| 1 | Hydrocarbon accumulation conditions and key exploration and development technologies for PL 19-3 oilfield显示文摘The PL 19e3 Oilfield is the only super-large monolithic oilfield with oil and gas reserves up to 1×10^(9) t in the Bohai Bay Basin,and it has been successfully developed.Exploration and development practices have provided abundant data for analyzing formation conditions of this super-large oilfield.On the basis of the exploration and development history,fundamental reservoir features,and with available geological,geophysical and test data,the hydrocarbon accumulation conditions and key exploration&development technologies of the PL 19e3 Oilfield were discussed.The key conditions for forming the super-large Neogene oilfield include four aspects.Firstly,the oilfield is located at the high position of the uplift that contacts the brachy-axis of the multi-ridge slope in the biggest hydrocarbon-rich sag in the Bohai Bay Basin,thus it has sufficient hydrocarbon source and extremely superior hydrocarbon migration condition.Secondly,the large-scale torsional anticlines which formed in the Neogene under the control of the Tanlu strike-slipping movement provide sufficient storage spaces for oil and gas preservation.Thirdly,the“multiple sets of composite reservoir-caprock assemblages”developing in the special shallow-water delta further contributes greatly to the effective storage space for oil and gas preservation.Fourthly,due to the coupling of the uplift and strike slip in the neotectonic period,extensive faulting activities constantly released the pressure while the late period massive hydrocarbon expulsion of the Bozhong took place at the same time,which assures the constant and intense charging of oil and gas.The super-large PL 19e3 Oilfield was controlled by the coupling effects of all those special geologic factors.In view of this oilfield's features(e.g.violently reformation caused by strike slip,and the special sedimentary environment of shallow-water delta),some key practical technologies for exploration and development have been developed.Such technologies include:the special prestack depth migration processing for gas cloud zones,the prediction of thin interbed reservoirs based on high-precision inversion of geologic model,the reservoir description for the shallow-water braided river delta,the quantitative description for remaining oil in the commingled oil reservoirs with wide well spacing and long well interval,and the well pattern adjustment for formations during high water cut period in the complex fluvial-facies oilfields. | Yong'an Xue Yunhua Deng Deying Wang Haifeng Yang Dingyou Lv Kai Kang | 2019 | Petroleum Research2019,4,1: | 3 |

| 4 | Recent genome duplications facilitate the phenotypic diversity of Hb repertoire in the Cyprinidae显示文摘Whole-genome duplications(WGDs)are an important contributor to phenotypic innovations in evolutionary history.The diversity of blood oxygen transport traits is the perfect reflection of physiological versatility for evolutionary success among vertebrates.In this study,the evolutionary changes of hemoglobin(Hb)repertoire driven by the recent genome duplications were detected in representative Cyprinidae fish,including eight diploid and four tetraploid species.Comparative genomic analysis revealed a substantial variation in both membership composition and intragenomic organization of Hb genes in these species.Phylogenetic reconstruction analyses were conducted to characterize the evolutionary history of these genes.Data were integrated with the expression profiles of the genes during ontogeny.Our results indicated that genome duplications facilitated the phenotypic diversity of the Hb gene family;each was associated with species-specific changes in gene content via gene loss and fusion after genome duplications.This led to repeated evolutionary transitions in the ontogenic regulation of Hb gene expression.Our results revealed that genome duplications helped to generate phenotypic changes in Cyprinidae Hb systems. | Yi Lei Liandong Yang Haifeng Jiang Juan Chen Ning Sun Wenqi Lv Shunping He | 2021 | Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,7: | 2 |

| 7 | Two-dimensional bipolar magnetic semiconductors with high Curie-temperature and electrically controllable spin polarization realized in exfoliated Cr(pyrazine)_(2) monolayers显示文摘Exploring two-dimensional(2D)magnetic semiconductors with room-temperature magnetic ordering and electrically controllable spin-polarization is a highly desirable but challenging task for nano-spintronics.Here,through first-principles calculations,we propose to realize such a material by exfoliating the recently synthesized organometallic layered crystal Li0.7[Cr(pyz)_(2)]Cl0.7·0.25(THF)(pyz=pyrazine,THF=tetrahydrofuran).The feasibility of exfoliation is confirmed by the rather low exfoliation energy of 0.27 J m^(−2),even smaller than that of graphite.In exfoliated Cr(pyz)_(2)monolayers,each pyrazine ring grabs one electron from the Cr atom to become a radical anion,and then a strong d-p direct-exchange magnetic interaction emerges between Cr cations and pyrazine radicals,resulting in room-temperature ferrimagnetism with a Curie temperature of 342 K.Moreover,the Cr(pyz)_(2)monolayer is revealed to be an intrinsic bipolar magnetic semiconductor where electrical doping can induce half-metallic conduction with controllable spin-polarization direction. | Xiangyang Li Haifeng Lv Xiaofeng Liu Tong Jin Xiaojun Wu Xingxing Li Jinlong Yang | 2021 | Science China Chemistry2021,64,12: | 1 |

| 12 | Identification and phylogenetic analysis of two canine coronavirus strains显示文摘Canine coronavirus(CCoV),a member of the genus Alphocoronavirus,is an enveloped,single-stranded positive-sense RNA virus that responsible for gastroenteritis in dogs.In this study,two CCoV isolates were successfully propagated from 53 CCoV-positive clinical specimens by serial passaging in A-72 cells.These two strains,CCoV JS1706 and CCoV JS1712,caused cytopathic effects in A-72 cells.The sizes of virus plaque formed by them differed in early passages.Electron microscopy revealed a large quantity of typical coronavirus particles with 80-120 nm in diameter in cell culture media and cytoplasm of infected cells,in which they appeared as inclusion bodies.RT-PCR analysis of 5 gene indicated that these two isolates were belonged to CCoV lla subtype.Homology of RdRp,S,M and N proteins between the two strains were 100,99.6,99.2 and 100.0%,respectively,whereas they were 99.4-100%,83.1-95.2%,88.5-99.2% and 91.9-99.7%identity compared to CCoV II reference strains.Phylogenetic analysis of RdRp,S,M and N protein showed that they were closely related to CCoV II strains.These two subtype lla isolates will be useful for evaluating the pathogenesis and evolution of CCoV and for developing diagnostic reagents and vaccines. | Junji Gan Ye Tang Haifeng Lv Wenbin Xiong Xiaoyan Tian | 2021 | Animal Diseases2021,1,2: | 1 |

| 18 | High-performance piezoresistive sensors based on transfer-free large-area PdSe2 films for human motion and health care monitoring显示文摘Two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)are needed in highperformance piezoresistive sensors due to their strong strain-induced bandgap modification and thereby large gauge factors.However,integrating a conventional high-temperature chemical vapor deposition(CVD)-grown TMD with a flexible substrate necessitates a transfer process that inevitably degrades the sensing properties of the TMDs and increases the overall fabrication complexity.We present a high-performance piezoresistive strain sensor that employs largearea PdSe2 films grown directly on polyimide(PI)substrates via plasma-assisted selenization of a sputtered Pd film.The reliable strain transfer from the substrate to the PdSe2 film ensures an outstanding strain-sensing capability of the sensor.Specifically,the sensors have a gauge factor of up to315±2.1,a response time under 25 ms,a detection limit of 8×10^(-6),and an exceptional stability of over 104 loading–unloading cycles.By attaching the sensors to the skin surface,we demonstrate their application for measuring physiological parameters in health care monitoring,including motion,voice,and arterial pulse vibration.Furthermore,using the PdSe2 film sensor combined with deep learning technology,we achieved intelligent recognition of artery temperature from arterial pulse signals with only a 2%difference between predicted and actual temperatures.The excellent sensing performance,together with the advantages of low-temperature fabrication and simple device structure,make the PdSe2 film sensor promising for wearable electronics and health care sensing systems. | Rui Zhang Jie Lin Tao He Jiafang Wu Zhuojun Yang Liwen Liu Shaofeng Wen Yimin Gong Haifeng Lv Jing Zhang Yi Yin Fangjia Li Changyong Lan Chun Li | 2024 | InfoMat2024,6,1: | 0 |
