| 2 | Performance analysis of air-water dual source heat pump water heater with heat recovery显示文摘A new air-water dual source heat pump water heater with heat recovery is proposed.The heat pump system can heat water by using a single air source,a single water source,or air-water dual sources.The water is first pre-heated by waste hot water,then heated by the heat pump.Waste heat is recovered by first preheating the cold water and as water source of the heat pump.According to the correlated formulas of the coefficient of performance of air-source heat pump and water-source heat pump,and the gain coefficient of heat recovery-preheater,the formulas for the coefficient of performance of heat pump in six operating modes are obtained by using the dimensionless correspondence analysis method.The system characteristics of heat absorption and release associated with the heat recovery-preheater are analyzed at different working conditions.The developed approaches can provide reference for the optimization of the operating modes and parameters.The results of analysis and experiments show that the coefficient of performance of the device can reach 4-5.5 in winter,twice as much as air source heat pump water heater.The utilization of waste heat in the proposed system is higher than that in the system which only uses waste water to preheating or as heat source.Thus,the effect of energy saving of the new system is obvious.On the other hand,the dimensionless correspondence analysis method is introduced to performance analysis of the heat pump,which also has theoretical significance and practical value. | CHEN ZeShao TAO WenQuan ZHU YanWen HU Peng | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,8: | 9 |

| 4 | Energy measurement system of a large-aperture high power laser experiment platform显示文摘An energy measurement system in a large-aperture high power laser experiment platform is introduced. The entire measurement system includes five calorimeters, which carry out the energy measurement of the fundamental frequency before the frequency conversion unit, remaining fundamental frequency, remaining second-harmonics, third-harmonics,as well as the energy balance measurement after the frequency conversion unit. Combinational indirect calibration and direct calibration are employed to calibrate the sampling coefficients of the calorimeters. The analysis of the data showed that, regarding the energy balance coefficients, combinational calibration approach gives a higher precision, and leads to an energy balance with 1%; and regarding the energy sampling coefficients for the various wavelengths after the frequency conversion, the results from direct and combinational calibration are consistent. | 7 | SARS-CoV-2 NSP5 and N protein counteract the RIG-I signaling pathway by suppressing the formation of stress granules显示文摘As a highly pathogenic human coronavirus,SARS-CoV-2 has to counteract an intricate network of antiviral host responses to establish infection and spread.The nucleic acid-induced stress response is an essential component of antiviral defense and is closely related to antiviral innate immunity.However,whether SARS-CoV-2 regulates the stress response pathway to achieve immune evasion remains elusive.In this study,SARS-CoV-2 NSP5 and N protein were found to attenuate antiviral stress granule(avSG)formation.Moreover,NSP5 and N suppressed IFN expression induced by infection of Sendai virus or transfection of a synthetic mimic of dsRNA,poly(I:C),inhibiting TBK1 and IRF3 phosphorylation,and restraining the nuclear translocalization of IRF3.Furthermore,HEK293T cells with ectopic expression of NSP5 or N protein were less resistant to vesicular stomatitis virus infection.Mechanistically,NSP5 suppressed avSG formation and disrupted RIG-I–MAVS complex to attenuate the RIG-I–mediated antiviral immunity.In contrast to the multiple targets of NSP5,the N protein specifically targeted cofactors upstream of RIG-I.The N protein interacted with G3BP1 to prevent avSG formation and to keep the cofactors G3BP1 and PACT from activating RIG-I.Additionally,the N protein also affected the recognition of dsRNA by RIG-I.This study revealed the intimate correlation between SARS-CoV-2,the stress response,and innate antiviral immunity,shedding light on the pathogenic mechanism of COVID-19. | Yi Zheng Jian Deng Lulu Han Meng-Wei Zhuang Yanwen Xu Jing Zhang Mei-Ling Nan Yang Xiao Peng Zhan Xinyong Liu Chengjiang Gao Pei-Hui Wang | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,2: | 1 |

| 18 | Increased Soluble Epoxide Hydrolase Activity Positively Correlates with Mortality in Heart Failure Patients with Preserved Ejection Fraction:Evidence from Metabolomics显示文摘Epoxyeicosatrienoic acids(EETs)have pleiotropic endogenous cardiovascular protective effects and can be hydrolyzed to the corresponding dihydroxyeicosatrienoic acids by soluble epoxide hydrolase(sEH).Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)has shown an increased prevalence and worse prognosis over the decades.However,the role of sEH activ-ity in HFpEF remains unclear.We enrolled 500 patients with HFpEF and 500 healthy controls between February 2010 and March 2016.Eight types of sEH-related eicosanoids were measured according to target metabolomics,and their correlation with clinical endpoints was also analyzed.The primary endpoint was cardiac mortality,and the secondary endpoint was a composite of cardiac events,including heart failure(HF)readmission,cardiogenic hospitalization,and all-cause mortal-ity.Furthermore,the effect of sEH inhibitors on cardiac diastolic function in HFpEF was investigated in vivo and in vitro.Patients with HFpEF showed significantly enhanced EET degradation by the sEH enzyme compared with healthy controls.More importantly,sEH activity was positively correlated with cardiac mortality in patients with HFpEF,especially in older patients with arrhythmia.A consistent result was obtained in the multiple adjusted models.Decreased sEH activity by the sEH inhibitor showed a significant effective effect on the improvement of cardiac diastolic function by ameliorating lipid disorders in cardiomyocytes of HFpEF mouse model.This study demonstrated that increased sEH activity was associated with cardiac mortality in patients with HFpEF and suggested that sEH inhibition could be a promising therapeutic strategy to improve diastolic cardiac function.Clinical trial identifier:NCT03461107(https://clini caltr ials.gov). | Liyuan Peng Ziping Song Chengcheng Zhao Kudusi Abuduwufuer Yanwen Wang Zheng Wen Li Ni Chenze Li Ying Yu Yi Zhu Hualiang Jiang Jinshan Shen Xiangrui Jiang Chen Chen Xu Zhang Dao Wen Wang | 2023 | Phenomics2023,3,1: | 0 |
| 19 | The role of AFAP1-AS1 in mitotic catastrophe and metastasis of triple-negative breast cancer cells by activating the PLK1 signaling pathway显示文摘Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is characterized by fast growth,high metastasis,high invasion,and a lack of therapeutic targets.Mitosis and metastasis of TNBC cells are two important biological behaviors in TNBC malignant progression.It is well known that the long noncoding RNA AFAP1-AS1 plays a crucial role in various tumors,but whether AFAP1-AS1 is involved in the mitosis of TNBC cells remains unknown.In this study,we investigated the functional mechanism of AFAP1-AS1 in targeting Polo-like Kinase 1(PLK1)activation and participating in mitosis of TNBC cells.We detected the expression of AFAP1-AS1 in the TNBC patient cohort and primary cells by in situ hybridization(ISH),northern blot,fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH)and cell nucleus/cytoplasm RNA fraction isolation.High AFAP1-AS1 expression was negatively correlated with overall survival(OS),disease-free survival(DFS),metastasis-free survival(MFS)and recurrence-free survival(RFS)in TNBC patients.We explored the function of AFAP1-AS1 by transwell,apoptosis,immunofluorescence(IF)and patient-derived xenograft(PDX)models in vitro and in vivo.We found that AFAP1-AS1 promoted TNBC primary cell survival by inhibiting mitotic catastrophe and increased TNBC primary cell growth,migration and invasion.Mechanistically,AFAP1-AS1 activated phosphorylation of the mitosis-associated kinase PLK1 protein.Elevated levels of AFAP1-AS1 in TNBC primary cells increased PLK1 pathway downstream gene expression,such as CDC25C,CDK1,BUB1 and TTK.More importantly,AFAP1-AS1 increased lung metastases in a mouse metastasis model.Taken together,AFAP1-AS1 functions as an oncogene that activates the PLK1 signaling pathway.AFAP1-AS1 could be used as a potential prognostic marker and therapeutic target for TNBC. | SHUIZHONG CEN XIAOJIE PENG JIANWEN DENG HAIYUN JIN ZHINAN DENG XIAOHUA LIN DI ZHU MING JIN YANWEN ZHU PUSHENG ZHANG YUNFENG LUO HONGYAN HUANG | 2023 | Oncology Research2023,31,3: | 0 |
