1Preparation and properties of temperature sensitive paint based on Eu(DBM)_3 phen as probe molecule显示文摘Probe molecule Eu(DBM)3 phen is made up of europium oxide(Eu_2 O_3),dibenzoylmethane(DBM) and1,10-phenanthroline(phen). The temperature sensitive paint(TSP) was compounded by the polymerization of the probe molecule, methyl methacrylate(MMA) and the initiator of benzoyl peroxide(BPO).The structure, morphology, luminescence property of probe molecule and the temperature quenching property of the temperature sensitive paint(TSP) were characterized by infrared spectrometer, UV-vis spectrometer, scanning electron microscopy and fluorescence spectrometer respectively. The infrared spectrum and UV-vis spectra show that Eu and DBM form six membered rings, and Eu-O coordinate bonds form. The nanocrystals are in sphere-like morphology with an average size of approximately100 nm. Fluorescence spectra present that the performance of temperature quenching is excellent,what's more, TSP sample has different temperature sensitivity in various temperature scope. Particularly,under excitation of 286 nm, TSP has a highest temperature sensitivity between 50 and 60 ℃, and the strongest fluorescence emission reaches a peak(615 nm). 2Effect of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract on cerebral cortex amino acid levels in cerebral ischemia model rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract on amino acid levels in the cerebral cortex of cerebral ischemia model rats induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).METHODS: A rat model of cerebral ischemia was established by MCAO. Male rats were divided into a negative control group(Control), a sham-operated group(Sham), an ischemic group(MCAO), and an ischemic group treated with Ginkgo biloba leaf extract(MCAO_D). All groups were divided into two subgroups with occlusion times of 12 and 24 h, respectively. The levels of 18 endogenous amino acids in the cerebral cortex were quantified by triple quadrupole-liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.RESULTS: Compared with the MCAO group, behavioral performance, neurological deficit score, and cerebral infarct volume were significantly improved in the MCAO_D group(P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Compared with the sham group, the levels of 17 amino acids in the cerebral cortex were markedly changed in the MCAO group. The levels of Alanine(Ala), Isoleucine(Ile), Glutamic acid(Glu), Serine(Ser), Valine(Val), Phenylalanine(Phe), Proline(Pro),Threonine(Thr), Lysine(Lys), Tyrosine(Tyr), Hydroxyproline(Hyp), Arginine(Arg), Leucine(Leu),Tryptophan(Trp), and Glycine(Gly) were increased(P < 0.001, P < 0.05), while levels of Gln and Tau were decreased(P < 0.001, P < 0.05). Compared with the MCAO group, Ginkgo biloba extract treatment in the MCAO_D group significantly down-regulated the levels of 11 amino acids, especially those of Arg, Thr, and Ser in 12 or 24 h.CONCLUSION: Injection of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract has a therapeutic effect on model rats with MCAO-induced cerebral ischemia by acting on amino acids in the cerebral cortex. 3Tuning the electronic structure of a metal-organic framework for an efficient oxygen evolution reaction by introducing minor atomically dispersed ruthenium显示文摘The establishment of efficient oxygen evolution electrocatalysts is of great value but also challenging.Herein,a durable metal–organic framework(MOF)with minor atomically dispersed ruthenium and an optimized electronic structure is constructed as an efficient electrocatalyst.Significantly,the obtained NiRu_(0.08)-MOF with doping Ru only needs an overpotential of 187 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2) with a Tafel slop of 40 mV dec^(-1) in 0.1M KOH for the oxygen evolution reaction,and can work continuously for more than 300 h.Ultrahigh Ru mass activity is achieved,reaching 56.7 Ag^(-1)_(Ru) at an overpotential of 200 mV,which is 36 times higher than that of commercial RuO_(2).X-ray adsorption spectroscopy and density function theory calculations reveal that atomically dispersed ruthenium on metal sites in MOFs is expected to optimize the electronic structure of nickel sites,thus improving the conductivity of the catalyst and optimizing the adsorption energy of intermediates,resulting in significant optimization of electrocatalytic performance.This study could provide a new avenue for the design of efficient and stable MOF electrocatalysts.Yuwen Li Yuhang Wu Tongtong Li Mengting Lu Yi Chen Yuanjing Cui Junkuo Gao Guodong Qian 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,2:1
4Electroless-hydrothermal construction of nickel bridged nickel sulfide@mesoporous carbon nitride hybrids for highly efficient noble metal-free photocatalytic H2 production显示文摘Metallic Ni bridged Ni S@mesoporous carbon nitride hybrids were for the first time fabricated through a one-pot electroless-assisted hydrothermal method.The intimate Ni bridge between the interface of mesoporous carbon nitride and Ni S was confirmed by HRTEM and in-depth XPS analysis using an Ar+-cluster sputtering gun and a possible mechanism was put forward to elucidate the formation process of the unique structure.Without adding any noble metals as cocatalysts,the optimized catalyst 10%NiS/mCN-160-12 showed a H2 evolution rate of 1419μmol·g^-1·h^-1,which is about 34 and 14 fold higher than that of bare mesoporous carbon nitride and Ni S,respectively.The dramatically enhanced photocatalytic performance was mainly ascribed to the synergistic effect of Ni S cocatalyst loading and the formation of metallic Ni between the interface of mesoporous carbon nitride and Ni S,which served as a charge-transfer bridge to facilitate the transfer and separation of photo-induced electron-hole pairs.Lu Zhang Yuanyuan Cui Fengli Yang Quan Zhang Juhua Zhang Mengting Cao Wei-Lin Dai 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,42,10:1
5Small-Molecule Fluorophores for Near-Infrared IIb Imaging and ImageGuided Therapy of Vascular Diseases显示文摘Accurate and dynamic visualization of vascular diseases can contribute to restraining further deterioration from diseases in a timely manner.However,visualization is still unable to precisely determine whether and to what extent blood vessels or brain tissues are damaged.Here,we report novel benzobis(1,2,5-thiadiazole)-based second near-infrared region(NIR-II)fluorophores HY1-HY4 with highly twisted structures(55°at the S_(0) state),extremely strong aggregation-induced emission(AIE)characteristics(I/I_(0)>13),and remarkably high fluorescence quantum yields(QYs)(up to 14.45%)in the NIR-II region(>1000 nm)and∼0.27%in the nearinfrared IIb window(NIR-IIb,>1500 nm)in aqueous solution.Using NIR-IIb AIE HY4 dots,high-resolution NIR-IIb fluorescence imaging of revascularization and thrombolysis,and real-time feedback of the therapeutic efficacy of Chinese medicine Dengzhan Xixin injection(DXI)on ischemic stroke,were achieved for the first time.In addition,results showed that DXI conferred neuroprotection against cerebral ischemia injury mediated via the angiogenesis pathway.These attractive results provide a new perspective for designing ultrabright NIR-IIb probes for vascular-related phenomena,disease assessment,and precise intraoperative imageguided therapy with a deeper tissue penetration depth and higher resolution.Yang Li Hua Zhu Xiaobo Wang Yan Cui Lijuan Gu Xiaowen Hou Mengting Guan Junzhu Wu Yuling Xiao Xiaoxing Xiong Xianli Meng Xuechuan Hong 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,12:0

7Precise Design and Deliberate Tuning of Turn-On Fluorescence in Tetraphenylpyrazine-Based Metal-Organic Frameworks显示文摘The manipulation on turn-on fluorescence in solid state materials attracts increasing interests owing to their widespread applications.Herein we report how the nonradiative pathways of tetraphenylpyrazine(TPP)units in metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)systems could be hindered through a topological design approach.Two MOFs single crystals of different topology were constructed via the solvothermal reaction of a TPP-based 4,4',4',4'-(pyrazine-2,3,5,6-tetrayl)tetrabenzoic acid(H,TCPP)ligand and metal cations,and their mechanisms of formation have been explored.Compared with the innate lowfrequency vibrational modes of flu net Tb-TCPP-1,such as phenyl ring torsions and pyrazine twists,Tb-TCPP-2 adopts a shp net,so the dihedral angle of pyrazine ring and phenyl arms is larger,and the center pyrazine ring in TPP unit is coplanar,which hinders the radiationless decay of TPP moieties in Tb-TCPP-2.Thereby Tb-TCPP-2 exhibits a larger blue-shifted fluorescence and a higher fluorescence quantum yield than Tb-TCPP-1,which is consistent with the reduced nonradiative pathways.Furthermore,Density functional theory(DFT)studies also confirmed aforementioned tunable turn-on fluorescence mechanism.Our work constructed TPP-type MOFs based on a deliberately topological design approach,and the precise design of turn-on fluorescence holds promise as a strategy for controlling nonradiative pathways.He-Qi Zheng Lin Zhang Mengting Lu Xiaoyan Xiao Yu Yang Yuanjing Cui Guodong Qian 2023Research2023,,1:0

11Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD^(+))reduction enabled by an atomically precise Au-Ag alloy nanocluster显示文摘The redox property of the ultrasmall coinage nanoclusters(with several to tens of Au/Ag atoms)has elucidated the electrontransfer capacity of nanoclusters,has been successfully utilized in a variety of redox conversions(such as from CO_(2)to CO).Nevertheless,their biological applications are mainly restricted by the scarcity of atomically precise,water-soluble metal nanoclusters,the limited application(mainly on the decomposition of H_(2)O_(2)in these days).Herein,mercaptosuccinic acid(MSA)protected ultrasmall alloy AuAg nanoclusters were prepared,the main product was determined[Au_(3)Ag_(5)(MSA)_(3)]−by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI-MS).The clusters can not only mediate the decomposition of H_(2)O_(2)to generate hydroxyl radicals,but is also able to mediate the reduction of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD)to its reduced form of NADH.This is the first time that the atomically precise metal nanoclusters were used to mediate the coenzyme reduction.The preliminary mechanistic insights imply the reaction to be driven by the hydrogen bonding between the carboxylic groups(on the surface of MSA)and the amino N–H bonds(on NAD).In this context,the presence of the carboxylic groups,the sub-nanometer size regime(~1 nm),the synergistic effect of the Au-Ag clusters are pre-requisite to the NAD reduction.Ling Chen Yonglei Du Ying Lv Daoqing Fan Junfei Wu Lingbao Wu Mengting Cui Haizhu Yu Manzhou Zhu 2023Nano Research2023,16,5:0
