| 1 | Plasma soluble C-type lectin-like receptor-2 is associated with the risk of coronary artery disease显示文摘Accumulating evidence suggests that C-type lectin-like receptor-2(CLEC-2)plays an important role in atherothrombosis.In this case-control study,we investigated the association between CLEC-2 and incidence of coronary artery disease(CAD).A total of 216 patients,including 14 cases of stable angina pectoris(SAP,non-ACS)and 202 cases of acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and 89 non-CAD control subjects were enrolled.Plasma levels of soluble CLEC-2(sCLEC-2)were measured using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Compared with the control group(65.69(55.36–143.22)pg/mL),the plasma levels of sCLEC-2 were significantly increased in patients with CAD(133.67(88.76–220.09)pg/mL)and ACS(134.16(88.88–225.81)pg/mL).The multivariate adjusted odds ratios(95%confidence interval)of CAD reached 2.01(1.52–2.66)(Ptrend<0.001)for each 1-quartile increase in sCLEC-2.Restricted cubic splines showed a positive dose-response association between sCLEC2 and CAD incidence(Plinearity<0.001).The addition of sCLEC-2 to conventional risk factors improved the C statistic(0.821 vs.0.761,P=0.004)and reclassification ability(net reclassification improvement:57.45%,P<0.001;integrated discrimination improvement:8.27%,P<0.001)for CAD.In conclusion,high plasma sCLEC-2 is independently associated with CAD risk,and the prognostic value of sCLEC-2 may be evaluated in future prospective studies. | Min Fei Li Xiang Xichen Chai Jingchun Jin Tao You Yiming Zhao Changgeng Ruan Yiwen Hao Li Zhu | 2020 | Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,1: | 5 |
| 2 | Effect of rolling deformation on microstructure and texture of spray-deposited magnesium alloy containing Mg-Nd-Zn typed LPSO显示文摘Billets of Mg-9Al-3Zn-1Mn-6Ca-2Nd alloy were produced by spray-deposition(the Osprey process).Effect of rolling deformation(T = 350?C, ε = 5%, 10%, and 15%, respectively) on microstructure and texture evolution of the Mg-9Al-3Zn-1Mn-6Ca-2Nd alloy was investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). Results show that at pass reduction of ε = 5%, 10% and 15% at 350?C respectively, Mg-Nd-Zn typed 24R-LPSO structure was formed in(Ca, Nd)Al2phase(C15 Laves phase). With the increase in pass reduction(i.e. 5%, 10% and 15%), the texture pole density level of basal texture(0002) changed little and pyramidal texture(10 1ˉ3) were increased.In contrast, those of prismatic texture {101ˉ0} <11 2ˉ0> were increased initially and followed by a reduction, indicating texture randomization in the grain-refined Mg alloy. The combined contribution of LPSO phase and C15 phase was key to randomize the texture of the grain-refined Mg alloy. | 3 | Circ-Smad5 retards the G1/S transition of cell cycle via inhibiting the activity of wnt/lef/cyclind1 signaling in JB6 cells显示文摘Circular RNAs are a large class of noncoding RNAs.Smad5 functions in cell differentiation,cell proliferation and metastasis.It has been reported that lnc-Smad5 can inhibit the proliferation of diffuse large B cell lymphoma.However,the function of circ-Smad5 has not yet been reported.Lentivirus vectors were constructed to establish circ-Smad5 upregulated and circ-Smad5 downregulated cell models.A CCK-8 assay was used to detect the proliferation of JB6 cells.FACS was used to analyze the cell cycle in the cell models.Western blot,immunofluorescence staining and TOP/FOP flash dual luciferase activity assays were used to determine the activity of the Wnt signaling pathway.The results revealed that the expression level of circ-Smad5 in JB6 cells was significantly lower than the expression level of linearizedSmad5.Compared with the control group,the percentage of S phase cells and the expression level of cyclin D1 protein were significantly higher in the sh-circ-Smad5 group.In the sh-circSmad5 group,b-catenin and LEF-1 were significantly increased,p-b-catenin was significantly decreased,and the relative activity of the TOP/FOP reporter gene was higher compared to the control group levels.These phenomena could be reversed by treating with Wnt signaling inhibitor PNU-74654.We conclude that the circ-Smad5 retards the proliferation and the cell cycle progression of JB6 cells.Thus,circ-Smad5 may function by inhibiting the activation of Wnt/b-catenin/Lef 1 signaling,which inhibits the expression of cyclin D1.To the best of our knowledge,we are the first to report the function of circ-Smad5. | Xiaogen Ma Fei Xiang Zhuo Pei Jiafeng Miao Pan Wu Xiaofeng Song Yuhong Li Yiming Zhang | 2021 | Genes & Diseases2021,8,3: | 3 |
| 4 | LHCGR and ALMS1 defects likely cooperate in the development of polycystic ovary syndrome indicated by double-mutant mice显示文摘Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a heterogeneous disorder with evidence of polygenetic components,and obesity may be a risk factor for hyperandrogen ism.Previous studies have shown that LHCGR is en riched in the ovary and LHCGR deficiency causes infertility without typical PCOS phenotypes.ALMS1 is implicated in obesity and hyperandrogenism,the common phenotypes among PCOS patients.Through whole-exome sequencing of 22 PCOS families and targeted candidate gene sequencing of additional 65 sporadic PCOS patients,we identified potential causative mutations in LHCGR and ALMS1 in a sibling-pair PCOS family and three sporadic PCOS patients.The expression of LHCGRL638 P in granulosa-like tumor cell line(KGN)cells promoted cyclic adenosine monophosphate production and granulosa cell proliferation,indicating that LHCGRL638 P is an activating mutation.Lhcgr~(L642 P/L642 P)mice showed an irregular estrous cycle,reduced follicles with dynamic folliculogenesis,and increased testosterone(T),estradiol(E2),and dehydroepiandrosterone.Lhcgr~(+/L642 P)AIms1~(+/PB)mice displayed increased T and E2 but decreased late secondary and preovulatory follicles.We showed that activating mutation of LHCGR likely plays important roles in the pathophysiology of PCOS involving abnormal reproductive physiology,whereas ALMS1 deficiency may promote anovulatory infertility via elevated androgens,suggesting that the disturbed LHCGR and ALMS1 cooperatively induce PCOS phenotypes,characterized as anovulation and hyperandrogenemia frequently observed in PCOS patients with obesity. | Li Yu Lina Wang Wufan Tao Wenxiang Zhang Shuanghao Yang Jian Wang Jia Fei Rui Peng Yiming Wu Xiumei Zhen Hong Shao Weiyue Gu Rong Li Bai-Lin Wu Hongyan Wang | 2021 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2021,48,5: | 3 |

| 6 | Development of optical-thermal coupled model for phosphor-converted LEDs显示文摘In this review, first, we discussed the effect of phosphor features on optical properties by the software simulation in detail. A combination of these parameters: phosphor material, phosphor particle size and particle distribution, phosphor layer concentration, phosphor layer thickness, geometry, and location of the phosphor layer, will result in the final optical performance of the phosphor layer. Secondly, we introduced how to improve light extraction efficiency with various proposed methods. Thirdly, we summarized the thermal models to predict the phosphor temperature and the junction temperature. To stabilize the optical performance of phosphor-converted light emitting diodes (PC-LEDs), much effort has been made to reduce the junction temperature of the LED chips. The phosphor temperature, a critical reliability concern for PC-LEDs, should be attracted academic interest. Finally, we summed up optical-thermal coupled model for phosphors and summarized future optical- thermal issues exploring the light quality for LEDs. | 12 | Viral rebound and safety of nirmatrelvir/ritonavir for lung-transplant recipients infected with SARS-CoV-2显示文摘Data on the viral rebound and safety of nirmatrelvir/ritonavir in lung transplant(LTx)recipients are limited.The study prospectively followed four LTx recipients.Clinical characteristics,viral RNA dynamic in throat swabs,and tacrolimus blood concentration were monitored regularly.All four LTx recipients,aged 35–74 years,were not vaccinated against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS‐CoV‐2).They got coronavirus disease 2019(COVID‐19)after more than one week of admission during the era of Omicron.All cases received nirmatrelvir/ritonavir(NM/r)within two days of infection,and the relative viral RNA copies dropped quickly.Viral load rebound was observed in all four cases after discontinuation of the first five days of NM/r treatment.Three of them received another 5‐days antiviral therapy with NM/r.The duration of positive viral PCR testing was 25‐28 days.None of them progressed into severe or critical COVID‐19.Tacrolimus was stopped 12 h before NM/r and held during the 5‐day course of antiviral therapy.Blood concentration of tacrolimus were maintained at a baseline level during these five days.Tacrolimus was re‐initiated at its baseline daily dose 3‐4 days after NM/r therapy.However,during the second round of antiviral therapy with NM/r,the concentration of tacrolimus fluctuated wildly.In conclusion,the 5‐day course of NM/r treatment was not sufficient for LTx recipients and the viral rebound was common.More data are needed to clarify whether LTx recipients with SARS‐CoV‐2 viral rebound could benefit from additional treatment with NM/r. | Hui Li Li Zhao Ke Huang Xiaoxing Wang Fei Zhou Yiming Feng Liang Ma Bin Cao Wenhui Chen | 2023 | Biosafety and Health2023,5,5: | 0 |
| 13 | Magnetocardiograph as a noninvasive and radiation-free diagnostic device for myocardial infarction:a systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘Background:This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of magnetocardiograph,a relatively new noninvasive device,in patients with myocardial infarction(MI).Methods:To identify studies assessing the diagnostic accuracy of magnetocardiography for MI,we searched four databases on November 7,2022,the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,MEDLINE,EMBASE,and Web of Science,plus ClinicalTrials.gov.Three reviewers screened the studies independently and emailed the authors for more precise data when necessary.The Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies 2 tool was used to evaluate the quality of the included studies.STATA(version 17;Stata Corporation,College Station,TX,USA)was used for meta-analysis of 22 contingency table data.Results:A total of 6 articles were included in this study.The diagnostic parameters of all included studies were summarized as follows:the pooled sensitivity was 0.91(95%confidence intervals[95%CIs]:0.81–0.96;I 2=88.54);specificity was 0.83(95%CI:0.75–0.89;I 2=83);positive likelihood ratio was 5.3(95%CI:3.5–8.2);negative likelihood ratio was 0.1(95%CI:0.04–0.24);and diagnostic odds ratio was 51(95%CI:16–161).The area under the curve for the receiver operating characteristic curve was 0.92(95%CI:0.89–0.94).After metaregression analysis,we found that the number of channels and the way of environmental magnetic noise elimination were heterogeneous sources.Conclusion:In summary,our meta-analysis shows that magnetocardiography holds a high accuracy in diagnosing MI and takes the advantages of noninvasive,radiation-free,and noncontact.However,further high-quality studies to confirm its usefulness in diagnosing MI are warranted. | Yansong Xu Xiaole Han Mingyue Guo Ruochuan Li Yiming Dong Jiaxin Fan Xiaofei Yin Fei Xie Jiaojiao Pang Yuguo Chen | 2023 | Emergency and Critical Care Medicine2023,3,2: | 0 |
| 14 | The Payouts Choice for Deposit Insurance System显示文摘Entropy balancing is introduced to assess the deposit insurance design characteristics in this paper. Applying an extensive duration data including 141 countries from 1960 to 2015, the authors employ the entropy balancing method to simulate the data structure under the implicit deposit insurance system. Then the paper adopts an endogenous treatment effects model and a Heckman two-step selection model to examine payouts choice of the deposit insurance. It is found that entropy balancing can calibrate unit weights and reweight treatment and control groups by a maximum entropy scheme.Thus, a possibly given conditions will be satisfied and information concerning sample moments will be integrated. The results show clearly that different payouts choice and the corresponding coverage setting can effectively reduce the moral hazards that may result from the introduction of a deposit insurance scheme. When the Payouts is Per Depositor Account or Per Depositor, the banks’ moral hazard is higher. | 19 | Seroprevalence and infection attack rate of COVID-19 in Indian cities显示文摘Objectives:Serological surveys were used to infer the infection attack rate in different populations.The sensitivity of the testing assay,Abbott,drops fast over time since infection which makes the serological data difficult to interpret.In this work,we aim to solve this issue.Methods:We collect longitudinal serological data of Abbott to construct a sensitive decay function.We use the reported COVID-19 deaths to infer the infections,and use the decay function to simulate the seroprevalence and match to the reported seroprevalence in 12 Indian cities.Results:Our model simulated seroprevalence matchs the reported seroprevalence in most of the 12 Indian cities.We obtain reasonable infection attack rate and infection fatality rate for most of the 12 Indian cities.Conclusions:Using both reported COVID-19 deaths data and serological survey data,we infer the infection attack rate and infection fatality rate with increased confidence. | Yiming Fei Hainan Xu Xingyue Zhang Salihu S.Musa Shi Zhao Daihai He | 2022 | Infectious Disease Modelling2022,7,2: | 0 |

This paper presents their characteristics and diagnostic indicators, and discusses the temporal and spatial structures of both the process-facies and the environment-facies of the Zhifang section, east Junggar, and the Mount Sarburti section, west Junggar, and their relation to plate tectonism.
