1Distribution Characteristics of Effective Source Rocks and Their Control on Hydrocarbon Accumulation: A Case Study from the Dongying Sag, Eastern China显示文摘The exploration conducted in the Bohai Bay basin, eastern China has demonstrated that the abundant petroleum resources have close affinities to the hydrocarbon kitchen with rich organic matter. A number of oil-generating associations with various characteristics of organic geochemistry and assemblages of multiple reservoir facies are developed due to the multi-center sedimentation, multi-source supply and multi-cycle evolution of filling, which have resulted in the formation of multiple oil and gas accumulation zones of various layers and trap styles. Among them the Paleogene Shahejie Formation is the most important hydrocarbon accumulation combination in the Dongying sag.Heretofore, its proved reserve has reached nearly 1.8×109 t, which accounts for more than 90% of the total proved reserves of the Dongying sag. Based on previous studies, more than 600 source rock samples and 186 crude oil samples of the Shahejie Formation, collected from 30 oilfields, have been treated with organic geochemical testing. By combining the sedimentary sequence characteristics and geochemical analysis results, the source rocks of the Shahejie Formation can be divided into three genetic types, i.e. the saline lake facies (the upper Es4), brackish water deep lake facies (the lower Es3)and fresh-water lake facies (the middle Es3), which correspond to the under-filling, balanced-filling and over-filling lake types respectively and represent the three most essential genetic models for source rocks of non-marine fault basins in China. Based on a thorough oil-source correlation, the source rocks of the saline lake and brackish deep lake facies are determined to be the most contributive source rocks in the Dongying sag. Furthermore, by probing into the accumulation of organic matter and hydrocarbon migration pattern, it can be inferred that the hydrocarbons, generated from source rocks of the saline lake facies with relatively low maturity, have mainly accumulated in the uplifted parts of the basin's margin via lateral migration and the reservoirs are dominated by the buried hill and stratigraphic types, while hydrocarbons generated from source rocks of the brackish lake facies are mainly distributed in the basin's center via vertical migration and characterized by forming lithologic reservoirs. 4IMPROVED SINGULAR VALUE DECOMPOSITION TECHNIQUE FOR DETECTING AND EXTRACTING PERIODIC IMPULSE COMPONENT IN A VIBRATION SIGNAL显示文摘Vibration acceleration signals are often measured from case surface of a running machine to monitor its condition. If the measured vibration signals display to have periodic impulse components with a certain frequency, there may exist a corresponding local fault in the machine, and if further extracting the periodic impulse components from the vibration signals, the severity of the local fault can be estimated and tracked. However, the signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) of the vibration acceleration signals are often so small that the periodic impulse components are submersed in much background noises and other components, and it is difficult or inconvenient for us to detect and extract the periodic impulse components with the current common analyzing methods for vibration signals. Therefore, another technique, called singular value decomposition (SVD), is tried to be introduced to solve the problem. First, the principle of detecting and extracting the signal periodic components using singular value decomposition is summarized and discussed. Second, the infeasibility of the direct use of the existing SVD based detecting and extracting approach is pointed out. Third, the approach to construct the matrix for SVD from the signal series is improved largely, which is the key program to improve the SVD technique; Other associated improvement is also proposed. 5Effect of minor Sc addition on microstructure and stress corrosion cracking behavior of medium strength Al–Zn–Mg alloy显示文摘Influence of Sc content on microstructure and stress corrosion cracking behavior of medium strength Al–Zn–Mg alloy have been investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, electron backscatter diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and slow strain rate test. The results indicate that the addition of Sc results in the formation of the quaternary coherent Al_3(Sc, Zr, Ti) dispersoids during homogenization treatment, which will inhibit the dynamic recrystallization behavior. The number density of Al_3(Sc, Zr, Ti) particles increases with the increase of Sc content, and thus the recrystallization fraction of hot-extruded alloy is reduced and the peak strength in two-stage artificial aging sample is enhanced. At the same time, the wide of precipitation free zone is reduced, and the content of Zn and Mg in grain boundary particles and precipitation free zone is increased with the increase of Sc content. In peak-aged state, the 0.06 wt% Sc added alloy shows the better stress corrosion cracking resistance than the Sc-free alloy because of the reduction of recrystallization fraction and the interrupted distribution of grain boundary precipitates along grain boundary. 6Treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compressive fractures with percutaneous kyphoplasty and oral Zishengukang显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP) and oral Zishengukang(ZSGK) for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCFs).METHODS:Seventy patients were randomly divided into a control group(PKP group) and an experimental group(PKP plus ZSGK group).The 35 patients in the experimental group were prescribed 6 g oral ZSGK three times a day for 90 days after PKP.Visual analog pain scale(VAS),Oswestry functional score,vertebral height and Cobb's angle were recorded and compared before treatment and at one week,one month and three months after treatment.RESULTS:Vertebral height and Cobb's angle significantly improved and VAS and Oswestry functional score were significantly lower in both groups after PKP than pre-operatively(P<0.01).Three months after treatment,VAS and Oswestry functional score in the experimental group were lower than controls(P<0.05),even though vertebral height and Cobb's angle were comparable(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:PKP combined with oral ZSGK provide superior short-term and long-term symptom control after OVCF than PKP alone.Zhenjun Huang Lijian Zhang 2012Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,4:13
7Preparation of folate-conjugated starch nanoparticles and its application to tumor-targeted drug delivery vector显示文摘Anion starch nanoparticles (StNP) were prepared in water-in-oil microemulsion. Folate modi-fied with PEG was conjugated to the surface of StNP to obtain the folate-conjugated starch nanoparticles (FA-PEG/StNP). The average diameter of FA-PEG/ StNP determined by AFM and Zeta-Sizer apparatus was about 130 nm. Doxorubicin (DOX)-loaded FA- PEG/StNP was obtained via infiltrating combination. The result of UV spectrophotometer showed that the saturation concentration of DOX-loaded FA-PEG/ StNP was 28 μg/mg, which was effective for the con-trolled release of anticancer drug DOX. The cell ex-periments showed that the Lc50 of DOX-loaded FA-PEG/StNP and DOX-loaded StNP was higher than that of DOX, which indicates that FA-PEG/StNP and StNP can decrease the toxicity of DOX; while the lethal rate of DOX-loaded FA-PEG/StNP was 3 times that of DOX-loaded StNP with the same quantity of DOX, which indicates that FA in FA-PEG/StNP is ef-fective for improving the targeting function of nanoparticles, thus enhancing the inhibition effect of anticancer drug to cancer cell. 11Higher PD-1 expression concurrent with exhausted CD8+ T cells in patients with de novo acute myeloid leukemia显示文摘Objective: To investigate the association between the T cell inhibitory receptor programmed death 1(PD-1)and T cell exhaustion status in T cells from patients with de novo acute myeloid leukemia(AML) and AML in complete remission(CR).Methods:Surface expression of PD-1 and the exhaustion and immunosenescence markers CD244 and CD57 on CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ T cells from peripheral blood samples from 20 newly diagnosed,untreated AML patients and 10 cases with AML in CR was analyzed by flow cytometry.Twenty-three healthy individuals served as control.Results:A significantly higher percentage of PD-1+ cells were found for CD3+ T cells in the de novo AML group compared with healthy controls.In addition,an increased level of PD-1+ CD8+ T cells,but not PD-1+ CD4+,was found for CD3+ T cells in the de novo AML and AML-CR samples.A higher percentage of CD244+ CD4+,CD244+ CD8+,CD57+ CD4+ and CD57+ CD8+ T cells was found in CD3+ T cells in samples from those with de novo AML compared with those from healthy controls.Strong increased PD-1+ CD244+ and PD-1+ CD57+ coexpression was found for CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in the de novo AML group compared with healthy controls.Conclusions:We characterized the major T cell defects,including co-expression of PD-1 and CD244,CD57-exhausted T cells in patients with de novo AML,and found a particular influence on CD8+ T cells,suggesting a poor anti-leukemia immune response in these patients.Jiaxiong Tan Shaohua Chen Yuhong Lu Danlin Yao Ling Xu Yikai Zhang Lijian Yang Jie Chen Jing Lai Zhi Yu Kanger Zhu Yangqiu Li 2017Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,5:10
12Effect of Sc addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of 1460 alloy显示文摘The effect of minor addition of Sc on microstructure,age hardening behavior,tensile properties and fracture morphology of 1460 alloy have been studied. It is found that Sc content increase from 0.11 wt% to 0.22 wt% is favorable for grain refinement in as-cast alloy but results in a coarsening of Cu-rich particles. The alloy with 0.11 wt% Sc exhibits enhanced mechanical properties and age hardening effect. 13Degree of Brine Evaporation and Origin of the Mengyejing Potash Deposit:Evidence from Fluid Inclusions in Halite显示文摘The Mengyejing potash deposit is located in the southern port of the Simao Basin, Yunnan Province, and is hosted in mid-Cretaceous strata. The chemical compositions of fluid inclusions in halite crystals, collected from the level-610 adit in the deposit, were analysed by laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS). The results show that the brine is of the Na-K-Mg-Ca-Cl type and has K concentrations that are distinctly higher than those of Mg and Ca, unlike normal brines associated with Cretaceous halite. The high K concentrations indicate that the degree of evaporation of the ancient Mengyejing saline lake was very high, reaching the sylvite deposition stage but rarely reaching the carnallite deposition stage. The trajectory of the H and O isotopic compositions of the brines in the halite-hosted fluid inclusions corresponds to intense evaporation, indicating that the net evaporation exceeded the net inflow of brines. These brine compositions in halite-hosted fluid inclusions were likely formed by the dissolution of previously deposited K-bearing minerals by fresh continental and/or seawater, forming a type of modified seawater, with deep hydrothermal fluids potentially supplying additional potassium. 16Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 06Cr13Ni4Mo Steel Treated by Quenching–Tempering–Partitioning Process显示文摘A heat treatment process,quenching-tempering-partitioning(Q-T-P),has been applied to a low carbon martensitic stainless steel 06Cr13Ni4 Mo.By using this process,ultrafine reversed austenite can be obtained at room temperature.The microstructures of the reversed austenite and the martensite matrix were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)in detail.The results show that the ultrafine reversed austenite is enriched in Ni resulting in the austenite stability at room temperature.Two new types of nano-scale carbide precipitates are found in the martensite matrix.Detailed analysis suggests that the two nano-scale precipitates can be identified asω phase and λ phase carbides,respectively.The orientation relationship between the ω phase and matrix is[011]α//[2110]ω and(211)α//(0110)ω,while that between the λ phase precipitate and matrix is[011]α//[0001]λ and(200)α//(1210)λ.For the present steel,the ultrafine reversed austenite and carbide precipitates obtained by Q-T-P treatment provide a good combination of high strength and toughness.Yuanyuan Song Jingping Cui Lijian Rong 2016Journal of Materials Science & Technology2016,32,2:8

18Energy dependence on modes of electric activities of neuron driven by different external mixed signals under electromagnetic induction显示文摘Energy supply and release play an important role in individual neuron and neural network. In this paper, the electrical activities and Hamilton energy of neuron are investigated when external mixed signals(i.e., the periodic stimulus current and the periodic electromagnetic field) are imposed on the neuron under the electromagnetic induction. As a result, the Hamilton energy is much dependent on the mode transition, the multiple electric activity modes and the numerical analysis of Hamilton energy are more complicated under various parameters. When the periodic high-low frequency electromagnetic radiation is imposed in neuron, it is found that the electrical activities are more complex, and the changing of energy is obvious. In addition, the response of electrical activity and Hamilton energy is much dependent on the changing of amplitude A, B when the external high-low frequency signal is imposed on the neuron, meanwhile, the energy of bursting state is lower than the one of spiking state. 19Robust secure transmission for multiuser MISO systems with probabilistic QoS constraints显示文摘This paper considers a unicast multiuser multiple-input single-output(MISO) downlink system overheard by multiple single-antenna eavesdroppers. The objective is to jointly design the beamforming vectors and the artificial noise(AN) covariance matrix with imperfect channel state information(CSI) at the transmitter,such that the total transmit power is minimized while satisfying probabilistic quality of service(Qo S) constraints at legitimate users and the eavesdroppers. Using Bernstein-type inequalities and the S-procedure, we recast the non-convex power minimization problem as two different convex semidefinite programs(SDPs) which can be solved using interior-point methods. 20Pathways related to PMA-differentiated THP1 human monocytic leukemia cells revealed by RNA-Seq显示文摘Previous analyses have reported that the human monocytic cell line THP1 can be differentiated into cells with macrophage-like characteristics by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate(PMA). However, little is known about the mechanism responsible for regulating this differentiation process. Here, we performed high-throughput RNA-Seq analysis to investigate the genes differently expressed in THP1 cells treated with and without PMA and examined those that may be responsible for the PMA-induced differentiation of monocytes into macrophages. We found 3,000 genes to be differentially expressed after PMA treatment. Gene ontology analysis revealed that genes related to cellular processes and regulation of biological processes were significantly enriched. KEGG analysis also demonstrated that the differentially expressed genes(DEGs) were significantly enriched in the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and phagosome pathway. Importantly, we reveal an important role of the PI3K/AKT pathway in PMA-induced THP1 cell differentiation. The identified DEGs and pathways may facilitate further study of the detailed molecular mechanisms of THP1 differentiation.
