1A review of fundamental factors affecting diesel PM oxidation behaviors显示文摘Diesel particulate matter(DPF) is usually employed to meet the stringent regulations on particulate matter(PM) emissions for diesel engine. To resolve the DPF regeneration problem, comprehensive information about the factors influencing PM oxidation behaviors must be understood. Large amounts of factors related to PM oxidation activity have been investigated, however, some relations are still ambiguous. This paper reviews the factors related to PM oxidation activity that the factors are divided into the engine-correlated and engine-uncorrelated factors. The methods with both advantages and disadvantages to test the oxidation behaviors are introduced. The microstructure and ingredient being fundamental factors affecting PM oxidation behaviors are as the principle line to correlate PM oxidation behaviors and engine-correlated factors. The relations of engine-correlated factors with oxidation behaviors are obtained though advanced technologies that are mutual complementation. The engine-uncorrelated factors are also reviewed that these factors are vital to oxidation activity changes. 4Gas accumulation conditions and key technologies for exploration & development of Sulige gasfield显示文摘Up to now,the Sulige area in Ordos Basin has the favorable exploration area of 55×10^(3) km^(2),the total reserve of natural gas of nearly 6×10^(12) m^(3) and the proven reserve(including basic proven reserve)of 4.77×10^(12) m^(3),where the annual production of natural gas reaches 23×10^(9) m^(3),and the Sulige gasfield is the largest onshore natural gas field in China.The pay zone of the Sulige gasfield mainly is Member 8 of Shihezi Formation and Member 1 of Shanxi Formation of Permian which belong to the typical tight sandstone gas reservoir.The coal measure strata in Carboniferous Benxi Formation,Permian Taiyuan Formation and Shanxi Formation provide abundant gas sources for the Gulige gas reservoirs.An open-flow sedimentary model of lacustrine delta is developed,the gentle bottom,sand supply from multisource,strong hydrodynamic force and multi-period superposition control the distribution of largearea reservoir sand body.Lithology of the reservoir is the sandstone of the fluvial-delta facies,the physical property is poor and the heterogeneity is strong,the average porosity ranges from 4%to 12%and the average permeability varies from 0.01 to 1 mD.The gas reservoir is characterized by wide hydrocarbon generation,pervasive hydrocarbon charging,short-range migration and massive accumulation.The pressure coefficient of the gas reservoir ranges from 0.62 to 0.90,indicating the low-pressure gas reservoir,and the single-well yield is low.Full digital seismic technique in the desert area,nonlongitudinal seismic technique in the loess plateau,accurate logging evaluation technique,tight sand reservoir stimulation technology and horizontal well development technology are key technologies for exploration and development of Sulige gasfield.Jinhua Fu Liyong Fan Xinshe Liu Daojun Huang 2018Petroleum Research2018,3,2:3
5Progress of Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astrophysics(JUNA)显示文摘Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astrophysics(JUNA) will take the advantage of the ultra-low background of CJPL lab and high current accelerator based on an ECR source and a highly sensitive detector to directly study for the first time a number of crucial reactions occurring at their relevant stellar energies during the evolution of hydrostatic stars. In its first phase, JUNA aims at the direct measurements of^(25)Mg(p,γ)^(26)Al,^(19)F(p,α)^(16)O,^(13)C(α,n)^(16)O and ^(12)C(α,γ)^(16)O reactions. The experimental setup,which includes an accelerator system with high stability and high intensity, a detector system, and a shielding material with low background, will be established during the above research. 7Safety of endovascular therapy for symptomatic intracranial artery stenosis:a national prospective registry显示文摘Introduction The safety outcomes of endovascular therapy for intracranial artery stenosis in a real-world stetting are largely unknown.The Clinical Registration Trial of Intracranial Stenting for Patients with Symptomatic Intracranial Artery Stenosis(CRTICAS)was a prospective,multicentre,real-world registry designed to assess these outcomes and the impact of centre experience.Methods 1140 severe,symptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis(ICAS)patients treated with endovascular therapy were included from 26 centres,further divided into three groups according to the annual centre volume of intracranial angioplasty and stent placement procedures over 2 years:(1)high volume for≥25 cases/year;(2)moderate volume for 10–25 cases/year and(3)low volume for<10 cases/year.Results The rate of 30-day stroke,transient ischaemic attack or death was 9.7%(111),with 5.4%,21.1%and 9.7%in high-volume,moderate-volume and low-volume centres,respectively(p<0.05).Multivariable logistic regression confirmed high-volume centres had a significantly lower primary endpoint compared with moderate-volume centres(OR=0.187,95%CI:0.056 to 0.627;p≤0.0001),while moderate-volume and low-volume centres showed no significant difference(p=0.8456).Conclusion Compared with the preceding randomised controlled trials,this real-world,prospective,multicentre registry shows a lower complication rate of endovascular treatment for symptomatic ICAS.Non-uniform utilisation in endovascular technology,institutional experience and patient selection in different volumes of centres may have an impact on overall safety of this treatment.Yabing Wang Tao Wang Adam Andrew Dmytriw Kun Yang Liqun Jiao Huaizhang Shi Jie Lu Tianxiao Li Yujie Huang Zhenwei Zhao Wei Wu Jieqing Wan Qinjian Sun Bo Hong Yongli Li Liyong Zhang Jianfeng Chu Qiong Cheng Yiling Cai Pengfei Wang Qi Luo Hua Yang Baijing Dong Yang Zhang Jun Zhao Zuoquan Chen Wei Li Xiaoxin Bai Weiwen He Xueli Cai Maimai Ti Osama O Zaidat 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,2:3
8A High-Capacity Ammonium Vanadate Cathode for Zinc-Ion Battery显示文摘Given the advantages of being abundant in resources,environmental benign and highly safe,rechargeable zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs)enter the global spotlight for their potential utilization in large-scale energy storage.Despite their preliminary success,zinc-ion storage that is able to deliver capacity>400 mAh g^-1 remains a great challenge.Here,we demonstrate the viability of NH4V4O10(NVO)as high-capacity cathode that breaks through the bottleneck of ZIBs in limited capacity.The first-principles calculations reveal that layered NVO is a good host to provide fast Zn^2+ions diffusion channel along its[010]direction in the interlayer space.On the other hand,to further enhance Zn^2+ion intercalation kinetics and long-term cycling stability,a three-dimensional(3D)flower-like architecture that is self-assembled by NVO nanobelts(3D-NVO)is rationally designed and fabricated through a microwave-assisted hydrothermal method.As a result,such 3D-NVO cathode possesses high capacity(485 mAh g^-1)and superior long-term cycling performance(3000 times)at 10 A g^-1(~50 s to full discharge/charge).Additionally,based on the excellent 3D-NVO cathode,a quasi-solid-state ZIB with capacity of 378 mAh g^-1is developed.Qifei Li Xianhong Rui Dong Chen Yuezhan Feng Ni Xiao Liyong Gan Qi Zhang Yan Yu Shaoming Huang 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,5:2

10Brugada syndrome:a fatal disease with complex genetic etiologies–still a long way to go显示文摘Brugada syndrome(BrS)is an arrhythmogenic disorder which was first described in 1992.This disease is a channelopathy characterized by ST-segment elevations in the right precordial leads and is susceptible to sudden death.BrS is a fatal disease with gender and age preferences.It occurs mainly in young male subjects with a structurally normal heart and silently progresses to sudden death with no significant symptoms.The prevalence of BrS has been reported in the ranges of 5-20 per 10000 people.The disease is more prevalent in Asia.Nowadays,numerous variations in 23 genes have been linked to BrS since the first gene SCN5A has been associated with BrS in 1998.Not only can clinical specialists apply these discoveries in risk assessment,diagnosis and personal medicine,but also forensic pathologists can make full use of these variations to conduct death cause identification.However,despite the progress in genetics,these associated genes can only account for approximately 35%of the BrS cases while the etiology of the remaining BrS cases is still unexplained.In this review,we discussed the prevalence,the genes associated with BrS and the application of molecular autopsy in forensic pathology.We also summarized the present obstacles,and provided a new insight into the genetic basis of BrS.Yeda Wu Mei Ai Adham Sameer A.Bardeesi Lunwu Xu Jingjing Zheng Da Zheng Kun Yin Qiuping Wu Liyong Zhang Lei Huang Jianding Cheng 2017Forensic Sciences Research2017,2,3:1

13The telomere-to-telomere gap-free reference genome of wild blueberry (Vaccinium duclouxii) provides its high soluble sugar and anthocyanin accumulation显示文摘Vaccinium duclouxii,endemic to southwestern China,is a berry-producing shrub or small tree belonging to the Ericaceae family,with high nutritive,medicinal,and ornamental value,abundant germplasm resources,and good edible properties.In addition,V.duclouxii exhibits strong tolerance to adverse environmental conditions,making it a promising candidate for research and offering wide-ranging possibilities for utilization.However,the lack of V.duclouxii genome sequence has hampered its development and utilization.Here,a high-quality telomere-to-telomere genome sequence of V.duclouxii was de novo assembled and annotated.All of 12 chromosomes were assembled into gap-free single contigs,providing the highest integrity and quality assembly reported so far for blueberry.The V.duclouxii genome is 573.67 Mb,which encodes 41953 protein-coding genes.Combining transcriptomics and metabolomics analyses,we have uncovered the molecular mechanisms involved in sugar and acid accumulation and anthocyanin biosynthesis in V.duclouxii.This provides essentialmolecular information for further research on the quality of V.duclouxii.Moreover,the high-quality telomere-to-telomere assembly of the V.duclouxii genome will provide insights into the genomic evolution of Vaccinium and support advancements in blueberry genetics and molecular breeding.Tuo Zeng Zhijiao He Jiefang He Wei Lv Shixiang Huang Jiawen Li Liyong Zhu Shuang Wan Wanfei Zhou Zhengsong Yang Yatao Zhang Chong Luo Jiawei He Caiyun Wang Liangsheng Wang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,11:0

15The forensic pathological analysis of sport-related sudden cardiac death in Southern China显示文摘Studies regarding sport-related sudden cardiac death(SCD)mainly focus on competitive ath-letes;similar data are rare in the general population,especially in China.We conducted a retrospective study(from September 1998 to August 2013)to investigate the aetiological distribution and epidemiological features of sport-related SCD in Southern China.Selections of cases are based on details,and two subgroups were established:one was the sport-related SCD group,and the other was the disease-free accident victims group which was matched with the sport-related SCD group in gender,age and year of death.Among the 3770 sudden-death cases,1656 cases were SCD cases.A total of 65 cases(57 males)out of 1656 SCD cases were sport-related.The age range of the 65 sport-related SCD cases was from 12 to 68 years old with a mean(35.92±14.23)years old.Only two of these cases were competitive athletes.The most common circumstances of the 65 sport-related SCD cases were heavy physical labour(46.15%)and running(30.77%).The three leading forensic diag-noses were the coronary atherosclerotic disease(CAD,28 cases),cardiomyopathy(CM,14 cases)and sudden unexplained death(7 cases).CM was the most common forensic diagno-sis in those?35 years old,while CAD was the most common one in those>35 years old.Left anterior descending in which atherosclerotic plaques was most commonly found was the principal artery branch associated with sport-related SCD.There was a statistically signifi-cant difference in the weight of hearts between the 65 sport-related SCD cases and 65 dis-eases-free accidental cases.This study highlights the need to attract public attention to sport-related SCD and to issue a prevention strategy to the public,and to make the SCD-related genetic sequencing a routine tool in both forensic pathological examination and clinic screening.Yeda Wu Mei Ai Adham Sameer A.Bardeesi Liyong Zhang Qiuping Wu Kun Yin Jingjing Zheng Da Zheng Lei Huang Lunwu Xu Jianding Cheng 2020Forensic Sciences Research2020,5,1:0

According to the current development of numerical control machining, the optimization of the interpolation technology for arcs is proposed,[1] and the improvement is proposed in the original feeding mode which not only improves the calculation speed of the interpolation, but also improves the processing efflciency.
