1Performance Evaluation for Medium Voltage MIMO-OFDM Power Line Communication System显示文摘Power line communication(PLC)provides intelligent electrical functions such as power quality measurement,fault surveys,and remote control of electrical network.Most of research works have been done in low voltage(LV)scenario due to the fast development of in-home PLC.The aim of this paper is to evaluate the link-level performance of a medium voltage(MV)MIMO-OFDM communication system based on transmission link under underground power line channel.The MIMO channel is modeled as a modified multipath model in the presence of impulsive noise and background noise.We first perform a measurement on the practical MV MIMO channel parameters for a section of buried cable of 1 km long in Ganzhou city,Jiangxi province,China.Based on the measured channel,we design the frame structure based on an IEEE standard for broadband over power line networks[1]to support MV MIMO-OFDM transmission.According to designed frame structure,we design an encoder and a decoder for a dual binary tail-biting turbo code and optimize some key decoder parameters for low bit error rate performance.Finally,the link-level performance for both spatial multiplexing and spatial diversity are evaluated.Numeral results show that MV MIMO-OFDM is a promising approach to provide both high data rate and link reliability for PLC.Yingxue Li Min Zhang Wenguang Zhu Mengyuan Cheng Cheng Zhou Yongpeng Wu 2020China Communications2020,17,1:10
2Enhancement of transfection efficiency for HeLa cells via incorporating arginine moiety into chitosan显示文摘Arginine-rich peptides have attracted considerable attention due to their distinct internalization mechanism. It was reported that arginine and guanidino moieties were able to translocate through cell membranes and played a critical role in the process of membrane permeation. In this work, arginine was conjugated to the backbone of chitosan to form a novel chitosan derivative, arginine modified chitosan (Arg-CS). Arg-CS/DNA complexes were prepared according to the method of coacervation process. The physicochemical properties of Arg-CS and Arg-CS/DNA complexes were characterized and the transfection activity and efficiency mediated by Arg-CS/DNA complexes were investigated taking HeLa cells as target cells. Arg-CS was characterized by FTIR and 13C NMR. Arg-CS/DNA polye- lectrolyte complexes were investigated by agarose gel retardation, dynamic light scattering (DLS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The results revealed that the Arg-CS/DNA complexes started to form at N/P ratio of 2:1, and the size of particles varied from 100 to 180 nm. The cytotoxicity of Arg-CS and their complexes with plasmid DNA were determined by MTT assay for HeLa cells, and the results suggested that Arg-CS/DNA complexes were slightly less toxic than Arg-CS. Moreover, the derivative alone and their complexes showed significantly lower toxicity than PEI and PEI/DNA complexes, respectively. Taking HeLa cells as target cells and using pGL3-control as reporter gene, the luciferase expression mediated by Arg-CS was greatly enhanced to about 100 folds compared with the luciferase expression mediated by chitosan at different pH media. 3Slip behavior of Bi-modal structure in a metastable β titanium alloy during tensile deformation显示文摘β titanium alloys with bi-modal structure which exhibit improved strength-ductility combination and fatigue property are widely used in aviation and aerospace industry.However,owing to the small size of primary α(αp) and nano-scaled multi variant distribution of secondary α platelets(αs),investigating the deformation behavior is really a challenging work.In this work,by applying transmission electron microscopy(TEM),the slip behavior in αp and transformed β matrix with different tensile strain was studied.After α/β solution treatment,the initial dislocation slips on {110} plane with <1 1 1> direction in β matrix.During furtherdeformation,(110),(101) and(1 1 2) multi slip is generated which shows a long straight cro s sing configuration.Dislocation cell is exhibited in β matrix at tensile strain above 20 %.Diffe rent from the solid solution treated sample,high density wavy dislocations are generated in transformedβ matrix.High fraction fine as hinders dislocation motion in β matrix effectively which in turn dominates the strength of the alloy.In primary α phase(αp),a core-shell structure is formed during deformation.Both pyramidal a+c slip and prismatic/basal a slip are generated in the shell layer.In core region,plastic deformation is governed by prismatic/basal a slip.Formation of the core-shell structure is the physical origin of the improved ductility.On one hand,the work hardening layer(shell) improves the strength of αp,which could deform compatibly with the hard transformed β matrix.Meanwhile,the center area(core) deforms homogeneously which will sustain plastic strain effectively and increase the ductility.This paper studies the slip behavior and reveals the origin of the improved strength-ductility combination in Bi-modal structure on a microscopic way,which will give theoretical advises for developing the next generation high strength β titanium alloys.Wenguang Zhu Changsheng Tan Ruoyu Xiao Qiaoyan Sun Jun Sun 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,54,22:4
4Designing high-strength titanium alloy using pseudo-spinodal mechanism through diffusion multiple experiment and CALPHAD calculation显示文摘This study used the pseudo-spinodal mechanism to obtain the ultrafineαphase for designing highstrength titanium alloy.Diffusion multiple experiments were designed to find the composition range of TM-x Mo-y V alloy(TM:Ti-4.5 Al-2 Cr-2.5 Nb-2 Zr-1 Sn)for obtaining ultrafineαphase.CALPHAD results confirm that when the alloy composition is located near the intersection of theαandβphase free energy curves,the alloy will undergo pseudo-spinodal transformation and obtain the ultrafineαphase.The designed TM-6 Mo-3 V alloy has a yield strength of 1411 MPa and an elongation of 6.5%.The strength of the alloy depends on the thickness,fraction of theαphase and the solid solution strengthening effect of the alloying elements.The deformation mechanism of the alloy is the dislocation slip of theαandβphases and the twin deformation of theαphase.The large number ofα/βinterfaces produced by the fineαphase is the main reason for limiting the ductility of the alloy.The use of the pseudo-spinodal mechanism combined with diffusion multiple experiments and CALPHAD is an effective method for designing high-strength titanium alloys.Di Wu Libin Liu Lijun Zeng Wenguang Zhu Wanlin Wang Xiaoyong Zhang Junfeng Hou Baoliang Liu Jiafeng Lei Kechao Zhou 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,15:3

6A Comparative Analysis on Weibo and Twitter显示文摘Weibo is the Twitter counterpart in China that has attracted hundreds of millions of users. We crawled an almost complete Weibo user network that contains 222 million users and 27 billion links in 2013. This paper analyzes the structural properties of this network, and compares it with a Twitter user network. The topological properties we studied include the degree distributions, connected components, distance distributions, reciprocity,clustering coefficient, Page Rank centrality, and degree assortativity. We find that Weibo users have a higher diversity index, higher Gini index, but a lower reciprocity and clustering coefficient for most of the nodes. A surprising observation is that the reciprocity of Weibo is only about a quarter of the reciprocity of the Twitter user network. We also show that Weibo adoption rate correlates with economic development positively, and Weibo network can be used to quantify the connections between provinces and regions in China. In particular, point-wise mutual information is shown to be accurate in quantifying the strength of connections. 8Esterification of levulinic acid into n-butyl levulinate catalyzed by sulfonic acid-functionalized lignin-montmorillonite complex显示文摘In this study,sulfonic acid-functionalized lignin-montmorillonite complex(LMT-SO_(3)H)was pre-pared and employed as an efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the esterification of levulinic acid(LA)into n-butyl levulinate(BL).An intermediate pseudo-butyl levulinate(p-BL)was determined by distilled water treatment and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)analysis,and a possible mech-anism for the esterification of LA is proposed.The effects of various process parameters were studied and the results showed that the LMT-SO_(3)H catalyst had the excellent catalytic perfor-mance for esterification of the LA.Under optimum reaction conditions,the yield of BL was 99.3%and the conversion of LA was 99.8%.The LMT-SO_(3)H catalyst exhibited strong acidic sites and high stability even after seven cycles of usage.Furthermore,esterification of the LA with various alcohols over the LMT-SO_(3)H was further investigated.Wenguang Zhao Hui Ding Jie Zhu Xianxiang Liu Qiong Xu Dulin Yin 2020Journal of Bioresources and Bioproducts2020,5,4:1

13Investigation of the impact of hydrodynamic conditions on sediment resuspension in shallow lakes显示文摘In this study,we sampled the original sediment columns from three points located in the eastern,central,and western areas of Chaohu Lake,and then investigated sediment resuspension under hydraulic disturbances in the laboratory. The results showed that when the hydraulic disturbance is weak and sediment surface shear stress is small (<0.02 N/m²),sediment surface layer moves alone. When the hydraulic disturbance is moderate and sediment surface shear stress is within a threshold (3.7 N/m²),only a small proportion of the surface sediments begins to move. However,when the hydraulic disturbance is further strengthened and sediment surface shear stress is larger than the threshold value,surface sediments move smoothly. By the experimental results,we found that the plankton layer is about 1 mm (1.56% of the maximum content of suspended matter (SSCmax)),which is the major contribution of individual sediment initiation. The new sediment layer is about 19–22 mm (20.9% of the SSCmax),which considerably affects sediment resuspension in shallow lakes. The consolidated layer is about 22 mm below the bed surface,which requires high shear stress and is hard to be transferred to the water column. 15Strain transfer behavior and crystallographic mechanism of crack initiation during cyclic deformation in zirconium显示文摘Fully-reversed cyclic deformation of a pure Zr(a thickness of 17 mm)was conducted at two different strain amplitudes(0.4%and 0.8%)to investigate the deformation and crack initiation behaviors based on slip trace analysis.It was found that prismaticaslip with a higher Schmid Factor(m>0.4)was the dominant deformation mode.The grains containing persistent slip bands(PSBs)tended to go towards[1210]pole and the Schmid Factor had a critical value of 0.4 above which prismatic and pyramidal slip were dominant.Fatigue cracks were mainly initiated at PSBs and grain boundaries(GBs).It showed that 61.1%of the cracks were PSB cracks under a strain amplitude of 0.4%,while it decreased to 53.5%at a strain amplitude of 0.8%.PSB cracks were mainly parallel to prismaticaslip with higher Schmid Factor while some cracks tended to be initiated at GBs with higher misorientation angles.The interaction of PSBs with GBs would result in strain transferring to the neighboring grain.Strain transfer was more likely to occur at the condition of the higher geometrical compatibility factor m,and lower residual Burgers vectorb,which could reduce strain localization.Xiangkang Zeng Conghui Zhang Wenguang Zhu Mingliang Zhu Tongguang Zhai Chi Ma Tingchuang Shu KangKai Song 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,31:0
16Prediction of protected band edge states and dielectric tunable quasiparticle and excitonic properties of monolayer MoSi_(2)N_(4)显示文摘The electronic structure of two-dimensional(2D)materials are inherently prone to environmental perturbations,which may pose significant challenges to their applications in electronic or optoelectronic devices.A 2D material couples with its environment through two mechanisms:local chemical coupling and nonlocal dielectric screening effects.The local chemical coupling is often difficult to predict or control experimentally.Nonlocal dielectric screening,on the other hand,can be tuned by choosing the substrates or layer thickness in a controllable manner.Therefore,a compelling 2D electronic material should offer band edge states that are robust against local chemical coupling effects.Here it is demonstrated that the recently synthesized MoSi_(2)N_(4)is an ideal 2D semiconductor with robust band edge states protected from capricious environmental chemical coupling effects.Detailed many-body perturbation theory calculations are carried out to illustrate how the band edge states of MoSi_(2)N_(4)are shielded from the direct chemical coupling effects,but its quasiparticle and excitonic properties can be modulated through the nonlocal dielectric screening effects.This unique property,together with the moderate band gap and the thermodynamic and mechanical stability of this material,paves the way for a range of applications of MoSi_(2)N_(4)in areas including energy,2D electronics,and optoelectronics.Yabei Wu Zhao Tang Weiyi Xia Weiwei Gao Fanhao Jia Yubo Zhang Wenguang Zhu Wenqing Zhang Peihong Zhang 2022npj Computational Materials2022,,1:0

18A light-weight on-line action detection with hand trajectories for industrial surveillance显示文摘Most of the intelligent surveillances in the industry only care about the safety of the workers.It is meaningful if the camera can know what,where and how the worker has performed the action in real time.In this paper,we propose a light-weight and robust algorithm to meet these requirements.By only two hands'trajectories,our algorithm requires no Graphic Processing Unit(GPU)acceleration,which can be used in low-cost devices.In the training stage,in order to find potential topological structures of the training trajectories,spectral clustering with eigengap heuristic is applied to cluster trajectory points.A gradient descent based algorithm is proposed to find the topological structures,which reflects main representations for each cluster.In the fine-tuning stage,a topological optimization algorithm is proposed to fine-tune the parameters of topological structures in all training data.Finally,our method not only performs more robustly compared to some popular offline action detection methods,but also obtains better detection accuracy in an extended action sequence.Peiyuan Ni Shilei Lv Xiaoxiao Zhu Qixin Cao Wenguang Zhang 2021Digital Communications and Networks2021,7,1:0
19Petrogenesis, geochemistry and geological significance of Paleocene Granite in South Gangdese, Tibet显示文摘The Gangdese magmatic belt,located along the southern margin of the Lhasa terrane,plays a critical role in understanding the tectonic framework associated with the Indian-Asian slab collision.In this paper,a chronology of zircon U-Pb and geochemical analysis of the rock of the Cuobulaguo granitic mass in the southern of the Gangdese,Tibet,revealed a series of results.The results show that the LA-ICP-MS monzonitic granite zircon U-Pb ages are 61-59 Ma,which corresponds to the same period as the magmatic arc of the southern limit of Gangdese.In terms of geochemical composition,the granite is rich inω(SiO2)70.09%to 72.64%,with a highω(Al2O3)14.40%to 15.99%,a lowω(TiO2)0.08%to 0.24%,ω(MgO)0.41%to 0.76%,ω(Fe2O)6.82%to 29.9%,ω(P2Os)0.07%to 0.12%,andω(CaO)1.06%to 1.75%.The granite mainly belongs to the high-K calc-alkaline series.The light rare earth element(LREE)content of skeletal granite is between 133.69×10^-6〜226.64×10^-6 and the heavy rare earth element(HREE)content is between 17.36×10^-6 and 32.11×10^-6.LREE/HREE is between 5.05 and 7.83.It is enriched in light rare earth elements(LREE)and large ion lithophile elements,such as Rb,K,U,etc.,depletes high field strength elements,such as P,Nb,and Ta,and has the geochemical composition of arc magmatic rocks.In addition,the aluminum saturation index(A/CNK=1.06 to 1.11)of Cuobulaguo granite,belongs toⅠ-type granite.The comprehensive analysis showed that with the beginning of the collision between the Indian-Asian continental,the subduction ocean plate was separated from the continental plate due to gravity,resulting in an increase in the asthenosphere,which made partial fusion of the lithospheric mantle.It invaded the bottom of the lower crust,which in turn induced a partial melting of the lower crust to form granite.Chengzhi Li Wenguang Yang Lidong Zhu Zhen Yang Limin Lin Xin Su Hongliang Zhang 2019Acta Geochimica2019,38,6:0
20Rational design of CO_(2)electroreduction cathode via in situ electrochemical phase transition显示文摘CO_(2)electroreduction reaction(CO_(2)RR),combined with solid oxide electrolysis cells(SOECs),is a feasible technology for the storage of renewable electric energy,while its development is limited by the catalytic activity and stability on cathodes.Here,a novel garnet oxide(Gd_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12))cathode is designed,where the garnet oxide is converted to perovskite oxide and iron via in situ electrochemical phase transition during CO_(2)electroreduction,resulting in high activity with Faradaic efficiency close to 100%and great stability over 1000 h galvanostatic test.A variety of experimental characterizations and density functional theory calculations indicate that in situ exsolved Fe clusters can effectively enhance the adsorption energies of intermediates and lowering the CO_(2)dissociation barriers.Microkinetic modelling confirms that CO_(2)RR goes through a dissociative adsorption mechanism and the electronic transfer for CO_(2)dissociation is the rate-determining step.Shiqing Hu Huan Li Xue Dong Zhongwei Cao Bingjie Pang Liming Zhang Wenguang Yu Jianping Xiao Xuefeng Zhu Weishen Yang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,3:0
