1Microstructure and properties of Al_2O_3-13%TiO_2 coatings sprayed using nanostructured powders显示文摘The microstructure and wear performance of Al2O3-13% TiO2 coatings prepared by plasma spraying of agglom- erated nanoparticle powders were investigated. SEM analysis showed that the as-sprayed Al2O3-TiO2 coatings comprise of two kinds of typical region: fully melted region and unmelted/partially melted nanostructured region, which is different than the conventional coating with lamellar structure. It is shown that the microhardness of the nanostructured coatings was about 15%-30% higher than that of the conventional coating and the wear resistance is significantly improved, especially under a high wear load. The nanostructured coating sprayed at a lower power shows a lower wear resistance than the coat- ings produced at a higher power, because of the presence of pores and microstructural defects which are detrimental to the fracture toughness of the coatings.ZHANG Jianxin HE Jining DONG Yanchun LI Xiangzhi YAN Dianran 2007Rare Metals2007,26,4:18
2Titanium carbonitride thick coating prepared by plasma spray synthesis and its tribological properties显示文摘TiCN coating, owing to its superior wear-resistance, has been frequently applied in many fields. TiCN thick coating was first prepared by reactive plasma spraying. The phase composition, microstructure and tribological properties of the TiCN coating were investigated in this research. Experimental results show that the microstructure of the TiCN coating was quite dense, and there was also a little amount of titanium oxides within the coating. By XPS analysis, Ti-C and Ti-N bonds were detected in the coating. The TiCN coating exhibited superior wear-resistance. The failure mechanism was attributed to the ad-hesive wear, the grinding of TiCN hard-grain, as well as the coating failure by oxidation. 3Circular dichroism-like response of terahertz wave caused by phase manipulation via all-silicon metasurface显示文摘Chiral metasurfaces based on asymmetric meta-atoms have achieved artificial circular dichroism(CD),spin-dependent wavefront control,near-field imaging,and other spin-related electromagnetic control.In this paper,we propose and experimentally verify a scheme for achieving high-efficiency chiral response similar to CD of terahertz(THz)wave via phase manipulation.By introducing the geometric phase and dynamic phase in an all-silicon metasurface,the spin-decoupled terahertz transmission is obtained.The giant circular dichroism-like effect in the transmission spectrum is observed by using a random phase distribution for one of the circular polarization components.More importantly,the effect can be adjusted when we change the area of the metasurface illuminated by an incident terahertz beam.In addition,we also demonstrate the spin-dependent arbitrary wavefront control of the transmitted terahertz wave,in which one of the circularly polarized components is scattered,while the other forms a focused vortex beam.Simulated and experimental results show that this method provides a new idea for spin selective control of THz waves.Jie Li Chenglong Zheng Guocui Wang Jitao Li Hongliang Zhao Yue Yang Zhang Zhang Maosheng Yang Liang Wu Jining Li Yating Zhang Yan Zhang Jianquan Yao 2021Photonics Research2021,9,4:3
4Identifying EGFR-Expressed Cells and Detecting EGFR Multi-Mutations at Single-Cell Level by Microfluidic Chip显示文摘EGFR mutations companion diagnostics have been proved to be crucial for the efficacy of tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeted cancer therapies. To uncover multiple mutations occurred in minority of EGFR-mutated cells,which may be covered by the noises from majority of unmutated cells, is currently becoming an urgent clinical requirement. Here we present the validation of a microfluidic-chip-based method for detecting EGFR multimutations at single-cell level. By trapping and immunofluorescently imaging single cells in specifically designed silicon microwells, the EGFR-expressed cellswere easily identified. By in situ lysing single cells, the cell lysates of EGFR-expressed cells were retrieved without cross-contamination. Benefited from excluding the noise from cells without EGFR expression, the simple and cost-effective Sanger's sequencing, but not the expensive deep sequencing of the whole cell population, was used to discover multi-mutations. We verified the new method with precisely discovering three most important EGFR drugrelated mutations from a sample in which EGFR-mutated cells only account for a small percentage of whole cell population. The microfluidic chip is capable of discovering not only the existence of specific EGFR multi-mutations,but also other valuable single-cell-level information: on which specific cells the mutations occurred, or whether different mutations coexist on the same cells. 6Expression of P-gp and miRNA-21 in Colorectal Cancer Tissues and the Clinical Significance显示文摘[Objectives]To study the expression of P-gp and miRNA-21 in colorectal cancer tissues and the relationship between the expression of P-gp and clinicopathological features,and to analyze the correlation between the expression of miRNA-21 and P-gp.[Methods]Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression level of P-gp in the tissues of 40 cases of colorectal cancer and the normal mucosal tissues 5 cm away from the corresponding cancer tissues,and the expression level of miRNA-21 in the paraffin tissues of the 40 cases was detected by RT-qPCR.[Results]The positive expression of P-gp was localized in the cell membrane,and the expression in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the corresponding adjacent tissues(P<0.05);the positive expression of P-gp was closely related to the degree of tumor differentiation and the depth of invasion(P<0.05),and the comparison results of P-gp expression in the differentiation groups of different cancer tissues showed that the expression level of P-gp in the moderately and poorly differentiated groups was significantly higher than that in the highly differentiated group(P<0.05),and the expression level of the moderately and poorly differentiated groups was similar(P>0.05).The expression of miRNA-21 in all cancer tissues was higher than that in the corresponding adjacent tissues(P<0.05),and the expression levels of miRNA-21 in differentiation groups of different cancer tissues were 1.286,1.445 and 1.992 times of those in the corresponding adjacent tissues,respectively;the comparison results of miRNA-21 between different differentiation groups showed that the expression level of miRNA-21 in the poorly differentiated group was significantly higher than that in the highly differentiated group and the moderately differentiated group(P<0.05),while the expression level of miRNA-21 in the highly differentiated group and the moderately differentiated group was similar(P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation on the expression between the two in colorectal cancer tissues(r=0.423,P<0.05).[Conclusions]The expression levels of miRNA-21 and P-gp are closely related to the differentiation degree of clinical colorectal cancer,the lower the differentiation degree,the higher the expression level of the two.Xiaoli YAN Peng YAN Yanfang FAN Jing XUE Mingjuan WANG Jining ZHENG 2020Medicinal Plant2020,11,6:1
7Corrosion Resistance of Plasma Sprayed Ceramic Composite Coatings on Q235 Substrate显示文摘The corrosion resistance of SiO2/A12O3, TiO2/Al2O3 and (SiO2+TiO2)/Al2O3 ceramic composite coatings on Q235 substrate fabricated by means of plasma spraying was investigated. The results show that A12O3+13 wt pct TiO2 ceramic coating has the highest density, the lowest connected porosity and the best corrosion resistance. 11Expression and Significance of MicroRNA-21 and P-gp in Colon Cancer Cells显示文摘[Objectives]To investigate the expression and significance of miR-21 and P-gp in colon cancer cell line HCT-15.[Methods]RT-qPCR was used to detect the miR-21 and ABCB1 mRNA expression level of P-gp coding genes in normal colon mucosal cell NCM460 and colon cancer cell HCT-15,and Western Blot was used to detect the expression of P-gp in these two cell lines.[Results]The results of RT-qPCR showed that the expression level of miR-21 and ABCB1 mRNA in colon cancer cell HCT-15 was significantly higher than that in normal colon cell NCM460,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Western Blot results showed that the expression level of P-gp in HCT-15 was significantly higher than that in NCM460,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusions]The expression level of miR-21 and ABCB1 mRNA/P-gp in colon cancer cell HCT-15 was higher than that in normal colonic mucosal cell NCM460,and the relationship between miR-21 and multidrug resistance in colon cancer might be related to P-gp.Xiaoli YAN Yanfang FAN Peng YAN Jing XUE Zhenhong LIU Jining ZHENG 2020Medicinal Plant2020,11,2:1

14STGI:a spatio-temporal grid index model for marine big data显示文摘Marine big data are characterized by a large amount and complex structures,which bring great challenges to data management and retrieval.Based on the GeoSOT Grid Code and the composite index structure of the MongoDB database,this paper proposes a spatio-temporal grid index model(STGI)for efficient optimized query of marine big data.A spatio-temporal secondary index is created on the spatial code and time code columns to build a composite index in the MongoDB database used for the storage of massive marine data.Multiple comparative experiments demonstrate that the retrieval efficiency adopting the STGI approach is increased by more than two to three times compared with other index models.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the conclusion could be achieved that the STGI model is quite suitable for retrieving large-scale spatial data with low time frequency,such as marine big data.Tengteng Qu Lizhe Wang Jian Yu Jining Yan Guilin Xu Meng Li Chengqi Cheng Kaihua Hou Bo Chen 2020Big Earth Data2020,4,4:1
15Effect of ATM/CHK2/CDC25A Signal Pathway on the Resistance of Colorectal Cancer Cells to L-OHP显示文摘[Objectives]To compare the expression of key factors ATM,CHK2,CDC25A and CDK2 in ATM/CHK2/CDC25A signal pathway in colorectal cancer cell line HCT116 and L-OHP-resistant cell line HCT116/L-OHP,and to explore the relationship between ATM/CHK2/CDC25A signal pathway and resistance of colorectal cancer cells to L-OHP.[Methods]RT-qPCR was used to detect the expression of ATM,CHK2,CDC25A and CDK2 mRNA in colorectal cancer cell line HCT116 and L-OHP-resistant cell line HCT116/L-OHP,and Western blot was used to detect the expression of corresponding proteins in these two cell lines.[Results]The expression of ATM,CHK2,CDC25A,CDK2 mRNA and protein in HCT116/L-OHP was significantly higher than that in HCT116.[Conclusions]ATM/CHK2/CDC25A signal pathway was associated with resistance of colorectal cancer cell line HCT116 to L-OHP.Blocking this signal pathway may partially reverse the chemotherapy resistance of colorectal cancer patients with L-OHP resistance.Xiaoli YAN Peng YAN Jing XUE Yanfang FAN Jining ZHENG 2021Medicinal Plant2021,12,3:1
16An Improved Non-Parametric Method for Multiple Moving Objects Detection in the Markov Random Field显示文摘Detecting moving objects in the stationary background is an important problem in visual surveillance systems.However,the traditional background subtraction method fails when the background is not completely stationary and involves certain dynamic changes.In this paper,according to the basic steps of the background subtraction method,a novel non-parametric moving object detection method is proposed based on an improved ant colony algorithm by using the Markov random field.Concretely,the contributions are as follows:1)A new nonparametric strategy is utilized to model the background,based on an improved kernel density estimation;this approach uses an adaptive bandwidth,and the fused features combine the colours,gradients and positions.2)A Markov random field method based on this adaptive background model via the constraint of the spatial context is proposed to extract objects.3)The posterior function is maximized efficiently by using an improved ant colony system algorithm.Extensive experiments show that the proposed method demonstrates a better performance than many existing state-of-the-art methods.Qin Wan Xiaolin Zhu Yueping Xiao Jine Yan Guoquan Chen Mingui Sun 2020Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2020,,7:1

20Effect of coral sand on the mechanical properties and hydration mechanism of magnesium potassium phosphate cement mortar显示文摘Damaged structures on coral islands have been spalling and cracking due to the dual corrosion of tides and waves.To ensure easy access to aggregate materials,magnesium potassium phosphate cement(MKPC)and coral sand(CS)are mixed to repair damaged structures on coral islands.However,CS is significantly different from land-sourced sand in mineral composition,particle morphology,and strength.This has a substantial impact on the hydration characteristics and macroscopic properties of MKPC mortar.Therefore,in this study we investigated the compressive strength,interfacial mechanical properties,and corrosion resistance of MKPC CS mortar.Changes in the morphology,microstructure,and relative contents of hydration products were revealed by scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive spectrometer(SEM-EDS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results indicated that the compressive strength increased linearly with the interfacial micro-hardness,and then stabilized after long-term immersion in pure water and Na2SO4 solution,showing excellent corrosion resistance.Compared with MKPC river sand(RS)mortar,the hydration products of CS mortar were an intermediate product 6KPO2·8H2O with a relative content of 3.9%at 1 h and 4.1%at 12 h.The hydration product MgKPO_(4)·6H_(2)O increased rapidly after 7-d curing,with an increased growth rate of 1100%.Our results showed that CS promoted the nucleation and formation of hydration products of MKPC,resulting in better crystallinity,tighter overlapping,and a denser interfacial transition zone.The results of this study provide technical support for applying MKPC mortar as a rapid repair material for damaged structures on coral islands.Hao LIU Huamei YANG Houzhen WEI Jining YU Qingshan MENG Rongtao YAN 2024Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2024,25,2:0
