| 1 | A new remaining useful life estimation method for equipment subjected to intervention of imperfect maintenance activities显示文摘As the key part of Prognostics and Health Management(PHM), Remaining Useful Life(RUL) estimation has been extensively investigated in recent years. Current RUL estimation studies considering the intervention of imperfect maintenance activities usually assumed that maintenance activities have a single influence on the degradation level or degradation rate, but not on both.Aimed at this problem, this paper proposes a new degradation modeling and RUL estimation method taking the influence of imperfect maintenance activities on both the degradation level and the degradation rate into account. Toward this end, a stochastic degradation model considering imperfect maintenance activities is firstly constructed based on the diffusion process. Then, the Probability Density Function(PDF) of the RUL is derived by the convolution operator under the concept of First Hitting Time(FHT). To implement the proposed RUL estimation method,the Maximum Likelihood Estimation(MLE) is utilized to estimate the degradation related parameters based on the Condition Monitoring(CM) data, while the Bayesian method is utilized to estimate the maintenance related parameters based on the maintenance data. Finally, a numerical example and a practical case study are provided to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method. | 3 | Severity of early allograft dysfunction following donation after circulatory death liver transplantation:a multicentre study显示文摘Background:Early allograft dysfunction(EAD)is associated with decreased graft and patient survival rates.This study aimed to identify the severity of EAD and develop a predictive model for EAD after donation after circulatory death(DCD)liver transplantation(LT).Furthermore,the influence of operative time on EAD incidence was also evaluated.Methods:In this retrospective,multicentre cohort study,nomograms were established based on a single-centre training cohort(n=321)and validated in a 3-center validation cohort(n=501).Results:The incidence rate of EAD was 46.4%(149/321)in the training cohort and 40.5%(203/501)in the validation cohort.Of the 149 EAD patients in the training cohort,77 patients with either elevated alanine aminotransferase(ALT)or aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were classified as having EAD type A,and the rest of the EAD patients were classified as having EAD type B.Recipients with EAD type B had lower graft and patient survival rates than recipients with EAD type A(P=0.043 and 0.044,respectively).We further developed a nomogram to predict EAD(graft weight,cold ischemia time,donor age,model for end-stage liver disease(MELD)score)and another nomogram to predict EAD type B(graft weight,cold ischemia time,MELD score).The nomograms for the prediction of EAD and EAD type B had good discrimination[concordance index(C-index)=0.712(0.666-0.758),0.707(0.641-0.773)]and calibration[Hosmer-Lemeshow(HL)P=0.384,P=0.425]in the validation cohort.An increased operative time(>6 h)was associated with increased EAD and EAD type B incidence in the high-risk group(P=0.005,P=0.020,respectively).Conclusions:EAD type B was associated with decreased graft and patient survival rates.The novel nomograms effectively predicted the incidence of EAD and EAD type B in DCD LT patients. | Kun Wang Di Lu Yuhui Liu Wangyao Li Li Zhuang Zhenyu Ma Qinfen Xie Binhua Pan Yichao Wu Junli Chen Lidan Lin Xiaowen Feng Qiang Wei Xuyong Wei Haiyang Xie Zhengxin Wang Shusen Zheng Xiao Xu | 2021 | Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2021，10，1： | 4 |

| 6 | Consensus in nonlinear multi-agent systems with nonidentical nodes and sampled-data control显示文摘This paper primarily discusses the leader-following consensus problem in nonlinear second-order multi-agent systems with nonidentical nodes. Sampled-data-based protocols are applied to reach consensus.Both delay-free and input-delay protocols are proposed. Based on the Lyapunov functional approach and linear matrix inequality(LMI) method, sufficient criteria are obtained to guarantee quasi-consensus for nonlinear heterogeneous multi-agent systems. All the heterogeneous followers can track the leader within a bounded range. Furthermore, the error systems between the leader and each follower eventually converge to a convergence domain that depends on the heterogeneity among the dynamics of the agents. Additionally,leader-following consensus can also be reached as the heterogeneity vanishes. | 11 | Effects of Dietary Protein and Lipid Levels on Growth Performance, Muscle Composition, Immunity Index and Biochemical Index of the Greenfin Horse-Faced Filefish (Thamnaconus septentrionalis) Juvenile显示文摘The effects of different dietary protein and lipid levels on juvenile greenfin horse-faced filefish(Thamnaconus septentrionalis)was experimentally evaluated in a 56-day study.Fish(initial weight 6.47±0.56 g)were fed with nine different diet combinations containing three varying levels of protein(37%,43%,49%)and lipids(4%,7%,10%)in triplicates,where the protein-to-energy(P/E)ratios of the diets varied in the range of 19.17-26.99mgkJ−1.Results showed that fish fed diets containing 49%protein and 10%lipid exhibited significantly lower feed intake than those fed other diets.The weight gain of fish fed diets with 43%protein was significantly higher than that of fish fed 37%or 49%protein diets.While no significant change in weight gain was observed when lipid content was increased from 4%to 7%,weight gain decreased significantly when lipid increased from 7%to 10%.The protein efficiency ratio and feed efficiency were highest when the fish were fed the diet with 49%protein and 7%lipids.Muscle crude lipid content was positively correlated with dietary protein level regardless of lipid level.The diet of 43%protein or 7%lipids significantly reduced the activity of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in liver.The contents of aspartate aminotransferase,superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde were significantly increased from 4%to 10%lipids in plasma.The plasma total cholesterol and triglyceride contents were positively correlated with dietary lipid level at the same protein level.Our comprehensive analysis concluded that a diet with 43%protein and 7%lipid,with a P/E ratio of 23.07mgkJ−1,significantly promote the growth performance,feed utilization and health of juvenile greenfin horse-faced filefish. | XU Zhengxin ZHANG Pengfei CHANG Qing CHEN Siqing BIAN Li WANG Zhida | 2021 | Journal of Ocean University of China2021，20，5： | 1 |
