Temperature field distribution of burnt surrounding rock in UCG stope显示文摘In order to study temperature field distribution in burnt surrounding rock and to determine ranges of burnt surrounding rock, coal-wall coking cycle and heat influence in the underground coal gasification(UCG) stope, based on the Laplace transform and inversion formula, we studied the temperature analytical solution of one-dimensional unsteady heat conduction for multi-layer overlying strata under the first and the forth kinds of boundary conditions, and we also carried out a numerical simulation of twodimensional unsteady heat conduction by the COMSOL multiphysics. The results show that when the boundary temperature of surrounding rock has a linear decrease because of a directional movement of heat source in the UCG flame working face, the temperature in surrounding rock increases first and then decreases with time, the peak of temperature curve decreases gradually and its position moves inside surrounding rock from the boundary. In the surrounding rock of UCG stope, there is an envelope curve of temperature curve clusters. We analyzed the influence of thermophysical parameters on envelope curves and put forward to take envelope curve as the calculation basis for ranges of burnt surrounding rock, coal-wall coking cycle and heat influence. Finally, the concrete numerical values are given by determining those judgement standards and temperature thresholds, which basically tally with the field geophysical prospecting results. | Xin Lin Wang Zuotang Huang Wengang Kang Guojun Lu Xuefeng Zhang Peng Wang Jianhua | 2014 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2014,24,4: | 10
Impending HRT wave precursors to the Wenchuan M_s8.0 earthquake and methods of earthquake impending prediction by using HRT wave显示文摘We deployed four geo-electric monitoring stations in Sichuan and Yunnan provinces from 2004, using the new generation of equipment (PS-100) and technologies to capture the HRT wave earthquake precursor. Before the Wenchuan Ms8.0 earthquake, we recorded the HRT wave precursor at the only operating station in Hongge (HG, Δ=465 km) and found that significant impending signal had been recorded at the station in the early morning ( 0―5 am) of 12th of May, 2008. The precursor for this earthquake is consistent with precursors recorded for other strong earthquakes. The measured physical properties (geo-resistivity and telluric-current) show tidal wave period oscillations from several days to several months before the earthquakes and the amplitude of such HT oscillation increases significantly towards the occurrence of an earthquake. These HT and RT waves from the epicenter have a causal relationship with the earthquakes that happened several days later. The arrival time of two RT waves is proportional to the distance from the station to the epicenter. The estimated natural decay of the amplitude is correlated with the natural period (T0) of the earthquake fault, which is proportional to the fault length. From this relationship, we can predict the earthquake magnitude. For magnitude 6―9 earthquakes, the natural period is about 1―6 hours. Such oscillation comes from the epicenter area and they can propagate several thousand kilometers in the Earth's crust. Before a strong earthquake in the shallow crust, the conductive pore fluid will experience major changes before the fault rapture. Such fluid change will emit an oscillation in the pore fluid pressure. This is the mechanism for the HRT wave generation. Since the China Earthquake Administration funded the HRT wave short-term earth-quake prediction project in 2003, the first record of HRT precursor wave has been recorded from the 2004-12-26 Sumatra Mw9.0 earthquake with the largest epicentre distance Δ=2900 km. Thereafter, we have captured HRT waves from more than twenty strong earthquakes, which are well-matched and show repeatability, consistency and regularity. All our observation with the HRT waves demonstrate that HRT wave precursors to earthquakes indeed exist. Strong earthquakes can be predicted and short-term and impending earthquake prediction is achievable in the very near future. From all the observations, including the ones at HG station from Wenchuan Ms8.0 earthquake, we conclude that using HRT wave to predict earthquakes is feasible. | QIAN FuYe ZHAO BiRu QIAN Wei ZHAO Jian HE ShiGen ZHANG HongKui LI ShiYu LI ShaoKun YAN GuLiang WANG ChengMin SUN ZhenKai ZHANG DongNing LU Jun ZHANG Ping YANG GuoJun SUN JiaLin GUO ChunSheng TANG YuXiong XU JianMing XIA KunTao JU Hang YIN BangHong LI Ming YANG DongSheng QI WeiLuo HE TaiMing GUAN HuaPing ZHAO YuLin | 2009 | Science China Earth Sciences2009,52,10: | 8
Research and Evaluation on Key Technological Indicators for Airborne and Shipborne Gravimetry显示文摘Gravimetry technical guides are the scientific basis for air-sea gravimetry. However, the existing technical guides in China are behind the application requirements. This study analyzed the most important indicators of air-sea gravimetry, including the density of survey lines, gravimetry accuracy and space resolution, stability and reliability of the air-sea gravimeter, and proposed a gravimetry accuracy assessment system consisting of gravity RMS of error, systematic error and mean error, and an assessment system for the gravimeter stability consisting of the relative accuracy of the scale value, monthly zero-drift, RMS of the monthly nonlinear zero-drift variation and the threshold of the monthly nonlinear zero-drift variation. The mathematic models for the measurement point determination in shipborne gravimetry, E tv s correction for airborne gravimetry, platform tilt correction and evaluation air-sea gravimetry were also analyzed and modified. This work will provide technology support for the composition of the military-civil air-sea gravimetry technical guides. | Motao HUANG Kailiang DENG Taiqi WU Xiuping LU Guojun ZHAI Yongzhong OUYANG Xin CHEN Min LIU | 2019 | Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2019,2,3: | 6
Rational development of a human antibody cocktail that deploys multiple functions to confer Pan-SARS-CoVs protection显示文摘Structural principles underlying the composition and synergistic mechanisms of protective monoclonal antibody cocktails are poorly defined. Here,we exploited antibody cooperativity to develop a therapeutic antibody cocktail against SARS-CoV-2.On the basis of our previously identified humanized cross-neutralizing antibody H014,we systematically an a lyzed a fully human n aive antibody library and rationally identified a potent neutralizing antibody partner,P17,which confers effective protection in animal model.Cryo-EM studies dissected the nature of the P17 epitope, which is SARS-CoV-2 specific and distinctly different from that of HOI4.High-resolution structure of the SARS-CoV-2 spike in complex with HOM and P17,together with functional investigations revealed that in a two-antibody cocktail, synergistic neutralization was achieved by S1 shielding and conformational locking, thereby blocking receptor attachment and viral membrane fusion, conferring high potency as well as robustness against viral mutation escape.Furthermore, cluster analysis identified a hypothetical 3rd antibody partner for further reinforcing the cocktail as pan-SARS-CoVs therapeutics. | Hangping Yao Yao Sun Yong-Qiang Deng Nan Wang Yongcong Tan Na-Na Zhang Xiao-Feng Li Chao Kong Yan-Peng Xuc Qi Chen Tian-Shu Cao Hui Zhao Xintian Yan Lei Cao Zhe Lv Dandan Zhu Rui Feng Nanping Wu Wenhai Zhang Yuhao Hu Keda Chen Rong-Rong Zhang Qingyu Lv Shihui Sun Yunhua Zhou Run Yan Guan Yang Xinglu Chanjuan Liu Xiangyun Lu Linfang Cheng Hongying Qiu Xing-Yao Huang Tianhao Weng Danrong Shi Weidong Jiang Junbin Shao Lei Wang Jie Zhang Tao Jiang Guojun Lang Cheng-Feng Qinc Lanjuan Li Xiangxi Wang | 2021 | Cell Research2021,31,1: | 5

Sin1/mTORC2 regulate B cell growth and metabolism by activating mTORC1 and Myc显示文摘Proper control of B cell growth and metabolism is crucial for B-cell-mediated immunity, but the underlying molecular mechanisms remain incompletely understood. In this study,Sin1,a key component of mTOR complex 2(mTORC2),specifically regulates B cell growth and metabolism.Genetic ablation of Sin1 in B cells reduces the cell size at either the transitional stage or upon antigen stimulation and severely impairs metabolism.Sin1 deficiency also severely impairs B-cell proliferation, antibody responses, and anti-viral immunity. At the molecular level,Sin1 controls the expression and stability of the c-Myc protein and maintains the activity of mTORC1 through the Akt-dependent inactivation of GSK3 and TSC1/2,respectively.Therefore,our study reveals a novel and specific role for Sin1 in coordinating the activation of mTORC2 and mTORC1 to control B cell growth and metabolism. | Man Li Adam S.Lazorchak Xinxing Ouyang Huihui Zhang Hongzhi Liu Omotooke A.Arojo Lichong Yan Jingsi Jin Yuheng Han Guojun Qu Yuhong Fu Xiaocao Xu Xiaobo Liu Wenqian Zhang Zhengfeng Yang Chuan Ruan Qijun Wang Dou Liu Chuanxin Huang Lu Lu Shibo Jiang Fubin Li Bing Su | 2019 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,9: | 4
Degradation of PCDD/Fs in MSWI fly ash using a microwave-assisted hydrothermal process显示文摘In this work, microwave treatment was introduced to a hydrothermal treatment process to degrade PCDD/Fs(Polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans)in municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI)fly ash.Three process additives(NaOH,Na2 HPO4,H2 O),temperatures(150℃,185℃,220℃)and reaction times(1 h,2 h,3 h)were investigated to identify their effect on the disposal of fly ash samples through orthogonal experiments.High-resolution gas chromatography–mass spectrometry(HRGC/MS)was applied to determine the PCDD/F concentrations in MSWI fly ash.The experimental results revealed that 83.7%of total PCDD/Fs was degraded.Reaction temperature was the most important factor for the degradation of the total PCDD/Fs.Both direct destruction and chlorination reactions(the chlorination degree of PCDFs increased)took part in the degradation of PCDD/Fs in fly ash, which was a new discovery.Several PCDD/F indexes determined by the concentration of indicative congeners were found to quantitatively characterize the dioxin toxicity of the fly ash.Furthermore, heavy metals in the fly ash sample were solidified using microwave-assisted hydrothermal treatment, which provided an experimental basis for the simultaneous disposal of dioxins and heavy metals. Thus, the microwave-assisted hydrothermal process should be considered for the future disposal of MSWI fly ash. | Qili Qiu Xuguang Jiang Guojun Lü Zhiliang Chen Shengyong Lu Mingjiang Ni Jianhua Yan Xiaobing Deng | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,7: | 3
Induced regulatory T cells suppress Tel cells through TGF-β signaling to ameliorate STZ-induced type 1 diabetes mellitus显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1D)is a chronic autoimmune condition in which the immune system destroys insulin-producing pancreatic β cells. In addition to well-established pathogenic effector T cells, regulatory T cells(Tregs)have also been shown to be defective in T1D.Thus,an increasing number of therapeutic approaches are being developed to target Tregs. However, the role and mechanisms of TGF-β-induced Tregs(iTregs)in T1D remain poorly understood. Here, using a streptozotocin(STZ)-induced preclinical T1D mouse model,we found that iTregs could ameliorate the development of T1D and preserve β cell function. The preventive effect was associated with the inhibition of type 1 cytotoxic T(Tel)cell function and rebalancing the Treg/Tc1 cell ratio in recipients.Furthermore,we showed that the underlying mechanisms were due to the TGF-β-mediated combinatorial actions of mTOR and TCF1.In addition to the preventive role, the therapeutic effects of iTregs on the established STZ-T1D and nonobese diabetic(NOD)mouse models were tested, which revealed improved β cell function. Our findings therefore provide key new insights into the basic mechanisms involved in the therapeutic role of iTregs in T1D. | Li Zhou Xuemin He Peihong Cai Ting Li Rongdong Peng Junlong Dang Yue Li Haicheng Li Feng Huang Guojun Shi Chichu Xie Yan Lu Yanming Chen | 2021 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,3: | 3
Effect of the exposure to suspended solids on the enzymatic activity in the bivalve Sinonovacula constricta显示文摘Aquatic animals are susceptible to sudden changes of their living environment but they adopt strategies to cope with adverse environmental challenges.Contamination by suspended solids, often associated with a dramatic change in the concentrations of important water-quality variables is a frequent occurrence in China's coastal waters and estuaries. Here we studied the impact of suspended solids on the activities of the antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT),as well as adenosine triphosphates(including Na^(+)K^(+)-ATPase,Mg^(++)-ATPase,Ca^(++)-ATPase)and H^(+)K^(+)-ATPase in the gills and visceral mass tissues of the molluscan bivalve Sinonovacula constricta exposed(4,8,12,16,20,and 24 days)to various concentrations of suspended solids. Our results showed that the antioxidant enzymes cooperated closely to effectively scavenge superoxide anion free radicals and H2O2(which can ultimately inhibit gill activity)through the modification of SOD and/or CAT enzymatic activities.ATPases activity(considered to be a sensitive indicator of toxicity)could play an effective role in the maintenance of functional integrity of the plasma membranes as well as some other intracellular functions. After the exposure,a decrease in the Nat K^(+)-ATPase,Mg^(++)-ATPase,and Ca^(++)-ATPase activity of the gills was observed suggesting that they were inhibited by the treatments. These results also indicated that, from day 4 to day 16,exposure to high concentrations of suspended solids had an inhibitory effect on the activity of H^(+)-K^(+)-ATPase in the visceral mass of S.constricta.However,after a period of adaptation the H^(+)-K^(+)-ATPase activity was restored to original levels. Our results suggest that long-term exposure to high levels of suspended solids disturb osmoregulation, gastric acid secretion and digestion, cause oxidative damage,as a consequence of antioxidant enzymes inactivation which eventually damages the gills, affect the food intake and transformation, ultimately resulting in systems failure and eventually death. | Guojun Yang Lun Song Xiaoqian Lu Nianbin Wang Yang Li | 2017 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2017,2,1: | 3
Seasonal Variation of Environmental Variables and Phytoplankton Community Structure and Their Relationship in Liaodong Bay of Bohai Sea,China显示文摘In this paper, systematic studies on the changes in concentrations of the environmental factors and the net-phytoplankton community, and the relationship between them in the Liaodong Bay, Bohai Sea during 2013 are presented. The PCA results showed that higher levels of nutrients and dissolved heavy metals in the river-estuary-bay system were closely related to the river runoff. Since the influences of industrial and anthropogenic activities, the Liaodong Bay coastal areas are facing a huge environmental challenge of nutrients and heavy metal pollution. Net-phytoplankton community structure showed obvious seasonal succession, among which the dominant and(or) key species were the main factors affecting community structure change and stability. Under certain environmental conditions, the dominant species and(or) key species dominated the phytoplankton community structure succession. The Bio-ENV results suggested that the seawater temperature, nutrient, Cu, Pb, Zn, and Cd in Liaodong Bay are important environmental variables that affect the phytoplankton community structure. Anthropogenic activities have significantly contributed to the changes in concentrations of environmental factors and the net-phytoplankton community structure and stability, and the relationship between them. | YANG Guojun WU Zhongxin SONG Lun LU Xiaoqian | 2018 | Journal of Ocean University of China2018,17,4: | 3
Genome-wide association study and transcriptome analysis reveal new QTL and candidate genes for nitrogen-deficiency tolerance in rice显示文摘The development of rice cultivars with improved nitrogen use efficiency(NUE)is desirable for sustainable agriculture.Achieving this goal depends in part on understanding how rice responds to low soil nitrogen(N)and identifying causative genes underlying this trait. To identify quantitative trait loci(QTL)or genes associated with low N response,we conducted a genome-wide association study(GWAS)using a diverse panel of 230 rice accessions and performed a transcriptomic investigation of rice accessions with differential responses to low N stress at two N levels. We detected 411 GWAS-associated genes in 5 QTL and 2722 differentially expressed genes in response to low N,of which 24 were identified by both methods and ranked according to gene annotations, literature queries, gene expression, and genetic diversity analysis. The large-scale datasets obtained from this study reveal low N-responsive characteristics and provide insights towards understanding the regulatory mechanisms of N-deficiency tolerance in rice, and the candidate genes or QTL would be valuable resources for increasing rice NUE via molecular biotechnology. | Qing Li Xueli Lu Changjian Wang Lan Shen Liping Dai Jinli He Long Yang Peiyuan Li Yifeng Hong Qiang Zhang Guojun Dong Jiang Hu Guangheng Zhang Deyong Ren Zhenyu Gao Longbiao Guo Qian Qian Li Zhu Dali Zeng | 2022 | The Crop Journal2022,10,4: | 3
Long-term variations of X-ray pulse profiles for the Crab pulsar:data analysis and modeling显示文摘The pulse profiles of the Crab pulsar(as well as some other pulsars)vary with time. They can lead to a major source of intrinsic timing noise, which lacks a detailed physical model. The phase separation?between the first left peak(P1)and the second right peak(P2)is a key parameter that shows the variations of pulse profiles for the Crab pulsar. It was found that the evolution of?has a tendency with increasing rates of 0.82?±0.25?,0.80?±0.54?,and 0.77?±0.28?per century for the 2-6,6-15,and15-60 ke V bands, respectively.Furthermore, the flux ratios(P2/P1)of X-ray pulse profiles in the three bands were calculated, and the derived flux ratios were consistent with the radio and X-ray measurements of the Insight-HXMT.In addition to discovering the physical origin of the pulse changes, the high-SNR X-ray pulse profiles were simulated in the annular gap model, and two model parameters(e.g.,the maximum emission heights of the two peaks)were observed to slightly affect the variations of peak separation. We fitted the long-term variations of emission heights of the two peaks and discovered that the emission heights showed increasing tendencies with time.Variations of these emission heights induced a characteristic period derivative, and a complete formula for both the magnetic dipole radiation and wind-particle-induced variations of the moment of inertia was used for the pulsar’s spin-down to obtain the variation rate˙αof the magnetic inclination angle, which was-1.60?per century.Intrinsic timing noise is observed to be mainly induced by the variations of pulse profiles, which might correlate with a characteristic spin period derivative arising from the fluctuations of the emission regions. This work will lay a foundation for understanding the origin of intrinsic timing noise and making high-precision timing models in the future. | LunHua Shang YuanJie Du XiangQun Cui ShiJun Dang JiGuang Lu JunTao Bai QiJun Zhi YouLi Tuo LinLi Yan LiangWei Huang XinYuan Zhang XiaoMin Bei QingQing Lin GuoJun Qiao Hua Shen RiHong Zhu | 2020 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2020,63,10: | 2
Characteristics of black carbon aerosol in Jiaxing,China during autumn 2013显示文摘We conducted measurements of black carbon(BC) aerosol in Jiaxing,China during autumn from September 26 to November 30,2013.We investigated temporal and diurnal variations of BC,and its correlations with meteorological parameters and other major pollutants. Results showed that hourly mass concentrations of BC ranged from 0.2 to 22.0 μg/m^3,with an average of 5.1 μg/m^3.The diurnai variation of BC exhibited a bimodal distribution, with peaks at 07:00 and 18:00.The morning peak was larger than the evening peak. The mass percentages of BC in PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) were 7.1%and 4.8%,respectively.The absorption coefficient of BC was calculated to be 44.4 Mm^(-1),which accounted for 11.1%of the total aerosol extinction.BC was mainly emitted from local sources in southwestern Jiaxing where BC concentrations were generally greater than 11 μg/m^3 during the measurement period.Correlation analysis indicated that the main sources of BC were motor vehicle exhaust, and domestic and industrial combustion. | Lijuan Shen Li Li Sheng Lu Xiaohan Zhang Jie Liu Junlin An Guojun Zhang Bo Wu Fei Wang | 2015 | Particuology2015,13,3: | 2

Bacteroides ovatus-mediated CD27^(−)MAIT cell activation is associated with obesity-related T2D progression显示文摘Type 2 diabetes(T2D)is highly associated with obesity. However, the factors that drive the transition from excessive weight gain to glucose metabolism disruption are still uncertain and seem to revolve around systemic immune disorder.Mucosal-associated invariant T(MAIT)cells, which are innate-like T cells that recognize bacterial metabolites, have been reported to be altered in obese people and to lead to metabolic dysfunction during obesity.By studying the immunophenotypes of blood MAIT cells from a cross-sectional cohort of obese participants with/without T2D,we found an elevation in CD27^(-)negative(CD27−)MAIT cells producing a high level of IL-17 under T2D obese conditions, which could be positively correlated with impaired glucose metabolism in obese people. We further explored microbial translocation caused by gut barrier dysfunction in obese people as a triggering factor of MAIT cell abnormalities.Specifically, accumulation of the bacterial strain Bacteroides ovatus in the peripheral blood drove IL-17^(-)producing CD27−MAIT cell expansion and could be associated with T2D risk in obese individuals.Overall, these results suggest that an aberrant gut microbiota–immune axis in obese people may drive or exacerbate T2D.Importantly,CD27−MAIT cell subsets and Bacteroides ovatus could represent targets for novel interventional strategies. Our findings extend current knowledge regarding the clinical relevance of body mass index(BMI)-associated variation in circulating MAIT cells to reveal the role of these cells in obesity-related T2D progression and the underlying cellular mechanisms. | Yue Li Yi Yang Jin Wang Peihong Cai Mei Li Xixiang Tang Ying Tan Yuchan Wang Fan Zhang Xiaofeng Wen Qiaoxing Liang Yuanpeng Nie Tufeng Chen Xiang Peng Xuemin He Yanhua Zhu Guojun Shi Wai WCheung Lai Wei Yanming Chen Yan Lu | 2022 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2022,19,7: | 2
