1Key technologies and engineering practices for soft-rock protective seam mining显示文摘Severe gas disasters in deep mining areas are increasing,and traditional protective coal seam mining is facing significant challenges.This paper proposes an innovative technology using soft rock as the protective seam in the absence of an appropriate coal seam.Based on the geological engineering conditions of the new horizontal first mining area of Luling Coal Mine in Huaibei,China,the impacts of different mining parameters of the soft-rock protective seam on the pressure-relief effect of the protected coal seam were analyzed through numerical simulation.The unit stress of the protected coal seam,which was less than half of the primary rock stress,was used as the mining stress pressure-relief index.The optimized interlayer space was found to be 59 m for the first soft-rock working face,with a 2 m mining thickness and 105 m face length.The physicochemical characteristics of the orebody were analyzed,and a device selection framework for the soft-rock protective seam was developed.Optimal equipment for the working face was selected,including the fully-mechanized hydraulic support and coal cutter.A production technology that combined fully-mechanized and blasting-assisted soft-rock mining was developed.Engineering practices demonstrated that normal circulation operation can be achieved on the working face of the soft-rock protective seam,with an average advancement rate of 1.64 m/d.The maximum residual gas pressure and content,which were measured at the cut hole position of the protected coal seams(Nos.8 and 9),decreased to 0.35 MPa and 4.87 m^3/t,respectively.The results suggested that soft-rock protective seam mining can produce a significant gas-control effect.Xiang Cheng Guangming Zhao Yingming Li Xiangrui Meng Qingyi Tu 2020International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2020,30,6:7
2BiVO4/TiO2(N2) Nanotubes Heterojunction Photoanode for Highly Efficient Photoelectrocatalytic Applications显示文摘We report the development of a novel visible response BiVO_4/TiO_2(N_2) nanotubes photoanode for photoelectrocatalytic applications. The nitrogen-treated TiO_2 nanotube shows a high carrier concentration rate, thus resulting in a high efficient charge transportation and low electron–hole recombination in the TiO_2–BiVO_4. Therefore, the BiVO_4/TiO_2(N_2) NTs photoanode enabled with a significantly enhanced photocurrent of 2.73 mA cm^(-2)(at 1 V vs. Ag/Ag Cl) and a degradation efficiency in the oxidation of dyes under visible light. 4High Thermoelectric Performance of Cu-Doped PbSe-PbS System Enabled by High-Throughput Experimental Screening显示文摘Recent advances in high-throughput(HTP)computational power and machine learning have led to great achievements in exploration of new thermoelectric materials.However,experimental discovery and optimization of thermoelectric materials have long relied on the traditional Edisonian trial and error approach.Herein,we demonstrate that ultrahigh thermoelectric performance in a Cu-doped PbSe-PbS system can be realized by HTP experimental screening and precise property modulation.Combining the HTP experimental technique with transport model analysis,an optimal Se/S ratio showing high thermoelectric performance has been efficiently screened out.Subsequently,based on the screened Se/S ratio,the doping content of Cu has been subtly adjusted to reach the optimum carrier concentration.As a result,an outstanding peak zT~1:6 is achieved at 873 K for a 1.8 at%Cu-doped PbSe_(0.6)S_(0.4) sample,which is the superior value among the n-type Te-free lead chalcogenides.We anticipate that current work will stimulate large-scale unitization of the HTP experimental technique in the thermoelectric field,which can greatly accelerate the research and development of new high-performance thermoelectric materials.Li You Zhili Li Quanying Ma Shiyang He Qidong Zhang Feng Wang Guoqiang Wu Qingyi Li Pengfei Luo Jiye Zhang Jun Luo 2020Research2020,,1:4
5Electronic structure and optical property of boron doped semiconducting graphene nanoribbons显示文摘We present a system study on the electronic structure and optical property of boron doped semiconducting graphene nanoribbons using the density functional theory. Energy band structure, density of states, deformation density, Mulliken popular and optical spectra are considered to show the special electronic structure of boron doped semiconducting graphene nanoribbons. The C-B bond form is discussed in detail. From our analysis it is concluded that the Fermi energy of boron doped semiconducting graphene nanoribbons gets lower than that of intrinsic semiconducting graphene nanoribbons. Our results also show that the boron doped semiconducting graphene nanoribbons behave as p-type semiconducting and that the absorption coefficient of boron doped armchair graphene nanoribbons is generally enhanced between 2.0 eV and 3.3 eV. 6Automated rapid iterative negative geotaxis assay and its use in a genetic screen for modifi ers of Aβ_(42)-induced locomotor decline in Drosophila显示文摘The negative-geotaxis climbing assay is used to efficiently study aging and neurodegeneration in Drosophila.To make it suitable for large-scale study,a method called the rapid iterative negative geotaxis(RING) assay has been established by simultaneously photographing the climbing of multiple groups of flies when they are manually tapped down in test tubes.Here,we automated the assay by using a well-controlled electric motor to drive the tapping,and a homemade program to analyze the climbing height of flies.Using the automated RING(aRING) assay,we found that the climbing ability of a strain of wild-type flies,males in particular,declined rapidly before day 21 after eclosion,but slowly from day 21 to 35.We also found that the expression of arctic mutant Aβ_(42) accelerated the age-dependent decline in the climbing ability of flies.Moreover,using aRING,we examined the effect of third chromosome deficiencies on the accelerated locomotor decline in Aβ_(42)-expressing flies,and isolated 7 suppressors and15 enhancers.Haiyan Liu Meng Han Qingyi Li Xiao Zhang Wen-An Wang Fu-De Huang 2015Neuroscience Bulletin2015,31,5:2

10Highly oriented MAPbI3 crystals for efficient hole-conductor-free printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cells显示文摘Highly crystalline perovskite films with large grains and few grain boundaries are conducive for efficient and stable perovskite solar cells.Current methods for preparing perovskite films are mostly based on a fast crystallization process,with rapid nucleation and insufficient growth.In this study,MAPbI3 perovskite with inhibited nucleation and promoted growth in the TiO_(2)/ZrO_(2)/carbon triple mesoscopic scaffold was crystallized by modulating the precursor and the crystallization process.N-methylformamide showed high solubility for both methylammonium iodide and Pbl2 and hampered the formation of large colloids in the MAPbI3 precursor solution.Furthermore,methylammonium chloride was added to reduce large colloids,which are a possible source of nucleation sites.During the crystallization of MAPbI3,the solvent was removed at a slow controlled speed,to avoid rapid nucleation and provide sufficient time for crystal growth.As a result,highly oriented MAPbI3 crystals with suppressed non-radiative recombination and promoted charge transport were obtained in the triple mesoscopic layer with disordered pores.The corresponding hole-conductor-free,printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cells exhibited a highest power conversion efficiency of 18.82%.The device also exhibited promising long-term operational sta-bility of 1000 h under continuous illumination at maximum power point at 55±5°C and damp-heat stability of 1340 h aging at 85°C as well as 85%relative humidity.Shuang Liu Deyi Zhang Yusong Sheng Weihua Zhang Zhaotong Qin Minchao Qin Sheng Li Yifan Wang Chenxu Gao Qifei Wang Yue Ming Chao Liu Kai Yang Qingyi Huang Jianhang Qi Qiaojiao Gao Kai Chen Yue Hu Yaoguang Rong Xinhui Lu Anyi Mei Hongwei Han 2022Fundamental Research2022,2,2:1

14Confining carbon dots in amino-functionalized mesoporous silica:n→π^(*) interaction triggered deep-red solid-state fluorescence显示文摘Deep-red and near-infrared emissive carbon dots(CDs)are highly desired for bioimaging,especially in deep tissue imaging,but they are extremely rare and the known ones usually suffer from low-efficient fluorescence in water and aggregation-induced fluorescence quenching in solid state.In this work,CDs with intriguing solvent-dependent and two-photon fluorescence emissions have been prepared by a facile solvothermal method.Detailed characterizations reveal that there is an n→π*interaction between the carboxyl functional groups on CDs and the electron donor groups in solvent,which leads to the increase of energy density of CDs and the decrease of energy level,resulting in the red shift of luminescence with enhanced electron donating ability of solvent.Inspired by this finding,mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs)with suitable pore size and low biological toxicity are modified by amino groups to confine CDs,thus the deep-red fluorescence emission is achieved both in solid state and in water facilitated by the n→π*interaction of host-guest.The as-prepared CDs@EDA-MSN composite exhibits high-efficient fluorescence with 650 nm wavelength,low toxicity,and good biocompatibility,which endow them a promising application in bio-imaging.Hongyue Zhang Qingyi Li Shuo Wang Xiaowei Yu Bolun Wang Guangrui Chen Li Ren Jiyang Li Mingxing Jin Jihong Yu 2023Nano Research2023,16,3:0
15CHDbase:A Comprehensive Knowledgebase for Congenital Heart Disease-related Genes and Clinical Manifestations显示文摘Congenital heart disease(CHD)is one of the most common causes of major birth defects,with a prevalence of 1%.Although an increasing number of studies have reported the etiology of CHD,the findings scattered throughout the literature are difficult to retrieve and utilize in research and clinical practice.We therefore developed CHDbase,an evidence-based knowledgebase of CHD-related genes and clinical manifestations manually curated from 1114 publications,linking 1124 susceptibility genes and 3591 variations to more than 300 CHD types and related syndromes.Metadata such as the information of each publication and the selected population and samples,the strategy of studies,and the major findings of studies were integrated with each item of the research record.We also integrated functional annotations through parsing50 databases/tools to facilitate the interpretation of these genes and variations in disease pathogenicity.We further prioritized the significance of these CHD-related genes with a gene interaction network approach and extracted a core CHD sub-network with 163 genes.The clear genetic landscape of CHD enables the phenotype classification based on the shared genetic origin.Overall,CHDbase provides a comprehensive and freely available resource to study CHD susceptibilities,supporting a wide range of users in the scientific and medical communities.CHDbase is accessible at http://gffzzcb26324586344ca8hxnxn0xwfb6pw6ov5.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn.Wei-Zhen Zhou Wenke Li Huayan Shen Ruby W.Wang Wen Chen Yujing Zhang Qingyi Zeng Hao Wang Meng Yuan Ziyi Zeng Jinhui Cui Chuan-Yun Li Fred Y.Ye Zhou Zhou 2023Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2023,21,1:0
16Research on Innovation-Driven Expansion of Regional OFDI: New Evidence From a Business Environment Perspective显示文摘This paper investigates the impact of provincial innovation-driven efficiency on the expansion of regional Outward Foreign Direct Investment(OFDI)flows within the context of China’s economy during the period 2011 to 2020 by measuring the innovation-driven efficiency and business environment index using the DEA-Malmquist index and the combined CRITIC weighting method from the new perspective of business environment improvement.The findings reveal that:(a)There is an inverted U-shaped relationship between provincial innovation-driven efficiency and regional OFDI flows.This increase in innovation-driven efficiency can promote OFDI expansion of the region by improving its business environment.(b)The improvement of the business environments plays a significant intermediary and synergistic role in OFDI expansion driven by improved innovation efficiency.(c)The study of regional heterogeneity suggests that the central region enjoys the longest window period in terms of innovation-driven OFDI expansion,followed by the eastern region while the western region has the shortest window period.The improvement of the business environment in the western region is more effective in driving regional OFDI expansion.This conclusion remained true after the robustness test.In conclusion,this paper offers a few policy recommendations that can help Chinese capital of various kinds go global more effectively.Duan Longlong Li Qingyi 2024Contemporary Social Sciences2024,9,1:0
17Highly-active,metal-free,carbon-based ORR cathode for efficient organics removal and electricity generation in a PFC system显示文摘A highly-active,metal-free,carbon-based oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)cathode,i.e.,graphitized Ndoped carbon felt(GNCF),was prepared,for the first time,by in-situ modifying the doping species of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)-based carbon felt(CF)via a facile annealing process in Ar atmosphere.It was applied for dramatically enhanced organics degradation and electricity generation in a photocatalytic fuel cell(PFC)system.The GNCF showed enhanced specific surface area,improved graphitization and raised ratio of graphitic N,therefore resulting in excellently improved ORR performance compared to the CF.When applying the GNCF as a cathode in a PFC system,the proposed PFC showed significant improvement in degrading various model organic contaminants and outputing electricity simultaneously when compared with the PFC with CF.For instance,the apparent rate constant and electricity output efficiency showed~10.6 times and~7.2 times,respectively,improvement when using rhodamine B as model waste.Further improved performance was also achieved by aeration of air or O^(2) due to the fu rther enhanced ORR.The proposed PFC was also efficient in a wide pH,and kept outsta nding stability in long-term utilization.Qingyi Zeng Sheng Chang Mingqi Wang Mi Li Qin wen Deng Zhu Xiong Baoxue Zhou Yanbiao Liu 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,7:0

19Clinical Analysis of 15 Patients with Adult-Type Pulmonary Blastoma显示文摘OBJECTIVE To study the clinical and histopathological characteristics of pulmonary blastoma(PB),and to review the diagnostic criterion and treatment methods.METHODS Clinical and histopathological data from 15 cases of PB in this hospital,from 1990 to 2006,were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS Surgical procedures were conducted in all 15 patients,including pulmonary lobectomy in 9,lobectomy of the 2 right pulmonary lobes in 2,excision of pulmonary segments in 1,lobectomy and bronchoplasty in 1,lobectomy and angioplasty in 1,and excision of the whole left lung in 1.Of the 15 cases,11 were misdiagnosed as lung cancer,2 were doubted to be a benign tumor before surgery,1 was suspected to be a malignant mesenchymoma,and only 1 was diagnosed as a PB.CONCLUSION Preoperative final diagnosis of PB is very difficult,since the clinical symptoms of the disease are nonspecific.To confirm the diagnosis,comprehensive consideration of the factors,such as the clinical manifestations,morphological characteristics and immunohistochemical tumor markers,should be taken.Surgery is the treatment of choice for PB,and a thorough removal is the key to a cure.PB has a high malignancy and o en recurs and metastasizes,usually with a poor prognosis.Lei Wang Qingyi Liu Ming He Xianli Meng Yuekao Li Yumin Ping Yanning Chen 2008Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology2008,5,5:0
