM processing may be traced back to ancient aquatic animals. | Xiaohan Ma Xiangyong Yuan Jiahuan Liu Li Shen Yiwen Yu Wen Zhou Zuxiang Liu Yi Jiang | 2023 | Research2023,,1: | 0 |

| 19 | PPP-RTK considering the ionosphere uncertainty with cross-validation显示文摘With the high-precision products of satellite orbit and clock,uncalibrated phase delay,and the atmosphere delay corrections,Precise Point Positioning(PPP)based on a Real-Time Kinematic(RTK)network is possible to rapidly achieve centimeter-level positioning accuracy.In the ionosphere-weighted PPP–RTK model,not only the a priori value of ionosphere but also its precision afect the convergence and accuracy of positioning.This study proposes a method to determine the precision of the interpolated slant ionospheric delay by cross-validation.The new method takes the high temporal and spatial variation into consideration.A distance-dependent function is built to represent the stochastic model of the slant ionospheric delay derived from each reference station,and an error model is built for each reference station on a fve-minute piecewise basis.The user can interpolate ionospheric delay correction and the corresponding precision with an error function related to the distance and time of each reference station.With the European Reference Frame(EUREF)Permanent GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite Systems)network(EPN),and SONEL(Système d’Observation du Niveau des Eaux Littorales)GNSS stations covering most of Europe,the efectiveness of our wide-area ionosphere constraint method for PPP-RTK is validated,compared with the method with a fxed ionosphere precision threshold.It is shown that although the Root Mean Square(RMS)of the interpolated ionosphere error is within 5 cm in most of the areas,it exceeds 10 cm for some areas with sparse reference stations during some periods of time.The convergence time of the 90th percentile is 4.0 and 20.5 min for horizontal and vertical directions using Global Positioning System(GPS)kinematic solution,respectively,with the proposed method.This convergence is faster than those with the fxed ionosphere precision values of 1,8,and 30 cm.The improvement with respect to the latter three solutions ranges from 10 to 60%.After integrating the Galileo navigation satellite system(Galileo),the convergence time of the 90th percentile for combined kinematic solutions is 2.0 and 9.0 min,with an improvement of 50.0%and 56.1%for horizontal and vertical directions,respectively,compared with the GPS-only solution.The average convergence time of GPS PPP-RTK for horizontal and vertical directions are 2.0 and 5.0 min,and those of GPS+Galileo PPP-RTK are 1.4 and 3.0 min,respectively. | Pan Li Bobin Cui Jiahuan Hu Xuexi Liu Xiaohong Zhang Maorong Ge Harald Schuh | 2022 | Satellite Navigation2022,3,1: | 0 |
| 20 | PROPOSED INNOVATION REFORM MODEL FOR THE MINERAL NITROGEN FERTILIZER INDUSTRY IN CHINA TO REDUCE GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS显示文摘Globally,the reduction of excessive N losses and greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions is a central environmental challenge in the 21 century.China has huge associated emissions during both production and land application phases.In addition,70%of N fertilizer in China is produced and land applied as urea,which has high associated emissions.This study utilized life cycle analysis to compare the carbon emission capacity of different N fertilizers and quantified GHG emissions from different N fertilizer chains within China.This enabled a new innovative reform model to be proposed,which aims to decrease the carbon footprint and increase the net ecosystem carbon budget of China.The results showed that the carbon footprint of the N fertilizer industry was about 229 Tg·yr^(-1)CO_(2)-eq in 2020.Through changes away from urea through the production and land application of a mix of newly emerging fertilizers,liquid fertilizers and standard fertilizer reductions to 174–182 Tg·yr^(-1)CO_(2)-eq.Through the upgrading of mineral N fertilizer production technology,the carbon footprint of N fertilizer chain can be reduced by34.8 Tg·yr^(-1)CO_(2)-eq.Such reductions would reduce China's total GHG emissions to 140–147 Tg·yr^(-1)CO_(2)-eq. | Dongjia LI Rui LIU Li CHEN Yu GAO Xuanyu GU Yu-hua SHI Jiahuan LIU Weifeng ZHANG | 2023 | Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2023,10,2: | 0 |
