| 5 | Risks Associated with Misuse of Ketamine as a Rapid-Acting Antidepressant显示文摘Major depression is a serious psychiatric disorder and remains a leading cause of disability worldwide.Conventional antidepressants take at least several weeks to achieve a therapeutic response and this lag period has hindered their ability to attain beneficial effects in depressed individuals at high risk of suicide.The non-competitive Nmethyl-D-aspartate glutamate receptor antagonist ketamine has been shown to have rapid antidepressant effects in both rodents and humans.The emergence of ketamine as a fastacting antidepressant provides promising new insights into the development of a rapid treatment response in patients with clinical depression.However,its safety and toxicity remain a concern.In this review,we focus on the limitations of ketamine,including neurotoxicity,cognitive dysfunction,adverse events associated with mental status,psychotomimetic effects,cardiovascular events,and uropathic effects.Studies have shown that its safety and tolerability profiles are generally good at low doses and with short-term treatment in depressed patients.The adverse events associated with ketamine usually occur with very high doses that are administered for prolonged periods of time and can be relieved by cessation.The antidepressant actions of its two enantiomers,S-ketamine(esketamine) and R-ketamine,are also discussed.R-ketamine has greater antidepressant actions than S-ketamine,without ketamine-related sideeffects.Future treatment strategies should consider using Rketamine for the treatment of depressed patients to decrease the risk of adverse events associated with long-term ketamine use. | Weili Zhu Zengbo Ding Yinan Zhang Jie Shi Kenji Hashimoto Lin Lu | 2016 | Neuroscience Bulletin2016,32,6: | 5 |

| 9 | A multi-location joint field observation of the stratosphere and troposphere over the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘The unique geographical location and high altitude of the Tibetan Plateau can greatly influence regional weather and climate.In particular, the Asian summer monsoon(ASM) anticyclone circulation system over the Tibetan Plateau is recognized to be a significant transport pathway for water vapor and pollutants to enter the stratosphere. To improve understanding of these physical processes, a multi-location joint atmospheric experiment was performed over the Tibetan Plateau from late July to August in 2018, funded by the fiveyear(2018–2022) STEAM(stratosphere and troposphere exchange experiment during ASM) project, during which multiple platforms/instruments—including long-duration stratospheric balloons, dropsondes, unmanned aerial vehicles, special sounding systems, and ground-based and satellite-borne instruments—will be deployed. | 10 | A study of the chemical composition and transport of marine aerosols over the ocean near China显示文摘In this paper the authors cite the aerosol samples collected with a KA-200 Anderson cascade Impactor and a KB-120 sampler during the first cruise of the Kuroshio investigation operated by the People’s Republic of China and Japan cooperative program, from July 23 to August 21, 1987. The concentration size distributions and composition of marine aerosols over the Kuroshio area are analyzed. Neutron activation analysis is used to determine the elemental composition of the aerosols. The authors also discuss some characteristics of marine aerosols relating to long-range transport of crustal and anthropogenic elements from the continent to the remote ocean. Analytical results indicate that elements Al, Fe, Sc and Sb over this area are obviously influenced by the continent of Asia, and the size distributions are changed after long-range transport. The concentration of large particles increase. | 11 | Duplex micro RNAs assay based on target-triggered universal reporter hybridization显示文摘In this paper, we designed and evaluated a duplex detection strategy for micro RNAs(mi RNAs) using universal probe-based target-triggered double hybridization and fluorescent microsphere-based assay system(x MAP array). In the absence of target mi RNA, reporter DNA cannot hybridize stably with the immobilized capture DNA due to its low melting temperature. Only after adding target mi RNA, can reporter probe hybridize with capture probe to form a stable three-component complex. This targettriggered stable hybridization makes this method possible for highly selective and sensitive detection of multiple mi RNAs. We exemplified a quantitative detection of duplex mi RNAs with a limit of detection of40 p M. The x MAP array platform holds the potential of extending this approach to simultaneous detection of up to 100 mi RNA targets. | 12 | Effect of hydrogen on grain boundary migration in tungsten显示文摘Motivated by a grain boundary(GB) healing mechanism that GB turns into a mobile sink through migration to eliminate the vacancies in a bulk, we have further investigated the influence of the retained hydrogen(H) on the GB migration in tungsten using a molecular dynamics simulation. We show that H hinders the GB migration at different H concentrations and temperatures, and such friction of GB migration due to the presence of H increases with the H concentration and decreases with temperature. We demonstrate that H follows the GB-migration as the temperature is higher than 300 K. | 20 | Image Motion Compensation of Off-Axis TMA Three-Line ArrayAerospace Mapping Cameras显示文摘To enhance the image motion compensation accuracy of off-axis three-mirror anastigmatic( TMA)three-line array aerospace mapping cameras,a new method of image motion velocity field modeling is proposed in this paper. Firstly,based on the imaging principle of mapping cameras,an analytical expression of image motion velocity of off-axis TMA three-line array aerospace mapping cameras is deduced from different coordinate systems we established and the attitude dynamics principle. Then,the case of a three-line array mapping camera is studied,in which the simulation of the focal plane image motion velocity fields of the forward-view camera,the nadir-view camera and the backward-view camera are carried out,and the optimization schemes for image motion velocity matching and drift angle matching are formulated according the simulation results. Finally,this method is verified with a dynamic imaging experimental system. The results are indicative of that when image motion compensation for nadir-view camera is conducted using the proposed image motion velocity field model,the line pair of target images at Nyquist frequency is clear and distinguishable. Under the constraint that modulation transfer function( MTF) reduces by 5%,when the horizontal frequencies of the forward-view camera and the backward-view camera are adjusted uniformly according to the proposed image motion velocity matching scheme,the time delay integration( TDI) stages reach 6 at most. When the TDI stages are more than 6,the three groups of camera will independently undergo horizontal frequency adjustment. However, when the proposed drift angle matching scheme is adopted for uniform drift angle adjustment,the number of TDI stages will not exceed 81.
