12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Synthesis and Application of Novel Triazine-Based Charring-Foaming Agents in Intumescent Flame Retardant Polypropylene显示文摘Three novel triazine-based charring-foaming agents (M2-CFA,M4-CFA,and M6-CFA) were synthesized successfully with only water as the solvent and were characterized by FT-IR and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA).These three charring-foaming agents and the byproduct 944-by were employed to study the effectiveness of the novel intumescent flame retardant dopant on the fire retardancy of polypropylene (PP) investigated through UL-94 and limiting oxygen index (LOI) tests.TGA results showed that the M4-CFA presented good char formation ability (char residue: 26.8% at 700 ℃).It was found that the sample with a 2/1 mass ratio of APP to M4-CFA exhibited the best flame retardancy among all the PP composites: 35.5% LOI and a V-0 rating of UL-94.Additionally,the microstructure and morphology of char residues were further studied by XRD,Raman spectroscopy and SEM.Ligong Chen Yanyan Yuan Bowei Wang Na Liu Yuzhi Xing Yang Li 2017Transactions of Tianjin University2017,23,3:9
3Protective effects of curcumin against human immunodeficiency virus 1 gp120 V3 loop-induced neuronal injury in rats显示文摘Curcumin improves the learning and memory deficits in rats induced by the gp120 V3 loop. The present study cultured rat hippocampal neurons with 1 nM gp120 V3 loop and 1 μM curcumin for 24 hours. 5Co-Co304@carbon core-shells derived from metal-organic framework nanocrystals as efficient hydrogenevolution catalysts显示文摘Controllable pyrolysis of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) in confined spacesis a promising strategy for the design and development of advanced functionalmaterials. In this study, Co-C0304@carbon composites were synthesized viapyrolysis of a Co-MOFs@glucose polymer (Co-MOFs@GP) followed by partialoxidation of Co nanoparticles (NPs). The pyrolysis of Co-MOFs@GP generated acore-shell structure composed of carbon shells and Co NPs. The controlled partialoxidation of Co NPs formed Co-Co304 heterojunctions confined in carbon shells.Compared with Co-MOFs@GP and Co@carbon-n (Co@C-n), Co-C0304@carbon-n(Co-Co304@C-n) exhibited higher catalytic activity during NaBH4 hydrolysis.Co-C0304@C-II provided a maximum specific H2 generation rate of5,360 mL.min-l.gco-1 at room temperature due to synergistic interactionsbetween Co and C0304 NPs. 6Curcumin ameliorates hippocampal neuron damage induced by human immunodeficiency virus-1显示文摘Our previous studies have shown that infection with the gp120 V3 loop can cause human immunodeficiency virus-1 associated neurocognitive disorders. Curcumin has been shown to improve these effects to some degree, but the precise mechanisms remain unknown. The present study analyzed the neuroprotective effect and mechanism of curcumin in relation to hippocampal neurons. Results showed that 1 nmol/L gp120 V3 loop suppressed the growth of synapses. After administration of 1 μmol/L curcumin, synaptic growth improved. Curcumin is neuroprotective against gp120 V3 loop-induced neuronal damage by inhibiting the activation of L-type calcium currents, relieving intracellular Ca2+ overload, promoting Bcl-2 expression, and inhibiting Bax activation. 7Immunogenicity and protective efficacy of a recombinant protein subunit vaccine and an inactivated vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 variants in non-human primates显示文摘Emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants and the gradually decreasing neutralizing antibodies over time post vaccination have led to an increase in incidents of breakthrough infection across the world.To investigate the potential protective effect of the recombinant protein subunit COVID-19 vaccine targeting receptor-binding domain(RBD)(PS-RBD)and whole inactivated virus particle vaccine(IV)against the variant strains,in this study,rhesus macaques were immunized with PS-RBD or IV vaccine,followed by a Beta variant(B.1.351)challenge.Although neutralizing activity against the Beta variant was reduced compared with that against the prototype,the decreased viral load in both upper and lower respiratory tracts,milder pathological changes,and downregulated inflammatory cytokine levels in lung tissues after challenge demonstrated that PS-RBD and IV still provided effective protection against the Beta variant in the macaque model.Furthermore,PS-RBD-induced macaque sera possessed general binding and neutralizing activity to Alpha,Beta,Delta,and Omicron variants in our study,though the neutralizing antibody(NAb)titers declined by varying degrees,demonstrating potential protection of PS-RBD against current circulating variants of concern(VOCs).Interestingly,although the IV vaccine-induced extremely low neutralizing antibody titers against the Beta variant,it still showed reduction for viral load and significantly alleviated pathological change.Other correlates of vaccine-induced protection(CoP)like antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity(ADCC)and immune memory were both confirmed to be existing in IV vaccinated group and possibly be involved in the protective mechanism.Qian He Qunying Mao Xiaozhong Peng Zhanlong He Shuaiyao Lu Jialu Zhang Fan Gao Lianlian Bian Chaoqiang An Wenhai Yu Fengmei Yang Yanan Zhou Yun Yang Yanyan Li Yadi Yuan Xujia Yan Jinghuan Yang Xing Wu Weijin Huang Changgui Li Junzhi Wang Zhenglun Liang Miao Xu 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,4:2

9The Improved Simulated Annealing Algorithm and Application in the Surface Wave Dispersion Inversion显示文摘The velocity distribution of layers from surface wave dispersion curve is a severely nonlinear program. Base on the Metropolis rule,we improved the simulated annealing algorithm to simultaneously inverse the velocities and thicknesses using the dispersion data and identified the Moho and the bottom of lithosphere. The application to the numerical examples with 5% noise shows the velocity RMS is 1. 56% between the non-linear results and the original models when the condition of selecting method for temperature parameters and initial temperature are satisfied. Using the pure dispersions of Rayleigh wave,the nonlinear inversion has been carried out for S-wave velocities and thicknesses of the vertical profile crossing the Indian Plate,the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau,and the Tarim Basin. 10The Aggregation Behavior and Formation of Nanoparticles of Oleoylchitosan in Dilute Aqueous Solution显示文摘Oleoylchitosans (O-chitosans) with different degrees of substitution (DS) were synthesized by reacting chitosan with oleoyl chloride. The chemical structures of the products were characterized by 1H NMR and FT-IR. These results suggested the for- mation of an amide linkage between the amino groups of chitosan and the carboxyl groups of oleic acid. The viscosity of O-chitosan sharply increased with the increase of concentration, whereas that of unmodified chitosan rose only slightly. This increase became larger as the DS increased. All of the O-chitosans could reduce surface tension slightly. The critical aggregation concentration (CAC) of O-chitosans with DS 5%, 11%, and 27% were 79.43 mgL-1, 31.6 mgL-1, and 10 mgL-1, respectively. Nanoparticles were prepared using an O/W emulsification method. 13NAT10 promotes cell proliferation by acetylating CEP170 mRNA to enhance translation efficiency in multiple myeloma显示文摘Multiple myeloma(MM) is still an incurable hematologic malignancy, which is eagerly to the discovery of novel therapeutic targets and methods. N-acetyltransferase 10(NAT10) is the first reported regulator of mRNA acetylation that is activated in many cancers. However, the function of NAT10 in MM remains unclear. We found significant upregulation of NAT10 in MM patients compared to normal plasma cells, which was also highly correlated with MM poor outcome. Further enforced NAT10 expression promoted MM growth in vitro and in vivo, while knockdown of NAT10 reversed those effects. The correlation analysis of acetylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing(ac RIP-seq) and ribosome profiling sequencing(Ribo-seq) combined with RIP-PCR tests identified centrosomal protein 170(CEP170) as an important downstream target of NAT10. Interfering CEP170 expression in NAT10-OE cells attenuated the acceleration of cellular growth caused by elevated NAT10. Moreover,CEP170 overexpression promoted cellular proliferation and chromosomal instability(CIN) in MM.Intriguingly, remodelin, a selective NAT10 inhibitor, suppressed MM cellular growth, induced cellular apoptosis in vitro and prolonged the survival of 5TMM3VT mice in vivo. 15Efficient purification of cell culture-derived classical swine fever virus by ultrafiltration and size-exclusion chromatography显示文摘Large-scale production of cell culture-based classical swine fever virus(CSFV)vaccine is hampered by the adverse reactions caused by contaminants from host cell and culture medium.Hence,we have developed an efficient method for purifying CSFV from cell-culture medium.Pure viral particles were obtained with two steps of tangential-flow filtration(TFF)and size-exclusion chromatography(SEC),and were compared with particles from ultracentrifugation by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),infectivity and recovery test,and real time fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR).TFF concentrated the virus particles effectively with a retention rate of 98.5%,and 86.2%of viral particles were obtained from the ultrafiltration retentate through a Sepharose 4 F F column on a biological liquid chromatography system.CSFV purified by TFF-SEC or ultracentrifugation were both biologically active from 1.0×10–4.25 TCID50·mL^(–1) to 3.0×10^(–6.25) TCID50·mL^(–1),but the combination of TFF and SEC produced more pure virus particles than by ultracentrifugation alone.In addition,pure CSFV particles with the expected diameter of 40–60 nm were roughly spherical without any visible contamination.Mice immunized with CSFV purified by TFF-SEC produced higher antibody levels compared with immunization with ultracentrifugation-purified CSFV(P<0.05).The purification procedures in this study are reliable technically and feasible for purification of large volumes of viruses.Ruining WANG Yubao ZHI Junqing GUO Qingmei LI Li WANG Jifei YANG Qianyue JIN Yinbiao WANG Yanyan YANG Guangxu XING Songlin QIAO Mengmeng ZHAO Ruiguang DENG Gaiping ZHANG 2015Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2015,2,3:1

17Microstructural,crystallographic,and mechanical characteristics in Ni-Mn-Ga alloys directionally solidified under a transverse magnetic field显示文摘In this study,the effect of transverse magnetic field-assisted directional solidification(MFADS)on the microstructures in Ni-Mn-Ga alloys has been investigated.The results show that the magnetic field is capable of inducing transversal macrosegregation perpendicular to the magnetic field,causing the emergence of martensite clusters in the austenite matrix.Moreover,the magnetic field alleviates the microseg-regation on a dendritic scale and promotes the preferred growth of austenite dendrites.On the basis of the above investigation,several special samples are designed using the MFADS to study the crystallographic evolution and mechanical behavior during thermal/stress-induced martensite transformation.The martensite cluster in the austenite matrix is used to investigate the martensite transformation and growth under cooling-heating cycles.The crystallographic relationship and phase boundary microstructure between martensite and austenite have been characterized.In addition,the microsegregation on a dendritic scale can significantly influence the martensite variant distribution,corresponding to the performance during compressive circles based on the analysis of the deformation gradient tensor.The stress-induced superelasticity is closely dependent on orientation,well explained from the perspective of different resolved shear stress factors and correspondence variant pair formation transformation strain.The crystallographic evolution has been characterized during in-situ stress-induced transformation.The findings not only deepen the understanding of martensite transformation and mechanical behavior under a thermal/stress field in Ni-Mn-Ga alloys but also propose a promising strategy to obtain microstructure-controllable functional alloys by MFADS.Xi Li Long Hou Siyuan Yang Ting Zhou Yue Wang Xing Yu Zongbin Li Daoyong Cong Yves Fautrelle Zhongming Ren Yanyan Zhu 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,11:0

19Prediction of Web Services Reliability Based on Decision Tree Classification Method显示文摘With the development of the service-oriented computing(SOC),web service has an important and popular solution for the design of the application system to various enterprises.Nowadays,the numerous web services are provided by the service providers on the network,it becomes difficult for users to select the best reliable one from a large number of services with the same function.So it is necessary to design feasible selection strategies to provide users with the reliable services.Most existing methods attempt to select services according to accurate predictions for the quality of service(QoS)values.However,because the network and user needs are dynamic,it is almost impossible to accurately predict the QoS values.Furthermore,accurate prediction is generally time-consuming.This paper proposes a service decision tree based post-pruning prediction approach.This paper first defines the five reliability levels for measuring the reliability of services.By analyzing the quality data of service from the network,the proposed method can generate the training set and convert them into the service decision tree model.Using the generated model and the given predicted services,the proposed method classifies the service to the corresponding reliability level after discretizing the continuous attribute of service.Moreover,this paper applies the post-pruning strategy to optimize the generated model for avoiding the over-fitting.Experimental results show that the proposed method is effective in predicting the service reliability.Zhichun Jia Qiuyang Han Yanyan Li Yuqiang Yang Xing Xing 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,6:0
20Genome-wide selection and introgression of Chinese rice varieties during breeding显示文摘China is the largest rice-producing country,but the genomic landscape of rice diversity has not yet been clarified.In this study,we re-sequence 1070 rice varieties collected from China(400)and other regions in Asia(670).Among the six major rice groups(aus,indica-I,indica-II,aromatic,temperate japonica,and tropical japonica),almost all Chinese varieties belong to the indica-II or temperate japonica group.Most Chinese indica varieties belong to indica-II,which consists of two subgroups developed during different phases of rice breeding.The genomic segments underlying the differences between these subgroups span36.32 Mb.The Chinese japonica rice varieties fall into the temperate japonica group,consisting of two subgroups based on their geographical distribution.The genomic segments underlying the differences between these subgroups span 27.69 Mb.These differentiated segments in the Chinese indica varieties span 45 genes with nonsynonymous mutations that are closely related to variations in plant height and grain width.Fifty-four genes with nonsynonymous mutations are associated with the differences in heading date between the two Chinese japonica subgroups.These findings provide new insights into rice diversity in China that will facilitate the molecular breeding.Jinyue Ge Junrui Wang Hongbo Pang Fei Li Danjing Lou Weiya Fan Ziran Liu Jiaqi Li Danting Li Baoxuan Nong Zongqiong Zhang Yanyan Wang Jingfen Huang Meng Xing Yamin Nie Xiaorong Xiao Fan Zhang Wensheng Wang Jianlong Xu Sung Ryul Kim Ajay Kohli Guoyou Ye Weihua Qiao Qingwen Yang Xiaoming Zheng 2022Journal of Genetics and Genomics2022,49,5:0
