Chinese medicines for prevention and treatment of human hepatocellular carcinoma: current progress on pharmacological actions and mechanisms显示文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is one of leading causes of death in the world. Although various treatments have been developed, the therapeutic side effects are far from desirable. Chinese medicines(CMs, including plants, animal parts and minerals) have drawn a great deal of attention in recent years for their potential in the treatment of HCC. Most studies have shown that CMs may be able to retard HCC progression with multiple actions, either alone or in combination with other conventional therapies to improve quality of life in HCC patients. Additionally, CMs are used for preventing HCC occurrence. The aim of this study is to review the potential prophylactic and curative effects of CMs on human HCC and the possible mechanisms that underlie these pharmacological actions. Publications were collected and reviewed from Pub Med and China National Knowledge Infrastructure from 2000 to 2014. Keywords for literature searches include 'Chinese medicine', 'Chinese herb', 'traditional Chinese Medicine', 'hepatocellular carcinoma' and 'liver cancer'. CMs in forms of pure compounds, isolated fractions, and composite formulas are included. Combination therapies are also considered. Both in vitro and in vivo efficacies of CMs are being discussed and the translational potential to bedside is to be discussed with clinical cases, which show the actions of CMs on HCC may include tumor growth inhibition, antimetastatic activities, anti-inflammation, anti-liver cancer stem cells, reversal on multi-drug resistance and induction/reduction of oxidative stress. Multiple types of molecules are found to contribute in the above actions. The review paper indicated that CMs might have potential to both prevent HCC occurrence and retard HCC progression with several molecular targets involved. | Xuanbin Wang Ning Wang Fan Cheung Lixing Lao Charlie Li Yibin Feng | 2015 | Journal of Integrative Medicine2015,13,3: | 33

Deep-learning-based information mining from ocean remote-sensing imagery显示文摘With the continuous development of space and sensor technologies during the last 40 years, ocean remote sensing has entered into the big-data era with typical five-V(volume,variety,value,velocity and veracity)characteristics.Ocean remote-sensing data archives reach several tens of petabytes and massive satellite data are acquired worldwide daily. To precisely, efficiently and intelligently mine the useful information submerged in such ocean remote-sensing data sets is a big challenge.Deep learning-a powerful technology recently emerging in the machine-learning field-has demonstrated its more significant superiority over traditional physical-or statistical-based algorithms for image-information extraction in many industrial-field applications and starts to draw interest in ocean remote-sensing applications. In this review paper,we first systematically reviewed two deep-learning frameworks that carry out ocean remote-sensing-image classifications and then presented eight typical applications in ocean internal-wave/eddy/oil-spill/coastal-inundation/sea-ice/green-algae/ship/coral-reef mapping from different types of ocean remote-sensing imagery to show how effective these deep-learning frameworks are.Researchers can also readily modify these existing frameworks for information mining of other kinds of remote-sensing imagery. | Xiaofeng Li Bin Liu Gang Zheng Yibin Ren Shuangshang Zhang Yingjie Liu Le Gao Yuhai Liu Bin Zhang Fan Wang | 2020 | National Science Review2020,7,10: | 19
Nickel-free Stainless Steel for Medical Applications显示文摘BIOSS4 steel is essentially a nickel-free austenitic stainless steel developed by the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in response to nickel allergy problems associated with nickel-containing stainless steels that are widely used in medical applications. The high nitrogen content of this steel effectively maintains the austenitic stability and also contributes to the high levels of corrosion resistance and strength. BIOSS4 steel possesses a good combination of high strength and toughness, better corrosion resistance, and better blood compatibility, in comparison with the medical 316L stainless steel. Potential applications of BIOSS4 steel can include medical implantation material and orthodontic or orthopedic devices, as well as jewelries and other decorations. | Yibin REN, Ke YANG, Bingchun ZHANG, Yaqing WANG and Yong LIANGInstitute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenyang 110016, China | 2004 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2004,20,5: | 11

LncRNA Nron regulates osteoclastogenesis during orthodontic bone resorption显示文摘Activation of osteoclasts during orthodontic tooth treatment is a prerequisite for alveolar bone resorption and tooth movement. However, the key regulatory molecules involved in osteoclastogenesis during this process remain unclear.Long noncoding RNAs(lnc RNAs)are a newly identified class of functional RNAs that regulate cellular processes, such as gene expression and translation regulation.Recently, lnc RNAs have been reported to be involved in osteogenesis and bone formation. However,as the most abundant noncoding RNAs in vivo, the potential regulatory role of lnc RNAs in osteoclast formation and bone resorption urgently needs to be clarified. We recently found that the lnc RNA Nron(long noncoding RNA repressor of the nuclear factor of activated T cells)is highly expressed in osteoclast precursors.Nron is downregulated during osteoclastogenesis and bone ageing. To further determine whether Nron regulates osteoclast activity during orthodontic treatment, osteoclastic Nron transgenic(Nron c TG)and osteoclastic knockout(Nron CKO)mouse models were generated. When Nron was overexpressed, the orthodontic tooth movement rate was reduced. In addition, the number of osteoclasts decreased, and the activity of osteoclasts was inhibited.Mechanistically,Nron controlled the maturation of osteoclasts by regulating NFATc1 nuclear translocation. In contrast,by deleting Nron specifically in osteoclasts, tooth movement speed increased in Nron CKO mice. These results indicate that lnc RNAs could be potential targets to regulate osteoclastogenesis and orthodontic tooth movement speed in the clinic in the future. | Ruilin Zhang Junhui Li Gongchen Li Fujun Jin Zuolin Wang Rui Yue Yibin Wang Xiaogang Wang Yao Sun | 2020 | International Journal of Oral Science2020,12,2: | 9

Flame propagation characteristics and flame structures of zirconium particle cloud in a small-scale chamber显示文摘Flame propagating through zirconium particle cloud in a small-scale vertical rectangle chamber was investigated experimentally. In the experiments, the zirconium quoted 99% purity was used and the diameter of particles was distributed 1-22 μm.The zirconium dust was dispersed into the chamber by air flow and ignited by an electrode spark.A high-speed video camera was used to record the images of the propagating flame.Micro-thermocouples,schlieren optical system and microscopic lens were used to obtain temperature profiles and flame structure, respectively.Based on the experimental results, flame propagation characteristics and flame structure of zirconium particle cloud were analyzed. The propagation velocity of the flame is quite slow in the initial 14 ms and then accelerates to maximum value.Subsequently, the propagation velocity of the flame almost keeps constant. The combustion zone width of zirconium particle cloud is 5-6 mm.Smaller particles burn mainly at the leading edge of combustion zone in the width of 1.4 mm followed by larger particles burning 1.4-6 mm behind the leading edge of the combustion zone.Gas phase flame is not seen in zirconium particle cloud and the combustion time of single zirconium particle is 1-5 ms,which depends on its original size. The preheated zone is 7-8 mm thickness ahead of the combustion zone and intensive chemical reaction takes place at 490 K.The maximum flame temperature increases at lower concentrations, reaches the maximum value, and then decreases slightly at higher concentrations. | DING YiBin SUN JinHua HE XueChao WANG QiuHong YIN Yi XU Yao Chen XianFeng | 2010 | Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,34: | 8
A probabilistic risk assessment framework considering lane-changing behavior interaction显示文摘Understanding the dynamic characteristics of surrounding vehicles and estimating the potential risk of mixed traffic can help reliable autonomous driving. However, the existing risk assessment methods are challenging to detect dangerous situations in advance and tackle the uncertainty of mixed traffic. In this paper,we propose a probabilistic driving risk assessment framework based on intention identification and risk assessment of surrounding vehicles.Firstly,we set up an intention identification model(IIM)via long short-term memory(LSTM)networks to identify the intention possibility of the surrounding vehicles. Then a risk assessment model(RAM)based on the driving safety field is employed to output the potential risk.Specifically, driving safety field can reflect the coupling relationship of drivers, vehicles, and roads by analyzing their interaction. Finally,an integrated risk evaluation model combining both IIM and RAM is developed to form a dynamic potential risk map considering multi-vehicle interaction. For example,in a typical but challenging lane-changing scenario,an intelligent vehicle can assess its driving status by calculating a risk map in real time that represents the risk generated by the estimated intentions of surrounding vehicles.Furthermore, simulations and naturalistic driving experiments are conducted in the extracted lane-changing scenarios, and the results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model considering lane-changing behavior interaction. | Heye HUANG Jianqiang WANG Cong FEI Xunjia ZHENG Yibin YANG Jinxin LIU Xiangbin WU Qing XU | 2020 | Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,9: | 6
Effect of Saccharomyces boulardii and Bacillus subtilis B10 on gut microbiota modulation in broilers显示文摘The gut microbiota plays important roles in animal overall health and productiveness. Balancing host gut microbiota by probiotics has been documented. Our previous study showed that Saccharomyces boulardii(Sb) and Bacillus subtilis B10(Bs) significantly improve growth performance and modulate the intestinal histomorphology in broilers. To increase the knowledge regarding Sb and Bs, this study investigated the effects of these 2 probiotic strains on the gut microbiota in broilers. Three hundred 1-day-old Sanhuang broilers(Chinese cross breed) were randomly divided into 3 groups, each group with 5 replications(n = 20). The control group(CK) was fed a basal diet containing an antibiotic(virginiamycin, 20 mg/kg) and the other 2 groups received Sb and Bs(1 × 10~8cfu/kg of feed) in addition to the basal diet. After 72 d of treatment, pyrosequencing revealed that the bacterial communities varied along the section of intestinal tract in the control and Bs groups, but not in the Sb group. No difference in microbial diversity was observed among 3 groups. The major phyla observed along the GI tract of broilers(particularly in the duodenum and cecum) were Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes, Proteobacteria, and Verrucomicrobia, which were considered potentially growth performance-related. Bacteroidetes, Proteobacteria, and Verrucomicrobia were observed at a much higher abundance in the jejunums and ileums of the Sb group(P < 0.05). In addition, the jejunal microbial communities formed 3 different clusters at either the genus level or the category of metabolism among the groups, based on the principal component analyses. These data indicated that Sb and Bs can modulate the microbial ecosystem, and subsequently enhance the health status of broilers. | Chubin Qin Li Gong Xiaoping Zhang Yuanyuan Wang Yibin Wang Baikui Wang Yali Li Weifen Li | 2018 | Animal Nutrition2018,,4: | 5
Combination of ablative fractional carbon dioxide laser and platelet-rich plasma treatment to improve hypertrophic scars:a retrospective clinical observational study显示文摘Background:Hypertrophic scars are one of the main complications that affect the quality of life of patients after burns. Many methods have been shown to be effective in the treatment of hypertrophic scars, such as ablative fractional CO_(2) laser(AFCL)and platelet-rich plasma(PRP).However, there are few studies on the effect of the combined application of these measures. The purpose of this study was to explore the therapeutic effect of AFCL combined with PRP on hypertrophic burn scars. Methods:A retrospective clinical observation study was conducted on 50 patients with hypertrophic burn scars. The AFCL+PRP group included 31 patients who received AFCL combined with PRP treatment;the AFCL group included 19 patients who received AFCL treatment only. The University of North Carolina 4P Scar Scale(UNC4P)and the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)scores that were collected before each treatment were used as indicators of the effectiveness of the previous treatment. The scores recorded at the second, fourth and seventh months were analysed. Results:The demographic data of the 2 groups were not significantly different. Before treatment, therewas no difference in the UNC4P and VSS scores between the 2 groups.Therewas a significant decline in the UNC4P and VSS total scores over 6 months in both groups(p<0.05)and scores in the 2 groups were comparable after 3 and 6 months(p<0.05).UNC4P scores in the AFCL+PRP group decreased from a mean of 8.26 to 2.61(p<0.05)with a concomitant drop in VSS scores from a mean of 11.74 to 6.06(p<0.01).In the AFCL group UNC4P and VSS scores decreased from 7.68 to 4.63(p<0.05)and from 10.89 to 8.16(p<0.05),respectively.The sub-items of these 2 assessments were analysed and the results suggest that AFCL combined with PRP can comprehensively improve scarring. Conclusions:This study shows that PRP is an effective adjunct for AFCL in the treatment of hypertrophic burn scars and that the combination of PRP and AFCL proved to be more useful than AFCL alone. This combination may be a new and effective clinical practice for the treatment of scars. However, larger and higher-level clinical studies are still needed to determine its efficacy and possible mechanisms. | Zhanzhan Dai Xiaozhen Lou Tuo Shen Yu Sun Yongqiang Xiao Xingfeng Zheng Xuexin Wang Yu Peng Yukun Guo Yibin Guo Jiannan Wen He Fang Bing Ma Zhaofan Xia | 2021 | Burns & Trauma2021,9,1: | 4
Reduced Graphene Oxide/Carbon Nanofiber Based Composite Fabrics with Spider Web‑like Structure for Microwave Absorbing Applications显示文摘Composite fabrics with excellent microwave absorbing performance are highly desired.Herein, reduced graphene oxide/carbon nanofiber(rGO/CNF)based composite fabrics with spider web-like structure were successfully synthesized by electrostatic spinning technique. The spider web-like structure in the composite fabrics provides a connected network for efficient conductive loss of microwave energies.Magnetic loss benefits from the deposited nickel nanoparticles(Ni NPs)anchored in the carbon nanofibers.Meanwhile, the deposited thin polypyrrole(PPy)layers on the conductive network acts as a protective layer for Ni NPs as well as provides abundant interfaces for dissipating electromagnetic energies, which endow the composite fabrics stable microwave absorbing performance.Due to the synergistic effect of microwave absorb-ing mechanism, the maximum reflection loss(RL_(max))of the composite fabric at 6.72 GHz is-46.15 dB,and the effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)is as wide as 8.63 GHz(from 9.37 to 18 GHz).What's more, favorable mechanical and heat insulation properties of the composite fabrics reveal its multifunctional advantages. This rGO/CNF based composite fabric demonstrates a new direction for multifunctional and flexible microwave absorbing materials(MAMs). | Xihua Wang Jing Qin Jin Cui Li Huang Ye Yuan Yibin Li | 2022 | Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,5: | 4
Umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell transplantation for the treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy显示文摘Due to their relative abundance, stable biological properties and excellent reproductive activity, umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells have previously been utilized for the treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy, which is a muscular atrophy disease.Three patients who were clinically and pathologically diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy were transplanted with umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells by intravenous infusion,in combination with multi-point intramuscular injection. They were followed up for 12 months after cell transplantation. Results showed that clinical symptoms significantly improved, daily living activity and muscle strength were enhanced, the sero-enzyme,electromyogram,and MRI scans showed improvement, and dystrophin was expressed in the muscle cell membrane.Hematoxylin-eosin staining of a muscle biopsy revealed that muscle fibers were well arranged, fibrous degeneration was alleviated, and fat infiltration was improved. These pieces of evidence suggest that umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell transplantation can be considered as a new regimen for Duchenne muscular dystrophy. | Xiaofeng Yang Yifeng Xu Naiwu Lu Yibin Zhang Hongmei Wang Xin Lu Jiping Cui JinxuZhou Hong Shan Yanxiang Wu Xinping Liu | 2011 | Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,10: | 4
Tuning sol size to optimize organosilica membranes for gas separation显示文摘A series of organosilica sols are prepared by the polymeric sol–gel method using 1,2-bis(triethoxysilyl)ethane(BTESE)as the precursor.Particle size distributions of the BTESE-derived sols are systematically investigated by carefully adjusting the synthesis parameters(i.e.,water ratios, acid ratios and solvent ratios)in the sol process. In certain conditions, increasing the water ratio or the acid ratio tends to cause larger sol sizes and bimodal particle size distributions. However, higher solvent ratios lead to smaller sol sizes and unimodal particle size distributions. The organosilica membranes prepared from the optimized sols show excellent H_2 permeances(up to 4.2×10^(-7)mol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)·Pa^(-1))and gas permselectitivies(H_2/CO_2 is 9.5,H_2/N_2 is 50 and H_2/CH_4 is 68).This study offers significant insights into the relationship between the sol synthesis parameters, sol sizes and membrane performance. | Huating Song Yibin Wei Chenying Wang Shuaifei Zhao Hong Qi | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,1: | 3
Raising the production of phloretin by alleviation of by-product of chalcone synthase in the engineered yeast显示文摘Phloretin is an important skin-lightening and depigmenting agent from the peel of apples. Although de novo production of phloretin has been realized in microbes using the natural pathway from plants, the efficiency of phloretin production is still not enough for industrial application. Here, we established an artificial pathway in the yeast to produce phloretin via assembling two genes of p-coumaroyl-CoA ligase(4CL) and chalcone synthase(CHS). CHS is a key enzyme which conventionally condenses a CoA-tethered starter with three molecules of malonyl-CoA to form the backbone of flavonoids. However, there was 33% of byproduct generated via CHS by condensing two molecules of malonyl-CoA during the fermentation process. Hence, we introduced a more efficient CHS and improved the supply of malonyl-CoA through two pathways;the by-product ratio was decreased from 33% to 17% and the production of phloretin was improved from 48 to 83.2 mg L^(-1). Finally, a fed-batch fermentation process was optimized and the production of phloretin reached 619.5 mg L^(-1), which was 14-fold higher than that of the previous studies. Our work established a platform for the biosynthesis of phloretin from the low-cost raw material 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl) propanoic acid and also illustrated the potential for industrial scale bio-manufacturing of phloretin. | Chunmei Jiang Xiaonan Liu Xianqing Chen Yi Cai Yibin Zhuang Tian Liu Xiaoxi Zhu Hui Wang Yuwan Liu Huifeng Jiang Wen Wang | 2020 | Science China(Life Sciences)2020,63,11: | 3
Radial Non-uniformity Index Research on High-density,High-flux CFB Riser with Stratified Injection显示文摘A high-density, high-flux circulating fluidized bed (CFB) riser (100 mm in ID and 10.614 m in height) was applied in a wide range of operating conditions (with solid fluxes up to 400 kg/m2s and superficial gas velocities up to 12 m/s) to examine its radial non-uniformity dynamics. The solids holdup was determined through the use of a fiber-optic probe at 11 axial levels. The results indicated that under all operating conditions, the high superficial gas velocity and low solid fluxes maintained a low radial non-uniformity index (RNI). The high-density/flux CFB riser had several unique characteristics, so that the peak of the radial solids holdup profile occurred at a position with r/R=0.8. The RNI and solids holdup at the cross-sectional position had a good logarithmic relationship at the low-density condition (with a mean solids holdup of <0.2), and the RNI decreased when the mean solids holdup exceeded 0.2. Investigation of the dynamics of stratified injection revealed that the feed ratio had an important effect on Gs and on solids holdup distribution. A novel '<' shaped axial solids holdup profile was found. Gs decreased sharply when the up-flow feed ratio exceeded 0.5, and RNI was lowest when the up-flow feed ratio was 1. | Geng Qiang Wang Lu Li Zhichao Li Chunyi Liu Yibin You Xinghua | 2012 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2012,14,4: | 3
Water transfer characteristics during methane hydrate formation and dissociation processes inside saturated sand显示文摘Gas hydrates formation and dissociation processes inside porous media are always accompanied by water transfer behavior, which is similar to the water behavior of ice freezing and thawing processes. These processes have been studied by many researchers, but all the studies are so far on the water transfer characteristics outside porous media and the water transfer characteristics inside porous media have been little known. In this study, in order to study the water transfer characteristics inside porous media during methane hydrate formation and dissociation processes, a novel apparatus with three pF-meter sensors which can detect water content changes inside porous media was applied. It was experimentally observed that methane hydrate formation processes were accompanied by water transfer from bottom to top inside porous media, however, the water behavior during hydrate dissociation processes was abnormal, for which more studies are needed to find out the real reason in our future work. | Peng Zhang, Qingbai Wu, Yibin Pu, Guanli Jiang, Jing Zhan, Yingmei Wang State Key Laboratory, Cold and Arid Regions Environmental and Engineering Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Lanzhou 730000, Gansu, China | 2010 | Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,1: | 3
Tranexamic acid for acute intracerebral haemorrhage growth based on imaging assessment (TRAIGE): a multicentre, randomised, placebo- controlled trial显示文摘Background Studies show tranexamic acid can reduce the risk of death and early neurological deterioration after intracranial haemorrhage. We aimed to assess whether tranexamic acid reduces haematoma expansion and improves outcome in intracerebral haemorrhage patients susceptible to haemorrhage expansion. Methods We did a prospective,double-blind,randomised,placebo-controlled trial at 10 stroke centres in China.Acute supratentorial intracerebral haemorrhage patients were eligible if they had indication of haemorrhage expansion on admission imaging(eg,spot sign, black hole sign or blend sign),and were treatable within 8 hours of symptom onset.Patients were randomly assigned(1:1)to receive either tranexamic acid or a matching placebo. The primary outcome was intracerebral haematoma growth(>33% relative or>6 mL absolute)at 24 hours.Clinical outcomes were assessed at 90 days. Results Of the 171 included patients,124(72.5%)were male, and the mean age was 55.9±11.6 years.89 patients received tranexamic acid and 82 received placebo. The primary outcome did not differ significantly between the groups:36(40.4%)patients in the tranexamic acid group and 34(41.5%)patients in the placebo group had intracranial haemorrhage growth(OR 0.96,95% CI 0.52 to 1.77,p=0.89).The proportion of death was lower in the tranexamic acid treatment group than placebo group(8.1%vs 10.0%),but there were no significant differences in secondary outcomes including absolute intracranial haemorrhage growth, death and dependency. Conclusions Among patients susceptible to haemorrhage expansion treated within 8 hours of stroke onset, tranexamic acid did not significantly prevent intracerebral haemorrhage growth.Larger studies are needed to assess safety and efficacy of tranexamic acid in intracerebral haemorrhage patients. | Jingyi Liu Ximing Nie Hongqiu Gu Qi Zhou Haixin Sun Ying Tan Dacheng Liu Lina Zheng Jiahui Zhao Yan Wang Yibin Cao Haomeng Zhu Yunpeng Zhang Lijin Yi Yuehua Pu Miao Wen Zhonghua Yang Shengjun Sun Wenzhi Wang Xingquan Zhao Liping Liu Yongjun Wang | 2021 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,2: | 3
A hybrid genipin-crosslinked dual-sensitive hydrogel/nanostructured lipid carrier ocular drug delivery platform显示文摘The objective of this study was to develop a novel hybrid genipin-crosslinked dual-sensitive hydrogel/nanostructured lipid carrier(NLC) drug delivery platform. An ophthalmic antiinflammatory drug, baicalin(BN) was chosen as the model drug. BN –NLC was prepared using melt-emulsification combined with ultra-sonication technique. Additionally, a dual pH-and thermo-sensitive hydrogel composed of carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS) and poloxamer 407(F127) was fabricated by a cross-linking reaction with a nontoxic crosslinker genipin(GP). GP-CMCS/F127 hydrogel was characterized by FTIR, NMR, XRD and SEM. The swelling studies showed GP-CMCS/F127 hydrogel was both pH-and thermo-sensitive. The results of in vitro release suggested BN –NLC gel can prolong the release of baicalin comparing with BN eye drops and BN –NLC. Ex vivo cornea permeation study was evaluated using Franz diffusion cells. The apparent permeability coefficient(Papp) of BN –NLC gel was much higher(4.46-fold) than that of BN eye drops. Through the determination of corneal hydration levels, BN –NLC gel was confirmed that had no significant irritation to cornea. Ex vivo precorneal retention experiments were carried out by a flow-through approach. The results indicated that the NLC-based hydrogel can prolong precorneal residence time. In conclusion, the hybrid NLCbased hydrogel has a promising potential for application in ocular drug delivery. | Yibin Yu Ruoxi Feng Jinyu Li Yuanyuan Wang Yiming Song Guoxin Tan Dandan Liu Wei Liu Xinggang Yang Hao Pan Sanming Li | 2019 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2019,14,4: | 3
Delaunay graph-based moving mesh method with damping functions显示文摘The fluid–structure interaction and aerodynamic shape optimization usually involve the moving or deforming boundaries, thus the dynamic mesh techniques are the key techniques to cope with such deformation. A novel dynamic mesh method was developed based on the Delaunay graph in this paper. According to the Delaunay graph, the mesh points were divided into groups. In each group, a factor ranging from 0 to 1 was calculated based on the area/volume ratio. By introducing a proper function for this factor, this method can control the mesh quality with high efficiency. Several test cases were compared with other dynamic mesh methods regarding mesh quality and CPU time, such as radial basis function method and Delaunay graph mapping method. | Yibin WANG Ning QIN Ning ZHAO | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2018,31,11: | 3
