| 3 | Oil filling history of the Bashituo Oilfield in the Markit Slope,SW Tarim Basin,China显示文摘The Markit Slope is an important area for the petroleum exploration in the Tarim Basin. Elucidation of the oil filling history of discovered oilfields has great significance for recognizing the accumulation processes of the whole region. Using molecular geochemistry, fluid inclusion techniques and basin modeling, we studied the oil filling process of the Bashituo Oilfield that is located in the west of the Markit Slope. The molecular migration indexes, such as the methyldibenzothiophene ratio (4-/1-MDBT), trimethylnaphthalene ratio (TMNr) and pyrrolic nitrogen compounds content, decrease from west to east, indicating that the charging direction and migration pathways are from west to east. Lithological analysis and homogenization temperatures of saline fluid inclusions accompanied with oil fluid inclusions suggest that two charging periods occurred in the Devonian oil reservoir. Combining the burial history and heating history of well BT4, Basinmod 1D software modeling shows the two oil filling periods are from 290 Ma to 285 Ma and from 10 Ma to 4 Ma, respectively, and later oil filling dominates. | 5 | CRA-40/Atmosphere—The First-Generation Chinese Atmospheric Reanalysis(1979–2018):System Description and Performance Evaluation显示文摘Atmospheric reanalysis reproduces the past atmospheric conditions through assimilation of historical meteorological observations with fixed version of a numerical weather prediction(NWP)model and data assimilation(DA)system.It is widely used in weather,climate,and even business-related research and applications.This paper reports the development of CMA’s first-generation global atmospheric reanalysis(RA)covering 1979–2018(CRA-40;CRA refers to CMA-RA).CRA-40 is produced by using the Global Spectral Model(GSM)/Gridpoint Statistical Interpolation(GSI)at a 6-h time interval and a TL574 spectral(34-km)resolution with the model top at 0.27 hPa.A large number of reprocessed satellite data and widely collected conventional observations were assimilated during the reanalyzing process,including the reprocessed atmospheric motion vector(AMV)products from FY-2C/D/E/G satellites,dense conventional observations(at about 120 radiosonde and 2400 synoptic stations)over China,as well as MWHS-2 and GNSS-RO observations from FY-3C.The reanalysis fitting to observations is improved over time,especially for surface pressure with root-mean-square error reduced from 1.05 hPa in 1979 to 0.8 hPa,and for upper air temperature from 1.65 K in 1979 to 1.35 K,in 2018.The patterns of global analysis increments for temperature,specific humidity,and zonal wind are consistent with the changes in the observing system.Near surface temperature from the model’s 6-h forecast reflects the global warming trend reasonably.The CRA-40 precipitation pattern matches well with those of GPCP and other reanalyses.CRA-40 also successfully captures the QBO and its vertical and temporal development,hemispherical atmospheric circulation change,and moisture transport by the East Asian summer monsoon.CRA is now operationally running in near real time as a climate data assimilation system in CMA. | Zhiquan LIU Lipeng JIANG Chunxiang SHI Tao ZHANG Zijiang ZHOU Jie LIAO Shuang YAO Jingwei LIU Minyan WANG Huiying WANG Xiao LIANG Zhisen ZHANG Yan YAO Ting ZHU Zhe CHEN Wenhui XU Lijuan CAO Hui JIANG Kaixi HU | 2023 | Journal of Meteorological Research2023,37,1: | 4 |

| 9 | Identification and geochemical significance of polarized macromolecular compounds in lacustrine and marine oils显示文摘Polarized macromolecular compounds in typical lacustrine and marine shale oils collected from the Ordos Basin and Tarim Basin of China were analyzed by FT-ICR-MS. Maturity was taken into consideration by diagenesis physical simulation experiments on shale oils, which had been collected at various temperature and pressure stages. The results showed that similar components existed in non-hydrocarbon and asphaltenes and the main peak compound classes of N1 and O2 were potential parameters for identifying typical marine oil and lacustrine oil in China. Nitrogen compounds/(nitrogen compounds and oxygen compounds), such as N1/(O2+N1), N1/(O3+N1), N1/(N1O1+N1O2) are the maturity indicators, which are related with C-N and C-O bond energy. | 10 | Mechanical Properties of Sea Water Sea Sand Coral Concrete Modified with Different Cement and Fiber Types显示文摘The mechanical properties of modified sea water sea sand coral concrete(SWSSCC)under axial compression were experimentally studied.Two different parameters were considered in this test:types of cement and fiber.An experimental campaign was developed involving uniaxial compression tests and the use of digital image correlation(DIC)method to analyze the strain distribution and crack propagation of specimen.Test results indicated that the compressive strength and elastic modulus of SWSSCC were improved by adding stainless steel fibers(SSF),while polypropylene fibers(PF)enhanced the SWSSCC peak deformation.It was found that the elastic modulus and strength of SWSSCC using ordinary Portland cement(OPC)were higher compared to specimen with low alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement(LAS).Typical strain distribution changed with the variation of fiber types.The propagation and characteristics of cracks in SWSSCC containing PF were similar to those of cracks in SWSSCC.However,the propagation of cracks and the development of plastic deformation in SWSSCC were effectively hindered by adopting SSF.Finally,an analytical stress-strain expression of specimen considering the influences of fibers was established.The obtained results would provide a basis for the application of SWSSCC. | Xibo Qi Yijie Huang Xiaowei Li Zhenhua Hu Jingwei Ying Dayong Li | 2020 | Journal of Renewable Materials2020,8,8: | 2 |

| 13 | Impeding the combination of astrocytic ASCT2 and NLRP3 by talniflumate alleviates neuroinflammation in experimental models of Parkinson's disease显示文摘Alanine-serine-cysteine transporter 2(ASCT2)is reported to participate in the progression of tumors and metabolic diseases.It is also considered to play a crucial role in the glutamate-glutamine shuttle of neuroglial network.However,it remains unclear the involvement of ASCT2 in neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s disease(PD).In this study,we demonstrated that high expression of ASCT2 in the plasma samples of PD patients and the midbrain of MPTP mouse models is positively correlated with dyskinesia.We further illustrated that ASCT2 expressed in astrocytes rather than neurons significantly upregulated in response to either MPP+or LPS/ATP challenge.Genetic ablation of astrocytic ASCT2 alleviated the neuroinflammation and rescued dopaminergic(DA)neuron damage in PD models in vitro and in vivo.Notably,the binding of ASCT2 to NLRP3 aggravates astrocytic inflammasometriggered neuroinflammation.Then a panel of 2513 FDA-approved drugs were performed via virtual molecular screening based on the target ASCT2 and we succeed in getting the drug talniflumate.It is validated talniflumate impedes astrocytic inflammation and prevents degeneration of DA neurons in PD models.Collectively,these findings reveal the role of astrocytic ASCT2 in the pathogenesis of PD,broaden the therapeutic strategy and provide a promising candidate drug for PD treatment. | Yang Liu Ting Liu Yuanzhang Zhou Wenjie Li Min Wang Nanshan Song Wenbin Zhang Jingwei Jiang Shengtao Yuan Jianhua Ding Gang Hu Ming Lu | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,2: | 2 |

| 17 | Exploration and development of continental tight oil in China显示文摘Based on the investigation of tight oil exploration and development in North America, the successful cases of tight oil exploration and development in North America are summarized. The geological differences between continental tight oil in China and marine tight oil in North America is analyzed to explore the technical strategies for the industrial development of continental tight oil in China. The experiences of large-scale exploration and profitable development of tight oil in North America can be taken as references from the following 6 perspectives, namely exploring new profitable strata in mature exploration areas, strengthening the economic evaluation of sweet spots and focusing on the investment for high-profitability sweet spots, optimizing the producing of tight oil reserves by means of repetitive fracturing and 3 D fracturing, optimizing drilling and completion technologies to reduce the cost, adopting commodity hedging to ensure the sustainable profit, and strengthening other resources exploration to improve the profit of whole project. | 18 | MDP25 mediates the fine-tuning of microtubule organization in response to salt stress显示文摘Microtubules are dynamic cytoskeleton structures playing fundamental roles in plant responses to salt stress.The precise mechanisms by which microtubule organization is regulated under salt stress are largely unknown.Here,we report that Arabidopsis thaliana MICROTUBULE-DESTABILIZING PROTEIN 25(MDP25;also known as PLASMA MEMBRANEASSOCIATED CATION-BINDING PROTEIN 1(PCaP1))helps regulate microtubule organization.Under salt treatment,elevated cytosolic Ca^(2+) concentration caused MDP25 to partially dissociate from the plasma membrane,promoting microtubule depolymerization.When Ca^(2+) signaling was blocked by BAPTA-AM or LaCl_(3),microtubule depolymerization in wild-type and MDP25-overexpressing cells was slower,while there was no obvious change in mdp25 cells.Knockout of MDP25 improved microtubule reassembly and was conducive to microtubule integrity under long-term salt treatment and microtubule recovery after salt stress.Moreover,mdp25 seedlings exhibited a higher survival rate under salt stress.The presence microtubule-disrupting reagent oryzalin or microtubule-stabilizing reagent paclitaxel differentially affected the survival rates of different genotypes under salt stress.MDP25 promoted microtubule instability by affecting the catastrophe and rescue frequencies,shrinkage rate and time in pause phase at the microtubule plus-end and the depolymerization rate at the microtubule minus-end.These findings reveal a role for MDP25 in regulating microtubule organization under salt treatment by affecting microtubule dynamics. | Peizhi Yang Jingwei Jin Jingru Zhang Dan Wang Xuechun Bai Wenfei Xie Tianming Hu Xuan Zhao Tonglin Mao Tao Qin | 2022 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,6: | 1 |
