1Isolation of a novel characterized Issatchenkia terricola from red raspberry fruits on the degradation of citric acid and enrichment of flavonoid and volatile profiles in fermented red raspberry juice显示文摘High content of citric acid in red raspberry juice leads to poor sensory experience. This study developed a feasible method to degrade citric acid in red raspberry juice using a novel characterized Issatchenkia terricola WJL-G4 isolated from red raspberry fruits. I. terricola WJL-G4 exhibited a potent capability of reducing the citric acid contents from(22.8 ± 0.08) g/L to(6.2 ± 0.02) g/L within 36 h fermentation, then completely depleted after 48 h. Furthermore, the contents of phenolic compound, including neochlorogenic acid, p-coumaric acid, raspberry ketone, and rutin significantly increased after 36 h fermentation. Fermentation increased total flavonoid contents in red raspberry juice, compared to that in control group. Volatile profiles exhibited to be enriched after fermentation, which contributed to the improvement of the juice taste. 3Efficient catalytic removal of COS and H_(2)S over graphitized 2D micro-meso-macroporous carbons endowed with ample nitrogen sites synthesized via mechanochemical carbonization显示文摘Developing a suitable catalyst for the elimination of highly toxic carbonyl sulfide(COS)and hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S) is of great significance in terms of industrial safety and environmental protection.We demonstrate here the facile synthesis of graphitized 2D micro-meso-macroporous carbons by one-step carbonization of a mixture of urea and glucose at 700–900℃.The as-synthesized graphitized catalysts,designated as 2DNHPC-x(x=urea/glucose mass ratio),are endowed with an ultra-high concentration(12.9–20.2 wt%)of stable and versatile nitrogen sites(e.g.pyrrole and pyridine)which are anchored on the surface via stable covalent bonding.As a result,the 2D-NHPC-x are active in catalytic hydrolysis of COS on pyrrolic N to H_(2)S,and the H_(2)S can be subsequently captured on pyridinic N and converted to elemental sulfur at ambient conditions over the same materials.Among the prepared catalysts,2D-NHPC-x can catalytically hydrolysize 91%of COS to H_(2)S at 30℃,whereas the conversion ratio over the common catalysts g-C_(3)N_(4)and Fe_(2)O_(3)are below 6.0%.Furthermore,these catalysts also exhibit H_(2)S conversion and sulfur selectivity of nearly 100%at 180℃with long-time durability,which is higher than those of the most reported carbonbased catalysts.In contrast,the H_(2)S capacities of activated carbon,ordered mesoporous carbons(OMC)and N-doped OMC are 3.9,1.5 and2.39 mmol g^(-1),respectively.Both the experimental and theoretical results are disclosed that 2D-NHPC-x are superior to the nitrogen-doped porous materials ever applied in simultaneous catalytic elimination of both COS and H_(2)S.Xun Kan Guanqing Zhang Yingying Luo Fujian Liu Yong Zheng Yihong Xiao Yanning Cao Chak-tong Au Shijing Liang Lilong Jiang 2022Green Energy & Environment2022,7,5:1

11Hydrothermal pretreatment of rice straw at relatively lower temperature to improve biogas production vict anaerobic digestion显示文摘Although the degradation mechanism of straw anaerobic digestion is still obscure,lower temperature thermop hysical pretreatment might be a feasible way to improve biogas fermentation efficiency and net energy production in whole slurry.In this study,the performances of rice straw(RS)degradation and biogas production were examined at different pretreatment temperatures from 90 ℃ to 130℃ to identify the optimal process.With increasing pretreatment temperature,the change in cellulose and hemicellulose degradation in all the tests was directly related to volatile fatty acids(VFAs)content,but did not correspond to the variation in cumulative methane production.Both 100℃ and 130℃presented similar ideal digestion performances with highest methane yields of 127.6 and 124.6 mL/g TS,respectively,which were 22.80%and 19.83%higher than that noted in the control.Although test at 100 ℃pretreatment,which achieved 12.8%higher net energy production from RS than that observed in the control,could be considered as the optimal choice,the surplus biogas could only meet 75.9%of energy requirement for pretreated water temperature shift.Nevertheless,mesophilic or thermophilic fermentation,lower pretreatment water input,and reuse of excess heat are recommended as feasible working conditions for improving net biogas production.Tao Luo Hailong Huang Zili Mei Fei Shen Yihong Ge Guoquan Hu Xi Meng 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,6:1

17Search for carbon stars and DZ white dwarfs in SDSS spectra survey through machine learning显示文摘Carbon stars and DZ white dwarfs are two types of rare objects in the Galaxy.In this paper,we have applied the label propagation algorithm to search for these two types of stars from Data Release Eight(DR8)of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey(SDSS),which is verified to be efcient by calculating precision and recall.From nearly two million spectra including stars,galaxies and QSOs,we have found 260 new carbon stars in which 96 stars have been identified as dwarfs and 7 identified as giants,and 11 composition spectrum systems(each of them consists of a white dwarf and a carbon star).Similarly,using the label propagation method,we have obtained 29 new DZ white dwarfs from SDSS DR8.Compared with PCA reconstructed spectra,the 29 findings are typical DZ white dwarfs.We have also investigated their proper motions by comparing them with proper motion distribution of 9,374 white dwarfs,and found that they satisfy the current observed white dwarfs by SDSS generally have large proper motions.In addition,we have estimated their efective temperatures by fitting the polynomial relationship between efective temperature and g-r color of known DZ white dwarfs,and found 12 of the 29 new DZ white dwarfs are cool,in which nine are between 6,000 K and 6,600 K,and three are below 6,000 K.SI JianMin LUO ALi LI YinBi ZHANG JianNan WEI Peng WU YiHong WU FuChao ZHAO YongHeng 2014Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,1:1
18Coupling effects of hydrological characteristics and nutrient load in sediments on the trophic state of reservoirs显示文摘Currently,lakes and artificial reservoirs are increasingly threatened by eutrophication,which is the result of the combined action of many natural and anthropogenic factors.In the past,the effect of nutrient load on the trophic state of water bodies has attracted much attention,while few studies have addressed the effect of hydrological characteristics.Therefore,to reveal the coupling effects of hydrological characteristics and nutrient load in sediments on the trophic state of water bodies,this study collected relevant data from 36 lakes and reservoirs across China.Pearson correlation analysis showed that trophic level index was positively and significantly correlated with nutrient load in sediments and hydraulic retention time,while it was negatively correlated with mean depth and hydraulic load.The principal component analysis showed that the nutrient load was the first major component that influenced the trophic state of water bodies,followed by the mean depth and hydraulic retention time.Eutrophication was prone to occur in water bodies with mean depth less than 7 m and hydraulic retention time greater than 14 d,and the trophic level index regression equation with hydrological characteristics and nutrient load in sediments was derived by multiple regression analysis.This study revealed that the trophic state of water bodies influenced by both nutrient load and hydrological characteristics.It provides a new idea to reduce the occurrence of eutrophication in reservoirs by using the artificial hydrological regulation capacity of reservoirs.Fan Xinyi Yue Yihong Mei Lin Li Xiaoying Hu Zhehui Luo Jiajie Liu Liu Wang Fushun 2021Acta Geochimica2021,40,4:0
19PRPF19 promotes tongue cancer growth and chemoradiotherapy resistance显示文摘Pre-mRNA processing factor 19(PRPF19)is a multifaceted protein and participates in DNA damage response and pre-mRNA processing.The role of PRPF19 in cancer is unclear.Here,we report that the expression of PRPF19 in human tongue cancer is associated with unfavorable prognosis.Overexpression of PRPF19 promotes while knockdown of PRPF19 inhibits tongue cancer cell migration,proliferation,and tumor growth.Overexpression of PRPF19 increases the resistance of tongue cancer cells to radiation and cisplatin treatment.Furthermore,PRPF19 regulates the expression of solute carrier family 40 member 1(SLC40A1)and mono-ADP ribosylhydrolase 2(MACROD2),knockdown of SLC40A1 or MACROD2 decreases the sensitivity of tongue cancer cells to radiation and cisplatin treatment.Thus,our results establish a key role of PRPF19 in tongue cancer growth and chemoradiotherapy resistance,targeting PRPF19 would be an effective therapeutic strategy for tongue cancer,especially for those resistant to chemoradiotherapy.Yihong He Changhao Huang Kaimei Cai Pei Liu Xueyan Chen Yi Xu Zhengnan Ming Qingqing Liu Qiongxuan Xie Xue Xia Yangqing Sun Junli Luo Rui Wei 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,7:0
