1A linear ADRC-based robust high-dynamic double-loop servo system for aircraft electro-mechanical actuators显示文摘Compared with traditional hydraulic actuators, an Electro-Mechanical Actuator(EMA)is small in size and light in weight, so it has become more widely used. Aerodynamic load on aircraft control surface varies dramatically, and a change of flight environment leads to uncertainties of motor parameters. Therefore, high-dynamic response and strong anti-disturbance capability of an EMA are of great significance for aircraft rudder control and flight attitude adjustment. In order to improve dynamic response and disturbance rejection of an EMA and simplify control parameters tuning, a robust high-dynamic servo system based on Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control(LADRC) is proposed for an EMA employing a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM).Firstly, total disturbances of the EMA are analyzed, including parameter uncertainties, load variation, and static friction. A disturbance observer based on a reduced-order Extended State Observer(ESO) is designed to improve the anti-interference ability and dynamic performance. Secondly, the servo control architecture is simplified to a double-loop system, and a composite control of position and speed with acceleration feed-forward is presented to improve the EMA frequency bandwidth.Thirdly, the ideal model of the EMA is transformed into a simple cascade integral form with a disturbance observer, which makes it convenient to analyze and design the controller. Robustness performance comparisons are realized in frequency domain. 2Magnetic Array Assisted Triboelectric Nanogenerator Sensor for Real‑Time Gesture Interaction显示文摘In human-machine interaction,robotic hands are useful in many scenarios.To operate robotic hands via gestures instead of handles will greatly improve the convenience and intuition of human-machine interaction.Here,we present a magnetic array assisted sliding triboelectric sensor for achieving a real-time gesture interaction between a human hand and robotic hand.With a finger’s traction movement of flexion or extension,the sensor can induce positive/negative pulse signals.Through counting the pulses in unit time,the degree,speed,and direction of finger motion can be judged in realtime.The magnetic array plays an important role in generating the quantifiable pulses.The designed two parts of magnetic array can transform sliding motion into contact-separation and constrain the sliding pathway,respectively,thus improve the durability,low speed signal amplitude,and stability of the system.This direct quantization approach and optimization of wearable gesture sensor provide a new strategy for achieving a natural,intuitive,and real-time human-robotic interaction.Ken Qin Chen Chen Xianjie Pu Qian Tang Wencong He Yike Liu Qixuan Zeng Guanlin Liu Hengyu Guo Chenguo Hu 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,3:5

4Morphology cluster and prediction of growth of human brain pyramidal neurons显示文摘Predicting neuron growth is valuable to understand the morphology of neurons, thus it is helpful in the research of neuron classification. This study sought to propose a new method of predicting the growth of human neurons using 1 907 sets of data in human brain pyramidal neurons obtained from the website of NeuroMorpho.Org. First, we analyzed neurons in a morphology field and used an expectation-maximization algorithm to specify the neurons into six clusters. Second, naive Bayes classifier was used to verify the accuracy of the expectation-maximization algorithm. Experiment results proved that the cluster groups here were efficient and feasible. 5Electrolyte Concentration Regulation Boosting Zinc Storage Stability of High-Capacity K0.486V2O5 Cathode for Bendable Quasi-Solid-State Zinc Ion Batteries显示文摘Vanadium-based cathodes have attracted great interest in aqueous zinc ion batteries(AZIBs)due to their large capacities,good rate performance and facile synthesis in large scale.However,their practical application is greatly hampered by vanadium dissolution issue in conventional dilute electrolytes.Herein,taking a new potassium vanadate K0.486V2O5(KVO)cathode with large interlayer spacing(~0.95 nm)and high capacity as an example,we propose that the cycle life of vanadates can be greatly upgraded in AZIBs by regulating the concentration of ZnCl2 electrolyte,but with no need to approach“water-in-salt”threshold.With the optimized moderate concentration of 15 m ZnCl2 electrolyte,the KVO exhibits the best cycling stability with ~95.02% capacity retention after 1400 cycles.We further design a novel sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)-moderate concentration ZnCl2 gel electrolyte with high ionic conductivity of 10.08 mS cm^-1 for the first time and assemble a quasi-solid-state AZIB.This device is bendable with remarkable energy density(268.2 Wh kg^−1),excellent stability(97.35% after 2800 cycles),low self-discharge rate,and good environmental(temperature,pressure)suitability,and is capable of powering small electronics.The device also exhibits good electrochemical performance with high KVO mass loading(5 and 10 mg cm^-2).Our work sheds light on the feasibility of using moderately concentrated electrolyte to address the stability issue of aqueous soluble electrode materials.Linpo Li Shuailei Liu Wencong Liu Deliang Ba Wenyi Liu Qiuyue Gui Yao Chen Zuoqi Hu Yuanyuan Li Jinping Liu 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,2:2
6Binder-free electrodes for advanced potassium-ion batteries:A review显示文摘Potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)have attracted enormous attention due to the abundance of potassium resources,low cost,fast ionic conductivity of electrolyte and relatively high operating voltage.Despite great effo rts and progress,researches on PIBs are still at the initial stage,especially in the emerging field of flexible and wearable PIBs.The inevitable challenges for PIBs include low reversible capacity,unsatisfactory cycling stability and insufficient energy density,the solution to which mostly relies on designing adva nced electrodes.Binder-free electrodes have emerged as promising electrode architecture for PIBs.Such electrodes avoid the use of insulating binders,which can be designed with various synergistic functional materials to address the aforementioned PIB issues and be endowed with flexibility/wearability.In this review,we mainly summarize the recent progress on binde r-free electrodes for PIBs,with the focus on the methodologies,detailed strategies and functional materials for electrode construction.One strategy for binder-free electrodes is to assemble free-standing architecture with the help of carbon nanotubes(CNTs),graphitic fibers,and other carbon or mechanically robust materials,either alone or in combination.The other effective strategy is current collector substrate-assisted direct growth,including the use of carbon cloth,metal.MXenes and other conductive substrates.Additionally,challenges and research opportunities are put forward at the end as the guidance for future development of binder-free PIB devices.Wencong Liu Wenyi Liu Yuqi Jiang Qiuyue Gui Deliang Ba Yuanyuan Li Jinping Liu 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,4:2
7Acetylcholinesterase inhibitors and antioxidants mining from marine fungi:bioassays,bioactivity coupled LC-MS/MS analyses and molecular networking显示文摘Marine fungi are potentially important resources for bioactive lead compounds for discovering new drugs for diseases such as Alzheimer's disease.In this paper,the combined bioassay model of acetylcholinesterase(AChE)inhibition,1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)free radical scavenging,and Artemi ci larval lethality was used to evaluate the activity and toxicity of 35 n narine fun gal strains from seas around China.Their bioactive constitue nfs were revealed by thin layer chromatography(TLC)autography,bioactivity coupled LC-MS/MS and Global Natural Products Social Molecular Networking(GNPS).The results show that the extracts of five strains exhibited higher AChE inhibition ratios than the positive control compound,'tacrine;for which the ratio was 89.8%at 200 pig/ml.Six strains displayed both AChE inhibition(inhibition ratios>20%at 200 pg/ml)and DPPH scavenging activity(scavenging ratios>30%at 200 pg/ml)together with low Artemia larval toxicity(lethal rates<12%).TLC autography showed that the fractioned extracts of four strains contained highly diverse and different bioactive constituents,includi ng strains Talaromyces sp.C2\-\,Aspergillus ter re us C23-3,Trichoderma harzianum DLEN2008005,and Penicillium corylophilum TBG1-17.From the most potent sample F-l 1-1-b(derived from Aspergillus tern us C23-3),five AChE inhibitors and seven antioxida nts were recognized as bioactive molecules by AChE coupled ultrafiltration followed by LC-MS/MS,and LC-MS/MS coupled with DPPH incubation.Furthermore,with the aid of GNPS,the AChE inhibitors were plausibly annotated as territrem analogues including territrems A-C/D,arisugacin A and an unknown compound 4,and the seven antioxidants were assigned as butyrolactone I.aspernolide E,a phenolic derivative and possibly unknown compounds 8-10 and 12.Yingying Nie Wencong Yang Yayue Liu Jingming Yang Xiaoling Lei William HGerwick Yi Zhang 2020Marine Life Science & Technology2020,2,4:2
8Trace-Norm Regularized Multi-Task Learning for Sea State Bias Estimation显示文摘Sea state bias(SSB)is an important component of errors for the radar altimeter measurements of sea surface height(SSH).However,existing SSB estimation methods are almost all based on single-task learning(STL),where one model is built on the data from only one radar altimeter.In this paper,taking account of the data from multiple radar altimeters available,we introduced a multi-task learning method,called trace-norm regularized multi-task learning(TNR-MTL),for SSB estimation.Corresponding to each individual task,TNR-MLT involves only three parameters.Hence,it is easy to implement.More importantly,the convergence of TNR-MLT is theoretically guaranteed.Compared with the commonly used STL models,TNR-MTL can effectively utilize the shared information between data from multiple altimeters.During the training of TNR-MTL,we used the JASON-2 and JASON-3 cycle data to solve two correlated SSB estimation tasks.Then the optimal model was selected to estimate SSB on the JASON-2 and the HY-270-71 cycle intersection data.For the JSAON-2 cycle intersection data,the corrected variance(M)has been reduced by 0.60 cm^2 compared to the geophysical data records(GDR);while for the HY-2 cycle intersection data,M has been reduced by 1.30 cm^2 compared to GDR.Therefore,TNR-MTL is proved to be effective for the SSB estimation tasks.ZHONG Guoqiang QU Jianzhang WANG Haizhen LIU Benxiu JIAO Wencong FAN Zhenlin MIAO Hongli HEDJAM Rachid 2020Journal of Ocean University of China2020,19,6:1
9High-efficiency and large light-receiving area superconducting nanowire single-photon detector integrated with high-contrast grating显示文摘By using a high-contrast grating(HCG,high transmittance>90%)to control the phase shift of incident light,we theoretically designed a novel-structured HCG-integrated superconducting nanowire single-photon detector(HCG-SNSPD)with a high-efficiency and large light-receiving area.Without enlarging the typical single-pixel SNSPD nanowire area(10μm×10μm),the effective detection area is expanded to 115μm,while the absorption efficiency of the nanowire reaches 84.9% at a wavelength of 1550 nm.The effective detection area of HCGSNSPD is increased by 11.5 times compared to that of conventional single-pixel SNSPDs.Moreover,the absorption efficiencies of HCG-SNSPD exceed 70% at wavelengths ranging from 1460 nm to 1650 nm,indicating high-efficiency broadband detection.This study promotes new possibilities for the application of SNSPDs.CHEN WEI WENCONG WANG DONGMEI LIU MIN GU XIANQIU WU 2021Photonics Research2021,9,11:1

11Formation process and properties of hydrogen-producing granular sludge in UASB reactor显示文摘The granular sludge of microbial fermentation systems includes various biomass-degrading enzymes and different microflora,which have significant impacts on the degradation of biomass and the stability of the system.An up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB)reactor was used to grow hydrogen-producing granular sludge.The results showed that the formation of the granular sludge underwent four stages,i.e.,flocculation of the sludge,formation of the flocculent sludge,swelling of the flocculent sludge,and formation of the granular sludge.The formed granular sludge mostly had regular spherical and ellipsoidal shapes with a fractal dimension of 2.08±0.4;the settling velocities were 0.84 cm/s to 1.96 cm/s in water,the porosity was 0.67-0.95.The shear sensitivity(Kss)of the granular sludge was 0.1152.The granular sludge had a culture cycle of approximately 70 d and a hydrogen yield of 1.09 mol H2/mol glucose.Lili Yin Shuang Liu Mengyi Wang Wencong Ju Donghui Wei Wenzhe Li 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,5:1

14Griseofulvin enantiomers and bromine-containing griseofulvin derivatives with antifungal activity produced by the mangrove endophytic fungus Nigrospora sp.QQYB1显示文摘Marine microorganisms have long been recognized as potential sources for drug discovery.Griseofulvin was one of the first antifungal natural products and has been used as an antifungal agent for decades.In this study,12 new griseofulvin derivatives[(±)-1-2,(+)-3,(±)-4,10-12,and 14-15]and two new griseofulvin natural products(9 and 16)together with six known analogues[(-)-3,5-8,and 13]were isolated from the mangrove-derived fungus Nigrospora sp.QQYB1 treated with 0.3%NaCl or 2%NaBr in rice solid medium.Their 2D structures and absolute configurations were established by extensive spectroscopic analysis(1D and 2D NMR,HRESIMS),ECD spectra,computational calculation,DP4+analysis,and X-ray single-crystal diffraction.Compounds 1-4 represent the first griseofulvin enantiomers with four absolute configurations(2S,6'S;2R,6'R;2S,6'R;2R,6'S),and compounds 9-12 represent the first successful production of brominated griseofulvin derivatives from fungi via the addition of NaBr to the culture medium.In the antifungal assays,compounds 6 and 9 demonstrated significant inhibitory activities against the fungi Colletotrichum truncatum,Microsporum gypseum,and Trichophyton mentagrophyte with inhibition zones varying between 28 and 41 mm(10μg/disc).The structure-activity relationship(SAR)was analyzed,which showed that substituents at C-6,C-7,C-6'and the positions of the carbonyl and double bond of griseofulvin derivatives significantly affected the antifungal activity.Ge Zou Wencong Yang Tao Chen Zhaoming Liu Yan Chen Taobo Li Gulab Said Bing Sun Bo Wang Zhigang She 2024Marine Life Science & Technology2024,6,1:0
15Ultrahigh Performance Triboelectric Nanogenerator Enabled by Charge Transmission in Interfacial Lubrication and Potential Decentralization Design显示文摘Triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) is a promising strategy for harvesting low frequency mechanical energy. However, the bottlenecks of limited electric output by air/dielectric breakdown and poor durability by material abrasion seriously restrict its further improvement. Herein, we propose a liquid lubrication promoted sliding mode TENG to address both issues. Liquid lubrication greatly reduces interface material abrasion, and its high breakdown strength and charge transmission effect further enhance device charge density. Besides, the potential decentralization design by the voltage balance bar effectively suppresses the dielectric breakdown. In this way, the average power density up to 87.26 W·m^(-2)·Hz^(-1), energy conversion efficiency of 48%, and retention output of 90% after 500,000 operation cycles are achieved, which is the highest average power density and durability currently. Finally, a cell phone is charged to turn on by a palm-sized TENG device at 2 Hz within 25 s. 16Coordination Polymers with Bipyridyl Diene and Triene Ligands:Synthesis,Structures and Luminescent Properties显示文摘Solvothermal reactions of cadmium salts with bipyridyl diene and triene ligands[1,3-bis((E)-2-(pyridin-4-yl)vinyl)benzene-(1,3-bpeb) and 1,6-bis(4-pyridyl)-1,3,5-hexatriene(bphte)] and one bipyridyl triene ligand[1,6-bis(4-pyridyl)-1,3,5-hexatriene-(bphte)] in the presence of auxiliary carboxylic acids including 2,6-dichlorobenzoic acid(2,6-HDCBA) and 2-naphthal-enecarboxylic acid(2-HNCA) gave rise to four coordination polymers[Cd(bphte)(2,6-DCBA)2]n(1), {[Cd(bphte)(2-NCA)2]·5.8H2O}n(2),[Cd2(1,3-bpeb)2(2,6-DCBA)4]n(3) and {[Cd4(1,3-bpeb)4(2-NCA)7(HCOO)]·2-HNCA·H2O}n(4), respectively. Compounds 1-4 were structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, powder X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 17Miura folding based charge-excitation triboelectric nanogenerator for portable power supply显示文摘Miniaturized mobile electronic devices have aroused great attention due to their convenience to daily life. However, they still face a problem that power supply from the conventional cell needs to be regularly charged or replaced. Portable electricity supply collecting energy from environment is highly desired. Herein, a highly flexible and stretchable Miura folding based triboelectric nanogenerator (MF-TENG) is prepared by using flexible polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as a folding substrate with a double working side design, specifically one side as the main TENG (M-TENG) and other side as the excitation TENG (E-TENG). The E-TENG supplements charge to M-TENG by a half-wave rectifier circuit. This design increases the TENG working area and reduces its volume. The output performance of the TENG based on Miura folding with charge excitation called MF-CE-TENG is greatly boosted. The optimal output charge and maximum peak power of MF-CE-TENG achieves 1.54 µC and 5.17 mW at 1 Hz, respectively, which is 4.61 and 10.55 times as much as that of MF-TENG without charge excitation. To demonstrate its applications, the MF-CE-TENG is used to light up 456 LEDs brightly and charge a 100 µF capacitor to 6.07 V in 5 min. A calculator and a temperature-humidity sensor work normally powered by MF-CE-TENG with an energy management module. 18Neurotoxicity and brain localization of europium doped Gd2O3 nanotubes in rats after intranasal instillation显示文摘Europium doped Gd_2 O_3 nanotubes(Gd_2 O_3:Eu^(3+) NTs) were synthesized and characterized. Then,the neurotoxicity and brain localization of Gd_2 O_3:Eu^(3+) NTs were evaluated. All experimental rats were administered by intranasal instillation with 30 μL Gd_2 O_3:Eu^(3+) NTs suspension 3.0 and 15.0 mg/mL respectively every other day for 35 consecutive days, and the rats of control group were administered with an equal volume of physiological saline. The Morris water maze was used to assess the rats' spatial learning and memory ability. The oxidative stress-related biomarkers and the activity of AChE in striatum and hippocampus were analyzed, and the histopathology of hippocampus and striatum was observed.The brain localization of gadolinium(Gd) was measured. The results showed that the escape latency of the rats in high-dose group prolonged significantly compared with that of control group after treatment of six weeks(p < 0.05), and the swimming time in D quadrant of high-dose group shortened significantly compared with the control group(p < 0.01). In addition, high-dose Gd_2 O_3:Eu^(3+) NTs could decrease the activity of GSH-Px and CAT in hippocampus and the activity of SOD in striatum(p < 0.05). MDA content in hippocampus and striatum of high-dose group increased(p < 0.05). High dose Gd_2 O_3:Eu^(3+) NTs could increase the activity of AChE in hippocampus(p < 0.05) and in striatum(p < 0.001). But there were no significant differences between the low-dose group and control group(p > 0.05). The results of Gd localization in brain showed that the ranking of Gd levels was olfactory bulb > striatum > hippocampus> cerebellum > brain stem > frontal cortex. The pathology results indicated that high dose Gd_2 O_3:Eu^(3+)NTs resulted in degeneration necrosis, nucleus pycnosis, and axons disappearance of the nerve cells at CA1, CA3 and DG area of hippocampus. 19Construction of the panoptosis-related gene model and characterization of tumor microenvironment infiltration in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the most common fatal cancer worldwide,patients with HCC have a high mortality rate and poor prognosis.PANoptosis is a novel discovery of programmed cell death associated with cancer development.However,the role of PANoptosis in HCC remains obscure.In this study,we enrolled 274 PANoptosisrelated genes(PANRGs)and screened 8 genes to set up a prognostic model.A previous scoring system calculated PANscore was utilized to quantify the individual risk level of each HCC patient,and the reliability of the prognostic model has been validated in an external cohort.Nomogram constructed with PANscore and clinical characteristics were used to optimize individualized treatment for each patient.Single-cell analysis revealed a PANoptosis model associated with tumor immune cell infiltration,particularly natural killer(NK)cells.Further exploration of hub genes and assessment of the prognostic role of these 4 hub genes in HCC by quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR)and immunohistochemistry(IHC).In conclusion,we evaluated a PANoptosis-based prognostic model as a potential prognostic biomarker for HCC patients.XINRUI SHI XIA GAO WENCONG LIU XUEJIAO TANG JIAYI LIU DONGCHEN PAN XUEQING DUAN YUQING JIN WEIYAN REN LEI YANG WENXUAN LIU 2023Oncology Research2023,31,4:0
20Diversity and community structure of eukaryotic microalgae in surface sediments in the central Bohai Sea,China,based on a metabarcoding approach显示文摘Sediment samples were collected at 17 stations in the central Bohai Sea,China,and the diversity and community structure of eukaryotic microalgae were assessed by metabarcoding the V4 region of 18S r DNA.A total of 930 operational taxonomic units(OTUs)were detected for microeukaryotes,including 98algal OTUs.The algal communities comprised 42 genera belonging to 19 classes of six phyla,and they were dominated by chrysophytes and dinoflagellates.Dinoflagellates were also the most diverse microalgal group.The nano-sized dinoflagellates Biecheleria halophila and Azadinium trinitatum occurred abundantly in the study area;however,they have not been reported previously,as they may be overlooked or misidentified in light microscopy.Many pico-sized chlorophytes were detected in the sediment samples.Sixteen of the detected OTUs were assigned to potentially harmful and/or bloom-forming microalgae,suggesting some potential risks of harmful algal blooms in the central Bohai Sea.The capacity of metabarcoding to detect morphologically cryptic and small species makes this method a sufficiently sensitive means of detection for assessing eukaryotic microalgae in sediments.Zhaohui WANG Chaofan WANG Maoting WANG Weiguo LI Wencong ZHONG Lei LIU Tao JIANG 2022Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2022,40,6:0
