| 2 | Smart additive manufacturing: Current artificial intelligenceenabled methods and future perspectives显示文摘Additive manufacturing(AM) has been increasingly used in production. Because of its rapid growth, the efficiency and robustness of AM-based product development processes should be improved. Artificial intelligence(AI) is a powerful tool that has outperformed humans in numerous complex tasks. AI-enabled intelligent agents can reduce the workforce required to scale up AM production and achieve higher resource utilization efficiency. This study provides an introduction of AI techniques. Then,the current development of AI-enabled AM product development is investigated. Existing intelligent agents are used for problems in product design, process design and production stages. Based on the review, current research gaps and future research directions are identified. To guide future development of more efficient and comprehensive intelligent agents, a smart AM framework based on cloud-edge computing is proposed. | 4 | Sealing performance and mechanical response of mud pump piston显示文摘In order to explore the effect of piston cup structure on its sealing characteristics and mechanical properties,a numerical simulation model of the piston cup in the BW-160 mud pump was established.Effects of work load,friction coefficient and cup structure parameters on the sealing and mechanical properties of the piston were discussed under mud discharge condition.The results show that stress concentration on the root and lips of the cup is becoming more and more obvious with the working load increases.The average contact pressure increases with the friction coefficient increases,but an excessive friction coefficient accelerate the wear of the cup and the heat generation.Effect of the piston lip interference and thickness on the sealing performance of the cup is greater than that of the inner wall width.The piston with groove structure can effectively improve the sealing performance of the piston.The mechanical properties of triangular groove cup are better than that of semicircular and trapezoidal groove cup. | Jie Zhang Wenjie Jiang Pai Zhu Ting Zheng | 2023 | Petroleum2023,9,1: | 1 |

| 6 | Electrochemically-induced highly reactive PdO^(*) interface on modulated mesoporous MOF-derived Co_(3)O_(4) support for selective ethanol electro-oxidation显示文摘Herein,Pd nanoparticles loaded Co_(3)O_(4)catalysts(Pd@Co_(3)O_(4))are constructed from zeolitic imidazolate framework-67(ZIF-67)for the ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR).It is demonstrated for the first time that the electrochemical conversion of Co_(3)O_(4)support would result in the charge distribution alignment at the Pd/Co_(3)O_(4)interface and induce the formation of highly reactive Pd-O species(PdO^(*)),which can further catalyze the consequent reactions of the intermediates of the ethanol oxidation.The catalyst,Pd@Co_(3)O_(4)-450,obtained under the optimized conditions exhibits excellent EOR performance with a high mass activity of 590 mA mg-1,prominent operational stability,and extraordinary capability for the electro-oxidation of acetaldehyde intermediates.Importantly,the detailed mechanism investigation reveals that Pd@Co_(3)O_(4)-450 could be benefit to the C-C bond cleavage to promote the desirable C1 pathway for the ethanol oxidation reaction.The present strategy based on the metal-support interaction of the catalyst might provide valuable inspiration for the design of high-performing catalysts for the ethanol oxidation reaction. | Yuling Chen Yali Wen Qun Zhou Lina Shen Fanghui Du Pai Peng Yu Chen Junwei Zheng | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,11: | 0 |
