| 1 | WSe2 2D p-type semiconductor-based electronic devices for information technology:Design,preparation,and applications显示文摘The pioneering exfoliation of monolayer tungsten diselenide has greatly inspired researchers toward semiconducting applications.WSe2 belongs to a family of transition-metal dichalcogenides.Similar to graphene,WSe2 and analogous dichalcogenides have layered structures with weak van der Waals interactions between two adjacent layers.First,the readers are presented with the fundamentals of WSe2,such as types,morphologies,and properties.Here,we report the characterization principles and practices such as microscopy,spectroscopy,and diffraction.Second,the methods for obtaining high-quality WSe2,such as exfoliation,hydrothermal and chemical vapor deposition,are briefly listed.With advantages of light weight,flexibility,and high quantum efficiency,2D materials may have a niche in optoelectronics as building blocks in p-n junctions.Therefore,we introduce a state-of-the-art demonstration of heterostructure devices employing the p-type WSe2 semiconductor.The device architectures include field-effect transistors,photodetectors,gas sensors,and photovoltaic solar cells.Due to its unique electronic,optical,and energy band properties,WSe2 has been increasingly investigated due to the conductivity of the p-type charge carrier upon palladium contact.Eventually,the dynamic research on WSe2 and van der Waals heterostructures is summarized to arouse the passion of the 2D research community. | Qilin Cheng Jinbo Pang Dehui Sun Jingang Wang Shu Zhang Fan Liu Yuke Chen Ruiqi Yang Na Liang Xiheng Lu Yanchen Ji Jian Wang Congcong Zhang Yuanhua Sang Hong Liu Weijia Zhou | 2020 | InfoMat2020,2,4: | 5 |

| 3 | Deep-Tissue Photothermal Therapy Using Laser Illumination at NIR-Ⅱa Window显示文摘Photothermal therapy(PTT)using near-infrared(NIR)light for tumor treatment has triggered extensive attentions because of its advantages of noninvasion and convenience.The current research on PTT usually uses lasers in the first NIR window(NIR-I;700–900 nm)as irradiation source.However,the second NIR window(NIR-II;1000–1700 nm)especially NIRIIa window(1300–1400 nm)is considered much more promising in diagnosis and treatment as its superiority in penetration depth and maximum permissible exposure over NIR-I window.Hereby,we propose the use of laser excitation at 1275 nm,which is approved by Food and Drug Administration for physical therapy,as an attractive technique for PTT to balance of tissue absorption and scattering with water absorption.Specifically,CuS-PEG nanoparticles with similar absorption values at 1275 and 808 nm,a conventional NIR-I window for PTT,were synthesized as PTT agents and a comparison platform,to explore the potential of 1275 and 808 nm lasers for PTT,especially in deep-tissue settings.The results showed that 1275 nm laser was practicable in PTT.It exhibited much more desirable outcomes in cell ablation in vitro and deep-tissue antitumor capabilities in vivo compared to that of 808 nm laser.NIR-IIa laser illumination is superior to NIR-I laser for deep-tissue PTT,and shows high potential to improve the PTT outcome. | Xunzhi Wu Yongkuan Suo Hui Shi Ruiqi Liu Fengxia Wu Tingzhong Wang Lina Ma Hongguang Liu Zhen Cheng | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,3: | 1 |

| 7 | The northern Qiangtang Block rapid drift during the Triassic Period:Paleomagnetic evidence显示文摘As one of the pivotal Gondwana-derived blocks,the kinematic history of the northern Qiangtang Block(in the Tibetan Plateau)remains unclear,mainly because quantitative paleomagnetic data to determine the paleoposition are sparse.Thus,for this study,we collected 226 samples(17 sites)from Triassic sedimentary rocks in the Raggyorcaka and Tuotuohe areas of the northern Qiangtang Block(NQB).Stepwise demagnetization isolated high temperature/field components from the samples.Both Early and Late Triassic datasets passed field tests at a 99%confidence level and were proved to be primary origins.Paleopoles were calculated to be at 24.9°N and 216.5°E with A95=8.2°(N=8)for the Early Triassic dataset,and at 68.1 N,179.9 E with A(95)=5.6°(N=37)for the Late Triassic,the latter being combined with a coeval volcanic dataset published previously.These paleopoles correspond to paleolatitudes of14.3°S±8.2°and 29.9 N15.6°,respectively.Combining previously published results,we reconstructed a three-stage northward drift process for the NQB.(1)The northern Qiangtang Block was located in the subtropical part of the southern hemisphere until the Early Triassic;(2)thereafter,the block rapidly drifted northward from southern to northern hemispheres during the Triassic;and(3)the block converged with the Eurasian continent in the Late Triassic.The^4800 km northward movement from the Early to Late Triassic corresponded to an average motion rate of^11.85 cm/yr.The rapid drift of the NQB after the Early Triassic led to a rapid transformation of the Tethys Ocean. | Yanan Zhou Xin Cheng Yiying Wu Vadim Kravchinsky Ruiqi Shao Weijie Zhang Bitian Wei Ruiyao Zhang Fanrong Lu Hanning Wu | 2019 | Geoscience Frontiers2019,10,6: | 1 |
| 8 | Control Effect of UAV Low Volume Spray Technology on Thrips and Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus in Tobacco Field显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to explore the influence of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)low volume spray technology on the control effect of viruliferous thrips and tomato spotted wilt virus(TSWV)under different pesticide concentrations,and to explore the effective control nodes and methods of thrips and TSWV.[Methods]According to the occurrence characteristics of thrips and TSWV,the field control effects of 4 pesticides on thrips and TSWV were tested by UAV with the thrips number and disease index as indicators,following the principle of regional and periodic control trials.[Results]In the groups of UAV and artificial prevention and control,4 agents were used alternatively,including 1%emamectin benzoate ME,1.7%abamectin imidacloprid ME,5%emamectin benzoate WDG,and 30%pyriproxyfen dinotefuran SL.There was no significant difference in the control effect of thrips and TSWV among treatment 1(recommended dosage of UAV agent),treatment 2(reduction of recommended dosage of UAV agent by 25%)and treatment 4(recommended dosage of artificial control agent),and the control effects on thrips were more than 83.16%in the 3 treatments.The disease index of TSWV in the 3 treatments decreased from 8.64±1.37 in the blank control group to less than 3,which reached the prevention and control threshold.But treatment 3(reduction of recommended dosage of UAV agent by 50%)did not reach the prevention and control threshold.The disease index of TSWV in the blank control area increased with the increase of the number of live nymphs of thrips,and there was a significant positive correlation,with good fitness.[Conclusions]UAV has a significant impact on the control effect of thrips and TSWV under different pesticide concentrations.In the actual flight control application,it is recommended that the amount of the pesticides is about 3/4 and not less than 1/2 of that of the artificial application.The control area should be extended to 100 m of the ridge of the tobacco field,and UAV is used periodically to control thrips and TSWV for 5 times from pre-transplanting stage to pre-squaring stage of flue-cured tobacco.The control effect is significantly different from the traditional artificial application. | Zefan LIU Dean XIE Jiabao HAN Yanfen XIE Li MA Siyuan GAO Ruiqi PENG Yuting ZHAO Xiangze FU Wengang CHENG Yonghong FENG Yan ZHANG Huaping ZHANG Ying HUANG Leijie DAI Lanfeng WANG | 2023 | Plant Diseases and Pests2023,14,4: | 0 |
| 9 | In-situ transformed Mott-Schottky heterointerface in silver/manganese oxide nanorods boosting oxygen reduction,oxygen evolution,and hydrogen evolution reactions显示文摘The development of non-platinum group metal(non-PGM)and efficient multifunctional electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),oxygen evolution reaction(OER),and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)with high activity and stability remains a great challenge.Herein,by in-situ transforming silver manganese composite oxide heterointerface into boosted Mott-Schottky heterointerface through a facile carbon reduction strategy,a nanorod-like silver/manganese oxide with superior multifunctional catalytic activities for ORR,OER and HER and stability was obtained.The nanorod-like silver/manganese oxide with Mott-Schottky heterointerface(designated as Ag/Mn_(3)O_(4))exhibits an ORR half-wave potential of 0.831 V(vs.RHE)in 0.1 M KOH,an OER overpotential of 338 mV and a HER overpotential of 177 mV at the current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2)in 1 M KOH,contributing to its noble-metal benchmarks comparable performance in aqueous aluminum-air(Al-air)battery and laboratorial overall water splitting electrolytic cell.Moreover,in-situ electrochemical Raman and synchrotron radiation spectroscopic measurements were conducted to further illustrate the catalytic mechanism of Ag/Mn_(3)O_(4)Mott-Schottky heterointerface towards various electrocatalytic reactions.At the heterointerface,the Ag phase serves as the electron donor and the active phase for ORR and HER,while the Mn_(3)O_(4)phase serves as the electron acceptor and the active phase for OER,respectively.This work deepens the understanding of the Mott-Schottky effect on electrocatalysis and fills in the gap in fundamental physical principles that are behind measured electrocatalytic activity,which offers substantial implications for the rational design of cost-effective multifunctional electrocatalysts with Mott-Schottky effect. | Ruiqi Cheng Kaiqi Li Huanxin Li Fengzhan Sun Xiaoqian He Tianshuo Zhao Jiao Zhang Chaopeng Fu | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,5: | 0 |
| 10 | Rational design of vitamin C/defective carbon van der Waals heterostructure for enhanced activity,durability and storage stability toward oxygen reduction reaction显示文摘Metal-free defective carbon materials with abundant active sites have been widely studied as low-cost and efficient oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)electrocatalysts in metal-air batteries.However,the active sites in defective carbon are easily subjected to serious oxidation or hydroxylation during ORR or storage,leading to rapid degradation of activity.Herein,we design a van der Waals heterostructure comprised of vitamin C(VC)and defective carbon(DC)to not only boost the activity but also enhance the durability and storage stability of the DC-VC electrocatalyst.The formation of VC van der Waals between DC and VC is demonstrated to be an effective strategy to protect the defect active sites from oxidation and hydroxylation degradation,thus significantly enhancing the electrochemical durability and storage anti-aging performance.Moreover,the DC-VC van der Waals can reduce the reaction energy barrier to facilitate the ORR.These findings are also confirmed by operando Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and density functional theory calculations.It is necessary to mention that the preparation of this DC-VC electrocatalyst can be scaled up,and the ORR performance of the largely produced electrocatalyst is demonstrated to be very consistent.Furthermore,the DC-VC-based aluminum-air batteries display very competitive power density with good performance maintenance. | Ruiqi Cheng Kaiqi Li Huanxin Li Tianshuo Zhao Yibo Wang Qingyue Xue Jiao Zhang Chaopeng Fu | 2024 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,88,1: | 0 |

Organic electrode materials with excellent structural tunability,unique coordination reaction mechanisms, and environmental friendliness offer great potential to promote the electrochemical performance of MIBs. However, research on organic magnesium battery cathode materials is still preliminary with many significant challenges to be resolved including low electrical conductivity and unwanted but severe dissolution in useful electrolytes. Herein, we provide a detailed overview of reported organic cathode materials for MIBs. We begin with basic properties such as charge storage mechanisms(e.g., n-, p-, and bipolartype), moving to recent advances in various types of organic cathodes including carbonyl-, nitrogen-, and sulfur-based materials.
