3Efficacy and safety of Yinchenwuling powder for hyperlipidemia: a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the clinical effectiveness and adverse effects of Yinchenwuling powder(YCWLP)in the treatment of hyperlipidemia using Meta-analysis.METHODS:Seven electronic databases were searched for randomized controlled trials designed to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of YCWLP for hyperlipidemia published in any language prior to February 2015.Two reviewers independently identified articles,extracted data,assessed quality,and cross-checked the results.Revman 5.3 was used to analyze the data.RESULTS:Only five randomized controlled trials with poor methodology were included in the analy-sis.The five trials compared YCWLP with conventional lipid-lowering drugs.Meta-analysis indicated that YCWLP was more effective at the levels of total cholesterol and triglycerides,while increasing the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol without serious adverse effects.However,it was not more effective than lipid-lowering drugs in reducing low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and improving hemorheology.CONCLUSION:YCWLP appeared to improve lipid levels.However,given the high risk of bias among the trials,we could not conclude that YCWLP was beneficial to patients with hyperlipidemia.More rigorous trials are required to provide stronger evidence for the conclusion.Yao Haiqiang Zhang Zengliang Wang Ji Zuo Jiacheng Chen Yu Zhu Libing Li Xiaoke Yang Zheng Wang Zisong Sun Ranran Xu Xuanxuan Li Changming Wu Yanling Li Lingru Wang Qi 2016Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,2:11
4Electrochemical synthesis of nitric acid from air and ammonia through waste utilization显示文摘Commercial nitric acid(HNO3) and ammonia(NH3) are mostly produced through the Ostwald process and the Haber-Bosch process, respectively. However, high energy demand and enormous greenhouse gas accompy these processes. The development of economical and green ways to synthesize HNO3 and NH3 is highly desirable for solving the global energy and environmental crisis. Here, we present two energy-efficient and environmentally friendly strategies to synthesize HNO3 and NH3 at distributed sources, including the electrocatalytic oxidation of N2 in air to HNO3 and the electrocatalytic reduction of residual NO3- contamination in water to NH3. The isotope-labeling studies combined with theoretical calculation reveal the reaction path of the two proposed strategies, confirming the origin of the electrochemical products. Importantly, the electrooxidation-generated NO3- ions may also serve as reactants for the electroreduction synthesis of NH3 in the future. 5Trends in herbgenomics显示文摘From Shen Nong's Herbal Classic(Shennong Bencao Jing) to the Compendium of Materia Medica(Bencao Gangmu) and the first scientific Nobel Prize for the mainland of China, each milestone in the historical process of the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) involves screening, testing and integrating. After thousands of years of inheritance and development,herbgenomics(bencaogenomics) has bridged the gap between TCM and international advanced omics studies, promoting the application of frontier technologies in TCM. It is a discipline that uncovers the genetic information and regulatory networks of herbs to clarify their molecular mechanism in the prevention and treatment of human diseases. The main theoretical system includes genomics, functional genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, epigenomics, metagenomics, synthetic biology, pharmacogenomics of TCM, and bioinformatics, among other fields. Herbgenomics is mainly applicable to the study of medicinal model plants, genomic-assisted breeding, herbal synthetic biology, protection and utilization of gene resources, TCM quality evaluation and control, and TCM drug development. 8Highly efficient S_(2-)-adsorbed MoSx-modified TiO_(2) photocatalysts:A general grafting strategy and boosted interfacial charge transfer显示文摘Exploiting efficient and low-cost cocatalyst with a facile grafting strategy is of critical importance for significantly boosting the photocatalytic H2-evolution activity.In this study,S2^--adsorbed MoSx nanoparticle as a superior H2-evolutoin cocatalyst was successfully grafted on the TiO2 surface to greatly boost its photocatalytic activity via one-step lactic acid-induced synthesis strategy.Herein,the lactic acid can induce the homogeneous production of amorphous MoSx(a-MoSx)nanoparticles from MoS42-precursor,while the symbiotic S2^-ions can be easily and availably self-adsorbed on the a-Mo Sxsurface,resulting in the formation of S2^--adsorbed a-Mo Sxnanoparticles with a small size of 0.5-3 nm.Photocatalytic results manifested that the S2^--adsorbed Mo Sxnanoparticles could dramatically facilitate the H2-generation rate of TiO2 photocatalysts(3452μmol h^-1 g^-1,AQE=16.5%).In situ irradiated XPS in conjunction with transient-state PL and photoelectrochemical tests reveal that the improved H_(2)-generation activity can be ascribed to the synergistic effect of boosted interfacial charge transfer from TiO_(2) to S^(2-)adsorbed Mo Sx and the superior H_(2)-evolution reaction on self-adsorbed S_(2-)ions.In addition,the S^(2-)-adsorbed Mo Sx nanoparticles can also act as the general H_(2)-generation cocatalyst to obviously promote the activity of other typical host photocatalysts such as g-C_(3) N_(4) and Cd S.This work provides an innovative approach to develop high-efficiency Mo Sx-based cocatalyst with boosted interfacial charge transfer toward highly efficient photocatalytic materials.Duoduo Gao Ranran Yuan Jiajie Fan Xuekun Hong Huogen Yu 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,56,21:3
9Genetic Nelder-Mead neural network algorithm for fault parameter inversion using GPS data显示文摘The traditional genetic algorithm(GA)has unstable inversion results and is easy to fall into the local optimum when inverting fault parameters.Therefore,this article considers the combination of GA with other non-linear algorithms in order to improve the inversion precision of GA.This paper proposes a genetic Nelder-Mead neural network algorithm(GNMNNA).This algorithm uses a neural network algorithm(NNA)to optimize the global search ability of GA.At the same time,the simplex algorithm is used to optimize the local search capability of the GA.Through numerical examples,the stability of the inversion algorithm under different strategies is explored.The experimental results show that the proposed GNMNNA has stronger inversion stability and higher precision compared with the existing algorithms.The effectiveness of GNMNNA is verified by the BodrumeKos earthquake and Monte Cristo Range earthquake.The experimental results show that GNMNNA is superior to GA and NNA in both inversion precision and computational stability.Therefore,GNMNNA has greater application potential in complex earthquake environment.Leyang Wang Ranran Xu Fengbin Yu 2022Geodesy and Geodynamics2022,13,4:1
10Effects of Fuhe decoction on behaviors and monoamine neurotransmitters in different brain regions of CUMS combined with social isolation depression model rats显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of Fuhe decoction on the behavior and levels of monoamine neurotransmitters in different brain regions in a depression rat model induced by chronic unpredictable mild stimulation(CUMS)combined with social isolation.Methods:Fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into a blank group,model group,fluoxetine group,Chaiqinwendan decoction group,and Fuhe decoction group.Chronic unpredictable mild stimulation combined with a social isolation method was used to replicate the depression rat model.After 42 days of administration,a tail suspension test and high-performance liquid electrochemical detection(HPLC-ECD)were used to detect the behavioral changes and changes in the content of monoamine neurotransmitters norepinephrine(NE),dopamine(DA),5-hydroxytrytamine(5-HT),and metabolites in different brain regions of rats in each group before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the model group,the epinephrine(E)content in the Fuhe decoction group was highly significantly increased(P<.01).Compared with the model group,the 5-HT content of the prefrontal cortex in rats in the Fuhe decoction group was highly significantly increased(P<.01).Furthermore,compared with the model group,the 5-HT content in the hippocampus of rats in the Fuhe decoction group was significantly increased(P<.05).Conclusion:Fuhe decoction can improve the depression-like behaviors of model rats,and its antidepressant effect may be related to the increase in 5-HT content in the prefrontal cortex and hippocampus of rats.Ruoyun Zheng Weifeng Xiong Juan He Xu Wang Ranran Wang Yu Hao 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2020,7,3:1

12A chromosome-level genome assembly provides insights into Cornus wilsoniana evolution, oil biosynthesis, and floral bud development显示文摘Cornus wilsoniana W.is a woody oil plant with high oil content and strong hypolipidemic effects,making it a valuable species for medicinal,landscaping,and ecological purposes in China.To advance genetic research on this species,we employed PacBio together with Hi-C data to create a draft genome assembly for C.wilsoniana.Based on an 11-chromosome anchored chromosome-level assembly,the estimated genome size was determined to be 843.51 Mb.The N50 contig size and N50 scaffold size were calculated to be 4.49 and 78.00 Mb,respectively.Furthermore,30474 protein-coding genes were annotated.Comparative genomics analysis revealed that C.wilsoniana diverged from its closest species∼12.46 million years ago(Mya).Furthermore,the divergence between Cornaceae and Nyssaceae occurred>62.22 Mya.We also found evidence of whole-genome duplication events and whole-genome triplicationγ,occurring at∼44.90 and 115.86 Mya.We further inferred the origins of chromosomes,which sheds light on the complex evolutionary history of the karyotype of C.wilsoniana.Through transcriptional and metabolic analysis,we identified two FAD2 homologous genes that may play a crucial role in controlling the oleic to linoleic acid ratio.We further investigated the correlation between metabolites and genes and identified 33 MADS-TF homologous genes that may affect f lower morphology in C.wilsoniana.Overall,this study lays the groundwork for future research aimed at identifying the genetic basis of crucial traits in C.wilsoniana.Zhenxiang He Haoyu Chao Xinkai Zhou Qingyang Ni Yueming Hu Ranran Yu Minghuai Wang Changzhu Li Jingzhen Chen Yunzhu Chen Yong Chen Chunyi Cui Liangbo Zhang Ming Chen Dijun Chen 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,11:0

14Reliability of online near-infrared spectroscopy analysis of the ex-traction process of Huatan Qushi decoction for phlegm-dampness constitution显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To establish a quantitative model for the online analysis of hesperidin content in the extraction process of Huatan Qushi decoction for individuals with phlegm-dampness constitution by using near-infrared(NIR) spectroscopy and partial least squares(PLS) methods.METHODS: The reference content of hesperidin, an effective ingredient of Huatan Qushi decoction,was determined using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The modeling band was selected using synergy interval PLS(Si PLS) algorithms, and a PLS model demonstrating the relationship between NIR predictive values and HPLC reference values was established. The optimal modeling route was selected through global optimization of process trace parameters.RESULTS: The root mean square error of cross-validation was 9.8410. The coefficients of determination of the calibration set and prediction set were0.9860(R2 cal) and 0.9458(R_(cal)~2), respectively. The residual predictive deviation was 3.0115. The parameters demonstrated high predictive capability and reliability. The band was selected via the Si PLS method. 16Systematic annotation of conservation states provides insights into regulatory regions in rice显示文摘Plant genomes contain a large fraction of noncoding sequences.The discovery and annotation of conserved noncoding sequences(CNSs)in plants is an ongoing challenge.Here we report the application of comparative genomics to systematically identify CNSs in 50 well-annotated Gramineae genomes using rice(Oryza sativa)as the reference.We conduct multiple-way whole-genome alignments to the rice genome.The rice genome is annotated as 20 conservation states(CSs)at single-nucleotide resolution using a multivariate hidden Markov model(Cons HMM)based on the multiple-genome alignments.Different states show distinct enrichments for various genomic features,and the conservation scores of CSs are highly correlated with the level of associated chromatin accessibility.We find that at least 33.5%of the rice genome is highly under selection,with more than 70%of the sequence lying outside of coding regions.A catalog of 855,366 regulatory CNSs is generated,and they significantly overlapped with putative active regulatory elements such as promoters,enhancers,and transcription factor binding sites.Collectively,our study provides a resource for elucidating functional noncoding regions of the rice genome and an evolutionary aspect of regulatory sequences in higher plants.Xinkai Zhou Tao Zhu Wen Fang Ranran Yu Zhaohui He Dijun Chen 2022Journal of Genetics and Genomics2022,49,12:0

18Monomer-dependent synthesis of secondary amine-linked triazine-based two-dimensional polymers nanosheets显示文摘Expanding the structural diversity of crystalline two-dimensional polymers(2DPs) is highly desired but remains a considerable challenge. Herein we report the first synthesis of novel crystalline secondary amine-linked triazine-based 2DPs(SAT-2DPs) by using benzidine or 4, 4′′-diamino-p-terphenyl and cyanuric chloride under solvothermal conditions. We find the structures of diamine-based monomers play a crucial role in deciding whether the synthesized material is crystalline 2DPs nanosheets or amorphous nanoparticles, which is unexpected and provides an important understanding of the 2D polymerization mechanism.The obtained SAT-2DPs not only show a lateral size of micrometers and an ultrathin thickness of a few nanometers, but also demonstrate high crystallinity with a unique ABC stacking configuration, excellent solvent dispersibility and superior thermal stability. In addition, the resultant SAT-2DPs are used to guide uniform lithium-ion deposition due to their abundant nitrogen atoms and ordered open channels. The assembled asymmetric coin cells(Li|Cu) with SAT-2DPs realize the average coulombic efficient up to 99.3% during discharge-charge cycles. 19Screening and identification of HLA-A2-restricted neoepitopes for immunotherapy of non-microsatellite instability-high colorectal cancer显示文摘Colorectal cancer has one of the highest mortality rates among malignant tumors,and most patients with non-microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) colorectal cancer do not benefit from targeted therapy or immune checkpoint inhibitors.Identification of immunogenic neoantigens is a promising strategy for inducing specific antitumor T cells for cancer immunotherapy.Here,we screened potential high-frequency neoepitopes from non-MSI-H colorectal cancer and tested their abilities to induce tumorspecific cytotoxic T cell responses.Three HLA-A2-restricted neoepitopes (P31,P50,and P52) were immunogenic and could induce cytotoxic T lymphocytes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from healthy donors and colorectal cancer patients.Cytotoxic T lymphocytes induced in HLA-A2.1/K^(b) transgenic mice could recognize and lyse mutant neoepitope-transfected HLA-A2^(+) cancer cells.Adoptive transfer of cytotoxic T lymphocytes induced by the peptide pool of these three neoepitopes effectively inhibited tumor growth and increased the therapeutic effects of anti-PD-1 antibody.These results revealed the potential of high-frequency mutation-specific peptide-based immunotherapy as a personalized treatment approach for patients with non-MSI-H colorectal cancer.The combination of adoptive T cell therapy based on these neoepitopes with immune checkpoint inhibitors,such as anti-PD-1,could provide a promising treatment strategy for non-MSI-H colorectal cancer.Ranran Shi Yubing Li Ling Ran Yu Dong Xiuman Zhou Jingwen Tang Lu Han Mingshuang Wang Liwei Pang Yuanming Qi Yahong Wu Yanfeng Gao 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,3:0
