2One-Pot Process to Carborano-Coumarin via Catalytic Cascade Dehydrogenative Cross-Coupling显示文摘Summary of main observation and conclusion Ir-catalyzed cascade dehydrogenative CH/BH and BH/OH cross-coupling of carboranyl carboxylic acid with readily available benzolc acid has been achieved,leading to the facile synthesis of previously unavailable carborano-coumarin in a simple one-pot process.Two cage B-H,one aryl C--H and one 0-H bonds are activated to construct eficiently new B-C and B-0 bonds.The cascade cyclization can stop at the first B-H/C-H cross-coupling step by tuning the reaction conditions,resulting in a series of a-carboranyl benzoic acid and aryl carborane derivatives.Control experiments indicate that B-H/C-H dehydrocoupling proceeds preferentially over B-H/O-H dehydrocoupling,and both directing groups and oxidants are crucial for this reaction.An iridium(V)intermediate is proposed to be involved in the catalytic cycle.Yik Ki Au Hairong Lyu Yangjian Quan Zuowei Xie 2020Chinese Journal of Chemistry2020,38,4:4

6Highly efficient transparent quantum-dot light-emitting diodes based on inorganic double electron-transport layers显示文摘Herein,we report the fabrication of high-performance transparent quantum-dot light-emitting diodes(Tr-QLEDs)with ZnO/ZnMgO inorganic double electron-transport layers(ETLs).The ETLs effectively suppress the excess electron injection and facilitate charge balance in the Tr-QLEDs.The thick ETLs as buffer layers can also withstand the plasma-induced damage during the indium tin oxide sputtering.These factors collectively contribute to the development of Tr-QLEDs with improved performance.As a result,our Tr-QLEDs with double ETLs exhibited a high transmittance of 82%at 550 nm and a record external quantum efficiency of 11.8%,which is 1.27 times higher than that of the devices with pure ZnO ETL.These results indicate that the developed ZnO/ZnMgO inorganic double ETLs could offer promising solutions for realizing high-efficiency Tr-QLEDs for next-generation display devices.Nan Zhang Xiangwei Qu Quan Lyu Kai Wang Xiao Wei Sun 2021Photonics Research2021,9,10:2

8Significant Lifetime Enhancement in QLEDs by Reducing Interfacial Charge Accumulation via Fluorine Incorporation in the ZnO Electron Transport Layer显示文摘ZnO nanoparticles are widely used for the electron transport layers(ETLs)of quantum dots light emitting devices(QLEDs).In this work we show that incorporating fluorine(F)into the ZnO ETL results in significant enhancement in device electroluminescence stability,leading to LT50 at 100 cd m^(−2) of 2,370,000 h in red QLED,47X longer than the control devices.X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy,time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectroscopy,photoluminescence and electrical measurements show that the F passivates oxygen vacancies and reduces electron traps in ZnO.Transient photoluminescence versus bias measurements and capacitance-voltage-luminance measurements reveal that the CF4 plasma-treated ETLs lead to increased electron concentration in the QD and the QD/hole transport layer interface,subsequently decreasing hole accumulation,and hence the higher stability.The findings provide new insights into the critical roles that optimizing charge distribution across the layers play in influencing stability and present a novel and simple approach for extending QLED lifetimes.Dong Seob Chung Tyler Davidson-Hall Giovanni Cotella Quan Lyu Peter Chun Hany Aziz 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,12:1
9Random Binary Brush Architecture Enhances both Ionic Conductivity and Mechanical Strength at Room Temperature显示文摘The ionic conductivity and the mechanical strength are two key factors for the performance of poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO) based polyelectrolytes. However, crystallized PEO suppresses ion conductivity at low temperature and melted PEO has low mechanical strength at high temperature. Here, random binary brush copolymer composed of PEO-and polystyrene(PS)-based side chains is synthesized. PEO crystallinity is suppressed by the introduction of PS brushes. Doping with lithium trifluoromethanesulfonate(Li Tf) induces microphase separation. Due to a random arrangement of the brushes, the microphase segregation is incomplete even at high salt loading, which provides both high ionic conductivity and high mechanical strength at room temperature. 11Maxillary sinus floor augmentation: a review of current evidence on anatomical factors and a decision tree显示文摘Maxillary sinus floor augmentation using lateral window and crestal technique is considered as predictable methods to increase the residual bone height;however,this surgery is commonly complicated by Schneiderian membrane perforation,which is closely related to anatomical factors.This article aimed to assess anatomical factors on successful augmentation procedures.After review of the current evidence on sinus augmentation techniques,anatomical factors related to the stretching potential of Schneiderian membrane were assessed and a decision tree for the rational choice of surgical approaches was proposed.Schneiderian membrane perforation might occur when local tension exceeds its stretching potential,which is closely related to anatomical variations of the maxillary sinus.Choice of a surgical approach and clinical outcomes are influenced by the stretching potential of Schneiderian membrane.In addition to the residual bone height,clinicians should also consider the stretching potential affected by the membrane health condition,the contours of the maxillary sinus,and the presence of antral septa when evaluating the choice of surgical approaches and clinical outcomes.Mingyue Lyu Dingyi Xu Xiaohan Zhang Quan Yuan 2023International Journal of Oral Science2023,15,3:0
12Mendelian randomization study to investigate the causal relationship between plasma homocysteine and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease显示文摘BACKGROUND:Several observational studies have shown an association between homocysteine(Hcy)levels and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),but causal relationships are not clear.Our study aimed to explore the causal relationship between plasma Hcy and COPD by two-sample Mendelian randomization(MR).METHODS:A two-sample MR study was performed to infer the causal link.Genetically predicted plasma Hcy was selected as an instrumental variable(Ⅳ)from published genome-wide association study(GWAS)meta-analyses.COPD with different etiologies was extracted as outcome variables from other GWAS meta-analyses.The main MR analysis was performed using the inversevariance weighted(IVW)method.Additional analyses were further performed using Cochran’s Q-test and MR-Egger regression to evaluate the heterogeneity or horizontal pleiotropy of our findings.RESULTS:MR analysis showed no significant association between plasma Hcy and COPD.The results of the groups were consistent with the sensitivity analysis and repeated analysis,without heterogeneity or horizontal pleiotropy.The IVW results showed COPD hospital admissions(odds ratio[OR]1.06,95%confidence interval[CI]0.91-1.24,P=0.42),asthma/COPD(OR 0.97,95%CI0.89-1.06,P=0.55),COPD-related chronic infection(OR 1.50,95%CI 0.57-3.99,P=0.41),COPDI asthma/interstitial lung disease(ILD)-related pneumonia or pneumonia-derived septicemia(OR 0.93,95%CI 0.86-1.02,P=0.13),and COPD-related respiratory insufficiency(OR 1.00,95%CI 0.7-1.44,P=0.99).CONCLUSION:There is no direct causal relationship between plasma Hcy and COPD in our study.As Hcy is known to have deleterious effects on endothelial function and vascular homeostasis,further studies are needed to investigate whether additional factors mediate the association between Hcy and COPD.Yanlan Hu Ping Tan Juntao Wang Jun Zeng Quan Li Shijiao Yan Wenjie Hao Lanfen He Xingyue Song Caihong Zhang Chuanzhu Lyu 2023World Journal of Emergency Medicine2023,14,5:0
13Comparing Arsenic-Containing Qinghuang Powder and Low-Intensity Chemotherapy in Elderly Patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia显示文摘Objective To compare the clinical effect of arsenic-containing Qinghuang Powder(QHP)and low-intensity chemotherapy(LIC)in treatment of elderly acute myeloid leukemia(eAML)patients.Methods Clinical data of 80 eAML patients treated at Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from January 2015 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The treatment scheme was designed by real world study according to patients’preference,and patients were divided into a QHP group(35 cases)and a LIC group(45 cases).The median overall survival(mOS),1-,2-,and 3-year OS rates,and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The mOS of 80 patients was 11 months,and the 1-,2-,and 3-year OS rates were 45.51%,17.96%,and 11.05%,respectively.The QHP and LIC groups demonstrated no significant difference in mOS(12 months vs.10 months),1-(48.57%vs.39.65%),2-(11.43%vs.20.04%),and 3-year OS rates(5.71%vs.13.27%,all P>0.05).Moreover,the related factors of mOS demonstrated no significant difference in patients with age>75 years(11 months vs.8 months),secondary AML(11 months vs.8 months),poor genetic prognosis(9 months vs.7 months),Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status score≥(10 months vs.7 months)and hematopoietic stem cell transplant comorbidity index≥4(11 months vs.7 months)between the QHP and LIC groups(all P>0.05).However,the incidence of myelosuppression was significantly lower in the QHP group than that in the LIC group(28.57%vs.73.33%,P<0.01).Conclusions QHP and LIC had similar survival rates in eAML patients,but QHP had a lower myelosuppression incidence.Hence,QHP can be an alternative for eAML patients who do not tolerate LIC.WU Yu-he XIAO Hai-yan QUAN Ri-cheng TANG Xu-dong LIU Wei-yi LYU Yan CHEN Zhuo LIU Chi HU Xiao-mei 2023Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2023,29,9:0

Since these methods usually assume the perfect localization of an obstaele, they may not guarantee collision-free operations during the stochastic operation of robots wherein the obstacle is localized using noisy sensors. 15Abandoned land identification in karst mountain area based on time series SAR characteristics at geo-parcels scale显示文摘Mapping abandoned land is very important for accurate agricultural management.However,in karst mountainous areas,continuous high-resolution optical images are difficult to obtain in rainy weather,and the land is fragmented,which poses a great challenge for remote sensing monitoring of agriculture activities.In this study,a new method for identifying abandoned land is proposed:firstly,a few Google Earth images are used to transform arable land into accurate vectorized geo-parcels;secondly,a time-series data set was constructed using Sentinel-1A Alpha parameters for 2020 on each farmland geoparcel;thirdly,the semi-variation function(SVF)was used to analyze the spatial-temporal characteristics,then identify abandoned land.The results show:(1)On the basis of accurate spatial information and boundary of farmland land,the SAR time-series dataset reflects the structure and time-series response.abandoned land with an accuracy of 80.25%.The problem of remote sensing monitoring in rainy regions and complex surface areas is well-resolved.(2)The spatial heterogeneity of abandoned land is more obvious than that of cultivated land within geoparcels.The step size for significant changes in the SVF of abandoned land is shorter than that of cultivated land.(3)The SVF time sequence curve presented a strong peak feature when farmland was abandoned.This reveals that the internal spatial structure of abandoned land is more disordered and complex.It showed that time-series variations of spatial structure within cultivated land have broader applications in remote sensing monitoring of agriculture in complex imaging environments.ZHOU Zhong-fa WANG Ling-yu CHEN Quan LUO Jian-cheng ZHAO Xin ZHANG Shu ZHANG Wen-hui LIAO Juan LYU Zhi-jun 2023Journal of Mountain Science2023,20,3:0
