2Electron-transfer enhanced MoO2-Ni heterostructures as a highly efficient pH-universal catalyst for hydrogen evolution显示文摘Hydrogen is one of the most promising energy carriers to replace fossil fuels and electrolyzing water to produce hydrogen is a very effective method.However,designing highly active and stable non-precious metal hydrogen evolution electrocatalysts that can be used in universal pH is a huge challenge.Here,we have reported a simple strategy to develop a highly active and durable non-precious MoO2-Ni electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in a wide pH range.The MoO2-Ni catalyst exhibits a superior electrocatalytic performance with low overpotentials of 46,69,and 84 mV to reach-10 mA cm-2 in 1.0 M KOH,0.5 M H2SO4,and 1.0 M PBS electrolytes,respectively.At the same time,the catalyst also shows outstanding stability over a wide pH range.It is particularly noted that the catalytic performance of MoO2-Ni in alkaline solution is comparable to the highest performing catalysts reported.The outstanding HER performance is mainly attributed to the collective effect of the rational morphological design,electronic structure engineering,and strong interfacial coupling between MoO2 and Ni in heterojunctions.This work provides a viable method for the synthesis of inexpensive and efficient HER electrocatalysts for the use in wide pH ranges.Benzhi Wang Hexiu Huang Meilin Huang Puxuan Yan Tayirjan Taylor Isimjan Xiulin Yang 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,6:3

11Oxygen defect-rich double-layer hierarchical porous Co3O4 arrays as high-efficient oxygen evolution catalyst for overall water splitting显示文摘Construction of oxygen evolution electrocatalysts with abundant oxygen defects and large specific surface areas can significantly improve the conversion efficiency of overall water splitting.Herein,we adopt a controlled method to prepare oxygen defect-rich double-layer hierarchical porous Co3O4 arrays on nickel foam(DL-Co3O4/NF)for water splitting.The unique array-like structure,crystallinity,porosity,and chemical states have been carefully investigated through SEM,TEM,XRD,BET,and XPS techniques.The designated DL-Co3O4/NF has oxygen defects of up to 67.7%and a large BET surface area(57.4 m2g-1).Electrochemical studies show that the catalyst only requires an overpotential of 256 mV to reach 20 mA cm-2,as well as a small Tafel slope of 60.8 mV dec-1,which is far better than all control catalysts.Besides,the catalyst also demonstrates excellent overall water splitting performance in a two-electrode system and good long-term stability,far superior to most previously reported catalysts.Electrocatalytic mechanisms indicate that abundant oxygen vacancies provide more active sites and good conductivity.At the same time,the unique porous arrays facilitate electrolyte transport and gas emissions,thereby synergistically improving OER catalytic performance.Puxuan Yan Meilin Huang Benzhi Wang Zixia Wan Mancai Qian Hu Yan Tayirjan Taylor Isimjan Jianniao Tian Xiulin Yang 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,8:1

17CASP8 promoter polymorphism,mRNA expression and risk of prostate cancer among Chinese men显示文摘Caspase-8 (CASP8) plays a key role in apoptosis.We examined by genotyping whether the-652 six-nucleotide insertion-deletion (6N ins/del) polymorphism in the CASP8 promoter region was associated with prostate cancer risk in a hospital-based case-control study of 406 Chinese prostate cancer patients and 408 age-matched cancerfree controls.Additionally,23 prostate cancer tissues were analyzed for CASP8 mRNA expression.We found a significantly decreased prostate cancer risk for the 6N ins/del genotype [adjusted odds ratio (OR)=0.68;95% confidence interval (CI)=0.51-0.92] and del/del genotype (OR=0.34;95% CI=0.19-0.63) compared with the ins/ins genotype.The 6N del allele was associated dose-dependently with decreased prostate cancer risk (P trend=0.001).RT-PCR showed that individuals with the 6N del allele had lower CASP8 mRNA levels than those with the ins/ins genotype (P=0.024).These findings suggested that the CASP8-652 6N ins/del polymorphism may affect the susceptibility to prostate cancer and reduce prostate cancer risk among Chinese men.Guangbo Fu Jialin Tang Meilin Wang Chao Qin Fu Yan Qi Ding Changjun Yn Xinru Wang Zhengdong Zhang 2011The Journal of Biomedical Research2011,25,2:0

20The functional components and mechanism of Linderae Radix in treating diabetic nephropathy based on the network pharmacology显示文摘Objective:To analyze the components and mechanisms of Wuyao(Linderae Radix)in treating diabetic nephropathy(DN)based on network pharmacology.Methods:Multiple online databases were used to search and screen out the active ingredients from Linderae Radix,the related targets of active components of Linderae Radix and the genes related to DN.Search the corresponding genes name of target through UniProt database.Cytoscape 3.2.1 was used to construct the corresponding target gene network of Linderae Radix compounds.Venn diagram was used to screen the intersection genes of the active components corresponding to the target and disease-related genes,and the intersection genes were constructed into the protein interaction relationship network.Finally,DAVID database was used to do GO function enrichment analysis and KEGG signaling pathway enrichment analysis for the intersection genes,and the results of GO and KEGG were visualized.Results:1.A total of 7 potential active ingredients and 100 target proteins were screened.2.There are a total of 34 intersection genes between the potential active ingredient target in Linderae Radix in DN.3.The top 10 of the interaction correlation between intersection proteins include:AR and NCOA2,NCOA2 and NR3C1,NCOA2 and PPARG,etc.4.There were 16 entries of molecular function,9 entries of cell component,47 entries of biological process and 18 entries of signaling pathway(P<0.05).Conclusion:DN was treated by Linderae Radix from multi-component,multi-target and multi-link synergies.Su Wu Yujian Yao Man Xiao MeiLin Yan Yiqiang Xie Yali Ni 2020TMR Modern Herbal Medicine2020,3,2:0
