1An adaptive attitude algorithm based on a current statistical model for maneuvering acceleration显示文摘A current statistical model for maneuvering acceleration using an adaptive extended Kalman filter(CS-MAEKF) algorithm is proposed to solve problems existing in conventional extended Kalman filters such as large estimation error and divergent tendencies in the presence of continuous maneuvering acceleration. A membership function is introduced in this algorithm to adaptively modify the upper and lower limits of loitering vehicles' maneuvering acceleration and for realtime adjustment of maneuvering acceleration variance. This allows the algorithm to have superior static and dynamic performance for loitering vehicles undergoing different maneuvers. Digital simulations and dynamic flight testing show that the yaw angle accuracy of the algorithm is 30% better than conventional algorithms, and pitch and roll angle calculation precision is improved by 60%.The mean square deviation of heading and attitude angle error during dynamic flight is less than3.05°. 2Lectin receptor kinase OsLecRK-S.7 is required for pollen development and male fertility显示文摘Pollen grains are covered by exine that protects the pollen from stress and facilitates pollination.Here we isolated a male sterile mutant s13283 in rice exhibiting aborted pollen with abnormal exine and defective aperture.The mutant gene encodes a novel plasma membrane-localized legume-lectin receptor kinase that we named OsLecRK-S.7.OsLecRK-S.7 was expressed at different levels in all tested tissues and throughout anther development.In vitro kinase assay showed OsLecRK-S.7 capable of autophosporylation.Mutation in s13283(E560K)and mutation of the conserved ATP binding site(K418E)both knocked out the kinase activity.Mass spectrometry showed Thr376,Ser378,Thr386,Thr403,and Thr657 to be the autophosphorylation sites.Mutation of individual autophosphorylation site affected the in vitro kinase activity to different degrees,but did not abolish the gene function in fertility complementation.oslecrk-s.7 mutant plant overexpressing OsLecRK-S.7 recovered male fertility but showed severe growth retardation with reduced number of tillers,and these phenotypes were abolished by E560K or K418E mutation.The results indicated that OsLecRK-S.7 was a key regulator of pollen development.Xiaoqun Peng Menglong Wang Yiqi Li Wei Yan Zhenyi Chang Zhufeng Chen Chunjue Xu Chengwei Yang Xing Wang Deng Jianxin Wu Xiaoyan Tang 2020Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,8:4
3Identification of late-stage pollen-specific promoters for construction of pollen-inactivation system in rice显示文摘Large-scale production of male sterile seeds can be achieved by introducing a fertility-restoration gene linked with a pollen-killer gene into a recessive male sterile mutant.We attempted to construct this system in rice by using a late-stage pollen-specific(LSP)promoter driving the expression of maizeα-amylase gene ZM-AA1.To obtain such promoters in rice,we conducted comparative RNA-seq analysis of mature pollen with meiosis anther,and compared this with the transcriptomic data of various tissues in the Rice Expression Database,resulting in 269 candidate LSP genes.Initial test of nine LSP genes showed that only the most active OsLSP3 promoter could drive ZM-AA1 to disrupt pollen.We then analyzed an additional 22 LSP genes and found 12 genes stronger than OsLSP3 in late-stage anthers.The promoters of OsLSP5 and OsLSP6 showing higher expression than OsLSP3 at stages 11 and 12 could drive ZM-AA1 to inactivate pollen,while the promoter of OsLSP4 showing higher expression at stage 12 only could not drive ZM-AA1 to disrupt pollen,suggesting that strong promoter activity at stage 11 was critical for pollen inactivation.The strong pollen-specific promoters identified in this study provided valuable tools for genetic engineering of rice male sterile system for hybrid rice production.Menglong Wang Wei Yan Xiaoqun Peng Zhufeng Chen Chunjue Xu Jianxin Wu Xing Wang Deng Xiaoyan Tang 2020Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,8:4
4GDSL esterase/lipases OsGELP34 and OsGELP110/OsGELP115 are essential for rice pollen development显示文摘Pollen exine contains complex biopolymers of aliphatic lipids and phenolics.Abnormal development of pollen exine often leads to plant sterility.Molecular mechanisms regulating exine formation have been studied extensively but remain ambiguous.Here we report the analyses of three GDSL esterase/lipase protein genes,OsGELP34,OsGELP110,and OsGELP115,for rice exine for-mation.OsGELP34 was identified by cloning of a male sterile mutant gene.OsGELP34 encodes an endoplasmic reticulum protein and was mainly expressed in anthers during pollen exine formation.osgelp34 mutant displayed abnormal exine and altered expression of a number of key genes required for pollen development.OsGELP110 was previously identified as a gene differentially expressed in meiotic anthers.OsGELP110 was most homologous to OsGELP115,and the two genes showed similar gene expression patterns.Both OsGELP110 and OsGELP115 proteins were localized in peroxisomes.Individual knockout of OsGELP110 and OsGELP115 did not affect the plant fertility,but double knockout of both genes altered the exine structure and rendered the plant male sterile.OsGELP34 is distant from OsGELP110 and OsGELP115 in sequence,and osgelp34 and osgelp110/osgelp115 mutants were different in anther morphology despite both were male sterile.These results suggested that OsGELP34 and OsGELP110/OsGELP115 catalyze different compounds for pollen exine development.Huihui Zhang Menglong Wang Yiqi Li Wei Yan Zhenyi Chang Haoling Ni Zhufeng Chen Jianxin Wu Chunjue Xu Xing Wang Deng Xiaoyan Tang 2020Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,10:4
5Covalent organic frameworks-incorporated thin film composite membranes prepared by interfacial polymerization for efficient CO_(2) separation显示文摘Thin film composite(TFC)membranes with nanofillers additives for CO_(2)separation show promising applications in energy and environment-related fields.However,the poor compatibility between nanofillers and polymers in TFC membranes is the main problem.In this work,covalent organic frameworks(COFs,TpPa-1)with rich ANHA groups were incorporated into polyamide(PA)segment via in situ interfacial polymerization to prepare defect-free TFC membranes for CO_(2)/N_(2)separation.The formed covalent bonds between TpPa-1 and PA strengthen the interaction between nanofillers and polymers,thereby enhancing compatibility.Besides,the incorporated COFs disturb the rigid structure of the PA layer,and provide fast CO_(2)transfer channels.The incorporated COFs also increase the content of effective carriers,which enhances the CO_(2)facilitated transport.Consequently,in CO_(2)/N_(2)mixed gas separation test,the optimal TFC(TpPa_(0.025)-PIP-TMC/m PSf)membrane exhibits high CO_(2)permeance of 854 GPU and high CO_(2)/N_(2)selectivity of 148 at 0.15 MPa,CO_(2)permeance of 456 GPU(gas permeation unit)and CO_(2)/N_(2)selectivity of 92 at 0.5 MPa.In addition,the Tp Pa_(0.025)-PIP-TMC/m PSf membrane also achieves high permselectivty in CO_(2)/CH_(4)mixed gas separation test.Finally,the optimal TFC membrane showes good stability in the simulated flue gas test,revealing the application potential for CO_(2)capture from flue gas.Haoqing Xu Wenyan Feng Menglong Sheng Ye Yuan Bo Wang Jixiao Wang Zhi Wang 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,3:3

7Sodium-rich volcanic rocks and their relationships with iron deposits in the Aqishan-Yamansu belt of Eastern Tianshan,NW China显示文摘The volcanic rocks hosting the iron deposits in the Aqishan–Yamansu metallogenic belt are sodium-rich.The geochronology,petrography,and geochemistry of minerals and sodium-rich rocks as well as the relationship between these rocks and the iron deposits are studied.Geochemically,the ore-hosting volcanic rocks are sodiumrich(the averages of Na2O and Na2O/K2O are 4.31 wt.%and 8.56,respectively)and belong to the calc-alkaline series.They are enriched in LREEs and LILEs(Ba,U,K,and Sr),but depleted in HFSEs(Nb,Ta,and Ti).SHRIMP zircon U–Pb dating of the crystal tuff in the Aqishan Formation and the dacite in the Tugutu Bulak Formation yields ages of 337.52.3 Ma(n?15,MSWD?0.85)and 313.03.3 Ma(n?13,MSWD?0.74),respectively,indicating that the sodium-rich volcanic rocks formed from the early–late Carboniferous.Electron microprobe data from plagioclases demonstrate that albites and/or oligoclases were formed in the basic–intermediate–acid volcanic rocks.Two stages of albitization are identified,and the latter is likely attributed to the dissolution of iron in the Aqishan–Yamansu belt.The sodium-rich volcanic rocks probably formed by the interaction between volcanic lava and seawater after volcanoes erupted on the seafloor;meanwhile,the albites formed by element substitution in a low-metamorphic environment.The spatiotemporal coupling relationship between sodium-rich volcanic rocks and iron deposits in the Aqishan–Yamansu belt is favorable.Iron dissolved from the dark minerals of basic–intermediate volcanic rocks through sodium metasomatism is one of the material sources for the iron deposits.Zhiyuan Sun WangJingbin Yuwang Wang Lingli Long Zhaohua Luo Xiaohua Deng Qitao Hu Menglong Wang 2020Geoscience Frontiers2020,11,2:2

10Finite Element Analysis and Experiment on Viscous Warm Pressure Bulging of AZ31B Magnesium Alloy显示文摘Aiming at overcoming the low plasticity of magnesium alloy at room temperature, we researched viscous warm pressure bulging(VWPB) of AZ31B magnesium alloy based on the excellent thermal stability of viscous medium under the warm forming condition. The potential improvements of plastic deformation ability and forming quality of AZ31B magnesium alloy are expected with the aid of thermal characteristics of viscous medium. During bulging process the velocity field variation and pressure stress field distribution of viscous medium are observed at different temperatures through which the effect of temperature on the mechanical property of viscous medium and AZ31B magnesium alloy are analyzed. The results show that the formability of AZ31B magnesium alloy increases first and then decreases as the temperature increases and it is the best at 200 ℃. 14Hypervelocity impact induced shock acoustic emission waves for quantitative damage evaluation using in situ miniaturized piezoelectric sensor network显示文摘Manmade debris and natural meteoroids, travelling in the Low Earth Orbit at a speed of several kilometers per second, pose a severe safety concern to the spacecraft in service through the HyperVelocity Impact(HVI). To address this issue, an investigation of shock Acoustic Emission(AE) waves induced by HVI to a downscaled two-layer Whipple shielding structure is performed,to realize a quantitative damage evaluation. Firstly a hybrid numerical model integrating smoothparticle hydrodynamics and finite element is built to obtain the wave response. The projectiles, with various impact velocities and directions, are modelled to impact the shielding structure with different thicknesses. Then experimental validation is carried out with built-in miniaturized piezoelectric sensors to in situ sense the HVI-induced AE waves. A quantitative agreement is obtained between numerical and experimental results, demonstrating the correctness of the hybrid model and facilitating the explanation of obtained AE signals in experiment. Based on the understanding of HVI-induced wave components, assessment of the damage severity, i.e., whether the outer shielding layer is perforated or not, is performed using the energy ratio between the regions of ‘‘high frequency' and ‘‘low frequency' in the acquired AE signals. Lastly, the direct-arrival fundamentalsymmetric wave mode is isolated from each sensing signal to be input into an enhanced delay-andsum algorithm, which visualizes HVI spots accurately and instantaneously with different sensor network configuration. 15In-situ revealing the degradation mechanisms of Pt film over 1000℃显示文摘Degradation of a metallic film under harsh thermal-mechanical-electrical coupling field conditions determines its service temperature and lifetime.In this work,the self-heating degradation behaviors of Pt thin films above 1000℃were studied in situ by TEM at the nanoscale.The Pt films degraded mainly through void nucleation and growth on the Pt-SiN_(x)interface.Voids preferentially formed at the grain boundary and triple junction intersections with the interface.At temperatures above 1040℃,the voids nucleated at both the grain boundaries and inside the Pt grains.A stress simulation of the suspended membrane suggests the existence of local tensile stress in the Pt film,which promotes the nucleation of voids at the Pt-Si Nxinterface.The grain-boundary-dominated mass transportation renders the voids grow preferentially at GBs and triple junctions in a Pt film.Additionally,under the influence of an applied current,the voids that nucleated inside Pt grains grew to a large size and accelerated the degradation of the Pt film.Dongfeng Ma Shengcheng Mao Jiao Teng Xinliang Wang Xiaochen Li Jin Ning Zhipeng Li Qing Zhang Zhiyong Tian Menglong Wang Ze Zhang Xiaodong Han 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,36:0
16RP-NBSR: A Novel Network Attack Detection Model Based on Machine Learning显示文摘The rapid progress of the Internet has exposed networks to an increasednumber of threats. Intrusion detection technology can effectively protect networksecurity against malicious attacks. In this paper, we propose a ReliefF-P-NaiveBayes and softmax regression (RP-NBSR) model based on machine learningfor network attack detection to improve the false detection rate and F1 score ofunknown intrusion behavior. In the proposed model, the Pearson correlation coef-ficient is introduced to compensate for deficiencies in correlation analysis betweenfeatures by the ReliefF feature selection algorithm, and a ReliefF-Pearson correlation coefficient (ReliefF-P) algorithm is proposed. Then, the Relief-P algorithm isused to preprocess the UNSW-NB15 dataset to remove irrelevant features andobtain a new feature subset. Finally, naïve Bayes and softmax regression (NBSR)classifier is constructed by cascading the naïve Bayes classifier and softmaxregression classifier, and an attack detection model based on RP-NBSR is established. 17Efficient synthesis of cyclic carbonates under atmospheric CO_(2) by DMAP-based ionic liquids: the difference of inert hydrogen atom and active hydrogen atom in cation显示文摘The coupling reaction of carbon dioxide(CO_(2)) and epoxides is one of the most efficient pathways to achieve the carbon balance.However,to accomplish it under the mild conditions,especially under the atmospheric pressure,is still a perplexing problem.Three novel ionic liquids(ILs),[DMAPBrPC][TMGH],[DMAPBrPC][DBUH],and[DMAPBrPC][BTMA],are designed and synthesized.All of them display the excellent catalytic activity for the title reaction achieving the yield over 96.6% under the atmospheric CO_(2) pressure at 60℃.Interestingly,[DMAPBrPC][BTMA]with the inert hydrogen atom in cation exhibits the superior catalytic activity as compared to other two ILs with the protic hydrogen atom in cation along with the same anion.The active hydrogen atom in[DMAPBrPC][TMGH]and[DMAPBrPC][DBUH]would impede the–COO^(-)group to absorb CO 2,which is an unfavorable item for the reaction.Moreover,the strong hydrogen bond in[DMAPBrPC][TMGH]and[DMAPBrPC][DBUH]would lessen the nucleophilic ability of Br^(-) anion resulting in the inferior catalytic performance,which is further confirmed by the density functional theory(DFT)calculations.The cation without the active hydrogen atom could also be employed to design the ILs with the excellent catalytic feature when it is combined with the suitable anion.Zhengkun Zhang Jinya Li Guanyao Yu Chao Zeng Menglong Wang Susu Huang Li Wang Jinglai Zhang 2023Green Chemical Engineering2023,4,3:0

19Chemically bonded multi-nanolayer inorganic aerogel with a record-low thermal conductivity in a vacuum显示文摘Inorganic aerogels have exhibited many superior characteristics with extensive applications,but are still plagued by a nearly century-old tradeoff between their mechanical and thermal properties.When reducing thermal conductivity by ultralow density,inorganic aerogels generally suffer from large fragility due to their brittle nature or weak joint crosslinking,while enhancing the mechanical robustness by material design and structural engineering,they easily sacrifice thermal insulation and stability.Here,we report a chemically bonded multi-nanolayer design and synthesis of a graphene/amorphous boron nitride aerogel to address this typical tradeoff to further enhance mechanical and thermal properties.Attributed to the chemically bonded interface and coupled toughening effect,our aerogels display a low density of 0.8 mg cm-3 with ultrahigh flexibility(elastic compressive strain up to 99%and bending strain up to 90%),and exceptional thermostability(strength degradation<3%after sharp thermal shocks),as well as the lowest thermal conductivities in a vacuum(only 1.57 mW m-1 K-1 at room temperature and 10.39 mW m-1 K-1 at500℃)among solid materials to date.This unique combination of mechanical and thermal properties offers an attractive material system for thermal superinsulation at extreme conditions.Hongxuan Yu Menglin Li Yuanpeng Deng Shubin Fu Jingran Guo Han Zhao Jianing Zhang Shixuan Dang Pengyu Zhang Jian Zhou Dizhou Liu Duola Wang Chuanwei Zhang Menglong Hao Xiang Xu 2023National Science Review2023,10,10:0
20RIFLE:a Phase II trial of stereotactic ablative radiotherapy combined with fruquintinib and tislelizumab in metastatic colorectal cancer显示文摘Background:Currently,the prognosis for metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC)still remains poor.The management of mCRC has become manifold because of the varied advances in the systemic and topical treatment approaches.For patients with limited number of metastases,radical local therapy plus systemic therapy can be a good choice to achieve long-term tumor control.In this study,we aimed to explore the efficacy and safety of the combination of fruquintinib,tislelizumab,and stereotactic ablative radiotherapy(SABR)in mCRC(RIFLE study).Methods:RIFLE was designed as a single-center,single-arm,prospective Phase II clinical trial.A total of 68 mCRC patients who have failed the first-line standard treatment will be recruited in the safety run-in phase(n=6)and the expansion phase(n=62),respectively.Eligible patients will receive SABR followed by fruquintinib(5 mg,d1–14,once every day)and tislelizumab(200 mg,d1,once every 3 weeks)within 2 weeks from completion of radiation.The expansion phase starts when the safety of the treatment is determined(dose limiting toxicity occur in no more than one-sixth of patients in the run-in phase).The primary end point is the objective response rate.The secondary end points include the disease control rate,duration of response,3-year progression-free survival rate,3-year overall survival rate,and toxicity.Conclusions:The results of this trial will provide a novel insight into SABR in combination with PD-1 antibody and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor inhibitor in the systematic treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer,which is expected to provide new therapeutic strategies and improve the prognosis for mCRC patients.Trial registration:NCT04948034(ClinicalTrials.gov).Kun Wang Yajie Chen Zhiyuan Zhang Ruiyan Wu Menglong Zhou Wang Yang Juefeng Wan Lijun Shen Hui Zhang Yan Wang Xu Han Jiazhou Wang Zhen Zhang Fan Xia 2023Gastroenterology Report2023,11,1:0
