| 2 | Preparation of Hierarchically Trimodal-Porous ZSM-5 Composites through Steam-assisted Conversion of Macroporous Aluminosilica Gel with Two Different Quaternary Ammonium Hydroxides显示文摘This article presents a detailed structural study of a new spherical Mg Cl2-supported Ti Cl4 Ziegler-Natta catalyst for isotactic propylene polymerization, and researches on the relationship between catalyst structure and polymer properties. The spherical support with the chemical composition of CH3CH2 OMg OCH(CH2Cl)2 has been synthesized from a new dispersion system and is used as the supporting material to prepare Ziegler-Natta catalyst. The XRD analysis indicates that the catalyst is fully activated with δ-Mg Cl2 in the active catalyst. The far-IR spectrometric results confirm again the presence of δ-Mg Cl2 in the active catalyst. Textural property of the active catalyst exhibits high surface area coupled with high porosity. The high activity in propylene polymerization is mainly ascribed to the full activation and the porous structure of the catalyst. Scanning electron microscopy/energy dispersive spectrometer mapping results indicate a uniform titanium distribution throughout the catalyst particles. Particle size analysis shows that the catalyst has a narrow particle size distribution. The perfect spherical shape, uniform titanium distribution and narrow particle size distribution of the catalyst confirm the advantage of polymer particles production with less fines. | 3 | Genetic variation and selection of introduced provenances of Siberian Pine(Pinus sibirica) in frigid regions of the Greater Xing'an Range,Northeast China显示文摘Siberian Pine(Pinus sibirica) is an ecologically and economically important species in pristine forests throughout northern Russia. Four provenances of P. sibirica were introduced from Mongolia and Russia to the Greater Xing'an Range(the Daxing'anling), northeast China in 1993. The aim of this research was to study genetic variation and selection of the introduced four Pinus sibirica provenances. Heights(H), basal diameters(BD), survival rates(SR) and crown lengths(CL) of different families were measured as primary outcomes in different growth years. Results of data analyses demonstrated high coefficients of phenotypic variation(PCV) and heritability(H2) for H, BD and CL at 18 years after introduction. PCV and H2 increased with age. Correlations of growth traits between any two growth years were all significantly positive, but the correlation coefficient was smaller when the growth year interval was larger. Correlations between H and the original environment factors decreased gradually, indicating that with long-term subsistence in the new environment, the influence of the source environment declined. | 4 | Research on Artificial Lateral Line Perception of Flow Field based on Pressure Difference Matrix显示文摘In nature,with the help of lateral lines,fish is capable of sensing the state of the flow field and recognizing the surrounding near-fleld hydrodynamic environment in the condition of weak light or even complete darkness.In order to study the application of lateral lines,an improved pressure distribution model was proposed in this paper,and the pressure distributions of the lateral line carrier under different working conditions were obtained using hydrodynamic simulations.Subsequently,a visualized pressure difference matrix was constructed to identify the flow fields under different working conditions.The role of the lateral lines was investigated from a visual image perspective.Instinct features of different flow velocities,flow angles and obstacle offset distances were mapped into the pressure difference matrix.Lastly,a four-layer Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)model was built as a recognition tool to evaluate the effectiveness of the pressure difference matrix method.The recognition results demonstrate that the CNN can identify the flow field state with 2 s earlier than the current time.Hence,the proposed method provides a new way to identify flow field information in engineering applications. | Guijie Liu Shuikuan Liu Shirui Wang Huanhuan Hao Mengmeng Wang | 2019 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2019,16,6: | 5 |
| 5 | Dynamic microwave-assisted extraction combined with liquid phase microextraction based on the solidification of a floating drop for the analysis of organochlorine pesticides in grains followed by GC显示文摘A convenient,cost-effective and fast method using dynamic microwave-assisted extraction and liquid phase microextraction based on the solidification of a floating drop was proposed to analyze organochlorine pesticides in grains including rice,maize and millet.Twelve samples can be processed simultaneously in the method.During the extraction process,10%acetonitrile-water solutions containing 110μL of n-hexadecane were used to extract organochlorine pesticides.Subsequently,1.0 g sodium chloride was placed in the extract,and then centrifuged and cooled.The n-hexadecane drops containing the analytes were solidifi ed and transferred for determination by gas chromatography-electron capture detector without any further filtration or cleaning process.Limits of detection for organochlorine pesticides were 0.97–1.01μg/kg and the RSDs were in the range of 2.6%–8.5%.The developed technology has succeeded in analyzing six real grains samples and the recoveries of the organochlorine pesticides were 72.2%–94.3%.Compared with the published extraction methods,the developed method was used to analyze organochlorine pesticides in grains,being more environmentally friendly,which is suitable for the daily determination of organochlorine pesticides. | Guijie Li Xu Zhang Tingting Liu Hongxiu Fan Hongcheng Liu Shangyu Li Dawei Wang Lan Ding | 2021 | Food Science and Human Wellness2021,10,3: | 4 |
| 6 | Transcriptome-wide identification and expression profiling of Pinus massoniana MYB transcription factors responding to phosphorus deficiency显示文摘Myeloblastosis(MYB) proteins constitute one of the largest transcription factor(TF) families in plants and play crucial roles in regulating plant physiological and biochemical processes, including adaptation to diverse abiotic stresses. These TF families contain highly conserved MYB repeats(1 R, R2 R3, 3 R and 4 R) at the N-terminus. Roles for MYB TFs have been reported in response to such stresses as dehydration, salt, cold, and drought. The characterization of Masson pine(Pinus massoniana) MYB TFs are reported, including the analysis of MYB TFs expression in seedlings under controlled conditions and two different phosphate(Pi) deficient treatments. By searching for conserved MYB motifs in full transcriptomic RNA sequencing data for P. massoniana, 59 sequences were identified as MYB TFs. Conserved domainstructures and comparative functional and phylogenetic relationships of these MYB TFs with those in Arabidopsis were assessed using various bioinformatics tools. Based on microarray analysis, P. massoniana MYB genes exhibited different expression patterns under the two Pi deficiency conditions. Genes encoding MYB TFs that showed increased expression under critical Pi deficiency were identified, and some MYBs were differentially expressed only under conditions of severe Pi starvation. | 7 | Depletion of VPS35 attenuates metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma by restraining the Wnt/PCP signaling pathway显示文摘Vesicle Protein Sorting 35(VPS35)is a novel oncogene that promotes tumor growth through the PI3K/AKT signaling in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,the role of VPS35 in HCC metastasis and the underlying mechanisms remain largely unclear.In this study,we observed that overexpression of VPS35 enhanced hepatoma cell invasion and metastasis by inducing epithelialemesenchymal transition(EMT)-related gene expression.Conversely,knockout of VPS35 significantly inhibited hepatoma cell migration and invasion.Furthermore,depletion of VPS35 decreased the lung metastasis of HCC in nude mice.By transcriptome analysis,we determined that VPS35 promoted HCC metastasis by activating the Wnt/non-canonical planar cell polarity(PCP)pathway.Mechanistically,VPS35 activated the PCP pathway by regulating membrane sorting and trafficking of Frizzled-2(FZD2)and ROR1 in hepatoma cells.Collectively,our results indicate that VPS35 promotes HCC metastasis via enhancing the Wnt/PCP signaling,thus providing a potential prognostic marker and therapeutic target for HCC. | Yi Liu Haijun Deng Li Liang Guiji Zhang Jie Xia Keyue Ding Ni Tang Kai Wang | 2021 | Genes & Diseases2021,8,2: | 2 |

| 13 | Moment-independence global sensitivity analysis for the system with fuzzy failure state and its Kriging method显示文摘For the system with the fuzzy failure state, the effects of the input random variables and the fuzzy failure state on the fuzzy probability of failure for the structural system are studied, and the moment-independence global sensitivity analysis(GSA) model is proposed to quantitatively measure these effects. According to the fuzzy random theory, the fuzzy failure state is transformed into an equivalent new random variable for the system, and the complementary function of the membership function of the fuzzy failure state is defined as the cumulative distribution function(CDF) of the new random variable. After introducing the new random variable, the equivalent performance function of the original problem is built. The difference between the unconditional fuzzy probability of failure and conditional fuzzy probability of failure is defined as the moment-independent GSA index. In order to solve the proposed GSA index efficiently, the Kriging-based algorithm is developed to estimate the defined moment-independence GSA index. | 16 | 2D/2D covalent organic framework/CdS Z-scheme heterojunction for enhanced photocatalytic H_(2) evolution:Insights into interfacial charge transfer mechanism显示文摘Covalent organic frameworks(COFs)with high crystallinity and flexible designability have been consid-ered as promising candidates for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution.However,the existence of unpropi-tious exciton effects in COFs leads to poor charge separation,and thus results in low photocatalytic effi-ciency.Herein,to improve the photoelectron migration efficiency,we designed a 2D/2D organic/inorganic direct Z-scheme COF-based heterojunction(TpTAP/CdS),by the in-situ growing of CdS nanosheets on the COF copolymerized via 2,4,6-tris(4-aminophenyl)-1,3,5-triazine(TAP)and 1,3,5-triformylphloroglucinol(Tp).The femtosecond transient absorption(fs-TA)decay kinetics of TpTAP-COF and TpTAP/CdS further reveal the processes of shallow electron trapping and the recombination of the free photogenerated electron-hole pairs.In particular,the transient absorption traces for TpTAP-COF and TpTAP/CdS normal-ized to the photoinduced absorption peak can effectively verify the Z-scheme charge transfer between TpTAP-COF and CdS,which could enhance the charge mobility and separation,thus reducing the pho-tocorrosion of CdS.Additionally,ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy(UPS),in-situ X-ray photoelec-tron spectroscopy(XPS),transient photovoltage measurements,and electron spin resonance(ESR)spec-troscopy further confirm the establishment of the internal electric field(IEF).This work demonstrates the important role of COFs in the construction of 2D/2D organic/inorganic direct Z-scheme heterojunctions and offers a new avenue to explain the criticality of dynamics of the photogenerated carriers for the construction of Z-scheme heterojunctions. | Ruiqi Gao Junxian Bai Rongchen Shen Lei Hao Can Huang Lei Wang Guijie Liang Peng Zhang Xin Li | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,6: | 1 |

| 20 | The antiviral effect of jiadifenoic acids C against coxsackievirus B3显示文摘Coxsackievirus B type 3(CVB3)is one of the major causative pathogens associated with viral meningitis and myocarditis,which are widespread in the human population and especially prevalent in neonates and children.These infections can result in dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)and other severe clinical complications.There are no vaccines or drugs approved for the prevention or therapy of CVB3-induced diseases.During screening for anti-CVB3 candidates in our previous studies,we found that jiadifenoic acids C exhibited strong antiviral activities against CVB3 as well as other strains of Coxsackie B viruses(CVBs).The present studies were carried out to evaluate the antiviral activities of jiadifenoic acids C.Results showed that jiadifenoic acids C could reduce CVB3 RNA and proteins synthesis in a dose-dependent manner.Jiadifenoic acids C also had a similar antiviral effect on the pleconaril-resistant variant of CVB3.We further examined the impact of jiadifenoic acids C on the synthesis of viral structural and non-structural proteins,finding that jiadifenoic acids C could reduce VP1 and 3D protein production.A time-course study with Vero cells showed that jiadifenoic acids C displayed significant antiviral activities at 0–6 h after CVB3 inoculation,indicating that jiadifenoic acids C functioned at an early step of CVB3 replication.However,jiadifenoic acids C had no prophylactic effect against CVB3.Taken together,we show that jiadifenoic acids C exhibit strong antiviral activities against all strains of CVB,including the pleconaril-resistant variant.Our study could provide a significant lead for anti-CVB3 drug development. | Miao Ge Huiqiang Wang Guijie Zhang Shishan Yu Yuhuan Li | 2014 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2014,4,4: | 0 |
