2Adsorption behaviors of gas molecules on the surface of ZnO nanocrystals under UV irradiation显示文摘A UV-activated room temperature chemiresistive gas sensor based on ZnO nanocrystals film was fabricated. Its gas sensing properties under various conditions were also investigated in detail. The results shed new insight into the adsorption behaviors of gas molecules on the surface of ZnO nanocrystals under UV irradiation. The chemisorbed oxygen species(O^-2(ads)(hv)) induced by UV light govern the adsorption and desorption ways of other gas molecules on the surface of ZnO nanocrystals, which is dependent on the electron affinity of gas molecules. Gas molecules with higher electron affinity than oxygen molecules can be adsorbed on the surface by the competitive adsorption way, extracting electrons from the surface. Gas molecules with lower electron affinity than oxygen molecules are attracted by the adsorbed O^-2(ads)(hv)layer, releasing electrons to the surface. These processes can influence the gas sensing properties of the sensor. 3Effects of vacancy defect on the tensile behavior of graphene显示文摘Graphene is the strongest material but its performance is significantly weakened by vacancy defects. We use molecular dynamics simulations to investigate the tensile behavior of a graphene which contains a single vacancy defect.Our results suggest that because of the single vacancy, the fracture strength of graphene losses about 17.7%. The stress concentration around the vacancy defect leads to the destruction of nearby six-member rings structure, which forms the initial crack. 5Scalp acupuncture Yikang therapy on Baihui(GV20),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Zhisanzhen,Niesanzhen improves neurobehavior in young rats with cerebral palsy through Notch signaling pathway显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of scalp acupuncture Yikang therapy on Baihui(GV20),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Zhisanzhen,Niesanzhen,on neurobehavior in young rats with cerebral palsy based on Notch signaling pathway.METHODS:Thirty 7-day-old rats were randomly divided into sham,model and acupuncture,10 rats in each group.The cerebral palsy model was established by the accepted modeling method,the acupuncture group selected'Baihui(GV20)','Sishencong(EX-HN1)','Zhisanzhen'and'Niesanzhen'for intervention 24 h after the model was made.The body masses were recorded before and after the treatment,respectively.After the intervention,the rats were subjected to suspension experiment,slope experiment,tactile stimulation experiment and Morris water maze experiment.After the end of the experiment,the morphological changes of hippocampal histology were observed by hematoxylineosin(HE)staining under light microscope,and the expression of Notch1,Notch3 and Hes5 were detected by Western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR).RESULTS:The changes in body mass of the rats in each group were different;in behavioral experiments,compared with the sham,the suspension time of the model was shortened,the slope experiment,tactile stimulation experiment,and escape latency time were prolonged,and the number of platform crossing was reduced in the model,compared with the model,the suspension time of the acupuncture was prolonged,the slope experiment,tactile stimulation experiment,and escape latency time were shortened,and the number of platform crossing times was increased;HE staining showed severe hippocampal damage in the model and reduced hippocampal damage in the acupuncture.Western Blot and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR showed that the expression of Notch1,Notch3 and Hes5 were increased in the model and the expression of Notch1,Notch3,Hes5 in acupuncture were decreased.CONCLUSIONS:Scalp acupuncture Yikang therapy may improve neurobehavior and reduce brain injury in rats with cerebral palsy by downregulating the expression of Notch1,Notch3,and Hes5.XUE Jianyi XU Jinyan HUANG Mao YU Wentao YAN Yihui YAN Yuanjie YIN Zhenjin LU Qian PENG Wanying YAN Siyang 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,2:1

16Coeffect of trapping behaviors on the performance of GaN-based devices显示文摘Trap-induced current collapse has become one of the critical issues hindering the improvement of Ga Nbased microwave power devices. It is difficult to study the behavior of each trapping effect separately with the experimental measurement. Transient simulation is a useful technique for analyzing the mechanism of current collapse. In this paper, the coeffect of surface-and bulk-trapping behaviors on the performance of Al Ga N/Ga N HEMTs is investigated based on the two-dimensional(2 D) transient simulation. In addition, the mechanism of trapping effects is analyzed from the aspect of device physics. Two simulation models with different types of traps are used for comparison, and the simulated results reproduced the experimental measured data. It is found that the final steady-state current decreases when both the surface and bulk traps are taken into account in the model.However, contrary to the expectation, the total current collapse is dramatically reduced(e.g. from 18% to 4% for the 90 nm gate-length device). The results suggest that the surface-related current collapse of Ga N-based HEMTs may be mitigated in some degree due to the participation of bulk traps with short time constant. 17In situ SR-CT Experimental Study on the Directional Sintering of High-Temperature Superconductor YBCO Materials in the Microwave Fields显示文摘YBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7-x)(YBCO)is a kind of high-temperature superconducting material that has important application in information,energy,medical treatment,etc.,and the superconducting properties of YBCO are closely related to its internal microstructure.In this study,the microwave heating method was adopted to prepare the YBCO materials.The internal 3 D online evolution observation based on the synchrotron radiation computed tomography technology shows that there was directional grain growth phenomenon of YBCO during microwave sintering process.In local regions with special microstructure,these particles grew to the same point.Here,the theoretical models of single and multiple particles in the microwave electromagnetic fields were established.Based on these theoretical models and finite element analysis,it shows that the YBCO particles can modulate the distribution of electromagnetic fields,resulting in the significantly higher electric field intensity at the particle junctions than other regions.Moreover,there were very high electric field intensity and temperature gradients in the directions of particle growth.These factors were crucial in directional sintering.These results will provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the controllable preparation and performance optimization of the internal microstructure of superconducting materials in the preparation process.Liangyuan Wang Lei Shen Yongcun Li Yuanjie Wang Yu Xiao Xingyi Zhang Feng Xu Xiaofang Hu 2022Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2022,35,1:0
18Proximity-enabled covalent binding of IL-2 to IL-2Rα selectively activates regulatory T cells and suppresses autoimmunity显示文摘Interleukin-2(IL-2)is a pleiotropic cytokine that orchestrates bidirectional immune responses via regulatory T cells(Tregs)and effector cells,leading to paradoxical consequences.Here,we report a strategy that exploited genetic code expansion-guided incorporation of the latent bioreactive artificial amino acid fluorosulfate-L-tyrosine(FSY)into IL-2 for proximity-enabled covalent binding to IL-2Rαto selectively promote Treg activation.We found that FSY-bearing IL-2 variants,such as L72-FSY,covalently bound to IL-2Rαvia sulfur-fluoride exchange when in proximity,resulting in persistent recycling of IL-2 and selectively promoting the expansion of Tregs but not effector cells.Further assessment of L72-FSY-expanded Tregs demonstrated that L72-FSY maintained Tregs in a central memory phenotype without driving terminal differentiation,as demonstrated by simultaneously attenuated expression of lymphocyte activation gene-3(LAG-3)and enhanced expression of programmed cell death protein-1(PD-1).Subcutaneous administration of L72-FSY in murine models of pristane-induced lupus and graft-versus-host disease(GvHD)resulted in enhanced and sustained therapeutic efficacy compared with wild-type IL-2 treatment.The efficacy of L72-FSY was further improved by N-terminal PEGylation,which increased its circulatory retention for preferential and sustained effects.This proximity-enabled covalent binding strategy may accelerate the development of pleiotropic cytokines as a new class of immunomodulatory therapies.Bo Zhang Jiaqi Sun Yeshuang Yuan Dezhong Ji Yeting Sun Yudong Liu Shengjie Li Xingxing Zhu Xunyao Wu Jin Hu Qiu Xie Ling Wu Lulu Liu Boyang Cheng Yuanjie Zhang Lingjuan Jiang Lidan Zhao Fei Yu Wei Song Min Wang Yue Xu Shiliang Ma Yunyun Fei Lihe Zhang Demin Zhou Xuan Zhang 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,2:0

20Preparation and Properties of Multiphase Composite Photocatalytic Materials Based on Spindle α-Fe_(2)O_(3) Nanoparticles显示文摘The spindle-shaped α-Fe_(2)O_(3) was prepared by hydrothermal method,Fe_(2)O_(3)/ZnO and Fe_(2)O_(3)/ZnO/PANI photocatalytic composite materials were successfully prepared,and their structure and photocatalytic properties were studied.The results show that different amount of PANI has different photocatalytic performance,and the addition of PANI improves the photocatalytic properties of the composite.In addition,Fe_(2)O_(3)/ZnO/PANI(10%) exhibits the best photocatalytic performance.After two hours of UV irradiation,the degradation rates of methyl orange and orange II reach 68.1% and 75.4%,respectively.高芳 LI Baoliu ZHENG Yuanjie XU Ping 2022Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2022,37,5:0
